  • Tilt-up construction is the method that the wall structures are fabricated horizontally on site and placed at specified location using heavy lifting equipment. Tilt-up method generally has several advantages, such as of productivity improvement, labor savings, shortened the construction period the and cost savings. In this study, Tilt-up method is used for wall construction of detached house. Result shores the substantial improvement on construction period. The use of Tilt-up method led construction period reduction of 20%.

저진동 모래다짐말뚝(LVSCP)의 지반개량효과 분석 (Analysis of Ground Improvement Effect of Low Vibration Sand Compaction Pile Method)

  • In this study, the effect of noise and vibration, and influence of ground improvement are evaluated and its application is analyzed through the example of SCP designed at ground improvement in Song-Do international city. consequently, it showes even comfortable result that it is about 5.0m of inner space, when the LVSCP method is applied, rather than that it is about 30m of inner space when the existing SCP is applied in vibration control standards 2.0mm/sec. In the noise, now that the many differences according to environmental factors like other equipment noise, limited space and so on at the time of the construction by LVSCP method are coming out, so we think that appro itate measures are needed according to surroundings. By the way, when it comes to the estimation of the ground improvement work before and after an improvement of LVSCP method, its result shows that it is satisfacttion to all the standards of compaction control in dregded and reclaimed ground and sedimentary clay layer.

  • The standard for the cost calculation in the field of domestic construction engineering can be largely divided into the construction cost ratio method and the actual cost addition method. However, the standard for calculating the cost of the construction cost ratio method is a trend to switch to the actual cost addition method due to limitations such as not reflecting the characteristics of the construction. Therefore, this study aims to derive implications by investigating and analyzing examples of cost standards in the field of overseas construction engineering, such as the United States, and deriving directions for improvement in domestic cost standards in the future.

  • In the modern age. Building is getting higher and larger according to owner and social demands. Now when we are facing the need of the cost down and the reduction of economic loss. In this paper, the characteristics of the present conditions of site management were investigated with the field survey. And The Purpose of this study is to suggest the rational plans of construction planning in site management. The method of site management. however depends on experience of a construction manager. in order to solve this situation, it is necessary to create a method of site management that is adequate for the condition of construction. By cultivating excellent sub contractors, we can expect precise construction with a few experts. improvement in qualify of construction from standardization, computerization of each process. And the expectancies of this paper are that it can be used as efficient data for improvement of system to systematize site management work in Korea.

지반개량에 의한 Anchor 정착부 개선효과 사례연구 (A Case Study on the Effect of Soil Improvement on Anchor Bond Zone)

  • Ground anchor method is widely used in the large scale deep excavation of urban area to support a retained wall. Excavation using the ground anchor as a supporting system near a building have many difficulties due to the limitation of construction space. This method can not be applied to the site with the insufficient space from the retained wall to the boundary line. In this case, soil improvement at the anchor bond zone can be used to secure the frictional resistance of ground anchor within the boundary. Through this method, the bond length of anchor can be shortened considerably. This paper deals with the case study on the ground excavation adjacent to a building. The object field is Yongsan Park Tower Construction Site. In this site, the enlarged anchor with soil improvement was applied to solve the problem due to the limitation of construction space. According to the results of field test and monitoring, the anchor with soil improvement is very effective to secure the frictional resistance at the anchor bond zone.

  • To improve construction productivity and quality, and to make the construction environment safe, a new system, Robot-based Construction Automation (RCA), is currently being developed in Korea. To determine whether RCA is an improvement over traditional construction methods (TCMs), an evaluation method, called the Performance Evaluation Index (PEI), is suggested for RCA. The PEI considers the relationships among the factors influencing the performance of the system obtained using the Delphi method and the analytic hierarchy process (AHP). As the evaluation shows, RCA is much better than TCM except for three factors: the rate of work success, quality improvement by learning experience, and construction duration.

  • In recent days, the study of urban regeneration has been conducting with purposeful and sincere intent starting out with the residential environment improvement works. Within the range of urban regeneration, the low-cost housing technology means development of totally-integrated housing technology that may be applied to the regeneration project, especially for the rundown areas where infrastructure facilities in the urban zone have been degraded and obsoleted. In line with this, among many and varied methods in order for realization of the low-cost housing as a part of urban regeneration project, this study should like to propose an improvement methods of the key technologies in relation to the construction works by type of work with which construction costs (directing cost) would be reduced. And, in order to elicit the method for element technology that has been developed and improved in the most optimal manner centering on the selected construction work by the type of work, the researcher conducted comparative review of summary of element technologies related to the construction works concerned, characteristics, and construction method thereof. In particular, the researcher investigated the expenses (construction cost and labor cost), constructions (contractibility and productivity), safety, quality of works, and the technical status in environmental aspects, and the researcher also conducted analyses and evaluations thereof.

모듈러 공법 활성화를 위한 개선과제 중요도 및 기대효용 분석 연구 (Analysis of Importance and Expected Utility of Improvement Tasks to Activate Modular Construction Method)

  • 모듈러 공법이 지닌 다양한 장점과 관련 시장의 지속적인 성장에도 불구하고, 국내에서는 아직 이와 관련한 구체적인 제도가 확립되어 있지 않아 활성화가 어려운 실정이다. 이에 따라 본 연구는 모듈러 관련 산업 현황과 연구 동향을 고찰하고, 사전 조사를 통해 건설업계 실무자들의 의견을 반영하여 모듈러 공법 활성화를 위한 4대 개선영역과 12개의 개선과제를 도출하였다. 이후 전문가집단을 대상으로 AHP 분석을 수행하여 개선영역 및 개선과제의 상대적 중요도를 평가하였으며, 기대효용평가를 수행하여 이를 반영한 개선과제의 최종 우선순위를 도출하였다. 또한 응답자를 기업과 학계/연구계로 나누어 의견을 비교·분석하여 모듈러 공법에 대한 시각차를 확인하였고, 분석 결과를 통해 정책 수립 및 제도 개선의 방향을 제시하였다. 본 연구에서 도출된 우선순위 개선과제들은 향후 모듈러 공법 활성화를 위한 정책적 의사결정을 위한 기초자료로 활용될 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

한옥 축부(軸部) 시공법 개선 연구 (A Study on the Improvement of Wall Execution Method on Hanok)

  • 한옥에서 축부는 건물의 외관과 실내 환경, 공사기간 및 공사비와 밀접한 관련을 지닌 부분이다. 본 연구에서는 전통적인 시공법을 분석하여 전통 한옥의 장점으로서의 특성을 유지하면서 개선된 한옥 축부의 시공법을 제안하였다. 그 개선안은 기성품의 사용, 전체 공정의 건식 조립공법화, 기둥과 벽체의 일괄 시공, 기밀성과 단열성능 향상 등의 특성을 지닌다. 앞으로 시제품의 제작과 성능 시험 등의 단계를 거쳐야 하겠지만 한옥의 형태적 특성을 유지하면서 공사기간과 공사비를 줄이는데 일조할 수 있을 것으로 기대한다.

대구시 주거환경개선사업 현지개량지구의 실태에 관한 연구 (An Analysis of the On-site Improvement Area of Residential Environment Improvement Project in Daegu)

  • This study aims to analyze the on-site improvement area of residential environment improvement project based on research results derived from the on-site and questionnaire survey in case of Daegu. The main findings are as follows. First, residents complain about delay of project completion because a long time has been passed after on-site improvement area was designated. Experts and government officials agree that a new method of development is required. Second, future development should discriminate on-site improvement area according to its level of project completion. The area should be classified into project completion areas and on-going area, and new methods, such as redevelopment, apartment-housing construction method, should be allowed. Third, for better management of on-site improvement area, laws and regulations must be ready and government's will for improvement is crucial.
