본 연구는 지역사회네트워크 기반 사회복지프로그램 기획을 준비함에 있어 컨셉트 맵핑을 활용하고 그 적용가능성을 경험적으로 확인하는 것이다. 컨셉트 맵핑은 다양한 이해관계자들 사이의 모호하고 복잡한 아이디어를 구조화하여 시각적으로 제시해 주는 의사결정 도구이다. 이미 상담, 간호, 공중보건 등 휴먼서비스 영역을 중심으로 프로그램 기획 및 평가 과정에서 나타나는 복잡하고 추상적인 아이디어를 개념화하는데 활용되고 있다. 최근, 우리나라에서도 상담 및 의료 영역에서 서비스 제공자와 이용자 간의 존재하는 성과의 차이를 경험적으로 인지하고, 합의를 이끌어 내는 도구로 활용하고 그 효과성이 발표되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 부산광역시 북구에서 아동 청소년을 대상으로 진행되고 있는 부산공동모금회지원 CI사업의 3차년도 사업기획을 준비하면서 사업주체들이 기대하는 성과를 컨셉트 맵핑을 활용하여 개념화하였다. 컨셉트 맵핑은 준비 단계, 아이디어 수집 단계, 서술문 구조화 단계, 표현 단계, 분석결과 해석 단계, 유용화 단계로 이루어졌다. 참여자들은 부산 북구 사회복지기관 종사자 11명이였으며, 이들이 제시한 서술문은 총 60개였다. 이들이 제시한 서술문을 유사성 행렬 형태로 전환하여 다차원 척도법 분석을 실시하였다. 군집은 총 5개로, '아동 청소년의 인식 및 태도변화', '아동 청소년 체계의 변화', '우호적인 지역사회 형성', '지역주민의 변화', '사업공급주체의 변화'였다. 이 중 가장 우선적으로 성취되어야 할 성과는 '아동 청소년의 인식 및 태도 변화'로, 이 성과를 중심으로 3차년도 사업을 기획하게 되었다. 컨셉트 맵핑을 활용하여 성과를 개념화하는 의사결정과정을 거치면서, 참여 구성원들은 사업의 성과에 대해 명확하게 개념화하였고, 이 성과에 대한 합의가 도출되었다.

This paper proposes a power system blackout model and devises a method of identification and selection of higher-order contingencies that may threaten power system security. To study how failures spread in power grids, network observability based on topological concept is utilized which provide a means of monitoring network evolutions due to multiple contingencies. The simulations and results are presented using the IEEE 118-bus test system.

It is interesting to know the behavior of a network from its structure. One interesting topic is to find a relation between the existence of a positive equilibrium of the reaction network and its structure. One approach to study this topic is using the concept of deficiency. Another is using some conditions on nodes, which can apply to large-size networks compared to deficiency. In this work, we show the relation between deficiency and the conditions.

A traffic analysis on the Internet has an advantage for obtaining the characteristics of transferred packets. There were many studies to understand the characteristics of the Internet traffic with mathematical statistical approach. The approach of this study is different from previous studies. We first introduced a virtual network concept to present the Internet as a simplified mathematical model. It also represents each traffic flowing on the Internet as a parallel Gaussian channel on the virtual network. We suggest the optimal capacity of each parallel Gaussian channel using some related studies on the Gaussian channel model.

As recently the network environment and application services have been more complex and diverse, there has. In this paper we introduce a scheme the extract useful information for network management by analyzing traffic data in user login file. For this purpose we use classification and association rule based on episode concept in data mining. Since login data has inherently time series characterization, convertible data mining algorithms cannot directly applied. We generate virtual transaction, classify transactions above threshold value in time window, and simulate the classification algorithm.

We are living in networks which are regarded as a society. However, it is difficult to designate a specific position or the impact over sociological relationships and virtual links. In this paper, we conceptualize two themes of the network as Physical Network and Virtual Network, and observe their cross-network effects. New concept called Networked Community (NC) is then introduced to walk through both PN and VN by using the element of connections say connectivity feature. Through modeling NC by the theme of network transposition and egocentric network, we try to comprehend all possible networks for detecting the problems and solutions by using both sides' idea. Experimental results show that we can model real-world problems and then analyze them through NC by measurable and structural manner.

서명권한의 위임은 다양한 환경에서 요구되는 암호학적 서비스이다. Mambo 등은 서명권한 위임에 대한 해결방법으로 프록시 서명기법을 제안하였다. 프록시 서명기법이 제안된 후, 한 명의 서명자가 자신의 권한을 한 사람의 프록시 서명자에게 위임하는 기본적인 형태의 위임이 아니라 보다 일반적인 위임 구조를 제공하기 위한 프록시 서명기법들이 제안되었다. 모든 구성 가능한 위임 구조를 포괄할 수 있는 개념으로 위임 네트워크가 Aura에 의해 제안되었고, 이후 Chow 등은 ID기반의 위임 네트워크를 제안하였다. E는 위임 네트워크에서 발생하는 위임의 개수라고 하고 N은 사용자의 개수라고 하자. 계산 복잡도의 관점에서 Chow 등의 위임 네트워크는 E번의 페어링 연산과 N번의 스칼라 곱셈 연산이 수행된다. 본 논문에서는 E번의 페어링 연산만으로 Chow 등이 제안한 것과 동일하게 동작하는 위임 네트워크를 제안한다. 또한 제안하는 위임 네트워크의 구성을 변형함으로써 N번의 페어링 연산이 요구되는 위임 네트워크를 구성한다.

Bitcoin은 블록체인을 활용한 최초의 어플리케이션으로 새로운 지불 수단으로 각광받고 있지만, 확장성에 있어서 한계점을 갖는다. Lightning Network의 개념은 최근 Bitcoin의 확장성 문제를 다루기 위해 소개되었다. 본 논문에서는 실제 Bitcoin Lightning Network가 scale-free 특성을 갖는다는 것을 밝혔다. 따라서 임의 노드 실패에 강건한 반면, 네트워크의 특정 노드를 목표로 하는 공격에 대해 취약할 수 있다. 네트워크 공격 모델의 시뮬레이션을 통해 Bitcoin Lightning Network의 강건성을 실험적으로 분석했으며, 시뮬레이션 결과는 실제로 Lightning Network가 높은 차수를 갖는 소수의 노드를 파괴하는 공격에 취약하다는 것을 보여 준다.

In this paper, we present a performance analysis for an MPEG-4 video codec based on the on-chip network communication architecture. The existing on-chip buses of system-on-a-chip (SoC) have some limitation on data traffic bandwidth since a large number of silicon IPs share the bus. An on-chip network is introduced to solve the problem of on-chip buses, in which the concept of a computer network is applied to the communication architecture of SoC. We compared the performance of the MPEG-4 video codec based on the on-chip network and Advanced Micro-controller Bus Architecture (AMBA) on-chip bus. Experimental results show that the performance of the MPEG-4 video codec based on the on-chip network is improved over 50% compared to the design based on a multi-layer AMBA bus.
