멀티미디어의 표준화에 대한 관심이 컴퓨터, 방송, 통신 등의 분야에서 더욱 높아지고 있다. JPEG2000 표준안은 영상 부호화에 따른 새로운 형태의 영상압축 뿐만 아니라 높은 성능에 부응하고자 하는 것으로 기존의 표준안보다 왜곡율과 특정부분의 영상품질을 한 차원 상승시킬 수 있어서 효율적인 면에서 더욱 우수하다. 영상의 손실 및 무손실 압축, 대용량 영상압축, 그리고 화소의 정밀도와 해상도의 차이에 의한 점진적 전송이나 관심영역의 지정과 처리 등이 그 특징특이다 JPEG2000 표준안은 인터넷, 컬러 팩시밀리, 인쇄, 스캐닝, 디지털 사진, 원격 감지, 휴대기기 등과 의료 영상 디지털 도서관, 전자 상거래 등에 다양하게 응용할 수 있다. 본 논문은 JPEG2000 표준안의 최신동향과 전반적인 기술내역에 대하여 설명하고 영상압축 효율과 화질, 그리고 처리 속도 등을 기존 알고리즘과 비교하여 그 기술적 특징을 실험을 통하여 비교 제시한다.

Every engineering discipline has, in recent year, felt the impact of computer-aided analysis and design Normally the studies of power system analysis by computer are load flow, short circuit and harmonic calculation, the amount the voltage deviates from motor starting, reliability and system stability. These studies are very important from the operating and planning points of power system. This paper presents analysis of load flow, short circuit current calculation, the effect for voltage deviation of induction motor starting and harmonic distortion in power system of continuous casting(C. C) plant. The resulting of analysis is applied the configuration and design engineering of power system.

차량용 통합 게이트웨이는 In-Vehicle 및 Out-Vehicle 네트워크의 통신 중재뿐만 아니라 다양한 응용서비스를 제공하는데 있어서 최적화 작업 및 실시간 데이터 전송과 관련하여 해결해야 하는 많은 이슈를 가지고 있다. 또한 통합 게이트웨이에 탑재 된 S/W는 병목현상 없는 서비스를 위해서 앞서 언급된 문제를 해결하는 것이 필수적이다. 이에 본 연구에서는 통합 시스템에서 사용되는 H/W 자원을 제공하는 서비스에 따라 직접적으로 할당해 주는 방식으로 본 문제를 해결하기 위한 기초 연구가 될 것이다.

This study aims to present suggestions on the causes and effects between internal marketing and customer-oriented trends of social welfare halls based on the issue that internal marketing should be activated based on previous studies on the relationship between internal marketing and customer-oriented trends. For this purpose, as a result of analysing the research hypothesis through a questionnaire, this study has meaning in that it supported the results of previous studies on internal marketing and customer-oriented trends as theoretical suggestions and analysed the relationship between internal marketing and customer-oriented trends. It was politically suggested and emphasized that internal marketing is needed in social welfare halls and to encourage social welfare workers to be customer-oriented, components of internal marketing should be established in an organic and systematic manner.

We've developed a Boolean circuit that finds a maximum matching in a convex bipartite graph. This circuit is designed in BC language that was created by K. Park and H. Park(1). The depth of the circuit is O(log$^2$nㆍlog b) and the size is O(bn$^3$). Our circuit gets a triple representation of a convex bipartite graph as its input and produces the maximum matching for its output. We developed some Boolean circuit design techniques that can be used for building other Boolean circuits.

낸드 플래시 메모리는 데이터 용량의 급격한 증가로 인해서 저장장치로 널리 사용되게 되었으나, 마찬가지로 급격히 증가하는 에러 발생률에 의해서 저장장치의 신뢰성에 문제가 되고 있다. 일반적으로 에러 발생에 대한 보정을 위해서 낸드 플래시 메모리는 ECC 기법을 사용하는데, 본 논문에서는 압축기법을 활용하여 줄어든 유효 데이터에 대한 적응적 ECC 기법을 적용함으로써 에러 발생시 에러 보정능력을 향상시켜줄 수 있는 기법을 제안하였다. 이러한 에러 보정방법을 통해서 낸드 플래시 메모리 기반의 저장 시스템에 대한 에러 발생률이 낮아짐을 보여주고 있다.

최근 MP3 저작권에 대한 찬반 논란이 계속 되면서, 기존의 클라이언트-서버가 아닌 Peer-To-Peer(P2P) 기반의 데이터 검색 시스템에 관한 여러 연구가 활발히 진행되고 있다. 하지만. 검색 방법에 있어서는 단순히 파일이름을 이용한 데이터 검색 방법이 주류를 이루고 있는데 본 논문에서는 검색을 위한 문서 정보를 XML 형태로 저장하고, 구조적인 검색을 용이하게 하기 위해 DOM(Document Object Model)을 이용하여 XML 문서를 트리 형태로 구성한 후 P2P 네트워킹 플랫폼인 JXTA를 기반으로 XPath 질의를 수행함으로써 P2P 네트워크 기반에서 구조적 검색이 가능한 시스템을 구현하였다.

본 논문에서 DEA 방법과 Malmquist 지수를 이용하여 중국의 이동통신서비스 사업자들의 상대적 효율성을 분석하고 있다. 중국의 이동통신서비스시장은 급성장하고 있으며 특히 2008년의 합병을 통한 구고조정은 시장의 새로운 환경을 제공하고 있다. 이러한 구조조정을 배경으로 본 연구는 2002년-2012년을 분석기간으로 설정하여 합병 전과 합병 후의 상대적 효율성을 비교하고 있다. 투입변수는 총자산, 종업원 수, 자본투입을 포함하고 있으며 산출변수는 영업총수입과 순이윤을 포함하고 있다. 분석 결과에 의하면 2002년-2012년 기간 동안 평균 효율성은 개선되지 못하고 있으나 합병 후인 2009년-2012년 기간에는 이동통신서비스 사업자들의 평균 효율성은 개선되고 있는 것으로 나타났다.

본 논문에서는 중국의 소비자가 e-비즈니스에 대한 행태를 설문조사를 통해 분석하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 크게 e-비즈니스에 대한 만족감, 신뢰도, 개인정보유출에 대한 태도, 그리고 온라인 소비에 대한 제약 요인 네 가지 측면에서 조사하였다. 조사결과에 의하면 중국의 소비자는 e-비즈니스 이용에 대해서는 비교적 만족하고 있으나 상대적으로 e-비즈니스에 대한 신뢰도는 만족감보다 낮게 나타나고 있다. 개인정보유출에 대해서는 비교적 긍정적이지만 남성보다는 여성이 상대적으로 소극적인 태도를 보이고 있다. 그리고 온라인 소비를 제약하는 가장 중요한 요인으로 제품의 품질에 대한 보장으로 나타났다. 이는 온라인 거래에 있어서 제품에 대한 보장이 결국은 e-비즈니스의 신뢰도를 높이는 가장 중요한 조건으로 해석할 수 있다.

The information related to legislation is massive, and it takes much time and effort to manually build the legislation ontology. Thus, studies on machine-based automated building methods are underway. However, the studies to automatically construct such systems focus on using TBox construction, and those based on automated ABox construction, which corresponds to instances, theoretical systems and data building cases, has not yet been sufficiently developed. Therefore, this paper suggests using a semi-automatic ABox construction method based on sentence patterns to automatically build the ontology for the legislation of the Republic of Korea. Precision and Recall experiments were conducted to further discuss the performance of the suggested method. These experiments provide a comparison between the manual classification, and the triples built by the machines of the legal information by assessing the corresponding numerical values.
