  • The concept and spatial composition of office have endlessly changed according to social trend. And according to social change, members of office, namely, concept of organization has been changed. Presently, our society finds and needs appearance of office suitable for our society. According to a concept of ecological environment and a concept laying stress on human, various trials have been performed but still, stress of salaried men is treated as social issue. By having connection between psychological healing theory of Max $L{\ddot{\bar{u}}}scher$ and spatial expression elements (content : refuge, self-esteem : prospect, confidence : flow, liberty : void) as a theory, we discussed possibility of aesthetic office landscape could be developed to a type of office which could control emotion that can be a cause of stress and we intended to examine limitation and possibility through case analysis.

피스톤 푸루버 개발 및 불확도 평가 (Development and Uncertainty Evaluation of Piston Prover)

  • The piston prover was developed and the flow measurement uncertainty of this piston prover was evaluated according to ISO/IEC 17025. The laser interferometer, instead of the optical sensors used in the typical provers, was employed in this prover to measure accurately the testing time and the moved distance of the piston. Uncertainty was calculated with evaluation of various uncertainty factors affecting flow measurement. The expanded uncertainty (U) of the piston prover was $1.3{\times}10^{-3}$ (at the confidence level of $95\%$). This evaluation example will be useful in the flow measurement uncertainty determination of other gas flow measurement system.

자동차와 자전거 간 추월 최소요구 이격거리 추정 방법론 연구 (Methodology to estimate minimum required separation distance between vehicle and bicycle when overtaking)

  • PURPOSES : The objective of this study is to develop a methodology to estimate the minimum required separation distance (MRSD) between a vehicle and a bicycle when overtaking. METHODS : Three steps have been conducted to develop a methodology to estimate MSRD. First, a literature review has been conducted on the measurement of MSRD, and how it may be applied in Korea. Second, two assumptions have been made to develop a methodology to estimate the MSRD. The first assumption is that the maximum separation distance between a vehicle and a bicycle can be observed when they are at the same location longitudinally. In addition, it is assumed that the separation distance is invalid when the contra-flow exists. Finally, three cameras were installed at a height of 10 m to record the vehicle-bicycle interaction. Moreover, the vehicle trajectories as well as the separation distance were coded and analyzed. Through the hypothesis test and the interval estimation, the sample mean was tested and the confidence interval was estimated. RESULTS : 141 records of separation distance data were collected, and the hypothesis test demonstrated that the MSRD in Korea is significantly higher than other countries. In addition, the confidence interval of the population mean of MSRD is from 1.51 m to 1.65 m with 95% level of confidence. CONCLUSIONS : It is expected that the proposed methodology to estimate MSRD would be beneficial in studying road safety of vehicles and bicycles. Also, the proposed MSRD is expected to be designated in the act of road and transportation.

A bivariate extension of the Hosking and Wallis goodness-of-fit measure for regional distributions

  • This study presents a bivariate extension of the goodness-of-fit measure for regional frequency distributions developed by Hosking and Wallis [1993] for use with the method of L-moments. Utilising the approximate joint normal distribution of the regional L-skewness and L-kurtosis, a graphical representation of the confidence region on the L-moment diagram can be constructed as an ellipsoid. Candidate distributions can then be accepted where the corresponding the oretical relationship between the L-skewness and L-kurtosis intersects the confidence region, and the chosen distribution would be the one that minimises the Mahalanobis distance measure. Based on a set of Monte Carlo simulations it is demonstrated that the new bivariate measure generally selects the true population distribution more frequently than the original method. An R-code implementation of the method is available for download free-of-charge from the GitHub code depository and will be demonstrated on a case study of annual maximum series of peak flow data from a homogeneous region in Italy.

  • The purpose of this study is to investigate the flow analysis for the optimum design of flat burner using the surface combustion technique. The numerical analysis far flows were compared with the experimental results in order to get a basic database for establishing the integrated numerical method of combustion flows. As results, we knew the current numerical calculation method had confidence with error range under $6{\%}$ in compare with the experiments.

A New Solution for Stochastic Optimal Power Flow: Combining Limit Relaxation with Iterative Learning Control

  • A stochastic optimal power flow (S-OPF) model considering uncertainties of load and wind power is developed based on chance constrained programming (CCP). The difficulties in solving the model are the nonlinearity and probabilistic constraints. In this paper, a limit relaxation approach and an iterative learning control (ILC) method are implemented to solve the S-OPF model indirectly. The limit relaxation approach narrows the solution space by introducing regulatory factors, according to the relationship between the constraint equations and the optimization variables. The regulatory factors are designed by ILC method to ensure the optimality of final solution under a predefined confidence level. The optimization algorithm for S-OPF is completed based on the combination of limit relaxation and ILC and tested on the IEEE 14-bus system.

LH-모멘트의 적정 차수 결정에 의한 설계홍수량 추정 ( I ) (Estimation of Design Flood by the Determination of Best Fitting Order of LH-Moments ( I ))

  • This study was conducted to estimate the design flood by the determination of best fitting order of LH-moments of the annual maximum series at six and nine watersheds in Korea and Australia, respectively. Adequacy for flood flow data was confirmed by the tests of independence, homogeneity, and outliers. Gumbel (GUM), Generalized Extreme Value (GEV), Generalized Pareto (GPA), and Generalized Logistic (GLO) distributions were applied to get the best fitting frequency distribution for flood flow data. Theoretical bases of L, L1, L2, L3 and L4-moments were derived to estimate the parameters of 4 distributions. L, L1, L2, L3 and L4-moment ratio diagrams (LH-moments ratio diagram) were developed in this study. GEV distribution for the flood flow data of the applied watersheds was confirmed as the best one among others by the LH-moments ratio diagram and Kolmogorov-Smirnov test. Best fitting order of LH-moments will be derived by the confidence analysis of estimated design flood in the second report of this study.

  • 최근의 기계 학습 (딥러닝)은 기존의 전통적인 통계 분석 방법들에 비해 효율성과 정확도가 높은 장점이 있지만, 처리과정이 블랙박스와 같아 결과 값의 중요한 원인 또는 근거 요인을 찾기 어렵다는 단점을 가지고 있다. 이를 해결하기 위한 최근의 XAI (eXplainable AI) 연구를 기반으로 하여, 본 논문에서는 의료기관에서 전정기관의 이상을 판별하기 위해 수작업으로 이루어지고 있는 HIT (head impulse test) 테스트 결과를 자동화하고, 설득력 있는 신뢰도 검정을 위해, XAI 기반 DoWhy 프레임 워크를 사용하였다. 전정기관 이상으로 의심되는 환자의 동공 움직임을 optical flow 로 추적하고, 정상인과의 Wasserstein metric 의 DoWhy 검증을 통해 전정기관 이상 여부의 신뢰도 구간을 검정한다.

초등학생의 라인댄스 수업몰입에 따른 행복감 및 지속적 참여의사에 미치는 영향 (Effects of Flow in Line Dance Class on Happiness and Continuous Participation Intention in Elementary Student.)

  • 본 연구는 라인댄스 수업을 통한 초등학생의 지속적 참여의사에 대한 수업몰입과 행복감에 미치는 영향을 알아보는데 목적이 있다. 연구를 위해 B광역시에 위치하고 있는 초등학교 4곳을 방문하여 271명의 자료를 수집하였다. 자료처리는 Window용 SPSS 통계 Package 22.0 Version을 이용하여 빈도분석, 탐색적 요인분석, 신뢰도 분석, 상관관계 분석 및 다중회귀분석을 실시하였다. 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 몰입의 하위요인인 자기목적경험, 주의집중, 통제감, 성취감 모두 행복감 중 자신감에 대한 영향이 유의한 것으로 나타났고, 몰입의 하위요인인 자기목적경험, 통제감, 성취감이 행복감 중 자아실현감에 영향이 유의한 것으로 나타났으나 주의집중은 유의하지 않은 것으로 나타났고, 몰입의 하위요인인 자기목적경험, 주의집중, 성취감이 행복감 중 즐거움에 대한 영향이 유의한 것으로 나타났으나 통제감은 유의하지 않은 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 몰입의 하위요인인 자기목적경험, 주의집중, 성취감은 지속적 참여의사에 대한 영향이 유의한 것으로 나타났으나 통제감은 유의하지 않은 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 행복감의 하위요인인 자신감, 즐거움은 지속적 참여의사에 대한 영향이 유의한 것으로 나타났으나 자아 실현감은 유의하지 않은 것으로 나타났다.

외부 유동을 고려한 1.2[kW] BLDC 모터의 열 전달 해석 (The Heat Transfer Analysis of 1.2[kW] BLDC Motor on the Condition of the External Flow)

  • In this paper, we researched the heat transfer analysis of 1.2[kW] BLDC motor on the condition of the external flow. The BLDC motor is fallen under influence of some heat generated by rotationg motor speed and it changes the life and confidence of motor. The heat makes to reduce the life of insulation and the magnetization. So motor can't make own performance. Therefore we calculated the losses about number of revolutions of motor. And then, we analyzed the heat transfer of BLDC motor by using the results when a fan attached to motor makes the external flow or not. The results showed that the temperature of motor increased constant values irrespective of external air temperature. The temperature of motor decreased very lower values than prior researches when the fan makes the external flow. In this method we can analyze the performance, losses and heat transfer of motor applied in the many industries.
