Computational Thinking 능력이 소프트웨어 개발에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Effectiveness of Computational Thinking Ability on Software Development)

  • 최근 정부와 산업계에서는 국가경쟁력의 핵심요소로 강조되고 있는 소프트웨어의 경쟁력을 강화해야 한다는 요구가 증가하고 있으며 이를 위해서는 소프트웨어를 개발하는 소프트웨어 개발자들의 직무능력 향상이 필요하다고 할 수 있다. 본 연구결과 창의적 문제해결방법인 Computational Thinking이 소프트웨어 개발자들의 직무능력 향상에 긍정적인 영향을 준다는 점과 기존연구결과와는 다르게 소프트웨어 개발이라는 업무적 특성으로 인해 simulation, algorithms & procedures, parallelization 등이 소프트웨어 개발자들에게 영향력 있는 요소로 나타났으며 직무능력 향상을 위해서는 이에 대한 교육이 강조될 필요가 있다. 이중에서 특히 simulation이 가장 큰 영향을 주기에 이에 대한 강화가 필요하다고 할 수 있다.

A mediating role of social capital between corporate social responsibility and corporate reputation: Perception of local university on CSR of KHNP

  • Purpose: Most of all studies regarding corporate social responsibility have been dealing with its direct performance. Many previous studies provided the evidence that corporate social responsibility activities directly affect firms' competitiveness or corporate reputation. However, there are no studies regarding the role of social capital between corporate social responsibility and firms' competitiveness. The present study aims to examine a mediating role of social capital between corporate social responsibility and corporate reputation. Research design, data and methodology: The structural equation model integrating corporate social responsibility, social capital, and corporate reputation was proposed with three hypotheses. Questionnaire including 15 question items for three concepts was designed. Data for testing hypotheses were collected from students and staff who had experienced the social responsibility activities of Korea Hydro & Nuclear Co. Ltd. SPSS and SmartPLS were used to analyze data. Results: All three hypotheses were supported at the significance level of 0.01. Corporate social responsibility have a significant influence on social capital as well as corporate reputation. Social capital plays a mediating role in the relationship between corporate social responsibility and corporate reputation. Conclusions: The present paper identified a missing link between corporate social responsibility and corporate reputation by validating an indirect effect of corporate social responsibility on corporate reputation through social capital. The present study contributes to finding the indirect link between corporate social responsibility and corporate reputation. Implications for academics and practitioners. The research model can be extended to analyze the relationship between corporate social responsibility and its performance. The present study sheds light on identification of a new role of social capital. Managers of firms have the opportunity to recognize the fact that investment recovery of corporate social responsibility results from social capital and corporate reputation in long-term rather than short-term. The results of this study offers an insight that managers can enhance customer loyalty. The process linking corporate social responsibility to corporate reputation through social capital implies that firms can realize spiritual marketing delivering authentic storytelling through corporate social responsibility. The present study has a limitation for generalizing of research results because the sampling came from a case of firm.

국가 상징 이미지로 무궁화를 모티브로 활용한 패션문화상품 개발에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Development of Fashion Cultural Products of National Symbol Using Mugunghwa)

  • Using the official marker of the Korea's national symbol to inform the world of the country's existence to the global community in the $21^{st}$century enhances the autonomy and the competitiveness of Korea. It is thought that selecting a motif for promoting the national identity through cultural products or costumes can prepare an opportunity for gaining competitiveness internationally. The purpose of this study is to enhance understanding on the use of a traditional Korean symbol, Mugunghwa, and how it increases the cultural value of Korea, and develops the modern Korean image. The specific contents of this study are as follow. First, searching for the scope of usage of the national flower Mugunghwa from various angles for enhancing the Korean image. Second, developing a national symbol image of modern sense that reflects trend by using Mugunghwa. Third, clarifying the application scope and role of the national symbol image using Mugunghwa, and present a specific usage plan for creating more value. As for the study method, the study is conducted through theoretical and empirical research and six pieces of work of modern Mugunghwa image are presented as the result. Based on the development of the image of Mugunghwa as a national symbol, this study proposed a role of a cultural ambassador by applying Mugunghwa to fashion products or costumes. As for the expected effect, it can provide an opportunity for developing another national symbol and a new perspective on national symbol will appear. It is thought that the cultural value of a national symbol can be understood through this study and it can provide an opportunity for developing various national symbols for enhancing the national image.

500병상 이상 규모 병원의 산업구조 분석 (Analysis on Industrial Structure of Hospitals that Have Over 500 Beds)

  • In order to assess the attractiveness of the hospital industry, the competitive environment of the industry was analyzed. With the employment of Michael Porter's five forces model' the deciding factor was examined and applied to evaluate the intensity of the competitiveness in the hospital industry, and then the structure and attractiveness in hospital industry was assessed. The subject of this study was hospitals that have over 500 beds. Main findings are as follows. 1. Out of 5 factors deciding competitiveness, the pressure from newly opened hospitals and the competition between existing hospitals, were both high in intensity; this makes hospital industry less attractive. The pressure from the substitutes and the pressure from the negotiating power of consumers and suppliers were low; this makes hospital industry more attractive. 2. Overall intensity of competitive pressure pressure for existing hospital industry that have over 500 beds was rather low, consequently the attractiveness of the industry was evaluated quite high. These findings, however, were not solid enough to endorse the attractiveness of the industry. 3. It was understood that future industry would have bigger pressure/ competition so that the attractiveness for the relevant hospital industry would be decreased. This study has its limitations. As the evaluation of competitive factor was not grounded on quantitative data, its objectivity could be questioned. Also, the overall result of each factors could be distorted as it was calculated with same weight against individual factor. This study has its significance in that the specific hospital group was viewed as one industry, and its attractiveness as a potentially profitable industry in which worth investing was estimated, with all factors considered. With this key result, hospitals industustry could work out a plan to enhance the status of hospitals, allowing hospitals to get assistance in making strategic decisions such as mergers, cooperations, and new establishments.

고등교육에서의 이러닝 환경 및 콘텐츠 현황에 관한 연구 (A Study on e-Learning environment and contents in higher education)

  • The purpose of this study supports the establishment of national e-learning policy by analyzing e-learning status and current status of higher education. Enhance the competitiveness of higher education through sharing information between universities. And to improve e-learning quality management. We surveyed the current status of e-learning in 341 universities and questionnaires about e-learning content, e-learning application form, e-learning platform status was surveyed through each school's learning management system. As a result, the infrastructure of e-learning, the rate of platforms secured, and the contents are increasing gradually each year; however, still, not all students can receive the services equally. Dedicated servers and learning management systems were secured by more than 70% of general universities. In the current development status of e-learning content, multimedia, animation, and text forms are gradually decreasing, but video contents are increasing every year. Most of the online contents were used in the e-learning contents by application type, and blended learning, flipped learning, and mooc is not yet actively used since they are still in the beginning stage. Learning analysis techniques should be supported in order to easily use online learning contents such as flipped learning and mooc. We suggest that the effectiveness of e-learning should be measured and the current state of learning analysis for customized learning should be done. This study aims to contribute to the improvement of competitiveness of higher education by sharing information about e-learning among universities as a basis for improvement of e-learning policy. Future tasks are to improve the customized learning environment by adding whether the system environment for learning analysis is provided at the time of the survey.

  • 글로벌 경쟁의 시대에서 한 기업이 보유한 역량만으로 경쟁을 이겨나가는 것은 매우 어려운 일이다. 기업들은 서로 복잡하게 연결되어 있으며, 기업 대 기업의 경쟁이 아니라 연관된 기업들의 집합체인 공급망간의 경쟁으로 변화되었기 때문이다. 이와 같이 공급망을 형성하는 기업들이 SCM을 전략적 수단으로써 어떻게 활용하는지가 경쟁에서 중요하게 되었다. 본 연구는 SCM특성이 기업특성에 미치는 영향과 기업특성이 공급사슬 파트너십과 기업성과에 미치는 영향을 실증적으로 분석하고 있다. SCM특성이 기업특성인 민첩성과 가시성에 유의한 영향을 미치며, 민첩성과 가시성은 공급사슬 파트너십과 기업성과에 유의한 영향을 미친다는 것을 통계적으로 검증하였다. 그리고 거의 연구가 이루어지고 있지 않았던 건설기계산업 분야에서의 SCM 활동에 대해 연구하였다는 점에서 실무적인 공헌도가 높다고 하겠다.

부산항 신항 배후단지 활성화 방안에 관한 연구 (A Study of the Activation Plan for the Hinterland of Busan New Port)

  • 우리나라는 항만환경의 급격한 변화에 맞춰 부산항의 만성적인 화물적체 해소로 국가 경쟁력을 제고하고, 동북아물류 중심항의 위치를 선점하기 위한 핵심적인 전략으로 부산항 신항이 건설되고 있다. 신항의 건설과 함께 항만부두 및 배후부지가 국내 최대 항만 물류단지로 부상하고 있어 주변 지역에 미치는 경제적 파급효과 역시 막대할 것으로 전망된다. 그래서 부산항 신항에 대규모 배후단지를 지정 조성하여, 글로벌 물류기업 유치 및 항만 부가가치 창출에 기여하기 위해 다양한 항만 연관산업과 지원시설 조성을 통해 항만 클러스터(Port Cluster)를 구축하여, 글로벌 선도항만으로서 미래의 급격한 물류 환경변화와 다양한 수요에 대응할 수 있는 충분한 확장 부지를 확보할 계획이다. 이에 부산항 신항 건설 및 배후단지 조성현황과 입주업체 운영현황을 분석한 후, 글로벌 경쟁력을 확보할 수 있는 부산항 신항의 배후단지 발전목표와 전략을 모색하여 부산항 신항 배후단지의 활성화 방안을 제시하여 항만배후부지 개발을 통해 다양해진 항만기능으로 물류산업 활동의 성장과 발전에 기여하도록 한다.

  • 본 연구에서는 유럽의 제조업 혁신의 발원지인 독일의 제조업 혁신 추진 전략을 살펴봄으로써 한국이 추진하고 있는 제조업 3.0을 성공적으로 추진하기 위한 전략적 함의를 제시하고자 한다. 현재 한국 경제의 잠재성장력은 점점 약화되어 왔으며, 신흥국과의 기술격차가 점차 감소되고 있어, 국가 경제의 경쟁력 제고를 위한 국가적인 노력이 필요한 상황이다. 신흥국의 성장은 제조업의 수출수요를 유발하여 새로운 기회 요인이 되고 있지만, 시장점유율을 놓고 후발개도국과 치열한 경쟁을 벌여야 하는 한국에게는 위협요인이기도 하다. 유사하게 유럽의 장기적인 경기침체와 신흥국의 부상에도 불구하고 여전히 높은 수준의 산업경쟁력을 유지하고 있는 독일은 바로 이러한 점에서 국내 제조업 발전 정책의 추진 및 개선에 시사점을 제공해 줄 것으로 사료된다.

융복합형 노사갈등이 노조참여행동 및 이직의도에 미치는 영향 (The Impact of Convergence-type Conflict between Labor and Management on Union Participation Behavior and Turnover Intention)

  • 노사관계는 향후 융복합 글로벌환경에서 기업들이 지속적인 경쟁력을 확보하기 위해 반드시 풀고 가야할 핵심과제로 부각되고 있다. 본 연구는 융복합형 노사갈등이 이직의도에 미치는 영향에 있어서 노조참여행동의 매개효과 검증해 보고자 하는데 연구의 목적을 두었다. 자료의 수집은 대전시, 충청남 북도에 위치한 중소기업의 종업원 491명을 대상으로 조사하였다. 분석 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 노사갈등이 노조참여행동에 정(+)에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 노조참여행동은 이직의도에 부(-)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 노조참여행동은 노사갈등과 이직의도와의 관계에서 매개역할을 하는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 노조지도부가 노조원들의 이익과 욕구에 민감히 반응하고 이를 통하여 노조의 필요성과 가치를 지속적으로 제고시키기 위한 노력이 필요하다.

SWOT-AHP 분석을 통한 소규모 IT업체의 프로젝트 수행 역량 개선 (Improvement of Project Competency for Small IT Companies through SWOT-AHP Analysis)

  • In the SW industry, the diversification of global markets and technology trends are changing due to the emergence of new services, and IT companies are in need of strategic change different from the previous one. In this study, SWOT analysis was performed by extracting the internal environmental factors and external environmental factors through the previous studies to improve the project performance competence of small IT companies, and the SWOT Matrix was reconstructed through the pairwise comparison. Based on this, the purpose of this research was to propose the project performance competency improvement plans for small IT companies based on importance and priority, and the following four strategies were derived from the result of SWOT-AHP analysis. SO strategy was drawn in direction to invest R & D in new SW industry to enhance technology competitiveness of SMEs in order to develop SMEs, and in order to secure competitiveness of SW industry, WO strategy is drawn the cultivation of professional technical manpower through SW policy. ST Strategy presented technical management through SW system improvement policy to improve SW environment, and WT Strategy presented awareness training on the construction and necessity of project management system construction. Using the strategies presented in this study, it is expected that the managers of small IT firms will be presented as references to measure the performance competence factors of current organizations and company organizations.
