최근 4차 산업혁명 이슈가 부상하게 됨에 따라, 정부와 산업계에서는 스마트공장에 대한 관심이 증가하고 있다. 이에 정부에서는 스마트공장에 대한 정책지원을 제공하여 국내 중소·중견기업의 스마트 제조역량 구축을 유도하고 있다. 그러나 이러한 정책적 지원의 효과성이나 기업들의 만족도에 대해서는 거의 알려진 것이 없다. 이에 본 연구에서는 Kano 모델과 고객만족개선지수를 활용하여 스마트공장 지원정책의 요소별 기업들의 만족도를 분석하고 정책지원의 우선순위를 도출하고자 하였다. 연구 결과 총 11개 품질요소 중 8개가 일원적 품질요소, 3개는 매력적 품질요소였다. 또한 자금지원의 우선순위가 가장 높았으며, 외부전문가 파견, 고도화준비 컨설팅, 유지보수 관련 컨설팅 등도 순위가 높았다. 이러한 결과는 기업들이 스마트공장의 도입이나 기초수준 구축 정도의 지원보다는 유지보수와 고도화에 대한 지원을 더 많이 요구하고 있음을 시사한다.

In terms of reinforcing the functions and services of rescue 119 and emergency corps, we must review the following considerations : Building up security system along with operational expansion, building up a system for emergency medical treatment, buliding up a comprehensive information management system for rescue and emergency, constructing a provincial safety museum and so forth. For the ways to better the works of rescue 119, we can review the following considerations : Improving the education for fire fighting trainging corps under Jeju Provicial Fire and disaster management department, providing rescue members with more opportunity for clinical practices, enhancing the morale of rescue members, installing a comprehensive briefing room for emergency rescue members, building up medical networks along with reasonable policies for information service, operating the consulting system for rescue 119 and so on. Provide little more superior quality high fire fighting service to jeju islander, and need long-term and elaborate research to correspond in rising fire fighting man-power demand newly and investment. Construction of well-matched disaster administration system is assignment that must hurry in international free city. That jejudo receives time factor about that is received for another thing area's number of persons or equipment when regional special quality large scale or disaster happens is that of course the support receives limitation immediately. Jeju fire fighting services is one story reform, specialization taking into account particular situation of jeju area to grow as sightseeing and center of culture intending international free city, should be upgraded. So, it may do big contribution naturally in jeju international free city phase that coincide jeju islander's social welfare promotion and safety desire.

The Government is going to enforce assessment of dental institutions in addition to assessment of medical institutions so that it can provide good-quality medical service to people having much interest in quality of medical service. But the empirical research on the assessment of dental institutions which is still in a model assessment stage, is insufficient. Accordingly, the present research aims to help dental institutions preparing the main assessment by researching an acceptance level of workers of dental institutions in a process performing assessment of dental institutions, based on the preceding researches that the perceived utility has influence on implementation intention. The present research proved the influence that job relevance, result demonstration, usability and education & training of workers and manager's leadership of an infection management part affects perceived utility and implementation intention. As a research result, all the job relevance, result demonstration, usability have a positive(+) influence on perceived utility and implementation intention, and the influence of job relevance most affects especially. The leadership and education & training have influence on what workers get to have implementation intention after perception of utility of infection management according to the order. According to the above results, it can be understood that medical institutions preparing for assessment of dental institutions take charge of the assessment part having high relevance with work of workers and need to make a manager ordering performance of its assessment be able to foster a leadership for improving effectiveness of assessment performance.

본 논문은 강원도 향토음식의 메뉴 품질 만족도에 대하여 요인 분석을 통한 가설 검증으로 다음과 같이 연구를 수행하였다. 가설 검증을 통해 나타난 결과를 살펴보면, 직접 서비스 품질 만족도의 경우, t-검정 결과는 거주지, 학력, 수입 변수들은 유의한 차이가 없으며, 성별, 지역, 직업별로 만족도에 있어 매우 유의한 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 또한, 방문 횟수, 관광 수준별로도 유의한 차이가 있는 결과를 보였다. 남성은 여성에 비해 직접 서비스 만족도를 높게 평가하였으며, 지역별로는 춘천과 속초 지역이 강릉 지역보다 더 높은 만족도를 보였다. 직업별로는 자영업자와 학생들이 상대적으로 높은 만족도를 보인 것으로 나타났다. 간접 서비스 품질 만족도의 경우는 성별, 지역 및 직업 특성 변인에 대해서는 유의수준 1%에서 매우 유의한 차이가 있음을 보인 반면, 다른 특성 변인들에 대해서는 유의한 차이가 없는 결과를 보였다. 직접 서비스 품질 만족도에 비하여 전반적으로 평균 만족도 점수가 낮은 것으로 나타나, 간접 서비스에 대한 보완이 필요함을 유추할 수 있다고 하겠다. 남성이 여성보다 높은 만족도를 보였으며, 지역별로는 직접 서비스 만족도의 경우와 같이 춘천, 속초가 강릉보다 상대적으로 높은 만족도를 보인 것으로 나타났다. 직업별로는 학생들이 상대적으로 높은 만족도를 보였다.

디자인은 국가산업정책과 4차 산업혁명 등 최첨단 산업의 발전에 미치는 영향이 지대함에도 불구하고, 우리나라에서 저평가되고 있는 지식서비스 산업 중 하나로 전략적 아웃소싱 체계가 무너지고 있으며, 이러한 현상은 국내에만 국한되지 않고 유럽과 미국 등 디자인 선진국의 디자인서비스 기업들도 고전을 면치 못하고 있는 상황이다. 이에, 해외를 포함한 국내 디자인 프로젝트의 사례조사를 통해 몇 가지 시사점을 발견하게 된 것은, 민간기업은 디자인아웃소싱을 통해 디자인품질수준 개선과 혁신추구보다, 디자인관련 비용절감과 비용구조이 유동성 확보를 위하는 점이 크다는 것이다. 디자인이 기업의 핵심역량이기에 핵심 디자인업무를 내재화하고, 제품이나 서비스가 플랫폼화 되면서 지역별 디자인 대응업무가 줄어들게 됨으로써 대기업의 디자인서비스 아웃소싱 대가기준의 하락원인이 된 것이다. 2000년대 초반 디자인경영의 중요성으로 글로벌 컨설팅 기업들이 디자인서비스 기업과의 협력체계가 아닌 M&A를 추구하였고, 삼성전자를 비롯한 대기업들이 우수 디자인 인력을 대거 영입하면서 자체 디자인경영연구소를 키웠다. 본 연구는 디자인서비스 대가기준에 대하여 광범위하게 공공과 민간기업(대기업, 중견기업)의 디자인서비스 아웃소싱 사례에 대하여 연구를 수행하여 디자인산업의 실질적 규모와 수준에 대한 지표를 파악하였다. 이러한 대가기준의 변화와 영향 등에 대하여 전문가 인터뷰와 문헌연구를 통해 궁극적으로 글로벌 디자인산업의 가치와 방향성에 대한 제언을 하고자 한다.

본 연구의 목적은 기업의 퇴직자와 퇴직예정자들의 원활한 전직을 지원하기 위해 개발된 기존 국내 퇴직근로자 전직지원 프로그램들을 비교분석하는 것이다. 이를 통해 기업 퇴직근로자 대상 전직지원 프로그램의 질적 향상을 위한 시사점을 제시하는 것이다. 전직지원 프로그램을 체계적으로 분석하기 위해 프로그램의 목표, 대상, 프로그램의 내용, 운영방식을 분석 준거로 설정하였다. 분석 준거를 바탕으로 노사발전재단, 무역협회, A 전직지원 컨설팅사, KT, 삼성전자의 전직지원 프로그램을 비교분석하였다. 연구의 시사점으로는 퇴직자를 위한 전직지원 프로그램의 비교, 분석을 통하여 장기적 관점의 생애경력전환을 위한 프로그램 도입, 고용가능성 제고, 기업 내부의 상시적 전직지원 센터 운영, 기업환경과 고용환경 변화에 따른 프로그램 내용 개편, 다양한 운영방식의 도입 등을 제안하였다. 향후 전직지원을 보다 많은 기업들에 확대하기 위해서는 기업 인사부서 및 최고경영진의 주의를 환기할 필요가 있고, 전직에 관한 정부 재정지원 사업의 확대 및 컨설팅 제공을 통해 기업이 프로그램을 도입할 수 있는 환경을 조성하는 것이 필요하다.

본 연구는 고객이 챗봇서비스를 통하여 제공 받는 사회적 지원(정서적 지원, 정보적 지원)이 고객이 느끼는 챗봇서비스 만족에 영향을 미치는지 확인하고, 이 챗봇서비스의 만족이 충성도와 챗봇서비스 지속사용의도에 영향을 미치는지 연구하였다. 그리고, 챗봇서비스의 사회적 실재감의 조절효과를 확인하기 위해 사회적 실재감을 높게 인식하는 그룹과 낮게 인식하는 그룹으로 나누어 온라인 설문을 실시하여 총 300개의 유효 데이터를 얻었다. 분석결과 사회적 실재감을 높게 인식하는 그룹에서는 정서적 지원에서 챗봇서비스의 만족으로의 경로가 지지되었고, 사회적 실재감을 낮게 인식하는 그룹에서는 정서적 지원에서 챗봇서비스 만족으로의 경로가 지지되지 못하였으며 가설 경로계수에서도 차이가 확인되었다. 이는 사회적 실재감이 인간의 정서적 반응에 영향을 미치는 것으로 해석된다. 본 연구는 사회적 지원의 두 가지 요인인 정보적 지원과 정서적 지원을 챗봇서비스에 적용하여 챗봇 이용자가 느끼는 챗봇의 사회적 실재감 정도에 따른 만족도, 충성도, 지속적 이용 간의 관계를 실증하였다는 점에서 챗봇서비스의 사회적 실재감의 기능에 시사점을 제공해 줄 수 있다.

오늘날 해운기업들은 해운시장의 급격한 환경변화에 대처하기 위해 품질경영에 대하여 새로운 인식과 경쟁력 우위로 신규항로 개발 등 틈새시장의 개척 등에 적극적인 의지를 보이고 있다. 본 연구는 해운기업의 TQM의 원천, 활동과 실행성과와의 인과관계를 실증적으로 분석 하였으며, 해운서비스 제공형태를 세분화하여 외항해송, 내항해송, 해운관련 부대사업과 해운관련 단체들을 대상으로 하여 이들 기업에서는 TQM 활동과 실행성과가 어떠한 영향을 미치는지, 그리고 품질경영 활동단계에 따라서 어떻게 달라지는지를 규명하기 위해서 종합적인 상황론적 접근을 시도한 실증적인 연구이다. 본 연구의 결과를 요약하면, 해운기업은 TQM실행성과를 높이기 위해 TQM활동에 종업원이 전원 참여하도록 유도하여야 하며, 종업원의 교육 및 훈련에 필요한 교육 프로그램을 제공하고, 자체적인 훈련계획을 수립하여 실천하여야 할 것이다. 또한 해운기업이 고객과의 관계증진올 위해 주기적으로 고객만족도를 조사하고 이들 자료를 기초로 TQM 활동에 반영하는 해운서비스의 설계에도 적극적이어야 할 것이다.

NDF (No Defect Found) is a phenomenon in which defects have been found in the manufacturing, operation and use of a product or facility, but phenomenon of defects is not reproduced in the subsequent investigation system or the cause of the defects cannot be identified. Recently, with the development of the fourth industrial revolution, convergence of hardware and software technologies in various fields is spreading to products such as aircraft, home appliances, and mobile devices, and the number of parts is increasing due to functional convergence. The application of such convergence technologies and the increase in the number of parts are major factors that lead to an increase in NDF phenomena. NDF phenomena have a significant negative impact on cost, reliability, and reliability for both manufacturers, service providers and operators. On the other hand, due to the nature of NDF phenomena such as difficult and intermittent cause identification and ambiguity in judgment, it is common to underestimate the cost of NDF or fail to take appropriate countermeasures in corporate management. Therefore, in this paper, we propose a methodology for estimating NDF costs by the PAF model which is a quality cost analysis model and ABC (Activity Based Costing) technique. The methodology of this study suggests a detailed procedure and the concept to accurately estimate the NDF costs, using ABC analysis, accounting system information, and IT system data. In addition case studies have validated the methodology. We think this could be a valid methodology to refer to when estimating the cost of other parts. And, it is meaningful to provide important judgment information in the decision-making process based on quality management and ultimately reduce NDF costs by visualizing them separately by major variable factors.

Cellular network is comprised of several base stations which serve cellular shaped service area and each base station (BS) is connected to the mobile switching center (MSC). In this paper, the configuration modeling and algorithm of a cellular mobile network with the aim of minimizing the overall cost of operation (handover) and network installation cost (cabling cost and installing cost of mobile switching center) are considered. Handover and cabling cost is one of the key considerations in designing cellular telecommunication networks. For real-world applications, this configuration study covers in an integrated framework for two major decisions: locating MSC and assigning BS to MSC. The problem is expressed in an integer programming model and a heuristic algorithm based on Lagrangian relaxation is proposed to resolve the problem. Searching for the optimum solution through exact algorithm to this problem appears to be unrealistic considering the large scale nature and NP-Completeness of the problem. The suggested algorithm computes both the bound for the objective value of the problem and the feasible solution for the problem. A Lagrangian heuristics is developed to find the feasible solution. Numerical tests are performed for the effectiveness and efficiency of the proposed heuristic algorithm. Computational experiments show that the performance of the proposed heuristics is satisfactory in the quality of the generated solution.
