The Korea Augmentation Satellite System (KASS) has been certified by the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport (MOLIT) and commenced Safety-of-Life (SoL) service at the end of 2023. KASS complies with the APV-I signal-in-space performance requirements defined in the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO) Standards and Recommendation Practices (SARPs). The performance of KASS is verified through two steps. In the first step, design conformity from the aspect of performance is verified by both review and analysis of design and simulation. In the second step, operational conformity is tested and assessed by operational testing using real data and a deployed system with operational SWs and configurations. This paper presents a methodology, a procedure and results for the KASS operational testing. Finally, performance degradation events and results by month and region during the operational testing are presented and analyzed.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the relationship between clothing behaviors, background and popularity for a group of junior-high school girls in seoul, Korea. background : father's education, type of housing and economic level. popularity : Sociometric test. For statistical analyses of the data from 446 respondents, F-test, t-test, $x^2$-test, M. and S.D. were used. The findings were as follows : 1. (1) Father's education correlated significantly with $\ulcorner$Awareness$\lrcorner$at p<.05, and with $\ulcorner$satisfaction$\lrcorner$ at P<.005. (2) Type of housing correlated significantly with $\ulcorner$conformity$\lrcorner$-at p<.005, and with significantly $\ulcorner$satisfaction$\lrcorner$ at p<.01. (3) Economic level correlated significantly $\ulcorner$conformity$\lrcorner$ at p<.05, and with significantly $\ulcorner$satisfaction$\lrcorner$ at p<.005. 2. A significantly positive relationship was found between popularity and background. The higher the economic level and father's education are, the more popular are they- in their classroom. They also were found to have their own houses. On the contrary, the less the economic level and father's education are, the less popular are they in their classroom. They, in most cases, live in rent houses. 3. A positive relationship was not found between popularity and clothing behaviors.

The purpose of this study is to examine what variables influence on teenagers' exposure to sexual content on their smartphone. For this, the present research used demographics, self-control, parental monitoring, conformity to peer groups, sensation seeking, differential association and media use as independent variables and applied survey method based on 449 teenagers. Main findings are as follows. First, male and high school students who have high school graduated father exposed to sexual content more, and the lower self-control and higher conformity to peer groups and differential association, the more exposed to sexual content. Second, male and high school students were intentionally exposing to sexual content more, and the lower self-control and higher differential association, the more intentionally exposing to sexual content.

CISG Article 50 contains the remedy of price reduction but limits it if the seller has a right to cure. Reduction of price presupposes that the seller delivers non-conforming goods, and that the buyer decides to accept them nevertheless. The remedy of price reduction differs from all other remedies provided in CISG with regard to it effects and to the time-limits. As to the time-limits, unlike Articles 46 and 49, Article 50 does not contain the element within a reasonable time. CISG imposes no period of time for his reducing the price. The buyer's right to declare a reduction of the price is expressly subject to the seller's right to remedy any failure to perform his obligations pursuant to Articles 37 and 48. The problem lies in determining from where to take the figures for comparing the value of the goods contracted and of those delivered. The price level in this place will usually determine his considerations as to resale or repair of the defective goods. The buyer must examine the goods, or cause them to be examined, within, as short a period as is practicable in the circumstances. The buyer loses the right to rely on a lack of conformity of the goods if he does not give notice to the seller specifying the nature of the lack of conformity within a reasonable time after he has discovered it or ought to have discovered it.

The purpose of the study was to investigate the hedonistic motives experienced by consumers in the apparel buying process. We carried out in-depth interviews by 32 women living in Pusan and to examine the hedonistic motives related to the apparel buying process. It was conducted and analysed by the Spradley's developmental research method.The results showed that the hedonistic motives in apparel buying process, consisted of four components at least, such as Symbolism, Conformity, Distinction, and Impulsiveness. Symbolism represented the social-psychological aspects related to the apparel buying process, such as occupation, role, and self-image etc. Conformity in the apparel buying process was usually influenced by mass-media, and companions. Consumers had strong needs of distintion for self-actualization and self-esteem in apparel buying process. The impulsiveness in apparel buying process were related to the antecedent moods, affection, tastes, price, display, and sales person or accompanied friends. We found that the hedonistic motives in the apparel buying process connected with the emotional responses and were played an important role on the consumer satisfaction in the apparel buying process. They provide informations about hedonistic motives of apparels to consumer behavior researchers and retailers related to apparel products.

In this study, in order to develop organic-inorganic hybrid packaging materials(PM) of bike paths using blast furnace slag(BS) as industrial by-products, fundamental properties of organic-inorganic hybrid packaging materials were performed. Test result, the increase of Acryl emulsion polymer(AEP)/binder(B) ratios tends to delay the setting time, to increase the table flow, to decrease the strength by material segregation and to increase the length change. The optimal mix proportion of AEP decides on 40%(AEP/B) due to workability and high strength. The increase of BS replacement ratios also tends to delay the setting time, to separate AEP from B and to decrease the strength by material segregation. When BS replacement ratios were lower than 40%, they are satisfied with goal properties.
