물류비 절감을 통한 기업경쟁력 강화방안 (The Study on Improvement of the Logistics Competition in Korea Enterprise)

  • Nowadays, to change our country into advanced economy, the factor of growth obstacles was to be eliminated, or it is so important that the logistics base establishment enlarges to improve potential productivity. The best strategy to enforce the competition power is that we should be ready for some condition which can do cooperations and association very well. Also it is necessary for actors, government, firm and logistics field, to part their role. The national effort that firm supported by government and community participates in is reduced to achieve rational logistics system because logistics is complicate action flowing to final consumer. That is, self effort is needed for logistics competition system, adjustable arrangement of logistics field, the establishment of comprehensive informations system, logistics rationalization.

현상설계를 통해 고찰한 서울시 사회복지관 건축계획에 관한 연구 (A Study on an Architectural Plan of Social Welfare Hall in Seoul through the Consideration of Competition)

  • It is expected that the need of a social welfare hall gradually arise in our community, since we regard the meaning of social welfare as a right which all of the people should have as guardians of the weakest members. Today, ambiguous guidelines on architectural plan of the social welfare hall, which are still not suitable for function and role of this hall, and are not corresponded with architectural design from the early design phase, are proposed in our design competition, because these kinds of halls have not been often built according to functional requirements of the social welfare. Therefore, this study proposes an architectural strategy that should be considered before designing a new social welfare hall, through an analysis of spatial usage in operation programs of various newly-built halls in Korea.

  • Facing the international open-trade of agricultural and livestock products, a basic strategy is urgently necessary to improve the domestic livestock industry to an international level. Price and quality competitions are the most important target in international trade. Improvement in productivity of livestock is the most important factor in price competition. In recent trade of livestock products, quality competition becomes more important than price competition in livestock products, and will be severer in the future. Basic strategies for higher productivity and safety of livestock products are listed as follows : 1. Protection from exotic diseases 2. Eradication of indigenous diseases 3. Development of new methods and techniques for control of animal diseases 4. Application of hygiene and management techniques 5. Safety evaluation of feedstuffs and animal drugs, and 6. Development of technique and regulations for prevention and monitoring of residue of harmful chemicals.

무한경쟁시대의 컨테이너부두 운영전략 (Operation Strategy of Container Terminal in the Era of Unlimited Competition)

  • By the rapid expansion of containerization and intermodal transportation in international shipping since the 1970's, the larger containerships have emerged and concentrated their calls at a limited number of ports. Moreover, large-scale container terminals have been built to accommodate the ever-larger containerships, and the mordernization of terminal facilities and many developments in information technology etc. have been brought out. Thus, unlimited competition has been imposed on every terminal with neighbouring ports in Japan, Singapore, Hongkong and Taiwan etc. The purpose of this study is to suggest how the container terminal operators cope with unlimited competition between local or foreign terminals. The results are suggested as follows: First, transshipment cargoes, which the added value is high, is to be induced. Second, the function of storage is given on On-Dock Yard. Third, Berth Pool Operation System is to be introduced, especially in Gamman Container Terminal and Kwangyang Container Terminal. Fourth, the cargo handling charges is to be decided by terminal operator.

경기 가구우수디자인 공모전의 정체성 진단과 발전방향 모색 (A Study on the Identity and Development Direction of Gyeonggi Furniture Design Contest)

  • Full-fledged competitions in Korea have been held since 2000, while the competitions have shown a wide variety of chaos in holding, deploying, developing, declining, and suspending them from the context of uncountable needs and demands. At the present time, we have to establish an identity of the competitions, being aware of the importance of it. And positive efforts should be made to prepare the future. "Gyeonggi Furniture Design Contest" that started in 2003 and became 10th in 2012, should be evaluated by the performance and operation seriously. Therefore, as the GFDC related data for 10 years are diagnosed and analyzed thoroughly, its identity will be established. Finally, the competition will be able to create the progressive strategy and concrete measure to develop the steps on an international design competition.

대학태권도대회의 지각된 가치와 브랜드태도, 행동의도의 관계 (The Relationships between Values, Brand Attitude and Intended Action in University Tae-Kwon-Do Competition)

  • 본 연구는 대학태권도대회의 지각된 가치 중 사회적, 감정적, 기능적 가치와 브랜드태도 및 행동의도와의 관계를 규명함으로써 대학 경쟁력 제고를 위한 실질적인 전략방안의 시사점을 제공하고자 의도되었다. 이를 위해 2015년 부산지역 대학태권도대회 참가 학생의 학부모 314명에 대해 설문지를 통한 조사연구를 수행하였다. 수집된 자료를 기초로 SPSS Ver. 22를 이용한 기술통계분석과 AMOS 23을 이용한 확인적 요인분석과 구조방정식모형분석을 실시하였다. 주요 연구결과를 살펴보면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 대학태권도대회의 지각된 가치 중 사회적, 감정적 가치는 브랜드태도에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으나, 기능적 가치는 브랜드태도에 유의한 관련성을 보이지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 대학태권도대회의 지각된 가치 중 사회적, 감정적, 기능적 가치는 행동의도에 영향을 미치는 것으로 확인되었다. 셋째, 대학태권도대회의 브랜드태도는 행동의도에 통계적으로 유의한 관련성을 보이는 것으로 분석되었다.

경쟁 기업이 기업의 투자결정에 미치는 영향 연구 (Peer Firm Effect on Cooperate Investment Decisions)

  • 기업들은 경쟁 속에서 성장한다. 경쟁은 성장의 기본 동력으로, 기업들은 경쟁 속에서 살아남기 위해 부단한 노력을 기울인다. Competitive rivalry-based theory에 따르면 기업은 경쟁 속에서 경쟁에 수반되는 위험을 회피하기 위해 경쟁기업들의 결정을 모방 한다고 한다. 본 연구는 국내 기업들의 투자 결정에 미치는 경쟁기업들의 영향에 대한 실증적인 연구이다. 본 연구의 연구 결과는 경쟁기업이 기업의 투자 결정에 통계적으로 상당히 유의한 영향을 미친다는 것과 이러한 영향은 기업 간 경쟁이 심화되면 될수록, 그리고 부채비율이 높아질수록 모방의 정도가 강해진다는 것을 보여주고 있다. 모험회피 이론에 의하면 기업들이 모방하는 이유는 경쟁에서 비용을 적게 들이고 손쉽게 정보를 얻으려하기 때문이라고 한다. 연구 방법론으로는 내생성 문제를 해결하기 위해 주가 수익률을 매개 변수로 사용하여 Two Stage Least Square(2SLS) 방법을 사용하여 경쟁기업들의 투자 결정이 기업의 투자 결정에 미치는 영향을 연구 분석하였다. 이 연구결과는 기업들이 투자결정하는데 있어서 어느 정도로 경쟁그룹을 인식하느냐에 대한 중요한 단서를 제공한다고 할 수 있다.

Design Strategy for Green Residential Building in Solar Decathlon - Based on Case Study of Residential Building in Solar Decathlon

  • The Purpose of this study is to analyze the green design strategies in residential building, based on case study of Solar Decathlon in USA. This study could provide the basic reference data and theocratical foundation for finding new green design strategies and applicability of green design for korea. The Solar Decathlon is an green design competition that challenges collegiate teams to design, build, and operate the green residential building with optimal energy production and maximum efficiency. As a result of the analysis of this study, the green design strategy is identified and analyzed design issues related in energy, materials, and indoor/outdoor environment. Also, it is useful to find best green design strategy with more economical and environmental benefits presented by renewable energy and design solutions. This study is based on selected 18 green housings of Solar Decathlon from 2002 to 2013. This result is helpful to understand the green design strategies for green residential building's design of modern residential building, and expect future green residential building design approach.

제품 특성과 B2C 차별화 전략의 실증 분석 (Empirical Analysis on Product Based Differentiation Strategies in B2C industry)

  • Differentiation strategies have been suggested as the critical sources of competitive advantage in B2C industry where customers can switch internet shopping mall with one click with virtually no transaction cost. Indeed, competition on low pricing cannot be a viable strategy in B2C industry. Moreover, cultivating customer loyalty to attain profitability is still a challenging task for most internet shopping mall. In this study, we provide empirical analysis results on key managerial variables that indicate the difference between the product categories in terms of customer perception on relative value importance. We first identified comprehensive managerial variables and organized them in terms of customer decision stage. Next, with reference to extant literatures on product characteristics based e-commerce strategy, hypotheses are developed to formalize the customer value differences on the key managerial variables. Empirical testing results indicated that there are significant differences on customer perceived value of the key managerial variables between the product groups. The findings provide useful insight for further study on e-commerce differentiation strategy.

Re-examining Network Market Strategies from the Perspective of the Local Network: Market Competition between Incompatible Technologies

  • Much of work on network externality assumed network effects are dependent on the network size. Therefore, very little consideration is given to the view that marginal benefits from joining the network may not increase with the network size if consumer benefits come from the direct interaction with neighbors, namely local network. In this study, we used the agent-based simulation method to reexamine the effectiveness of the traditional network market strategy under the presence of the local network where two incompatible technologies compete. We found that the strategy of growing an initial customer base is not effective under the presence of the local network. Our study also showed that targeting customers based on their technology Preference is not as effective as targeting customers within the same local network. As a result, the focus of a network market strategy should be directed to taking advantage of the customer network.
