SW 취약점의 보안성 강화를 위한 진단원의 교육 양성 연구 (Research on Education and Training of the Analyzer for Security Enhancement of SW Vulnerability)

  • 소프트웨어의 취약점으로 인하여, 국가의 사이버 인프라와 실물 금융자산 에 대한 해킹 공격이 발생하고 있다. 소프트웨어는 인터넷 정보제공과 사이버 금융결제 및 사이버 인프라를 통제하고 운영하는, 운영체제 및 실행시스템을 구성하는 필수요소이기 때문이다. 이러한 소프트웨어 취약점을 분석하고, 보안성을 강화해야 사이버 인프라의 보안성이 강화되고, 실제 국가와 국민의 실제 생활에 보안성이 강화된다. 소프트웨어 개발보안 제도 분석과 소프트 웨어 개발보안 진단 분석 및 소프트웨어 취약점의 보안성 강화를 위한 연구를 한다. 또한 소프트웨어 취약점 진단원 양성 및 보수교육을 위한 교재개발과 진단원 시험문제 개발 및 진단원의 파일럿 테스트, 그리고 진단원의 투입인력 비용기준을 연구한다. 본 논문의 연구는 소프트웨어 취약점 진단원을 양성하는 교육과정과 진단가이드를 제시하여, 국가와 국민 생활의 사이버 인프라의 소프트웨어 보안성을 강화하는 데 목적이 있다.

Knowledge and perceptions of kangaroo mother care among health providers: a qualitative study

  • Background: Indonesia is one of the countries with the highest preterm birth rate. Preterm infants are more likely than term and normal weight infants to experience neonatal mortality and morbidity due to acute respiratory, gastrointestinal, immunologic, central nervous system, hearing, and vision problems. Kangaroo mother care (KMC) is a proven cost-effective intervention to help reduce mortality rates among preterm infants; however, it has not been fully implemented in hospitals. Purpose: Assess KMC knowledge and perceptions among health providers. Methods: This qualitative study was conducted from December 2015 to April 2016 and consisted of 21 in-depth interviews and 3 focus group discussions (FGDs). The 3 categories of health personnel in the study were clinical providers, hospital management representatives, and Indonesian Midwife Association members. Results: Most health providers know about the benefits of KMC including stabilizing temperatures, weight gain, and maternal-infant bonding and reducing human resources and labor costs. They were also aware of which newborns were eligible for KMC treatment. Their knowledge was mostly gained from observation or obtained from pediatricians and personal experience. They believed that a low birth weight infant in an incubator could not be treated with KMC and that it could only be practiced if a special gown was used when holding the baby. This perception could be caused by a lack of formal KMC training, leading to misunderstanding of its aspects. Conclusion: In conclusion, KMC knowledge of clinical providers in the 2 hospitals was sufficient, primarily due to their health-related educational background. Some perceptions could be potential barriers to or facilitate the implementation of KMC practice. These perceptions should be considered in future KMC training designs.

  • 본 연구의 목적은 특히 사서교사가 배치되어 있지 않은 학교도서관의 컨설팅을 활성화하기 위한 현실적인 방안을 제안하는 것이다. 분석 결과, 학교도서관 지원단을 통한 컨설팅은 자발성, 전문성, 자문성 그리고 독립성이 부족하다. 그리고 교육청이 마케팅 차원에서 운영하고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 오늘날 학교 컨설팅의 중요한 목적은 단위학교 공동체 중심의 자주적 문제해결능력을 신장하는 것이다. 따라서 학교도서관 컨설팅의 성공을 위해서는 연합운영체제 구축, 표준업무지침서 개발, DLS를 활용한 온라인 컨설팅 체제 구축 그리고 컨설던트의 직무분석과 교육훈련 프로그램 개발이 필요하다.

119구급대원의 저혈당 환자에 대한 병원 전 응급처치현황과 개선방안 (Prehospital Treatments of the Patient with Hypoglycemia by 119 Emergency Medical Technicians - Analysis of the Current Data and Survey -)

  • This study was intended to analyze the clinical characteristic of the patient with hypoglycemia and the status of prehospital treatments by 119 emergency medical technicians well as the cause of inappropriate emergency treatment by 119 emergency medical technicians in a bid to seek the measures for improvement, thereby enhancing the emergency medical services before medical treatment at hospital. Examination of the daily work log on 430 patients suffering with hypoglycemia who were sent to the university hospital in Gyunggi-Province by 119 emergency medical technicians, beginning on Jan 1, 2004 till Dec 31. 2008 was carried out and the survey of 206 119 emergency medical technicians working at the region of Gyunggid-Province was conducted from Sep 19 through Oct 6, 2009. Evaluation of the frequency and percentage and ANOVA analysis using SPSS WIN 14.0 program was carried out. In view of the examination of daily emergency work log and questionnaire, prehospital treatment for the patients with hypoglycemia needs to be further improved in general, and to provide the emergency treatment in accurate and timely manner, improvement of the system such as assignment of licensed rescue members and development of protocol that will replace the medical consultant system, mandatory emergency treatment, constant and efficient training and maintenance of emergency rescue records shall be implemented, and furthermore, social recognition to 119 emergency medical technicians shall be improved to encourage them to perform more positive way and manner.

Characteristics of Quality of Work Life on Employees at Consultant Company in Indonesia

  • The study aims to investigates and explore the quality of work life (QWL) and also to find out which QWL factors are considered as primary factors among employees of PT. Duta Transformasi Insani, a consulting service management in Indonesia. The factors of QWL in this study consist of nine components, which are: work environment, organizational culture and climate, relation and cooperation, training and development, reward and compensation, facilities, job satisfaction and job security, work autonomy, and resource adequacy. This study conducted a survey of every employee who works for PT. Duta Insani, which consists of various sample characteristics, such as gender, education level, and length of employment. The descriptive analysis also analyzes how the QWL condition in this company. The method in this research using quantitative descriptive and factor analysis, together with validity and reliability tests, to fulfill the study objectives. The results showed that most dimensions of employees' QWL are within a valid category, with an 80 percent average of this variable. Furthermore, the results also indicate there are two major factors constituting the quality of work life of the employees of PT. Duta Transformasi, which are supportive organizational culture, accounting for 47.75 percent, and organizational facilities, accounting for 13.03 percent.

Routinization of IT Service Management (ITSM) : A Descriptive Case Study

  • In order to realize the benefits of ITSM, it is necessary to institutionalize ITSM into the organizational culture. Currently, efforts to routinize ITSM lack in practice, and research in this area is also lacking. This study identifies the factors affecting the routinization of ITSM through literature review and interviews with experts, selects a company that has successfully routinized ITSM, and analyses the activities, methods, and procedures employed by the company on the factors in detail. The specific factors analyzed in the study include fulfillment of the customer requirements, top management support, communication, change management, training and education, quality of the ITSM system, and capability of the personnel. Important points verified in this study is that in order to realize organizational performance from ITSM, just the adoption of ITSM is not enough, but the routinization of ITSM through continuous and systematic management and improvement with the support of top management are required. Since this study is a descriptive case study, results of the study cannot be generalized. However, the study will provide practical information that can be referenced by the organizations attempting to routinize ITSM. In addition, results of the study will provide a basis of future research in ITSM.

  • Any organization's Six Sigma program may be at high risk without heeding the lessons learned from the past and that tries to operate without a robust business foundation. A foundation that preferably should consist of stepping-stones such as a 5-S house-keeping program, an effective Integrated Management System (IMS), which includes a strong focus on planning for quality to fully capture the Voice of the Customer (VOC), and an organization-wide training scheme, as well as a reliable Cost of Poor Quality (COPQ) system. That's the best advise I can give to any organization that wishes to embark on a Six Sigma improvement program and hope to be successful. The paper will elaborate on the above issues and provide suggested solutions based on the review of published historical information and the experiences encountered over the last four decades by the author, as a quality practitioner and consultant, in industries that produced safety-critical product. This author maintains that few fundamentally new or useful things have been created in the field of Quality during the last couple of decades. Nevertheless, this paper deliberates on a number of relatively “newer” issues including the concept of “three types of customers”, the CTC, “Critical To Customer” term, the eight Quality Management Principles of the new ISO 9000 family, the growth of industry-specific standards, the adoption of Integrated Management Systems, the rebirth of AS2561 COQ standard, the spread of Six Sigma as well as related ASQ certification and the need for a robust business foundation to ensure Six Sigma survival.

NCS 기반 직업능력개발훈련 기관인증평가를 위한 평가자의 역할과 역량 분석 (Analysis of Evaluator's Role and Capability for Institution Accreditation Evaluation of NCS-based Vocational Competency Development Training)

  • NCS의 성공은 직업능력개발훈련 기관인증평가자의 역할과 역량에 달려 있다. 이 연구는 NCS기반 직업능력개발훈련 기관인증을 위한 평가자의 역할과 역량을 도출하는 데 목적이 있다. 델파이 기법을 적용하여 평가자의 구체적 역할을 다각적으로 탐색하고, 필요한 지식과 기술, 태도 그리고 특성을 도출하여 그 타당성을 검증하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 교육훈련 전문가와 심사평가 전문가를 패널로 선정하여 3차에 걸친 델파이 연구를 진행하였다. 연구 결과, 평가자의 역할은 총 8개로 운영자, 조정 중재자, 협력자, 분석가, 검증가, 기관평가자, 기관컨설턴트, 학습자로 분류되었고, 각 역할에 따른 역량은 총 25개로 도출되었다. 지식 영역은 HRD 지식, NCS 지식, 직업능력개발훈련 지식, 훈련기관인증평가 지식의 총 4개의 역량이 포함되었다. 기술 영역은 갈등관리 능력, 대인관계 능력, 문서작성 능력, 문제해결 능력, 분석 능력, 사전준비 능력, 시간관리 능력, 의사결정 능력, 정보이해 활용 능력, 종합적사고 능력, 직업훈련기관에 대한 이해 능력, 커뮤니케이션 능력, 피드백 능력, 핵심파악 능력의 총 14개의 역량으로 구성되었다. 태도영역은 객관성 및 공정성, 서비스 마인드, 소명의식, 윤리의식, 자기개발, 책임감, 팀워크의 총 7개로 정리됐다. 이 연구의 결과로 도출된 역할과 역량은 평가자가 일정한 요건을 갖추어 공정하고 체계적으로 인증평가할 수 있도록 평가자 대상 교육프로그램을 설계하고 운영하는 데 유용할 것이다. 특히, 평가자의 경험과 역할에 따라 기초교육 및 향상 교육을 실시할 수 있도록 역량별 교육 프로그램을 모듈별로 설계하고, 지속적으로 평가자의 품질을 관리하는 데 기초자료로 활용될 것으로 기대된다.

학교경영컨설턴트의 역량 분석 : 전문가와 예비컨설턴트의 인식을 중심으로 (An Analysis on the Competency of School Management Consultants : The Perceptions of Professional and Prospective Consultants)

  • 이 연구는 학교경영컨설팅을 수행하는 컨설턴트가 갖추어야 하는 역량에 대하여 전문가와 예비컨설턴트의 인식을 중심으로 분석함으로써 학교경영컨설턴트의 역량 강화와 학교컨설팅 연구에 대한 시사점을 도출하고자 수행되었다. 이러한 연구 목적을 달성하기 위하여 전문가와 예비컨설턴트를 대상으로 역량 중요도와 역량 보유도를 조사하였다. 연구 결과, 학교경영컨설턴트가 갖추어야 하는 주요 역량은 '학교경영컨설팅의 배경 개념 원리', '학교경영컨설팅의 과정방법', '학교경영의 내용', '경청과 공감', '의사소통', '문제해결', '팀워크와 협력', '대인관계', '진정성', '헌신'으로 분석되었다. 전문가와 예비컨설턴트가 인식하는 학교 경영컨설턴트 역량의 중요도 인식에는 차이가 있었고, 예비컨설턴트가 인식하는 학교경영컨설턴트 역량의 중요도와 보유도는 컨설팅 경험을 통하여 변화를 보였다. 이 연구의 결과는 학교경영컨설턴트의 교육과 자격에 반영할 수 있고,학교경영컨설팅의 '학습성' 원리를 확인하였다는 점에서 의의가 있다.

내수기업 수출활성화를 위한 무역전문인력 양성 방안에 대한 연구 (A Study on the Proposal for Training of the Trade Experts to Promote Export of Domestic Companies)

  • In all countries of the world, the development of trade is an important factor for the survival of the national economy. Increased export will lead to national economic growth. Export is directly linked to employment, and the industrial structure will be developed in the direction to produce products of comparative advantages. Therefore, every country around the world is trying to promote export regardless of the size of its economy. Accordingly, this paper focused on the promotion of export of domestic companies. It proposed to cultivate trade experts to promote export of domestic companies. The following five methods were proposed to materialize the proposal. First, it is important to foster trade experts to expand and foster the one-person creative companies. In particular, it is important to develop a professional education curriculum. It is necessary to design and conduct a systematic curriculum throughout the process including follow-up after education such as teaching detailed procedures for establishing a trade business, identification of relevant regulations and related organizations, understanding of special features of each exporting country, and details of exporting procedures through specialist training for the individual industries, helping themto keep their network steady so that they can easily get help from consultants. Second, it is necessary to educate traders working in the field to make them trade experts and utilize themin on-the-job training and consulting. To do this, it is necessary to introduce systematic consultant selection process, and to introduce a systemto educate and manage them. It is because, we must select the most appropriate candidates, educate themto be lecturers and consultants, and dispatch themto the field, in order to make the best achievement in export. Nurturing trading professionals utilizing the current trading workers to activate export of domestic companies can be more efficient through cooperation of trading education agencies and related agencies in various industries. Third, it is also proposed to cultivate female trade experts by educating female trade workers whose career has been disrupted. It is to provide career disrupted women with opportunities to work after training them as trade professionals and to give manpower pool to domestic companies that are preparing for export. Fourth, it is also proposed to educate foreign students living in Korea to be trading experts and to utilize them as trading infra. They can be trading professionals who will contribute to the promotion of export. In the short term, they will be provided with opportunities for employment and start-upin the field of trade, and in the mid- to long-term, they may develop a business network between Korea and their own countries. To this end, we need to improve the visa system, expand free trade education opportunities, and support them so that they can establish small but strong enterprises. Fifth, it is proposed to proactively expand trade education to specialized high school students. Considering that most of domestic companies pursuing activation of export are small but strong companies or small and mediumsized companies, they may prefer high school graduates rather than university graduates because of financial limitations. Besides, the specialized high school students may occupy better position in the job market if they are equipped with expertise in trading. This study can be meaningful, in that it is the first research that focuses on cultivating trading experts to contribute to the export activation of domestic companies. However, it also has a limitation that it has failed to reflect the more specific field voices. It is hoped that detailed plans will be derived from the opinions of the employees of domestic companies making efforts to become an export company in the related researches in the future.
