이 연구에서 우리는 안전보건경영시스템이 기업경영성과에 미치는 영향과 전기공사업체의 운영능력이 조절효과를 분석하였다. 첫째, 경영, 조직관리 및 자원 준비가 전기공사의 관리능력에 정(+)의 영향을 미칠 것이다. 이는 표준시공을 통한 고객 만족, 작업 안전 확보, 자연환경 보전 및 사회적 책임 추구가 조직 내에 잘 전달되고 이해가 높을수록, 시공계획서, 장비관리 상태가 적합 할수록 전기공사 관리능력에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 평가되었다. 둘째, 경영, 조직관리 및 자원 준비는 기업경영성과에 정(+)의 영향을 미쳤다. 이는 산업 안전보건법규가 강화되고 기업들의 안전보건활동 안전문화 등 관련 정보가 공개되어 조직관리가 원활하게 소통되면서 시공계획서와 장비관리를 OHSA의 기준에 적합할수록 측청결과도 높을 때 기업의 경영성과에도 긍정적인 영향을 미친 것으로 보인다. 마지막으로, 경영, 조직관리 및 자원 준비가 기업경영성과에 미치는 영향에 대해 전기공사의 관리능력은 매개 효과가 나타났다. 이는 독립변수인 경영조직이 기업경영성과에 미치는 직접효과는 .401 간접효과는 .168 총효과.658로 나타났으면, 자원 준비가 기업경영성과에 미치는 직접효과는 .423,간접효과는 .178, 총효과 .643으로 분석되었다.

우리나라 학교건축은 1990년 중반 이후부터 교육환경의 개선을 위한 시설확충과 노후화된 교육시설물을 유지관리 하기 위한 각종 보수공사의 비용이 증가하고 있다. 교육시설사업을 유지하는 각 주체들간 업무를 수행함에 있어 정보의 분절과 검사방법의 판단기준이 미비하여 한정된 재원의 중복투자 및 낭비를 하고 있다. 따라서 업무절차에 따른 발생정보 및 요구정보를 명확하고 일관되게 제시할 필요성이 제기된다. 학교시설물을 유지 관리 하는 단계에서 이루어지는 업무를 파악하고, 교육청에서 이루어지는 업무를 중심으로 각 기능간 문제점 및 장애요인 분석을 통해 개선프로세스 모델을 제시하고자 한다. 향후 기능간 장애요인 추출을 통한 개선프로세스 모델과 정보 모델구축이 수행되어야 한다.

최근 새로이 대두되고 있는 신 경영혁신 전략인 6시그마 경영은 이미 제조업이나 서비스업 등에서 큰 성과를 보이고 있으며 세계적으로 경영혁신 전략의 표본으로 널리 확산되고 있다. 하지만, 건설산업의 경우 이러한 경영기법을 적용한 사례가 많지 않으며 이미 적용되었던 경영기법조차 그 성과가 미미한 실정이다. 이에 본 연구에서는 6시그마에 대한 이론적인 고찰과 아울러 그 적용요건을 살펴보고 신 품질관리기법으로 건설산업에 접목되었을 때의 문제점을 파악하여 구체적이며 실제적인 6시그마 적용절차 및 방법론을 제시하고자 한다. 본 연구 결과는 건설산업의 6시그마 경영의 도입에 기초적인 연구로서 활용될 것이다.

Knowledge management (KM) is one of the useful management tools in today's project management (PM) practice, such as construction projects. Nobody can deny the importance of "useful knowledge" always helps organizations and project managers shaping a decision. Due to the trend of globalization, it is now very common that an organization may comprise employees from different countries of distinct national-cultures working together. It is also not uncommon that different projects, within an organization, may have their own organizational-cultures which influence its knowledge repository, transfer process and knowledge strategy. Therefore, it is extremely difficult to align all these cultures and consolidate them to benefit the KM process and PM practice. Organizations and project managers understand that different national-cultural and organizational-cultural factors will create impact on the philosophy of KM process which will subsequently affect PM practice. Those factors may affect interpersonal relations and exchange of knowledge between projects and amongst staff. Systematic KM process can utilize the goodness of different employees from distinct cultures which can eventually drive the organization and projects to success. The purpose of this paper, based upon a case study of a Hong Kong construction company, is to discuss how those cultural factors are linked to KM and what organization and project managers can do to improve the KM process and PM practice.

국내외 건설규모가 축소됨에 따라 건설기술인력의 신규 인력채용기피 및 수급상의 불균형 등으로 인해 대학졸업자의 취업이 극히 어려운 현상을 보이고 있다. 이러한 상황에서, 최근 대학졸업자의 취업률이 $35\%$미만으로 나타나는 등 건설기술인력의 실업대책이 중요한 사안으로 부상하였으나, 건설기술인력의 과잉문제를 해결하기 위한 범정부 차원의 종합적인 대책이 미흡하였다. 또한 대학졸업자의 교육성과에 있어서도 다양화, 첨단화되고 있는 건설산업 현장에서의 수요에도 부합되지 못하고 있다. 이에 본고에서는 $2003{\~}2008$년간의 건설기술인력의 수급예측을 하였고, 과잉공급된 건설기술인력의 수급효율화 방안을 마련하기 위해 SOC 투자확대, 미취업 건설기술인력의 IT분야 유도, 해외진출 확대 등 건설기술인력의 고용창출방안과 더불어, 건설관련 학과의 탄력적 운영, 기업수요에 대응한 대학교육 등 양적 질적인 측면을 동시에 고려한 건설기술 과잉인력의 수급대책을 마련하였다.

우리나라의 건설산업은 그 규모에 비해 국가의 핵심 산업으로 역할을 수행하고 있다. 하지만 글로벌 경제위기 이후 건설산업은 치명적인 타격을 받았으며 경제와 금융 시장의 안정성을 확보하기 위해 재무구조가 불안정한 기업을 구조조정하게 되었다. 신용등급 하락에 의한 기업의 워크아웃은 경기악화에 의한 외적인 요인과 재무제표 상으로 나타나는 내적인 요인을 바탕으로 이루어 졌다. 그러나 건설산업은 재무제표만으로는 평가할 수 없는 특성을 가지고 있으며 이를 제외한 가치평가는 합리적이지 못하다고 할 수 있다. 이에 본 연구는 워크아웃 기업의 특성을 고려하여 평가할 수 있는 평가모형을 제시와 시사점 도출을 목적으로 기업의 가치를 DCF와 Black Scholes 모형을 통해 비교 분석하였으며 시장가치와의 비교를 통해 기업가치의 저 고평가 여부를 확인하였다. 그 결과 사례기업인 4개 기업 중 2개의 기업의 가치가 시장가치보다 높게 나타나는 것을 확인하였다.

This paper is to propose an evaluation model of quality system using the concept from the evaluation method of each stage in QFD(Quality Function Deployment). The data of the performance level and weights for the quality system and the job on quality loop in each enterprise has been obtained from the 8 experts who are in charge of quality system construction. Here, the weights were computed by means of the eigenvector method. In this paper, we can acquire the evaluated score for the present level of the quality system. This method will help to manage and improve the quality system. We show the efficiency of this method by illustrating case studies.

The interests of the government and civil business owner against the Light rail transit are increasing, it may be caused by the enterprise conception which does not consider a city circumstance that the construction plan is insensitively performed. This article present the forecast method of minimum transportation demand which secures a profitability. If It is in advance investigated the number of passenger using the existing traffic system of the area, it will be possible that the LRT project is planned on a realistic basis.
