학제간 융합수업의 핵심역량 향상 효과 분석 -대인관계, 자원·정보·기술의 활용, 의사소통 역량을 중심으로- (Analyzing the effect of Interdisciplinary Course of Design, Business and Literature : Focusing on Human Relations, Resource & Information Use and Communication competency)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 학부생 대상 학제간 융합 전공수업이 수강생의 대인관계, 자원 정보 기술의 활용, 의사소통 역량 향상의 효과를 검증하는 것이다. 이를 위해 학제간 융합수업 수강생 43명을 실험집단으로, 융합수업과 관련이 없는 교과목 수강생 44명을 통제집단으로 나누었다. 각 역량 및 하위영역의 역량 향상 정도를 알아보기 위해 집단 내변화량 차이 대응표본 t-검정, 사후검사 집단 간 차이 독립표본 t-검정을 시행하였다. 연구결과, 학제간 융합수업은 대인관계 역량 향상에는 통계적으로 유의미한 차이를 보였으나, 자원 정보 기술의 활용 역량과 의사소통 역량은 통계적으로 유의미한 차이를 보이지 않았다. 이러한 결과는 학제간 융합수업 설계 시, 기존의 자원 정보 기술의 활용과 의사소통 역량 향상 활동에 대한 수정이 필요함을 시사한다. 본 연구는 대학생 핵심역량 진단평가 도구를 활용하여 융합수업의 효과를 검증한 것으로서 핵심역량 기반 융합수업의 경험적 연구 사례로서 의의가 있다.

해외진출 전략 수립을 위한 민관합작투자사업의 역량평가모델 개발 (Development of Competency Evaluation Model for Public Private Partnership to Establish Strategies for Overseas Expansion)

  • 최근 해외사업은 민간자본을 유입하여 SOC 사업을 발주하는 형태의 사업들이 증가추세이기 때문에, 해외건설 글로벌 기업들은 해외수주전략을 이에 맞게 수립하여 진출할 필요가 있다. 따라서 본 연구는 개발도상국가의 PPP 역량 평가모델을 개발하여 국내 해외건설기업들이 해외진출 전략을 수립하는데 활용하고자 한다. PPP 역량평가모델은 선행연구 고찰과 해외건설전문가 면담조사를 통하여 PPP 역량평가 항목과 인프라 환경 역량평가 항목과 중요도를 분석하였다. 상기 분석결과와 전문가 조사를 통하여 해외건설기업의 PPP시장 진출시 문제점과 개선방안을 제안하였다. 특히 우리나라의 해외건설기업들이 PPP사업 진출 가능성이 높은 국가는 PPP 제도 수준이 성숙하고, 건설리스크가 낮고, 인프라 시장규모와 성장률이 높은 진출환경이 양호한 국가가 선정되었다. 또한 해외건설PPP 시장진출시 문제점으로는 PPP 투자 경험부족, PPP역량 및 인프라 환경 정보부족, PPP 전문가 부족이 도출되었고, 개선방안으로 단독진출보다는 국내외 업체와 협력하여 진출하고, PPP 사업진출 국가 환경에 맞는 사업에 맞게 진출하는 것을 제안하였다. 또한 PPP 금융 및 계약전문가의 확보를 위한 교육과정 개발과 각 국가별 PPP 정보 제공하는 방안을 제안하였다. 이러한 결과는 해외건설기업이 해외건설 시장진출 전략을 제안하여 해외진출 전략과 정책수립에 활용하는데 기여할 것으로 기대된다.

소형선박조종사 면허시험 전형제도에 관한 연구 (Study on Screening Examination of Small Boat Operator's Certificate of Competency)

  • Small boat operator's certificate of competency took up 39.0% of total license holders and required for at least 19,000 boats in 2013, was proposed the improvement items by reviewing the acts and criteria related to the current test and analyzed the questions of set at examinations. About 31% of questions of the current written test are unsuitable for the target boat and operational knowledge of the operator. It is appropriate that the subject categorization criteria and contents of the subjects will be improved to include practical details related to safe ship operation, and the number of questions increased according to each subject category in amended examination after January 1st, 2017. The interview test should be improved so that the questions can be forwarded in a clear manner through formulation of practical problems, photos, etc. considering the real situations such as high age/low education status of testee and it is necessary to lengthen the interview time per testee. The test and interview personnel should consist of a human resource pool with experience in small boat operator training and workers of related areas familiar with field terminology. Furthermore, the test should be divided into small boats of 2 to 5 tons and those exceeding 5 tons according to the tonnage of small boats.

특성화 고등학교 BIM 교육 현황 분석 및 활성화를 위한 개선방안 (A Study on the Improvement Plan for Activation and Analysis of BIM Education in Specialized High School)

  • In order to meet current AEC(Architecture, Engineering, Construction) industrial demand, BIM related NCS(National Competency Standards)'s study module in architectural design and construction has been created and it has been applied into the NCS-based curriculum of Specialized High Schools and Meister High Schools from March 2016. Therefore, the goal of this study is to identify the limitations BIM education in the Specialized High School and to find out the improvement plan for activation. Analysis of previous research literature and current education curriculums in the Specialized High School, and questionnaire survey of related teachers have been conducted. Finally, this paper investigated the case of BIM education in 'S' Technical High School where BIM education is carried out. This paper suggests the following three points in conclusion: 1) Updated curriculum reflecting NCS and industrial demand is necessary, 2) Continuing BIM education for teachers and financial support is necessary to get the qualified teaching capacity, 3) Curriculum reflecting BIM's possibilities needs to be developed across the interdisciplinary subjects to maximize its effect.

간호학생의 질 향상과 안전교육(QSEN) 역량개발을 위한 영화간호교육의 적용 (QSEN Competencies in Pre-licensure Nursing Education and the Application to Cinenurducation)

  • Purpose: The Quality and Safety Education for Nurses [QSEN] initiative group has identified six competencies (patient-centered care, teamwork and collaboration, evidence-based practice, quality improvement, safety, and informatics) for pre-licensure nursing education along with related knowledge, skills, and attitudes for each competency. The purpose of this article is to illustrate a teaching strategy that uses films to demonstrate the QSEN competencies in undergraduate nursing students. Method: A literature review was conducted to define QSEN competencies, and six feature-length commercial movies were selected through a systematic process. We provided film titles and their synopses that can be useful in teaching the QSEN six competencies to undergraduate nursing students. Results: Patch Adams for patient-centered care, Wit for teamwork and collaboration, Lorenzo's Oil for evidence-based practice, Am$\acute{e}$lie for quality improvement, Blindness and The Island for informatics can be applied in nursing classroom practices. Conclusion: Establishing the connection between QSEN competencies and cinenurducation is novel, yet it would provide a unique opportunity for nurse educators seeking to overcome the challenge of better preparing future nurses. In future studies, additional films should be considered to enhance nursing educational strategies.

지식정보 구축 대가의 개발 : 국가직무표준(National Competency Standards)과의 통합 방안을 중심으로 (A Development of a Framework Cost Estimation Model for the Digital Document Database Construction Projects)

  • The reference guide for the cost of establishing the digital documents has been used as a basis for establishing the budget for the construction of the knowledge information resource. However, due to the abolition of the nominal unit price notification in terms of IT projects, it is necessary to conduct research to convert the standard of the current labor force grade standard to the national incompetency standard (NCS). In this study, we investigate and revise the system and contents of the current knowledge information cost estimation model. In specific, i) we conducted gap analysis of cost estimation model and existing NCS model. As the contents conforming for the construction of the knowledge information resource were not adoptable, we define the description of the construction of the knowledge information resource and to identify the core elements of NCS prior to the improvement of the cost model. ⅱ) then we proposed improve the cost model considering integration with newly proposed NCS model for knowledge information construction job. In order to ensure the validity of the application of NCS development and cost estimation model, the experts reviewed relevant contents and made plans for improvement by using experts from supply and demand groups of various fields of national knowledge informatization projects.

근거중심실무 연계 중환자간호 실습교육의 적용 및 효과 (Effects of Evidence Based Practice Integrated Critical Care Clinical Practicum)

  • Purpose: This study examines the effects of integrating Evidence Based Practice (EBP) into a critical care clinical practicum on nursing students' access and use of information resources and EBP competency. Methods: A one-group pretest-posttest design was used. Fifty senior nursing school students from a university participated. A critical care clinical practicum combined with EBP consisted of six full days of clinical practicum in intensive care units with EBP education. Group and individual training in EBP skills, lectures, small group discussion and conferences were provided. Data were analyzed using paired t tests for 50 participants. Results: The scores of evidence based practice competency increased significantly (p<.001) showing significant improvement in searching and classifying the evidence. Nursing students' access and use of research evidence improved (p=.004). Conclusion: This study showed that the integration of EBP into a clinical practicum was effective in improving accessibility and usefulness in research evidence such as guidelines and research articles, and increasing EBP competency in undergraduate students.

제 4차 산업혁명시대의 공과대 여학생 역량분석을 반영한 교수법 모델 (A Pedagogical Model Reflecting on Competency Analysis of of the Female Engineering Students in the Fourth Industrial Revolution)

  • The purpose of this study is to develop an educational model based on the capacity analysis of college students. In order to measure the learning ability of female science and engineering students, we used various tools to derive core competencies. The competency element of human resources implementation, the element of learning achievement area in the undergraduate education actual condition survey, and the analysis of the learning achievement elements of the engineering certification program were analyzed and the development of teaching method was searched to find ways to increase the competence of female students. In addition, we developed a model that can apply the development of pedagogy in the curriculum to the liberal arts, majors, and comparative courses, and presented the internship in field experience area, the improvement of on the spot learning, and teaching method and guidance to enhance the female students' competence. Also, as a case study of the proposed teaching method, new curriculum of 'Understanding of Big Data' which is the basis of the fourth industrial revolution technology in the second semester of 2016 was developed and applied to the education model. The results of this study are very positive, and we can expect the effectiveness of the new education model to enhance the learning ability and capacity of female students.

기본간호학 실습교과과정 개선에 관한 연구 (A Study for the Improvement of a Fundermental Nursing Practice Course)

  • It was reported that nursing students had most difficulties in clinical competency due to their short of knowledge and skills in nursing care. Environmental difference between laboratory in nursing school and hospital was another difficulty to them. This implicated that more preclinical competency education is needed in fundermental nursing to achieve skills of care and the laboratory environment of nursing school had to be improved. The purpose of this study was to examine contents, total lecture and practicum house of the fundermental nursing education in nursing schools. It was also examine the difference of contents between hospital in-service education and nursing school. It's study is a descriptive study with study sample of 56 nursing professors who teach fundermental nursing in colleges and universities. Structured Questionnaires was used in collecting data. The result showed that practicum hours total 96.8 hours which was 59% of funderm nursing course. The education regar medication account for large numbers of h Aseptic technique, elimination care, vital oxygen related care were the next common contents. When compared with hospital in-service education, 76% of the education were the same. This suggested that pre-clinical education in fundermental nursing needed to be enforced in its contents & education hours to establish clinical practice centered nursing education.

보건학 전공 대학생 대상 금연교육 프로그램 개발 (Development of Smoking Cessation Education Program for University Students Majoring in Health Sciences)

  • Objectives: This study aimed to develop a smoking cessation education program and to provide basic data for evaluating program for university students majoring in health sciences. Methods: The education program was developed based on the instructional system design model(ADDIE), that was based on literature review, brainstorming, and interviews of related experts. Education program was implemented for 2 sessions of 3 hours to the 82 university students majoring in health science. Knowledge, competency, and self-efficacy for performance of smoking cessation were analyzed. One group pre- & post-test design was used for evaluation of this program. Results: In the analysis stage, a total of 5 duties, 16 tasks, and 55 task elements were derived. In the design and development stage, based on job analysis, education program contents were composed of understanding tobacco, planning and implementation of smoking cessation program, smoking cessation counseling and drug treatment. After this education program, students achieved remarkable improvement in increasing knowledge, competency, and self-efficacy for smoking cessation counselling and program. Conclusions: It is needed to be included the smoking cessation education in department related to health science regular course.
