국내 건설공사기준 분석을 통한 U-City의 건설-IT융합 기술기준 구성 체계 개발 (The Development of Structure of Construction-Information Converged Technology Criteria on U -City by analyzing Domestic Construction Criteria)

  • Recently IT industry has its eyes on IT Converged Technology as its future growth engine. Now, local governments are busy with planning U-City Constructions to improve their competitiveness. While this shows the ripple effect of U-City Constructions, the related standards or laws don't still seem to be established. The existing Construction Criteria which comprehends only construction could not apply to U-City development. Therefore Construction-Information Converged Technology Criteria should be needed. And fundamental research of Criteria should be preceded. The objective of this research is to develop Structure of Construction-Information Converged Technology Criteria on U-City. The new comprehensive Criteria for Construction-Information Converged Technology would be fundamentally basic standard for U-city development. Thereafter local governments, the main body of the projects, could use Construction-Information Converged Technology Criteria so that there must be lest trial and error to Construction U-City Project.

  • The Architecture, engineering & construction (AEC) industry domains have grown more complex and larger. BIM is a digital representation of a building to facilitate the exchange and development of construction information integration and interoperability. Industry Foundation Classes (IFCs), under development by International Alliance for Interoperability (IAI), represent the part of buildings or elements of a process. IFC has been adopted as a central information repository in order to deliver integrated information. BIM softwares could open the IFC file, recognize standard objects. However, sometimes, information distortion or information loss occurs during information exchange. As project participants exchange BIM information by using BIM softwares they will need a reliable and efficient exchange of information. This paper suggests the BIM object information compatibility problems among BIM softwares and classify the BIM object information compatibility problems.

  • Building Information Modeling(BIM) technology continues to develop and is now being applied to infrastructure facilities. As smart technology based on BIM is applied to the construction industry, the construction of the same data in a common environment is considered to be a very important step in various applications. This study was conducted on methods to establish an open BIM-based airport facility information common data environment. Therefore, this study develops the element technology to establish a common data environment for the integrated management of airport facility information, and aims to standardize data in the common data environment among various technologies and applications. In order to achieve the aim, in this study, the required technologies were derived by examining the common data environment and examining the civil engineering facility field and the case of integrated airport facility management. Through this, standards and development for information standard framework, information requirement level, BIM guidebook, and BIM library were developed in connection with national and higher standards. Through these standards, it is expected that the integrated management of various airport facilities will be efficiently carried out through a standard data platform in the future.

  • 표준품셈은 공공기관 및 민간기관의 공사비를 책정하는 기본적인 자료로 이용되고 있다. 본 논문은 하천공사에서 선정된 대표공종을 대상으로 새로운 형식의 표준품셈 및 장비의 작업량 산출방식을 제안하고자 한다. 품셈에서 작업조 구성의 정보 및 1일 생산성 정보의 제공이 가능하도록 함으로써 공정계획 단계에서 품셈의 적용성을 향상시키고 장비의 작업량 산출과정을 간소화하여 사용자의 편의성을 증대할 수 있기를 기대한다. 하천공사의 경우 작업조건이라는 변수가 매우 크게 작용하기 때문에 생산성 정보 및 기계의 작업량을 일반화 하는 것은 많은 어려움이 존재하지만 지속적인 생산성 정보와 기계의 작업량 정보를 개선하여 정확도를 향상할 수 있다면 품셈을 통한 공정계획 수립 및 적산과정의 간소화가 가능할 것이다.

  • 연구목적: 이동식크레인은 높은 사망률에 기여하는 기계로 최근 6년간(2016~2021) 사고사망사례 중 건설업 2,574건을 분석한 고위험요인(SIF)정보에서 이동식크레인의 사고는 총 61건의 재해가 발생하였다. 현장의 안전대책에도 불구하고 제대로 활용이 안되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 표준 리스크 평가 지수를 제시하여 사고예방에 기여하고자 한다. 연구방법: 전문가 면담과 사망사고 사례분석, 현장실태분석, 문헌조사를 통해 위험성평가의 4M방식의 표준 리스크 평가 지수 방법을 제시하고자 한다. 연구결과: 현장 8개현장 위험성평가를 분석한 결과 재해예방에 실질적인 기여를 할 수 없다는 결론을 얻었으며, 표준 리스크 평가 지수 방식의 개선방안으로 적용하여야 한다. 결론: 건설현장에서 표준 리스크 평가 지수방식으로 전환함으로써 안전보건관계자 및 근로자가 쉽게 이용할 수 있고 재해감소에 기여할 수 있을 것으로 제안한다.

  • 건설공정관리는 주어진 공기 내에 공사를 완료하기 위해 투입되는 자원과 요소작업들의 종합적인 계획을 말한다. 이중 공사기간의 산정은 사업초기 신뢰할만한 근거에 의해 결정되어야 한다. 그러나 실제 현장에서는 담당자의 직관적 판단, 과거 유사 프로젝트의 공기 참고 등의 부정확한 방법으로 개별 작업기간이 결정되고 있다. 이러한 기존 방식의 개선을 위한 선행연구로 본 연구는 TBM공법 $({\phi}2.6m,\;{\phi}3.0m,\;{\phi}3.5m,\;{\phi}5.0m,\;{\phi}8.0m)$ 운영을 위한 건설사업의 초기단계에서 활용할 수 있는 표준모델을 제시하여 신속하게 전체 개략공기를 추정할 수 있는 공기를 산정하여 제시하였다. 따라서 본 연구에서 TBM 구경별로 분석하여 제시한 총 공사기간은 향후 TBM 공사를 수행할 때, 기본계획단계와 기본설계단계에서 공사계약, 공사비 산정, 공정계획을 수립하고 관리하는데 유용한 자료가 될 것으로 확신한다.

The global standard realizing process of the Tire Production Facility and Process Line

  • The tire production facility is a large-scale construction with the complexity of a manufacturing process. The process utilities should be wide-ranging as an effective arrangement of them is highly important. All the necessary information should be clarified together with the manufacturer at the basic planning stage, and this design should be developed to comply with the local culture and regulations. It is important to carry out more advanced engineering in terms of process, cost and quality, even if it is difficult to standardize due to the cultural and geographical conditions and regulations. The key point is to reflect all the given conditions and make a clear design during the design stage, to eliminate the problems after the construction has begun. Another key point is the delivery system, which must be totally managed from the initial design stage until the construction stage by proven companies. Flexibility, quick action, and single responsibility will be the fundamental features in all the steps of the project.

터널운영시스템 표준화 연구 (A Study on the Standardization of Operation System for Road Tunnels)

  • Since tunnel construction order was placed one by one, various sensors and actuators installed at the RTU and higher level system in each tunnel maintenance office had their own protocols depending on construction company. The TGMS testbed established on the extended region of Yong-dong Highway, for example, did not have consistent protocol between each automation levels and management levels without considering the functions and/or roles of each level. The management sever in each tunnel was simply networked to the TGMS server. Therefore, it is impossible to implement a new control algorithm as well as to integrate each other since each tunnel was constructed by different company. So, if the construction company is out of business, there is no way to maintain the corresponding tunnel effectively. In order to solve this problem, all the necessary standard protocols was established between automation level and management levels. These interface standards provide the clear classification between individual tunnel system and tunnel management system. So, even if construction company is different, its effect is minimized, so that it is expected to successfully establish PC based TGMS.

통신부문 표준품셈 환경개선에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Environmental Improvement for the enacting Standard of Construction Estimate in Communication Field)

  • This paper suggests an environmental improvement scheme for the enactment and revision process of the standard of construction estimation in communication field. The first subject is a simplification of process on the enactment and revision. It can be achieved by transfer the function to the professional board from the subordinate council. The second process is an adoption of tentative step on enactment and revision. And the last subject is creation of maintenance part. All the improvement shall be carried on in long term schedule and on the sufficient financial support from government.

해외건설 기자재 전자카탈로그 시스템 구축 (Development of e-Catalog System for Overseas Construction Equipments)

  • Plant, civil engineering and construction equipment data of overseas construction are obtained and then analyzed, classified and integrated by experts. With those refined data set, we built classification system and defined property information with reference to international standard (ISO 15926, IRDL). If class in ISO 15926 is predefined for equipment of interest, we used the class as is. If not, we created and defined new classes on the basis of ISO 15926 classes. If there is similar class for equipment of interest, extension or inheritance methods were used. As a result, classification system of five levels and 637 classes were built and construction equipment information were expressed in open structure of XML such as tree structure of classification system and detailed information with number equipments for each specific equipment. We also developed the electronic catalog system which is basically equipment information management system providing various product search functions.
