This study includes three students' whose country origin is of a political and economic success, therefore the pursuit to learn English is important. The participants evaluated in this study are two students of Korean descent and one Chinese student. The purpose was to evaluate their overall language learning experiences outside of their home country. While the participants in this study share similar cultures and learning styles their process towards second language readiness is different. The internal factors (readiness) that motivated them to study abroad were synonymous. However, the classroom situations (assessment), social settings (environment), and strategies used were disparate. The methodology of this paper used a holistic approach with a snowball sampling technique. The responses were collected by a prepared questionnaire and unstructured interviews, then later analyzed by the inductive reasoning process. The 3 specific categories identified were despondency, culture and communication conflict. The present study revealed that the participants' earlier preparation from their home country plays a significant contribution to their success abroad.

This research as an obstacle -free living environment certification mandatory school facilities based on studies of BF accreditation indicators of school facilities, BF Survey and Analysis amenities installation status of school facilities based on the certified assessment indicators and school facilities improvement of the accreditation indicators for BF was to explore. Excellent facilities via one of the surveyed schools selected as school facilities, the comparison analyzing the current status and BF certification evaluation indicators within the facility, the intermediate facility entry access, handicapped parking areas, main entrance item BF was to meet the minimum standards of accreditation indicators. For internal facilities BF accreditation indicators have applied the same criteria to all buildings less than that is not reflected in layout and space planning, environmental planning of school facilities was analyzed that showed the limits conflict with installation.

The double hull VLCC(Very Large Crude Oil Tanker) have been designed to have each four(4) longitudinal bulkheads and transverse bulkheads in general. Actually, the inside longitudinal bulkheads among four(4) longitudinal bulkheads, which are extended up to the end of the aft cargo hold for continuity of the members, have been designed with knuckled type inboard due to the narrowed hull shape at bottom region, but sometimes the straight type of longitudinal bulkheads were adopted based on the degree of the hull lines shape. However, regardless the type of longitudinal bulkheads, inside and outside longitudinal bulkheads conflict each other in aft cargo hold region This makes the structure more complex thus giving difficulties to structural design and production. Recently, a vessel of straight type was reported to have cracks on bracket end and tripping bracket toe in aft cargo hold region. As a solution to this problem, in designing the first 60m Beam VLCC, DSME developed a new cargo hold structure which is good in production and structural point of view by structural strength and fatigue analysis of fore and aft cargo hold.

Based on the development of SNS in Mobile and Internet, crisis management is regarded as an important issue that determines the rise and fall of businesses. This study aims to contribute to more efficient implementation of crisis management messages by examining the relationship between the strategy of crisis management communication and the level of specificity of the message. The study found that consumers evaluated the crisis-hit company's acceptance communication strategy to show a higher level of integrity, reliability and appropriateness than the defensive strategy. However, this main effect is mediated by the specificity (high specificity vs. low). Specifically, consumers' assessment of crisis management messages and information-seeking behavior were found to be most favorable when used in a mixture of acceptance strategies and high specificity. Conversely, the lowest effect was the combination of defense strategy and high specificity. Based on these results, the theoretical discussions is described for crisis management practitioners of enterprises and organizations.

Recently, failure of aerial-lifter internal parts while working and sweeping causing injuries and damage to property almost always generates conflict between the automaker and customer. Hence, the investigation of such events generally involves an engineering analysis. One of the possible reasons for accidents, such as a vehicle catching fire is the failure of oil pressure machine and the supporting pin. The results of formal inspections and engineering tests can reveal the cause for the failure of the mechanical parts. Therefore, the failure mechanism is analyzed by adopting fractography methods and by applying an instrumented indentation technique to compare the material properties of the reference part with those of the malfunctioning part.

By formal inspections and engineering tests, this study shows the results of investigation and the cause of failure of the mechanical parts. For this purpose the failure mechanism is analyzed by using fractography methods and by applying an instrumented indentation technique to compare the material properties of the reference part with those of the malfunctioning part.
This study would suggest to analyze the perceptions of good mathematics teaching in high school and offer the resolutions for the conflicts caused by differences in perception between teachers and students in math class through previous studies and comparative implications. To this end, Students are classified by their courses, grades, gender awarenesses and they were analyzed and compared by the survey results. Although the preference for the math class that fixs the misconception of students is highest, regardless of the kinds of students groups. Academic students, middle-ranked students, female students have high affinity for the class to evaluate the material covered in class and take into account their level of assessment and instruction, low-ranked student's preference is higher for the class that has focused on understanding communicating their thinking processes than students. From this, it is suggested that academic students, low-ranked students are needed to be taught in a way that increases their confidence, interests, values and also in atmosphere that make math class a positive experience.

This study developed the ICT curriculum focusing on apartment security guards and analyzed the actual application results. We developed the educational contents and it designed ICT job courseware for elder education by considering and that designed in consideration of the computer attitudes and physical and cognitive characteristics of the elderly. The educational program was applied to the experimental group and the satisfaction and the educational effect were analyzed through the pre and post test results. As a result of the analysis, the satisfaction level of the education program was higher than the average of 4.00 points. The elderly informal education program was examined by using the qualitative assessment test tool before and after the application of the education program. Internet self-efficacy of experiment group, improvement of internet utilization ability, usage of internet use, personal information willingness, life correction, elimination of conflict among generations, self-confidence, and internet stress increased statistically significantly. These results suggest that the "Private Expense ICT Job Training" program developed in this study can be effective for elderly informatization and can be applied to other elderly education programs and contribute to promotion.
Job stress factors are factors that induce biological, psychological, and behavioral responses in individuals when they encounter mental and physical stimuli in the workplace. According to occupational safety and health standards, employers are responsible for the health consequences of job stress when workers engage in activities that result in high levels of physical fatigue and mental stress. Such activities include long working hours, shift work (including night shifts), driving vehicles, and operating precision machinery. Therefore, precautionary measures should be implemented. Following the COVID-19 epidemic, the logistics industry in Korea has experienced rapid growth owing to the shift from offline to online platforms facilitated by advanced digital infrastructure. Consequently, this study conducted a survey to analyze job stress factors among delivery workers. The survey utilized a Korean job stress factor assessment tool comprising 43 items and analyzed job stress factors considering the work characteristics of the courier business field obtained from responses provided by 421 courier workers nationwide. The survey analysis revealed that the physical environment, job demands, and job autonomy exhibited higher stress indices among Korean workers. Furthermore, the younger the age, the higher the stress on job demands, whereas the higher the age, the higher the stress on relationship conflict, job instability, and workplace culture. In addition, daytime delivery work was associated with higher stress levels in job demands and job instability compared with nighttime delivery work. These findings can serve as foundational data for reducing and preventing job stress among courier workers, whose workload has increased owing to the growth of the logistics industry.
The Highway Capacity Manual specifies procedures for evaluating intersection performance in terms of delay per vehicle. What is lacking in the current methodology is a comparable quantitative procedure for ass~ssing the safety-based level of service provided to motorists. The objective of the research described herein was to develop a computational procedure for evaluating the safety-based level of service of signalized intersections based on the relative hazard of alternative intersection designs and signal timing plans. Conflict opportunity models were developed for those crossing, diverging, and stopping maneuvers which are associated with left-turn and rear-end accidents. Safety¬based level-of-service criteria were then developed based on the distribution of conflict opportunities computed from the developed models. A case study evaluation of the level of service analysis methodology revealed that the developed safety-based criteria were not as sensitive to changes in prevailing traffic, roadway, and signal timing conditions as the traditional delay-based measure. However, the methodology did permit a quantitative assessment of the trade-off between delay reduction and safety improvement. The Highway Capacity Manual (HCM) specifies procedures for evaluating intersection performance in terms of a wide variety of prevailing conditions such as traffic composition, intersection geometry, traffic volumes, and signal timing (1). At the present time, however, performance is only measured in terms of delay per vehicle. This is a parameter which is widely accepted as a meaningful and useful indicator of the efficiency with which an intersection is serving traffic needs. What is lacking in the current methodology is a comparable quantitative procedure for assessing the safety-based level of service provided to motorists. For example, it is well¬known that the change from permissive to protected left-turn phasing can reduce left-turn accident frequency. However, the HCM only permits a quantitative assessment of the impact of this alternative phasing arrangement on vehicle delay. It is left to the engineer or planner to subjectively judge the level of safety benefits, and to evaluate the trade-off between the efficiency and safety consequences of the alternative phasing plans. Numerous examples of other geometric design and signal timing improvements could also be given. At present, the principal methods available to the practitioner for evaluating the relative safety at signalized intersections are: a) the application of engineering judgement, b) accident analyses, and c) traffic conflicts analysis. Reliance on engineering judgement has obvious limitations, especially when placed in the context of the elaborate HCM procedures for calculating delay. Accident analyses generally require some type of before-after comparison, either for the case study intersection or for a large set of similar intersections. In e.ither situation, there are problems associated with compensating for regression-to-the-mean phenomena (2), as well as obtaining an adequate sample size. Research has also pointed to potential bias caused by the way in which exposure to accidents is measured (3, 4). Because of the problems associated with traditional accident analyses, some have promoted the use of tqe traffic conflicts technique (5). However, this procedure also has shortcomings in that it.requires extensive field data collection and trained observers to identify the different types of conflicts occurring in the field. The objective of the research described herein was to develop a computational procedure for evaluating the safety-based level of service of signalized intersections that would be compatible and consistent with that presently found in the HCM for evaluating efficiency-based level of service as measured by delay per vehicle (6). The intent was not to develop a new set of accident prediction models, but to design a methodology to quantitatively predict the relative hazard of alternative intersection designs and signal timing plans.
