Soil dust emitted from large scale construction sites in urban areas has posed a significant health threats to local residents by exacerbating air quality. Water-spraying (moistening) is commonly practiced to lower the dust emission in construction sites, but its long term effectiveness is highly questionable. In this study, the utility of starch and PVA(polyvinyl alcohol) was investigated in suppression of the soil dust emissions in construction sites in Seoul areas. The efficiency of the two suppressants was tested with test soil sample in a lab-scale wind tunnel box under different concentrations of suppressants and soil textures. Starch and PVA showed the superior ability to suppress soil dust emission as compared to moistening, resulting in PM₁₀ and PM_2.5 lower than the daily limit values of 30 and 15 ㎍/㎥ respectively. PVA showed higher suppression capability than starch for all conditions. The test soils mixed with suppressants also showed dramatically enhanced aggregate stability compared to the non-treated soil.

친환경 하천사업의 활성화로 식생매트의 사용은 증가하고 있으나 수리적 안정성에 대한 평가는 미흡한 실정이다. 본 연구는 호안용 식생매트 제품의 객관적인 수리안정성 시험 기법 개발을 위해 수행하였다. 이를 위해서 식생매트 2종에 대한 실규모 실험을 수행하여 수리량을 측정하고 분석하여 작용 소류력을 계산하였다. 1차원 부정류 모형을 이용하여 최적 조도계수를 결정하고 작용 소류력을 계산하였다. 각 유량의 시험 후에는 매트 표면 및 기반층의 변동 여부를 기록하여 평가하였으며 이에 따라 매트표면의 손상 유형 3가지 및 기반층의 손상 유형 2가지를 제시하였다. 본 연구에서는 식생매트의 표면 변동이 있더라도 하부 기반층의 유실이 발생하지 않는 경우에는 안정한 상태로 제안하였다. 이에 따라 실험체 2종의 허용소류력을 평가하였으며 철망으로 보강된 식생매트가 허용 소류력 측면에서 효과가 있는 것을 확인할 수 있었다.

건설사업은 대형화, 복합화, 전문화되면서 목적물의 규모 및 범위가 점차 커지고 다수의 사업참여자가 수행하는 대규모 사업이 국내 외에서 지속적으로 발주되고 있다. 대규모 건설사업의 특성상 사업참여자들 간의 공정별, 분야별 간섭 및 충돌이 발생되면 해결을 위한 시간과 노력이 사업이 진행될수록 더 필요하다. 따라서, 본 연구에서는 인터페이스 해결을 위해 시간적, 물리적으로 유리한 설계단계의 인터페이스 관리방안에 대해 사례현장 적용내용을 바탕으로 제시하였다. 인터페이스 관리 협의체 구성, 체크리스트 도출, LIST 관리, PMIS 적용 등의 실제적인 관리방안을 통해 설계간섭 및 설계변경 관리 노하우가 필요한 타 현장에 적용하여 효과적인 사례로써 활용될 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

It is impossible to precat the behavior of ground soil and structure accurately during underground construction in urban area or excavation in soft ground area because of difference between the assumed design condition and the actual site condition. Therefore, it must be managed by measuring system and correct the difference by real data. Large scale under ground construction in urban area like a seoul subway project has needed for Intelligent Construction technique, a field of the Engineering Contractor. The automated measuring system is developed for the technique. It is described that the procedure and the method of measuring work with application of the automated measuring system.

NATM becomes one of the major methods of tunnel construction, such as that of subways and highways. However, a number of design and construction problems have been noticed and reported from the recent large-scale tunnelling projects. Some of them are presented and discussed in this report in order to call an attention to these problems and provide a sound basis for the improvement of current problems.

The aggregate materials being scottored in districts of the country were investigated to provide the data to the Consturction worker who are working without quality tests of construction materials in the small scale land consolidation, farm building construction and new village Construction projects in the country. Also results of the survey will be helpful to those who want to devise a succerrful plan in concrete execution by means of specifying a standard and technical treatment of construction materials.

When measuring fine dust at a large-scale site such as complex construction, the change in the value of fine dust measurement is large due to the influence of the time, location, wind speed, wind direction, and humidity. This study aims to find out the results of measuring fine dust in an actual construction site and inferring the changes.

대형복합건설사업에서 생성되는 정보들은 장기간의 사업주기를 걸치며 다양한 사업주체간에 이동하며 변환 및 발전된다. 그래서 지연 등 사업수행에 문제가 발생하였을 때, 문제의 원인은 해당 업무가 아니라 그 업무와 관련된 이전 업무일 경우 정보흐름을 거슬러 올라가며 문제의 원인을 분석해야 한다. 그러나 복잡한 사업주체 및 업무들의 관계 때문에 사업에서 생성되는 정보들이 어떻게 흘러가는지에 대해 기존의 키워드검색방법으로는 이러한 정보흐름을 도출하기에는 적합하지 않다. 이에 본 연구에서는 대형복합건설사업의 정보흐름을 분석하기 위한 관계기반 정보검색기능을 구축하고 이를 사례 정보시스템에 적용하였다. 우선 기존 정보검색시스템의 활용동향과 대형복합건설사업의 특성을 분석하여 정보전달관계 검색시스템의 필요성을 도출하였고, 이에 적합한 시스템 구축 방법론 및 업무 간 관계 추론 알고리즘을 정립하였다. 그리고 구축한 시스템을 사례시스템인 도시재생사업의 업무정보시스템에 적용하여 그 활용방안을 제시하였다. 본 연구에서 제시한 정보흐름검색은 업무를 담당하는 주체 및 총괄 관리자가 사업 전체를 원활히 진행시키기 위한 주요 업무 도출 등에 이용할 수 있으며, 추가연구의 도구로서도 활용될 것으로 기대된다.

본 논문에서는 하부층 연약지반 보강공법으로 사용되고 있는 지오셀을 이용한 투수성 도로포장의 지지력 거동 특성을 다루었다. 현장시험을 통해 지오셀 포장의 지지력 변화를 일반쇄석 포장과 비교하여 분석하기위해 FWD를 이용하여 지지력 특성을 평가하였다. 실험결과 1.5mm 두께의 지오셀의 경우 보강효과가 나타나는 것으로 측정되었으며 재하하중이 증가함에 따라 보강효과도 큰 것으로 평가 되었다.

This research focuses ell an approach for the building of a requirements model for the development of large-scale information systems. It will suggest a set of requirements engineering processes as a procedure of the implementation for building the requirements model. It will also emphasise the evaluation requirements model aimed to refine and complete the requirements model by the different user groups as a cross reference. This paper provides an advanced user-construction requirements within the Event Flow Diagram as a set of requirements engineering process.
