국내 건설기업들은 자사의 경쟁력을 확보하기 위하여 1990년대 초반부터 선진국의 기업들을 비롯한 학문적 측면에서 많이 강조되고 있는 지식경영을 도입하고 있는 추세이다. 하지만 대부분의 건설기업들은 지식경영을 구축하는 것에만 노력할 뿐, 실제로 구축한 지식경영의 상태나 수준을 측정하는 데에는 소홀하여 지식경영의 균형적인 발전이나, 타사와의 벤치마킹을 통한 실질적인 경쟁력 확보에는 미흡한 점이 많았다. 따라서 본 연구는 지식경영을 도입한 국내 건설기업들을 대상으로 방문, 인터뷰 조사를 통하여 전반적인 지식경영 구축경향과 문제점을 도출하고 이를 해결하기 위한 방안 및 추진 전략방안을 제시하였다.

최근의 국내 건설시장은 시장 규모의 축소로 인해 과잉경쟁이 이루어지고 있으며 이에 기업들은 적극적인 수주산업인 기획제안형 주택사업 분야에 관심을 기울이고 있다. 기획제안형 사업에서 가장 중요한 단계는 사업성 여부를 판단하는 초기 기획단계로서 현재 각 기업들마다 기획업무 모델을 갖고 있으나 표준적인 모델이 제시되지 못하고 있다. 이에 본 논문에서는 국내 기업의 기획업무 절차와 문제점파악에 의한 개선 방안을 바탕으로 개발형 주택사업 의 성공적 수행을 위한 전략적 기획업무 모델을 제안하려 한다

1970년대부터 고도의 산업발전을 이루기 시작한 국내 건설현장에서 저렴한 공사비용 및 간편한 시공성 등을 장점으로 샌드위치패널을 활용한 건축물이 급격하게 증가하는 실정이다. 하지만 샌드위치 패널의 시공을 담당하는 기업들은 대형 건설기업보다 중소건설업체에서 시공하기 때문에 생산성 향상을 위한 연구가 부족한 상황이다. 본 연구는 샌드위치패널공사현장을 실사하여 작업조별 작업싸이클을 분석하고 Web-Cyclone을 이용한 모델링을 구축하여, 각 작업조별 생산성 및 공사금액을 분석하였다. 이를 활용하여 샌드위치패널공사의 작업조 생산성 정보를 상대적으로 연구가 부족한 국내 중 소규모 전문건설업체들이 자신들의 현장 특성에 적합한 샌드위치패널공사의 생산성 및 공사금액을 예측 및 적용할 수 있을 것이다. 또한 본 연구에서 작성한 모델링을 기반으로 유사한 공정에 대하여 시뮬레이션을 모델링화하는데 적용될 수 있을 것으로 예상된다.

전반적인 경기 침체와 이에 따른 치열한 경쟁을 겪고 있는 건설업체는 인력에 대한 의존도가 높고 지식의 형식화가 어려운 특성을 고려하여 조직차원에서 체계적으로 지식을 창출·공유·활용할 수 있는 지식경영을 도입하여 고부가가치 영역으로 진출하려 노력하고 있다. 그러나 건설업의 특성을 반영한 조직문화차원에서의 접근이 제대로 이루어지지 않아 이에 문제점이 발생하고 있다. 이는 지식경영을 위해서 개인 및 조직 자체를 변화시켜야 하는 요구를 전략적인 차원에서 접근하지 않고 제도적인 측면에서 접근한 것으로 인식되며, 이에 대한 해결책으로서 본 논문은 건설업 지식 경영 도입 기반으로서 학습조직 구축방안을 제시한다. 그리고 제시된 구축방안을 IIAC(인천국제공항공사)의 조직변화 과정에 적용해봄으로써 건설업에 지식경영을 도입하여 학습조직을 하나의 기반으로서 구축할 때의 시사점을 도출하여 국내 건설업의 경쟁력 향상에 도움이 되고자 한다.

This study examines the relationship between safety factors and health management systems based on accident statistics in the construction industry stipulated in the Serious Disaster Punishment Act. To determine the level of safety achieved by companies through their health management system, the top 1000 construction firms in the country were surveyed online. Four hundred sixty companies responded to the survey by providing their statistics on major accidents (mortality, accidental mortality, and injury rates). Statistical tests showed that companies with a team dedicated to the oversight of safety and health management had fewer accidents than those without one. Factor and regression analyses revealed that three factors affected the mortality and accident rates: safety and health plan, safety and health professionals, and safety and health activities. Moreover, two factors significantly influenced the injury rate: safety management supported by a cooperative company and implementation of on-site safety and health activities. The findings of this study can be used as a fundamental reference for further research and consultation on the formulation of safety and health management systems for construction companies.

다양한 산업영역에 대하여 정부기관, 기업들은 디지털 트랜스포메이션 전략 수립 및 추진하고 있으며 성공적인 기술 혁신을 통한 4차 산업혁명시대를 선도하고 있다. 이런 변화의 시기에 디지털 트랜스포메이션의 성공사례로 글로벌 기업 나이키, 스타벅스의 이야기를 많이 접할 수 있다. 이 두 기업은 디지털 트랜스포메이션을 통하여 성공적인 결과를 보여 주고 있다. 국내 기업들 또한 모바일, 클라우드, IoT, 인공지능, AR·VR 기술을 기반으로 디지털 혁신을 진행하고 있으며 고효율 높은 생산성을 위한 RPA (Robotic Process Automation)프로세스를 구축 하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 건설 산업의 설계, 시공, 유지관리의 시공 전주기 데이터를 활용하여 3차원 디지털 트윈 공간 구축 자동화 프로세스 기법을 소개하고 앞으로 건설 산업영역의 디지털 트랜스포메이션 전략에 대하여 알아본다.

Construction industry is an important key industry and many measures to revitalize it as local economy has been stagnant. However, construction industry works combined with governmental policies, global and local economies, populations, construction companies and many other related factors, and it is very hard for those counter-plans to meet every need and goal of the related. In this study, interviews and questionnaires of the professionals of the construction industry in Busan, were carried out, to find the cause of the inactivity of the construction market, the problems of the policies and regulations, and the problems of the construction companies in Busan and the solutions were suggested. The realistic master-plans and the reduction of the cost price for the problems of the redevelopment business having no feasibility, the reasonable relaxation of the restrictions for the problems of the governmental policies, the professional training and education for the lack of the high-quality human resources and the working system changes for the problems of the local construction companies turned out as results. The results of the study will be a chance to understand the different ideas of the professionals, and help with the plans to improve and to revitalize the local construction industry. This research has been conducted in order to assess the effects on quality management factor of the construction sites. 30 companies abiding by the 'construction industry law' and 32 companies abiding by the 'housing construction promotion law' have been researched in areas of quality-management environment, quality-management understanding, quality-management education on construction field, quality-system and quality-improvement. This construction quality factors are to realized the anticipated results not only quality level's increasing, but also company's confidence, competitiveness. We were able to obtain participations of 62 questionnaire, and derived statistics by means of SPSS/PC version 10.0. In this study, we find the bottleneck factor for promotion and upgrade quality management factor of the construction sites and suggest a way out of difficulties.

Recently, the scale of construction project is getting bigger compared to previous projects. Therefore, the job stress of the field manager responsible for the construction project is getting more and more intense. Therefore, construction companies should establish a job stress management plan for stable human resource management of the field managers. From this perspective, in this study was developed a job stress measurement system in connection with MBTI personality types. The developed system allows the job stress of the field manager to be judged on a scale from 1 to 9 points. Accordingly, it is expected that construction companies will contribute to the effective management of field managers in the future.
