활선상의 부분방전 측정 방법 (On-line Measurement of Partial Discharge)

  • In this paper, we discussed measurement method of PD (Partial Discharge) of 22.9[kV] cable. Cable rail track laying portable detector that can detect partial discharge of cable connection ashes by on-line done spot way to detect Lemke equipment and high broadcasting CT sensor that use antenna sensor using ICM mounting was explained. Because measurement corona signal is very big, analysis of partial discharge is difficult state, we used connector. It could be attenuated by 2 times. We found out that corona signal which generated on B phase is flowed on A phase and C phase. It could measure that partial discharge of A phase happens actually. We could confirm that partial discharge of about 250 ${\sim}$ 300 [pC] on A phase is dangerous.

  • Electronic devices in railway vehicle perform various functions such as not only braking and propulsion but also monitoring of vehicle condition, on-line diagnosis, and passenger information service, etc. These devices, distributed in vehicle, should be efficiently connected so as to properly perform the functions. IEC (International Electro-Technical Commission) standardized train communication network (TCN) as IEC 61375-1, -2. TCN can reduce the interconnecting work load by reducing the number of wire-line, compared with existing hard-wire connection, and it brings the efficient control by enabling various devices to share the information. But existing TCN can not satisfy the increasing service demands like passenger internet access and CCTV surveillance, etc. In this paper, we investigate ECN (Ethernet Consist Network) and ETN (Ethernet Train Backbone) which are proposed to satisfy these demands and in the process of standardization by IEC TC9 WG43.

  • This paper presents a problem that reconfigure distribution power system using branch exchange method. Optimal reconfiguration problem calculates line loss, voltage condition about system states of all situations that become different according to line On/off status, and search for optimum composition of these. However, result is difficult to be calculated fast. Because radiated operation condition of system is satisfied using many connection and sectionalize switches in the distribution power system. Therefore, in this paper, optimization method for reducing system total loss and satisfying operating condition of radial and constraints condition of voltage is proposed using the fastest branch exchange. And optimal solution at branch exchange algorithm can be wrong estimated to local optimal solution according to initial operating state. Considering this particular, an initial operating point algorithm is added and this paper showed that optimal solution arrives at global optimal solution.

  • The capacity constraints of tie-lines in production cost analysis are very important issues in the operation and planning of MicroGrid power systems. This paper presents the Harmony Search(HS) algorithm to solve the Economic Dispatch (ED) problem with tie-line capacity limits in MicroGrid system. The applied HS algorithm has achieved efficient and accurate solutions for three-area MicroGrid systems with renewable power units.

  • This paper deals with the numerical methods for the reconstruction of the source term in a linear parabolic equation from final overdetermination. We assume that the source term has the form f(x)h(t) and h(t) is given, which guarantees the uniqueness of the inverse problem of determining the source term f(x) from final overdetermination. We present the regularization methods for reconstruction of the source term in the whole real line and with Neumann boundary conditions. Moreover, we show the connection of the solutions between the problem with Neumann boundary conditions and the problem with no boundary conditions (on the whole real line) by using the extension method. Numerical experiments are done for the inverse problem with the boundary conditions.

  • There is a method for stringing conductors which is connected to a wire over transmission towers by helicopter or human power and the wire and conductors are pulled by an engine puller. The length of one string section is usually 4-6 km and 2-4 conductors are strung at the same time with a single wire. A tensioner is used to maintain the sag and a running board is installed between the wire and conductors to prevent the rotation of conductors but the variance in topology, the line angle and unequal wiring tension between conductors causes conductor rotation damage or the conductor connection point to breakaway when the pulley is passed. This paper presents a method to prevent conductor rotation during stringing by inserting a pulley in the running board and equally maintaining conductor tension by sling wire after developing and testing.

  • This paper proposes an SSSC based on 3-level half-bridge inverters. The dynamic characteristic of the proposed SSSC was analyzed by EMTP simulation, assuming that the SSSC is inserted in the transmission line of the one-machine-infinite-bus power system. The proposed SSSC has six 3-level half-bridge inverters per phase, which operates in PWM mode. The proposed SSSC generates a quasi-sinusoidal output voltage by 90 degree phase shift to the line current. The proposed SSSC does not require the coupling transformer for voltage injection, and has a flexibility in operation voltage by increasing the number of series connection.

  • Vehicle movement detection by high order correlation analysis of optical sensor array signals is introduced. The optical sensors observe the road which is assumed to be a non-uniform speckle-like texture. The measurement system is applicable to general robotic movement detection because : 1) It employs a non-contact measurement method, 2) The system can be made very compact, and 3) It enables approximation of the movement trace with a sequence of arcs instead of the conventional connection of simple line segments. In this work, we have looked into estimation of running trace of an autonomous vehicle by observing the ground pattern.

  • This paper proposes a SSSC based on multi-bridge inverters. The dynamic characteristic of the proposed SSSC was analyzed by EMTP simulation and a scaled hardware model, assuming that the SSSC is inserted in the transmission line of the one-machine-infinite-bus power system. The proposed SSSC has 6 multi-bridge inverters per phase, which generates 13 pulses for each half period of power frequency. The proposed SSSC generates a quasi-sinusoidal output voltage by 90 degree phase shift to the line current. The proposed SSSC does not require the coupling transformer for voltage injection, and has a flexibility in operation voltage by increasing the number of series connection.
