  • Companies are facing challenges to have high competitiveness because of continuous oil price rising and CO2 emissions regulations. Thus, companies are trying hard to construct effective logistics and operation system to achieve high customer service quality and saving cost. Also the ec-friendly idustrial complex is needed. Busan is in process to construct GILC(Global Industry Logistics City) in west Busan province to achieve high competitiveness and support lack of industrial complex. To construct this kind of logistics industrial complex, it needs logistics system through proper policy and freight transportation co-operation. Especially, efficient management through logistics hierarchy construction in industrial complex is very important for low cost and eco-friendly point of view. Therefore, this paper aims to analyze logistics system and suggest operation model to present logistics complex construction base data.

  • Fuzzy logic, neural network, fuzzy-neural network play an important as the key technology of linguistic modeling for intelligent control and decision making in complex systems. The fuzzy -neural network (FNN) learning represents one of the most effective algorithms to build such linguistic models. This paper proposes learning approach of fuzzy-neural network by immune algorithm. The proposed learning model is presented in an immune based fuzzy-neural network (FNN) form which can handle linguistic knowledge by immune algorithm. The learning algorithm of an immune based FNN is composed of two phases. The first phase used to find the initial membership functions of the fuzzy neural network model. In the second phase, a new immune algorithm based optimization is proposed for tuning of membership functions and structure of the proposed model.

  • Aiming at the problem of complex feature extraction and low accuracy in human action recognition, this paper proposed a network structure combining batch normalization algorithm with GoogLeNet network model. Applying Batch Normalization idea in the field of image classification to action recognition field, it improved the algorithm by normalizing the network input training sample by mini-batch. For convolutional network, RGB image was the spatial input, and stacked optical flows was the temporal input. Then, it fused the spatio-temporal networks to get the final action recognition result. It trained and evaluated the architecture on the standard video actions benchmarks of UCF101 and HMDB51, which achieved the accuracy of 93.42% and 67.82%. The results show that the improved convolutional neural network has a significant improvement in improving the recognition rate and has obvious advantages in action recognition.

This paper proposes particle swarm optimization algorithm based optimal learning fuzzy-neural network (PSOA-FNN). The proposed learning scheme is the fuzzy-neural network structure which can handle linguistic knowledge as tuning membership function of fuzzy logic by particle swarm optimization algorithm. The learning algorithm of the PSOA-FNN is composed of two phases. The first phase is to find the initial membership functions of the fuzzy neural network model. In the second phase, particle swarm optimization algorithm is used for tuning of membership functions of the proposed model.

A QP Artificial Neural Network Inverse Kinematic Solution for Accurate Robot Path Control

  • In recent decades, Artificial Neural Networks (ANNs) have become the focus of considerable attention in many disciplines, including robot control, where they can be used to solve nonlinear control problems. One of these ANNs applications is that of the inverse kinematic problem, which is important in robot path planning. In this paper, a neural network is employed to analyse of inverse kinematics of PUMA 560 type robot. The neural network is designed to find exact kinematics of the robot. The neural network is a feedforward neural network (FNN). The FNN is trained with different types of learning algorithm for designing exact inverse model of the robot. The Unimation PUMA 560 is a robot with six degrees of freedom and rotational joints. Inverse neural network model of the robot is trained with different learning algorithms for finding exact model of the robot. From the simulation results, the proposed neural network has superior performance for modelling complex robot's kinematics.

  • The inverse heat conduction problem (IHCP) is a problem of estimating boundary condition from temperature measurement at one or more interior points. Neural networks are general information processing systems inspired by the connectionist theory of human brain. By properly training the network by the learning rule, the neural network method can handle many non-linear or other complex problems. In this work, neural network is applied to complicated inverse heat conduction problems. Efficiency of the procedure is enhanced by incorporating the radial basis functions (RBF). The RBF is trained faster than other neural network and can find smooth solution. In order to demonstrate the effectiveness of the current scheme, a typical one-dimensional IHCP is considered. At one surface, the temperature as well as the heat flux is known. The unknown temperature of interest is estimated on the other side of the slab. The results from the proposed method based on RBF neural network are compared with the conventional method.

  • After CNN basic structure was introduced by LeCun in 1989, there has not been a major structure change except for more deep network until recently. The deep network enhances the expression power due to improve the abstraction ability of the network, and can learn complex problems by increasing non linearity. However, the learning of a deep network means that it has vanishing gradient or longer learning time. In this study, we proposes a CNN structure with MLP layer. The proposed CNNs are superior to the general CNN in their classification performance. It is confirmed that classification accuracy is high due to include MLP layer which improves non linearity by experiment. In order to increase the performance without making a deep network, it is confirmed that the performance is improved by increasing the non linearity of the network.

  • A new protection coordination algorithm in Multi-Agent based distribution automation system is proposed in this paper. Distribution network protection coordination is acted by normal state distribution operation. But, in more and more complex distribution network structure, it has a big problem that central server processed all measurement data, coordination setting and controls for operation. So, a algorithm to change coordination setting is proposed automatically in terminal devices which Recloser and OCR to include Multi-Agent concepts in distribution network.
