농업용저수지 수문학적 안전성 평가 항목 및 지표 개발 (Development of Evaluation Items and Indicators for Hydrological Safety on Agricultural Reservoir)

  • 본 논문은 농업용저수지의 수문학적 안전성을 평가하기 위하여 평가 항목 및 지표를 설정하여 제시하였으며, 이를 위하여 전문가 집단을 대상으로 AHP 기법을 통해 평가 항목의 계층화를 통한 상대적인 중요도를 파악하였다. 연구 결과 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다. 첫째 평가항목의 계층구조는 2계층(상위, 하위)으로 구분하여 상위 평가항목은 6개(제체의 여유고, 여수로의 방류능력, 유지관리 상태, 하류하천 제방의 여유고, 잠재 홍수피해, 홍수량 산정 인자)를 선정하였고, 하위 평가항목 11개를 선정하였다. 둘째, 계층적의사결정법에 의하여 각 항목간 쌍대비교 설문과 일관성 검증을 통해 도출된 6개 상위 평가항목의 중요도는 유지관리 상태(상태평가 등급), 제체(비월류부)의 여유고, 여수로의 방류능력, 잠재 홍수피해, 홍수량 산정 인자, 하류하천 제방의 여유고 순으로 나타났다. 유지관리 상태(안전점검 상태평가 등급)가 농업용저수지 수문학적 안전성에 지배적인 영향을 미치고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 마지막으로 농업용저수지의 수문학적 안전성 확보를 위해서는 단기적 방안으로 신속한 개선이 가능한 안전점검 상태평가 등급의 개선이 유용하며, 장기적으로 여수로 방류능력과 제체의 여유고를 확보하는 방안이 필요할 것으로 판단된다.

콘크리트 옹벽에 대한 상태평가 항목과 결함지수와의 상관관계 분석 (The Corelation Analysis between Condition Evaluation Factors and Defect Index on the Concrete Retaining Wall)

  • Although lots of safety inspection and precision safety diagnosis have been conducted on concrete retaining wall, there is no comprehensive analysis on the basis of the accumulated data associated with the statistic. Especially, the concentrated management is necessary on the evaluation items that cause critical damages for the efficient performance. In this regard, this study conducted a correlation analysis between the 18 condition evaluation items and defect index for the concrete retaining wall as well as how each item affects the final defect index as much as in the manual. As a result, correlation coefficient between sliding and overturning was 0.601, which means that they have a strong correlation, and the most influential item on defect index is the condition of drainage that scored the 0.750 correlation coefficient. In addition, as a result of regression analysis, the condition of drainage with the 0.683 correlation coefficient has a strong correlation with the defect index. If the condition evaluation items are integrated or readjusted based on the results of the statistical analysis in this study, the more efficient and accurate maintenance will be possible.

농촌어메니티 자원에 기초한 농촌정관평가에 관한 연구 (A Study on Rural Landscape Assessment Based on Rural Amenity Resources)

  • Rural landscape is essential resources to reinvigorate rural tourism and local economy. The objective of this study is to apply the methodology that can assess landscapes of many rural villages based on the data of Rural Amenity Resource Survey. Above all, to make the data of rural amenity resources survey appropriate for landscape assessment, that was reclassified into 4 landscape resource and 12 lower items. Secondly, 4 evaluation standards of rural landscape; weight of landscape resources, weight of lower items, evaluation of lower items as the number, and evaluation of management condition was established by questionnaire survey. Thirdly, the evaluation standards was applied to case study area; Jug-Goc Myeon, Goc-Seong county, Jeollanamdo. Finally, this result was compared with the other result that management condition was not included in, and the villages that were urgent to improve management condition were selected. As a result, water resource and management condition have great effects on the total quality of rural landscape. Therefore, there are many villages that have peat potentials although that indicates low quality of landscape, now.

공동주택의 건강성능 평가지표 개발에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Evaluation Indicators of Healthy Housing Quality of Multi-Family Housing)

  • The purpose this study is to develop indicators that measure the healthy housing condition of multi-family housing. The major findings are as follow: first, healthy housing was defined by physical, mental, social, and management aspects and proposed the conceptual model of hierarchy structure of evaluation of healthy housing by literature reviews. Second, evaluating items were selected based on literature reviews of existing indicators and preceding studies about both domestic and overseas multi-family housing. The evaluating indicators were identified as a total of 87 evaluating items which were composed of four dimensions and 16 attributes on the basis of the conceptual model. They cover comprehensive scope of the multi-family housing such as unit, building, complex, and site. Third, as the measurement, the 5-point ordinal scale measure was suggested. The evaluating measurement including measure standards, measure methods, and measure contents were developed by each evaluating items. Lastly, the weighting of evaluating indicators was developed by AHP method conducted by survey of an expert group. Items were identified as high contributors or low contributors. The weighting of these items could suggest several evaluations according to the situation. The level of healthy housing condition may be evaluated by both total evaluation and a specific field of evaluation.

공간관리 현황조사를 통한 대학시설관리방안에 관한 연구 - 국립대학의 사례를 중심으로 (A Study on the Facility Management Method through Actual Condition of Space Management - Based on the National University)

  • To enhance the administrational efficiency and for university facility and space management to be public, this research suggests a competent and an objective evaluation system and index. The study will assist national and university finances to contribute towards advanced education. Furthermore, figure out the space management condition of national university by utilizing the evaluation system, and through that suggesting efficient special management method. According to the result of this study, evaluation system for university facility can be widely divided into seven categories; system preparation, members conference, propriety of space allocation, propriety of management system, space use ratio, time control of space use, imposition index of surplus use. Based on these subdivisions, the space management category contains 19 evaluation items and the marking system allows perfect score of 100 points. In result of examining space management condition using the evaluation system, space management was well enforced in research focused university group where as in education centered university group, it shows relatively low enforcement. It also illustrated that efforts of evaluation items were required in categories of imposition index of surplus use and special use ratio in order for efficient space management.

  • Agricultural water occupies the largest portion of total water use in Korea, and generally researches on the development of agricultural water have been stressed on the demand of agricultural water itself. But it is unavoidable to change a policy from the development of water resources to cope with the increase of water demand to the effective management of existing water resources. Evaluation of the decrepitude of irrigation facilities and their reasonable maintenance are important for the effective supply and use of agricultural water. Therefore it is necessary to develop evaluation technique that diagnoses the current condition of irrigation canals and suggest a countermeasure to improve the found problems. 25 items in 6 classes were selected for the evaluation of irrigation canal systems, and the weighted value between the items was calculated using AHP (Analysis Hierarchy Process) method. The current condition of the irrigation facilities was evaluated from the class evaluation marks, and ranking was decided from the total marks between the projects, and finally the priority of the project for the improvement was given.

혼합 가중치를 적용한 보강토 옹벽의 상태평가항목 가중치 평가 (Weighting Value Evaluation of Condition Assessment Item in Reinforced Earth Retaining Walls by Applying Hybrid Weighting Technique)

  • 본 연구에서는 보강토 옹벽 점검 자료를 바탕으로 보강토 옹벽의 상태평가항목의 가중치를 새롭게 제안하고 결함점수 및 결함지수를 제안하였다. 161개소의 보강토 옹벽의 점검결과를 근거로 다중회귀분석과 엔트로피 기법을 이용하여 상태평가항목별 가중치를 산정하였으며, 또한 전문가를 대상으로 AHP 기법을 활용하여 평가항목별 가중치를 산정하였다. 각 기법에서 도출된 가중치를 활용하여 혼한 가중치를 제안하였으며, 제안 가중치를 토대로 결함점수 및 결함지수를 제안하여 기존 161개소 현장에 적용하여 현재의 가중치와 제안 가중치에 의한 현장별 위험도 순위를 비교 분석하였다. 다중회귀분석, AHP 기법, 엔트로피 기법을 활용하여 분석한 결과 상태평가항목의 가중치 순위가 변동이 컸으며, 현재 상태평가항목의 가중치와 달리 가중치 순위의 중복은 발생하지 않았다. 특히, 다중회귀분석 결과에서는 특정 상태평가항목이 전체 가중치의 70% 이상을 차지하는 결과가 도출되었다. 제안한 혼합 가중치를 기존 보강토 옹벽 데이터에 적용한 결과, 상태평가항목의 가중치 중복은 발생하지 않았으며, 대상 보강토 옹벽 161 개소 중 16 개소의 위험도 순위 상승과 31 개소의 위험도 하락이 발생하였다.

  • 본 연구에서는 경기도 용인시 기흥구 구갈동(구갈역세권)과 보라구역, 중동구역 일대를 중심으로 개발계획, 개발잠재력, 입지여건과 아울러 녹색 및 재해예방 인프라에 대한 4가지 측면을 고려하여 대상지의 투자가치 평가를 통한 전략적 도시관리 방안을 연구하였다. 방법론 측면에서는 평가항목간의 상관관계를 고려할수 있는 네트워크 분석적 의사결정법을 통하여 판단해보고자 하였다. 분석 결과 개발계획에서는 개발용도, 키테넌트, 자금조달, 마케팅순으로, 개발잠재력에서는 시장성, 정체성, 역사성 순으로, 입지여건에서는 토지이용, 주변환경, 교통환경순으로, 마지막으로 녹색 및 재해예방인프라에서는 자연재해예방, 인적재해예방, 사회적 재해예방순으로 나타났다. 본 연구의 결과는 향후 도시개발사업 추진하는데 있어 합리적인 사전 평가방안으로 활용할 수 있을 것이라 본다.

장애물 없는 생활환경 인증 사례를 통한 매개시설 평가항목 분석 (A Study on the Medium Facilities in Barrier-Free Certification Evaluation Items)

  • This study purposes to present the improvement on the index by analyzing concretely the certification and evaluation index and the actual certification acquisition focusing on the buildings acquiring the barrier-free (BF) certification. So, after analyzing the screening results of the buildings acquiring the BF certification and then grasping the general application level based on the above analysis, this study tries to present the improvement on the BF certification index by analyzing the detailed applications of the BF certification-acquired buildings and then grasping the problems on the evaluation index of the current certification system. It was analyzed that the items which applied the BF construction method generalized to the common buildings through the Act on the Promotion of Convenience in medium facilities and the items with higher distribution points were shown as high in terms of points and the acquired point level of items which influenced by the shape and condition of side and land to defile the appearance of buildings were low.

  • 건축물의 정밀안전점검 및 정밀안전진단시에는 안전등급 판정을 위해 상태평가를 실시하여야 한다. 2004년부터 정량적인 상태평가를 위해 퍼지이론을 이용한 평가방법을 도입하였고, 퍼지이론을 이용한 철근콘크리트 부재의 평가항목 간의 관계와 중요도를 도출하였다. 일반적으로 퍼지이론은 상관관계가 명확하지 않고, 모호한 표현을 처리할 때 사용되는 방법으로, 개발 당시에는 점검 및 진단 결과자료들이 부족한 상황에서 대안으로 퍼지이론을 적용하여 개발한 것으로 보인다. 따라서 실제 점검 및 진단 결과자료를 이용하여 퍼지이론을 바탕으로 도출된 평가항목 간의 관계와 중요도에 대한 검증이 필요하다. 본 연구에서는 정밀안전점검 19건과 정밀안전진단 9건의 결과와 성능점수 함수식을 이용하여 평가항목간의 상관관계를 도출하였으며, 이를 이용하여 부재의 합리적인 내구성 점수 산정식을 제시하였다.
