A Study on Information Consumption Behavior Structure of Rural Residents in Changchun, China (중국 장춘시 농촌주민의 정보소비 행동구조에 관한 연구)

  • This study aims to deeply analyze the information consumption behavior structure of rural residents in Changchun, China. and further improve the information consumption level of rural residents. Questionnaire survey and statistical analysis were used in this study. First, Through in-depth interview and open questionnaire collection and compilation of measurement questions. Secondly, residents in 15 rural areas around Changchun were selected for the survey, Finally, SPSS23.0 was used for exploratory factor analysis of recovered data, and Mplus7.4 was used for confirmatory factor analysis. The results show that the structure of information consumption behavior of rural residents in Changchun includes three dimensions of information demand, information literacy and payment ability, which is corresponding to the previous studies on information consumption behavior structure's demand power, purchasing power and information quality. This study has certain empirical validity.

The Editing System and Characteristics of "Clinical Formula Science of Korean Medicine" ("동의림상방제학(東醫臨床方劑學)"의 편집체제와 특징)

  • Objectives : Examined the editing system and the characteristics of "Clinical Formula Science of Korean Medicine" to establish a basis for compilation system of the common formula science textbook for colleges of Korean medicine nationwide. Methods : Comprehended the "Clinical Formula Science of Korean Medicine" published by professor Hyeongok(1911-1987) in 1985 and analyzed its configuration system. Results : "Clinical Formula Science of Korean Medicine" has made it possible to understand the formula systematically by establishing and classifying 24 kinds of treatment method [the three treatment methods of cold-dampness, dryness-heat and interior deficiency and its subdivision, 19 kinds of treatment method (stomach, phlegm, eum, yang, spirit, essence, ki, blood, blood stasis, exterior, interior, half-exterior half-interior, water, wind, cold, heat, dampness) combined with reducing and vomiting] and main formula. These can be considered as professor Hyeongok's own method of classification, which is distinctive from the existing formula science system. Also, it suggests that a Korean medicine doctor should not use a biased formula science that is limited to some schools but apply the formula widely and synthetically because it is believed to pursue perfection in cure if the main formulas related to a physical disorder, pregnancy and childbirth, invigorating and purging five viscera, and Four-Constitution Medicine are added. Conclusions : "Clinical Formula Science of Korean Medicine" is seen as a formula science book which is to be consulted when compiling a common formula science textbook for colleges of Korean medicine by forming a Korean formula science system that is distinctive from that of China.

eFlowC: A Packet Processing Language for Network Management (eFlowC : 네트워크 관리를 위한 패킷 처리 언어)

  • In this paper, we propose a high-level programming language for packet processing called eFlowC and it supporting programming development environment. Based on the C language which is already familiar and easy to use to program developers, eFlowC maintains the similar syntax and semantics of C. Some features that are unnecessary for the packet processing has been removed from C, eFlowC is highly focused on performing packet data, database, string byte information checking and event processing. Design high-level programming languages and apply an existing language or compiler technology, language function and compilation process that is required for packet processing will be described. In order to use the DPIC device such as X11, we designed a virtual machine eFVM that takes into account the scalability and portability. We have evaluated the utility of the proposed language by experimenting a variety of real application programs with our programming environment such as compiler, simulator and debugger for eFVM. As there is little research that devoted to define the formats, meanings and functions of the packet processing language, this research is significant and expected to be a basis for the packet processing language.

  • The purpose of this study is to suggest the developmental strategies of information literacy program based on the integrated topics to promote inquiry abilities of middle school students who take part in the free semester system. To that end, the content of the 2015 revised curriculum on a national level was analyzed to develop 6 inquiry themes that incorporate Korean, Social Studies, Music and Art. The instruction and learning guide were consisted of three stages of forming a background knowledge, researching and creating and evaluating the conclusion of the research. The detailed activities for research step were consisted of the four steps of recognition of the problem, information analysis and interpretation, compilation of information and evaluation for each activity. Among the themes "environment" and "appreciation" were applied to a public library and a middle school library as a trial. The trial application saw that students took an interest in programs that subject themes are link with various topics. They were also very satisfied with such programs.

A Research on the Actual Condition of Education on the Western Clothing Construction in Home Economics and Housework Curriculum of High School in Chonbuk Province (전라북도 고등학교 가정.가사 과목의 서양의복구성 교육실태)

  • The purpose of this study was to survey the actual condition of education on the western clothing construction in Home Economics and Housework curriculum of high school. And the finding of this study will the helpful to the persons in authority who take part in the course of compilation of the western clothing contruction. The subjects of this study were 101 high school teachers in Chonbuk province. Their responses to the questionaires were analyzed by frequencies and percentiles. The major findings of the study were as follows. 1. Most high school had only a little educational facilities for learning of clothing construction of, if any, they could only show examples in practice. 2 In case of making clothes, students who sew by hand carried out drafting and cutting on their desks in the classroom. When they have practical training, 56.4% of them cheese only one of one-piece dress trousers, and skirt which are presented in the textbook. The related teachers indicated that content composition of the texbook was not fit for the purpose of the students level, and also pointed out the deficiencies of educational facilities, lack of teacher’s research and training, and lack of school hours of evaluation, practical skill was performed in parallel with paper-test at 73.3%. 3. Pajamas and one-piece dress presented in the textbook were the most suitable for the practice at 64.7%. They hoped that illustrations in textbook are so large and full that clothes made through the practice can be worn. Also they hoped that their opinions and wearable guidance will be reflected in the textbook. They emphasized the need of western clothing construction unit because of acquistion of elementary knowledge. The current amount of content composition was enough or excessive. In addition, they understood the curriculum of high school is rather closely connected with that of middles school. Their recognition of the rate of difficulty is very similar to that of other school teachers. They recognized the goal of learning should be applied to the real home life.

  • The purpose of this research is to find the cause of low degree of utilization of medical equipment that are provided as Official Development Assistance(ODA) and to suggest an effective medical equipment support system for ODA. This research analyzes the supporting process of the medical equipment as ODA in Kitengela Health Center in Kenya. As the result of analysis, it has been found that the following problems. 1) It was found that users was attended insufficient to demand medical equipment. 2) The determination of medical equipment request was inadequate. 3) It was appeared to be organized the compilation of the budget for purchases and operation of medical equipment 4) The improvement of procurement system of medical equipment was appeared to need. 5) It was appeared to need to build conditions for installation of medical equipment. 6) It was necessary to secure finance, to conduct periodic management training, and to ensure available human resources in management and maintenance in order to sustain the medical equipment management ability and it is encouraged to promote leadership in healthcare facility management. Finally, the theoretical and practical implications of this research are discussed.

A Study On Pediatrics Contents In 『Maijing』 -Focusing On 「Chapter 9: Determining Pediatric Diseases 9th」- (『맥경(脈經)』의 소아과학(小兒科學) 내용 연구 - 「권제구(卷第九)·평소아잡병증제구(平小兒雜病證第九)」를 중심으로 -)

  • Objectives : To study the pediatric contents in the 『Maijing』, the most comprehensive compilation of pulse theory. Methods : First, the original meaning was understood comprehensively through careful translation of the original text. Next, the original texts from which 『Maijing』 quoted certain verses were traced. Then, contents of 『Maijing』 were analyzed through comparison with contents from later period texts such as 『Beijiqianjinyaofang』, 『Zhubingyuanhoulun』, 『Xiaoeryaozhengzhijue』, 『Zhengzhizhunsheng』. Results : The study of pediatric contents of Wangshuhe's 『Maijing·Chapter9·Determining Pediatric Diseases 9th』 revealed that he set the standards of 'normal pulse' in terms of number of pulsation and pulse xiang[脈象] differently for children compared to adults. He summarized the most common disease patterns to be wind epilepsy[風癎], indigestion of breast milk[乳不消], and fright seizure[客忤氣], and described the pulses that reflected these conditions's physical characteristics. He also described the pulse and symptom patterns of 'growth fever[變蒸]' and 'heat in bone part[骨間有熱]' based on his observation, which contents were quoted and developed in 『Zhubingyuanhoulun』 and 『Xiaoeryaozhengzhijue』. For other miscellaneous pediatric conditions, he quoted prior texts such as 『Lingshu』 while adding words or making modifications to better reflect characteristics of children based on his observations in clinical pediatrics. Conclusions : It is concluded that 『Maijing·Chapter9·Determining Pediatric Diseases 9th』 not only describes pulse diagnostics but reflects in its contents pediatric theories and clinical knowledge of the Jin(晉)period, which affected pediatrics development of following periods.

An Efficient Execution of Non-Horn Logic Programs (비혼 논리 프로그램의 효율적 수행)

  • Non-Horn logic programs are extended from Horn logic programs to the level of 1st order predicate logic. Even though they are more expressive than Horn logic programs, They are not practically used because we do not have efficient implementations. Currently to execute non-Horn logic programs, we translate them to equivalent Horn logic programs using the proof procedure InH-Prolog and compile the Horn logic programs to WAM(Warren Abstract Machine) instructions. In this paper, we propose EWAM(Extended Warren Machine) that executes non-Horn logic programs more efficiently and a compilation scheme that compiles non-Horn logic programs to the EWAM instruction. We implement an EWAM emulator and a compiler and measured the performance of the EWAM emulator and the compiler and found that they are very efficient.

Design of an Automatic Generation System of Device Drivers Using Templates (템플릿을 이용한 디바이스 드라이버 자동생성 시스템 설계)

  • Applications running under embedded systems require various device drivers designed for different types and versions of the OS to manage resources effectively. In this paper, an automated device driver generator system which can generate the device drivers to be used in newer versions the target OS is proposed. In the proposed system, the structures of device drivers of specific OS are designed in the templates and stored in a library, and the target device drivers are generated by adding codes to the stored templates. Once device drivers are generated, they are registered into the kernel. The experimental results show that data transfer time has been slightly increased when compared against manually created drivers for TFT-LCD driver, USB interface keyboard/mouse driver, and AC'97 controller drivers. The code size for the generated drivers after compilation has also been increased slightly when compared with manually designed device drivers.

Meteorological Data Acquisition System for the Changkyeonggak (장경각 기상 자료 수집 체계)

  • More than eighty thousands of wooden printing blocks of the Tripitaka Koreans are accommodated in the Changkyeonggak which consists of two open structured wooden buildings, Peoppojeon and Sudarajang. These blocks are virtually in pristine state even after three quarters of a millennium. The excellent preservation could be attributed to the careful preparation and meticulous finish of the blocks. But the meteorological environment or microclimate should be one of the key factors for the preservation. To keep the blocks intact as it is or at least do not accelerate the deterioration, we should study the blocks and its microclimatic environment supplied by the Changgyeonggak and the topology of the site. As a Part of this effort we designed a computerized meteorological data acquisition system, which can handle up to 4,096 sensors. A partial but operative installation of 16 temperature/humidity sensors was set up in the Peoppojeon. We hope to have a chance to install a full fledged system in the near future for the compilation of the fuller environmental data base.
