The purpose of this research was to provide basic data to childcare consulting scholarship which will be expanded completely in the future by examining awareness on childcare consulting, requests for childcare consultant, operation method of childcare consulting and tendency and meaning of childcare consulting for 500 early childhood pre-service teachers who are attending senior classes of departments related to childcare teachers in Busan. The results of research, obtained by the above process, are as follows. In the awareness of early childhood pre-service teachers on childcare consulting, they replied that they know concept and method of childcare consulting well. Also, qualifications of childcare consultant are actual knowledge and technology related to childcare process, they wanted consultants to provide ideas about class technology and problems which are expected among the consultants are lack of time by heavy works, etc. As expanded in the aspects of educational necessities and qualitative and quantitative system as the awareness or publicity of childcare consulting is insufficient.

본 연구는 컨설팅이 수행된 기업을 대상으로 컨설팅사 전문성이 컨설팅 만족도에 미치는 영향에 대하여 연구해보고자 하였으며, 컨설팅사의 브랜드 인지도가 컨설팅 만족도에 조절력을 보여 차별화된 컨설팅 만족도를 달성하는 것에 대해 알아보고자 하였다. 연구를 요약하면 컨설팅을 수행하며 해당 분야에 대한 전문성을 가진 컨설팅사는 컨설팅 만족도에 긍정적인 영향을 미치며 브랜드 인지도가 높을수록 컨설팅 만족도에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 브랜드 인지도가 높을수록 신뢰도가 형성되어 컨설팅 만족도에 긍정적인 영향을 미친다는 것을 확인하였고, 컨설턴트를 포함한 컨설팅사는 수행하려고 하는 분야에 대한 전문적인 역량을 향상시켜야 함을 시사하고 있다.

본 연구는 전직지원 컨설팅의 효과성을 개인적 차원과 조직적 차원에서 논리적 근거와 경험적 증거를 제시하여 전직지원 컨설팅에 대한 인식 전환 및 확산에 기여하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 국내 기업에 근무하는 회사원 179명의 설문자료를 활용하여 분석하였다. 분석결과 전직지원 컨설팅의 실용성에 대한 인식이 고용가능성에 긍정적인 영향을 미치고 있으며, 고용가능성은 직무성과와 조직신뢰 향상에 긍정적이라는 것을 확인하였다. 또한 고용가능성은 전직지원 컨설팅의 실용성에 대한 인식과 직무성과 및 조직신뢰 간의 관계를 매개하는 것으로 밝혀졌다. 이와 같은 결과는 전직지원 컨설팅이 조직구성원의 직무능력향상에 기여하고 있으며, 이는 조직성과로 이어지고 있음을 확인한 결과이다. 이와 같은 결과를 바탕으로 전직지원 컨설팅에 대한 인식전환과 확산에 대한 시사점을 제안하였다.

In this study, a systematic survey was employed to investigate managers' awareness on the safety culture project in small- to medium-sized industries. The existing regulatory and technology-oriented disaster prevention strategy has been implemented to reduce industrial accidents within a short timeframe, but it is essential to reduce fundamental accidents as well by improving the organizational safety culture or software elements, such as safety awareness. Questionnaires and interviews were conducted to examine the managers' awareness about safety culture, consisting of 17 questions related to safety consulting and with the participation of 191 executives and safety managers. The results showed a significant difference in the self-pay rate of safety consulting depending on the size of the workplace under evaluation. Based on the results, the safety-consulting business focused on providing differentiated consulting support and realistic improvement plans according to the workplace size. The study concluded that it is possible to reduce fundamental human errors and improve organizations' safety awareness or safety culture by employing safety consulting differentiated by workplace size.

본 연구는 중소기업을 대상으로 하는 정부지원 컨설팅에 있어 수요자 및 공급자 특성 요인이 경영성과에 미치는 영향을 확인하고자 진행하였다. 정부지원 컨설팅을 경험한 중소기업을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시한 후 분석하였으며 연구 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 수요자인 중소기업의 컨설팅에 대한 인지도는 컨설팅결과활용도에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으나, 조직문화는 컨설팅결과활용도에 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 공급자 특성인 컨설턴트역량은 컨설팅서비스품질에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으나, 정부지원정책은 컨설팅서비스품질에 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 수요자 특성인 컨설팅결과활용도와 공급자 특성인 컨설팅서비스품질은 모두 경영성과에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구 결과는 정부의 중소기업 컨설팅지원 사업에 있어 컨설팅에 대한 이해도 및 컨설팅 결과물의 활용도 향상과 컨설턴트역량 강화를 위한 제도적 지원을 추진할 필요가 있음을 시사하고 있으며, 중소기업에 대한 컨설팅지원 사업에 있어 공급자 측면 뿐 아니라 수요자 측면을 고려한 정책 방향성을 제시하였다는데 의의가 있다.

This study explores the effects of business consulting on the business performance of firms by using a unique survey for various industry sectors in Korea. We attempt to build a consulting model that shows the structural relationship between consulting factors and consulting performance. Moreover, through the consulting model, we conduct the analysis of elasticity of consulting factors and the group analysis based on firm age. First, the findings show that all consulting factor has a positive impact on the consulting performance, but in the results of factor elasticity, they have a somewhat different impact. Second, while the support of CEOs is relatively more elastic than other consulting factors with respect to the completion of consulting projects, the institutional condition for consulting is relatively more elastic than other factors with respect to the contribution to business performance. Third, since the high-firm age group has a greater capacity to absorb and utilize external knowledge and resource, the consultant competency and institutional conditions have a more impact on the consulting performance than the low-firm age group. On the other hand, in the low-firm age group, the result indicates that the support of CEOs has a more impact in the consulting performance than the high-firm age group. According to the total effect, the support of CEOs in the entire model has the highest impact on the consulting performance. Thus, it is probably difficult to achieve the improvement of business performance through consulting as well as the successful consulting projects without the CEOs' commitment and awareness about the consulting projects.

건설엔지니어링 기업은 대표적인 지식기반산업으로서 무형자산의 평가 및 관리가 더욱 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 기업 특성을 고려하여 무형자산 분류체계를 작성하고, 설문과 인과지도구축을 통해 주요요소를 추출하여 건설엔지니어링 기업의 무형자산 측정을 위한 요소분류체계를 제시하였다. 기업가치 상승을 위한 무형자산 관리는 각 무형자산 세부요소 간 인과관계에 대한 이해가 뒷받침돼야 하므로, System Dynamics 분석을 통하여 인과관계를 파악하고 제시된 방법론을 검증하였다. 제시된 방법론을 통하여 건설 엔지니어링 기업의 특성이 고려된 무형자산을 인식하게 되어 건설엔지니어링 기업의 무형자산을 합리적으로 평가하는데 기여함으로써 건설엔지니어링 산업의 발전을 도모할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

본 기업 경쟁력 향상의 새로운 척도로 디자인의 중요성이 부각되면서 종합적인 관점에서 디자인을 진단해주는 디자인컨설팅에 관한 관심이 높아지고 있다. 그러나 대기업에 비해 중소기업은 디자인을 접할 기회가 부족하여 디자인의 중요성을 간과하는 경우가 많고 중요성을 알고 있다 해도 실제로 디자인에 투자할 자금력이 부족한 실정이다. 이에 본 논문은 2012년 부산디자인센터의 산업단지 중소기업 디자인지원 사업을 통해 산업단지 중소기업의 디자인 현황과 디자인컨설팅 성과를 분석하고 디자인컨설팅이 중소기업의 경쟁력 향상과 디자인 인식 개선에 어떤 영향을 주었는지 분석해보았다. 그 결과 대부분의 기업이 현재 자사 디자인에 만족하지 않고 있음에도 디자인에 대해 투자를 하지 않거나 뒤로 미루는 경우가 많았다. 그러나 컨설팅 이후 디자인의 중요성을 깨달은 65.6%의 중소기업이 디자인 개발을 진행했으며 그들 기업은 개선된 기업이미지와 제품 이미지를 통해 매출 상승효과를 가져왔다. 이는 디자인컨설팅이 중소기업의 경쟁력 향상과 디자인 인식 개선의 중요한 매개체 역할을 한 것으로 판단된다. 앞으로 중소기업에 직접적인 도움을 줄 수 있는 보다 심화된 디자인 진단 프로세스가 필요하며 국가사업 및 디자인 전문 업체와의 연계 등 꾸준한 사후관리를 통해 실질적인 디자인 개발 프로그램이 마련되는 디자인 컨설팅 지원 사업이 되기를 기대해본다.

최근 기업의 해킹사고에 따라 보유하고 있는 개인정보의 노출은 심각한 수위에 이르게 되었다. 그리고 기업 업종에 따라 발생되는 보안위협요소도 달라지고 있다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 기업 업종에 따른 보안위협요소를 살펴보고 이에 적합한 정보보안컨설팅 방법을 제시하였다. 첫째, 금융 보험업은 내부 구성원의 인식 부족으로 인한 웜/바이러스 감염에 무방비 상태가 되지 말아야하며 조직의 내부 보안기준을 구성원에 동일하게 일괄 적용함으로써 고객정보 위험성이 높은 직군에 의해 보안사고가 발생하는 것을 사전에 대비해야한다. 그러므로 사람과 정보 중심의 정보보안컨설팅 방법이 적용되어야한다. 둘째, 개인기업의 경우 산업군의 속성에 따라 정보보안컨설팅이 이루어져야한다. 즉, 기업이나 기관에서 정보보안을 고려하게 되는 동기를 크게 Security Thread, Compliance, Biz-Requirement, Biz-Opportunities 로 나누어 각각의 동기에 따라 컨설팅이 이루어져야한다

The purpose of this study was to analyze the service needs and role awareness of military hospital coordinator to provide basic data for establishing the role of military hospital coordinator and facilitating efficient, systematic work performance. Questionnaires were used to survey military hospital out patients for 25 days from July 13 to August 11. 2011. The subjects were 616 outpatients. Research results, the recognition of higher awareness of the military hospital coordinator to perform the work to know if the work performed was low awareness of the present in the generally. High service needs was generally presented among outpatients that perceived the work performed by the military hospital coordinator, and most of the work preformed in the service needs was higher, showed a high needs. The results of this study showed that military hospital outpatients presented low role awareness but high level of service needs for military hospital coordinator. Establish roles of military hospital coordinator and provide for systematic performance if so can military hospital will contribute to improving service satisfaction.
