미국산 청바지 구매에 관한 소비자 태도 분석 (Consumer Attitude Toward Purchasing US Brand Jeans)

  • The product evaluation and purchasing behavior of US brand jeans have been studied. The intrinsic and extrinsic cues are usually adopted to interpret the purchasing decison making processes. Among extrinsic cues price and brand name have been studied exten-sively but country-of-origin has not been examined in Korea. With the liberalization of retail industry foreign brands are aggressively penetrating in Korean pparel market. Since the penetration of imported apparel has increased tremendously lately the consumer attitude toward foreign produced clothing has great importance. The findings of the study were 1) Price was the most important among extrinsic cues ex-cept quality. Brand name was more important than store and country-of-origin. 2) The country image had significant influence to the preference as apparel production country. 3) The evaluation and willingness to buy of the jeans were greatly influenced by the be-havioral charcteristics of consumer variables. 4) The model to predict the willingness to buy of the jeans has been developed.

하절용 골프웨어의 착용실태 및 소비자 요구도 (Investigation of wearing behaviors and consumer's needs for summer golf wear)

  • 골프의 대중화가 이루어짐에 따라 다양한 연령대가 골프웨어 시장에 흡수되면서 기존의 $50{\sim}60$대 고객 뿐 아니라 $30{\sim}40$대 전문직 종사자들과 20-30대의 젊은 새로운 소비자층이 형성되어 골프웨어에 대한 소비자의 요구도 다양화되어 가고 있다. 본 연구는 골프웨어에 대한 새로운 소비자 요구를 조사하고 분석하여 다양하고 폭넓어진 골프웨어 시장에서 차별화된 상품개발과 기획에 반영할 수 있는 자료를 제공하고자 하였다. 본 연구의 조사 대상자는 대전지역에 위치한 골프 연습장을 이용하고 있는 20세 이상의 남녀 150명으로 하였다. 조사방법은 설문지법(Questionnaire method)으로 설문지의 내용은 남녀 골프 참가자들의 인구 통계학적 특성과 운동습관 및 태도에 관한 문항, 현재 착용 중인 골프웨어의 특성에 관한 문항, 골프웨어에 대한 소비자 요구 사항 문항으로 총 45문항을 개발하여 조사를 실시한 결과. 다음과 같은 결론을 도출하였다. 조사대상자 들이 현재 착용하고 있는 골프웨어에 대한 특성을 살펴 본 결과, "착용쾌적감이 좋다", "신축성이 있어 활동적이다", "사이즈가 전반적으로 잘 맞는다", "촉감이 좋다"의 문항들에서는 3.5점 이상의 높은 평점을 나타냈으나, "적당한 가격이다", "보푸라기가 잘 생기지 않는다", "세탁후 수축, 신장, 탈색, 이염이 잘 일어나지 않는다"등의 문항들은 3점이하의 비교적 낮은 평가 결과를 나타내었다. 골프웨어에 대한 소비자 요구사항을 파악하여 제품개발에 반영할 수 있도록 하기 위하여 21개의 소비자 요구사항을 추출하였다. 골프웨어에 대한 소비자의 요구사항 중 "착용감"이 가장 중요하게 고려되는 항목으로 나타났으며, 그 다음으로는 "흡수성", "촉감", "신축성", "차외선 차단", "사이즈"등의 순으로 중요하다고 응답하였다. 골프웨어에 대한 소비자의 요구사항이 어떤 차원으로 구성되어 있는가를 밝히기 위해 요인분석을 실시한 결과, 유행/디자인 특성요인, 섬유소재 특성요인, 위생성능 특성요인, 체형보정 특성요인 등 4개의 요인이 추출되었다.

  • This paper proposes method to find the subjective satisfaction index of an air-conditioner using consumer's sensory evaluation for an air-conditioner. A satisfaction index of an air-conditioner is presented the annoyance and freshness as ${\alphs}$, ${\beta}$ exponents of 1/f slope and is changed the annoyance and freshness as exponents of 1/f slope are changed. The satisfaction index of an air-conditioner is not improved if SPL is above the proper level although the 1/f slope has optimal ${\alpha}$, ${\beta}$ values. Therefore, this paper proposes the satisfaction index of an air-conditioner considered both SPL and ${\alpha}$, ${\beta}$ exponents of 1/f slope.

남성복 스타일 이미지에 대한 평가와 선호에 관한 연구 (A Study of Consumer Evaluations and Preferences for Men's Fashion Style Image)

  • This paper is to study pertinent consumer evaluations and preferences of fashion depending upon human sensibility. Focus is placed on quantifying consumer's sensibility through the sensibility analysis of men's fashion. The subject are 227 male and female university students of who take the course of "Modern Life and Fashion" and "Understanding of Colors" in the OCU Cyber University. Data has been collected by survey method and subsequently analyzed and interpreted. To measure consumer's consuming sensibility, G-Sensibility tool developed by 'Fuji Central Institute' has been employed. The results of the analysis of ANOVA and MANOVA show significant differences among the following 5 styles: Active style G2, Open-minded style of G-3, Mania style of G4, Sensitive and emotional style of G5. According to ${\chi}^2$ test, the results show that the distinction of sex and their interests in fashion are significant different. The evaluation of men's fashion, according to Multi-dimensional test, shows a variety of differences according gender and G sensibility styles. These varied distinctions are illustrated statistical in Picture 1, Picture 2, Picture 3, Picture 4, Picture 8, and picture 10. Based art the results, a follow-up study to develop the case study and the apply it's results are recommended to produce products placed in the market.

  • 본 연구는 정보처리과정과 선택에 대한 주류 마케팅 패러다임에 대한 대안으로써 진화론적 관점의 인지과학에 기초한 소비자 체험이론을 제안하고 있다. 소비자 체험이론은 체험적 모듈, 일차단계체험 및 이차 단계체험, 그리고 체험모듈의 위계구조라는 3개의 이론적 구조로 구성되어 있다. 본 이론에 근거하여 본 연구는 소비자 제품 평가에 대한 체험적 속성과 기능적 속성들의 영향을 조사하고 있다. 주요 연구 결과는 다음과 같다. (1) 조사대상자들은 지적 자극(예: 기능적 속성)보다 감각적이고 감정적인 자극(예: 체험적 속성)에 대해 보다 빠르게 반응하였다. (2) 체험모듈 유형(기능적 vs. 체험적) $\times$ 템포(정상 vs. 빠름) $\times$ 제품지식(초보자 vs. 전문가)의 상호작용이 제품평가에 대해 발생하고 있다.

Which is Your Favorite?: The Impact of Robot's Height on Consumer's Acceptance of a Telepresence Robot

  • Due to the newly emerging market for telepresence robots and the research in the area, designers and developers lack guidelines for specifying the physical characteristics of telepresence robots. On the basis of the previous literature, we attempted to make a distinction between two robot height approaches for telepresence robot designs: floor- versus desk-based robot designs. This research investigated the effects of these robot height approaches on consumer acceptance. We predicted that there would be difference between floor-based robots and desk-based robots regarding consumers' evaluation of and intent to purchase social robots. A study using two types of robots was conducted with sixty university students. The results showed that participants perceived desk-based robots as more useful than floor-based robots. In addition, the participants evaluated desk-based robots more positively than floor-based robots. Purchase intention and willingness to pay also showed similar results as evaluation. The implications for the design of telepresence robots in terms of increasing acceptance of robots are discussed in detail.

의료소비자의 알 권리에 대한 연구* - 지식, 요구, 평가 및 실행 수준을 중심으로 - (A Study on the Patient's Right to Know - Focused on Level of Knowledge, Demand, Evaluation and Practice -)

  • The goal of this study was to estimate the knowledge on the patient about treating and attitude about their right to know and how they practice. That is the study seek to find how much they claim about their right to know and how they evaluate it. Additionally describe how much the patient carry on their right to know and find out that of each level's associations. This main Purpose of the study was to increase patient's right to know during in medical services. Socio-demographic variables, personal service variables and other used variables which levels of consumers knowledge, demand, evaluation and about right to know on practice level were analyzed statistically. For this purpose, the subjects of this study were consumers who had experienced medical services. The survey was conducted on 551 Korean aged in off-line by self-administered questionnaires. Final analyzed sample sizes are 551. The regression, ANOVA, t-test and other descriptive analyses were used. The obtained results were as When the consumers were estimated the level of Knowledge, the degree of respondent's level was middle state. The level of demand showed low tendency but their practice level was relatively high. On the other hand, consumer's demand for the patient's right to know was very high. The level of knowledge, demand, evaluation have affected positively to the level of consumers practices. Based on empirical research, the statistics of consumers' knowledge level was significant to other variables and effecting highly. It was recommended consumer education should be provided effectively to increase protecting their right.

모시 소재의 문양에 따른 감성 이미지 평가 (The Effect of Motives of Ramie Fabrics on Sensory Image Evaluation)

  • The purpose of the study were to find out (1) the effect of motives on perceiver's image perception on ramie fabrics, and perceiver's trait, age and gender on sensory image evaluation of ramie fabrics. The research was a quasi experiment and experimental materials developed for the study were a set of material stimuli and semantic differential scales to measure sensory image of the stimuli, an aesthetic value scale. the independent design was motif design techniques(Plain Weave, burnt-out, embroidery, stripe, check). The subjects were 421 adults in Daejeon and Seachun. The results was as follows: The factor analysis of semantic differential scales for the ramie materials emerged 4 different image dimensions: attractiveness, hand, elegance, weight). The five design techniques showed significantly different image affects on some selective dimensions. The burn-out design gave the most attractive image, the embroidery design gave the softest image and plain weaved fabric presented the lightest hand image. Consumer's aesthetic values, gender and age tended to affect sensory image evaluation of ramie materials. On conclusion the result revealed that design strategy for the ramie material, design development though motives will be an essential process. and for material design pursued design image and target consumer's trait should be carefully considered.

관광호텔 베이커리 메뉴 상품의 영향요인에 관한 연구 (A Study on Influence Factor of Bakery Menu Goods in Tourism Hotels)

  • This is the study to stir up importance in bakery and to present evaluation of menu goods in barkery of tourist hotels. In order to achieve the purpose of this paper, it is gone ahead of the literature review including the previous research on the manu goods evaluation of tourist hotels. The major field research is to build a frame of the paper and present the model to release my humble theory. The limitation of the study was to make much of literature basis due to insufficient previous research on the issue. This is an unprecedented study on bakery department in tourist hotels in Korea thus no research model was unavailable for cross reference or comparative research. The evaluation of bakery menu good is directly related to the satisfaction of tourist hotels bakery consumers and we need a substantial managerial development method of bakery menu goods. This study has two goals in line with the purpose of investigation, that is to say, by understanding vital statistics of consumer and influence factor were created, and finally the factors and consumers and professional worker identified. The study would be framed into 5 parts like introduction, literature review, inquiry a plan and analysis method, consequence and discussion & conclusion. After the exploitative research, the study was approached to make findings through the questionnaires designed to find the relationship factor between consumer's evaluation and professional worker's evaluation of bakery menu goods in tourist hotels.

화면크기와 콘텐츠유형에 따른 주관적 영상품질 평가와 이용자 만족도: UHD와 UWV 비교 분석 (Subjective Video Quality Evaluation and User Satisfaction according to Screen Size and Content Type : Comparison of UHD and UWV)

  • 우리나라가 세계 최초로 상용화한 초고화질의 UHD 방송기술과 UHD 기반 파노라마 영상기술인 UWV는 이용자의 실재감을 극대화하는 대표적인 실감영상 기술이다. 본 연구는 UHD와 UWV에 대한 이용자들의 주관적 반응을 다각도로 비교 분석함으로써 UWV의 영상품질을 체계적으로 평가하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 이를 위해 화면크기(4k x 2k, 8k x 2k)와 콘텐츠유형(스포츠영상, 풍경영상, 공연영상)에 따른 대화면 프로젝션 실험을 설계하고 UHD와 UWV에 대한 이용자의 주관적 영상품질 평가 및 만족도를 측정하였다. 연구결과, 주관적 영상품질과 만족도의 모든 항목에 있어서 UHD에 비해 UWV에 대한 이용자의 평가가 긍정적인 것으로 나타났으며, 세부 평가는 영상 콘텐츠유형에 따라 유의한 차이를 보였다. 연구결과를 바탕으로 UWV 파노라마 기술이 발전 및 상용화되는데 필요한 점들과 후속 연구 시 고려해야할 사항을 제언하였다.
