A Sit-Up Measuring Web Application for Tizen Smart-Watch (타이젠 스마트워치의 Accelerometer 센서를 이용한 윗몸 일으키기 측정 웹 어플리케이션의 성능개선)

  • This paper introduces a Tizen wearable device web application that measures the user's sit ups. The application measures the sit ups of the user through the device's accelerometer data. We created the application using an algorithm by kinetic data that we have developed for the application by analyzing the accelerometer data when doing the right sit ups, and have improved the accuracy of the sit up measurements compared to the existing applications by 9.25%.

  • Sensor application systems for remote monitoring and control are required, such as the establishment of databases and IoT service servers, to process data being transmitted and received through radio communication modules, controllers and gateways. This paper designs and implements database server, IoT service server, data processing middleware and IoT management system for IoT based services based on the controllers, communication modules and gateway middleware platform developed. For this, we firstly define the specification of the data packet and control code for the information classification of the sensor application system, and also design and implement the database as a separate server for data protection and efficient management. In addition, we design and implement the IoT management system so that functions such as status information verification, control and modification of operating environment information of remote sensor application systems are carried out. The implemented system can lead to efficient operation and reduced management costs of sensor application systems through site status analysis, setting operational information, and remote control and management.

  • 본 논문에서는 모바일 디바이스의 카메라로부터 얻은 RGB이미지를 분석하여 장애물을 안정적으로 탐지할 수 있는 프레임워크를 제안한다. 본 논문에서는 장애물을 안정적으로 찾기 위해 RANSAC(Random Sample Consensus)기반의 다중 평면 방식을 이용한 위험감지 시스템을 제안한다. 우리의 접근 방식은 RGB영상으로부터 특징점(Feature point)을 추출하고, 특징점을 분석(Feature point analysis)하여 영상내의 평면을 감지한다. 복잡한 지형으로 인해 생성되는 다수의 평면을 RANSAC을 통해 단일 평면으로 정규화하고, 이로부터 특징점을 분류하기 위한 기준점을 계산한다. 모바일 디바이스의 위치와 회전 제약 없이 효과적으로 기준평면(Reference plane)을 탐색할 수 있고, 영상 내 특징점을 실시간으로 계산한다. 다양한 실험을 통해 기준평면과 장애물과의 거리를 파악하여 장애물을 효과적으로 분류하는 결과를 얻었다. 우리의 기법은 실세계에서의 위험요소를 감지하고 모바일 디바이스 사용자의 안전성 확보에 활용할 수 있을 거라 기대한다.

  • Until the 4th Industrial Revolution fused the Web with diverse technologies, the only factor in evaluating the performance of a Web application was the loading speed of the Web application. Therefore, most existing Web application performance analysis tools focus on the speed at which Web applications run in a Web browser. However, the web is now being used not only in a simple web browser but also in a variety of services. So, in addition to simple speed, there are more elements to be checked to evaluate web applications. Therefore, in this paper, we design a server to perform web application performance analysis considering progressive web app, accessibility, best practice, and search engine optimization as well as the above mentioned speed. Also, we realize a REST API based server that can provide web application performance services without being affected by user's devices or environment.

Infant Care Management Application Using Smart Phones (스마트 폰을 이용한 육아관리 애플리케이션)

  • 최근 들어 사용의 편리성 등으로 인해 스마트 기기의 사용이 다양한 분야로 확대되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 스마트 기기를 가장 많이 사용하는 20대와 30대 연령대인 사용자들에게 도움을 줄 수 있는 애플리케이션을 기획하였고, 다양한 정보를 필요한 예비엄마들의 육아관리에 도움을 줄 수 있는 애플리케이션을 설계하고 개발하였다. 예비엄마들을 위해 필요한 정보를 제공하며 일기장 및 아기의 스케줄체크를 통해 그 날 있었던 일과를 기록할 수 있으며 하루 중 아이의 상태를 기입해 기존 다이어리 대신 편리하게 사용할 수 있다. 또한, 아이의 생년월일에 따라 예방접종 시기를 제시 해주며 예방접종표를 통해 간단한 정보를 확인할 수 있다. 그리고 여러 가지 게임 및 소리를 통해 아기들의 정서적 편안함과 흥미를 유발해 엄마와 정서적 유대감을 형성 할 수 있게 도와준다. 안드로이드 기기를 이용하여 간단한 아기정보에 관한 틀을 만들어 쉽게 입력할 수 있고, 예비엄마들이 필요로 하는 기능들을 모아 가용성과 편리성을 극대화 하여 구현하였다.

  • It's a shame one of the famous places of Busan is the underground shopping area on the decline gradually. The reason why we developed this application is to provide information of the desired product and store for other residents as well as Busan residents. As a result, we expect a revival of underground shopping area. The main features of the application are to provide the location of shops and the information of products. In addition, it provides information of shops around me to utilize of location-based-service. We studied the possibility of win-win situation between offline stores and online through this application.

  • Google App Engine(GAE)은 플랫폼 서비스 형태(Platform as a Service, PaaS)의 클라우드 인프라이며 GAE를 기반으로 웹어플리케이션을 제작할 수 있도록 다양한 개발 도구를 제공해 준다. 본 논문에서는 Python 및 Go를 이용하여 GAE 상에서 구현한 클라우드 기반의 web application들의 성능을 비교하고자 한다. 각 web application의 주요 기능은 회원가입, 로그인, 채팅 등으로 구성되어 있고 특히, 회원목록이나 채팅 데이터를 처리하기 위하여 GAE에서 제공하는 Google Datastore를 사용하였다. 성능비교를 위하여 Python2.5, Python 2.7 및 Go를 사용하여 통일한 기능의 web application을 구현하였으며 각각의 메뉴에 대하여 서버 로직의 실행과 장고 (Django) 스타일의 HTML 템플릿을 렌더링하는데 걸리는 시간을 구하고 이를 비교 분석하였다.

  • Android that was made by Google and Open Handset Alliance is the open source software toolkit for mobile phone. In a few years, Android will be used by millions of Android mobile phones and other mobile devices, and become the main platform for application developers. In this paper, the integrated login application based on Google's Android platform is developed. The main features of the mobile combination login application content based on Android are as follows. First, the application has more convenient login functionality than the functionality of general web browser as the web browser of the mobile-based applications(web browser style applications) as well as security features and faster screen(view) capability by reducing the amount of data transfer. Second, the application is so useful for management of ID and Password, and it can easily manage multiple ID information such as message, mail, profile. The results of performance evaluation of the developed application show the functionality that can login many kinds of portal sites simultaneously as well as the ability that can maintain login continuously. Currently, we are trying to develope a couple of the technologies that can insert multiple accounts into one ID and check all information on one screen.

Remotely Controllable Smart Mobile System Using Arduino and Raspberry Pi for Infants

  • In this paper, we deal with a system that provides temperature, humidity and fine dust data around infants to parents through Arduino and Raspberry Pi. It controls the operation of the mobiles remotely through applications. Android applications can perform the following functions. First, the infant's surrounding temperature, humidity and fine dust data are received. Second, mobile controls the smart mobile remotely. Third, recording and playing the voices of parents and enhancing the convenience of parenting. Through the experiment of measuring the operating time of the remote control module, it was confirmed that the application can quickly access the system. Existing products on the market do not provide environmental information around the infants and application that has various functions. The system covered in this paper is expected to improve child-rearing convenience by providing parents environmental information around infants, remotely controllable function and convenient functions of the application.

  • The mobile characteristics of the smart phone are well suited to on-the-site oriented services and are being utilized in a variety of ways. However, since most applications operate on a central server basis, Internet access is inevitable, and there are various problems such as an increase in server maintenance cost and security deterioration. Although researches have been proposed to utilize the smart phone itself as a server to improve it, these methods are based on downsizing the PC-based web server or modifying the smart phone kernel. These methods have the problems that a end user has to use the rooting, and they are not able to effectively utilize various communication means of a smart phone. In this paper, we propose a design and implementation of an application level smart phone web server. The server receives the document request from the remote via the Internet and in the local area using the WPAN. At this time, the web document is stored as an internal file structure of the smart phone application. We proposed the phttp protocol which uses server's phone number as ID for document request. Through the implementation, we analyzed the capacity and latency of stored data and its effectiveness is evaluated.
