아동의 우울 및 불안경향과 자아존중감 및 정서지능과의 관계 (Relationships between Children′s Depression and Anxiety and Their Self-Esteem and Emotional Intelligence)

  • This study of the relationships between children's depression and anxiety and their children's self-esteem and emotional intelligence had a sample of 984 5th grade children The higher the levels of children's depression and anxiety were, the lower their self-esteem consisting of scholastic competence, social acceptance, atheletic competence, physical appearance, behavioral conduct, and global self-worth were. The higher the levels of children's depression and anxiety were, the lower their emotional intelligence(EI) consisting of self-regulation and emotion utilization, perception of emotion, other-regulation and self-expression were. For boys, scholastic competence and social competence among children's self-esteem factors were the factors best explained by children's depression and anxiety. In addition, boy's perception of emotion was explained by their depression and anxiety. For girls, on the other hand global self-worth and social competence among self-esteem factors were the two factors best explained by their depression and anxiety. Self-regulation and emotion utilization was the El factor best explained by depression and anxiety among girls.

임상간호사의 공감역량에 미치는 융합적 영향요인 (Converged Influencing Factors on Compassion Competence in Clinical Nurses)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 임상간호사의 공감역량, 공감만족, 공감피로의 정도를 파악하고 병원간호사의 공감역량에 융합적으로 영향을 미치는 요인들을 분석하는데 있다. 본 연구는 임상간호사의 공감역량에 미치는 융합적 요인을 파악하기 위한 서술적 상관관계 연구이다. 연구대상자는 충남 소재 D 광역시에 소재한 세 개 종합병원에 근무하는 간호사로 연구의 목적을 이해하고 연구에 참여할 것을 동의한 233명의 간호사이다. 연구 자료는 기술통계, t-test, ANOVA, Pearson's Correlation Coefficient, Stepwise multiple regression analysis를 이용하여 분석하였다. 임상간호사의 공감역량에 가장 영향이 높은 변수는 공감만족(${\beta}$=.350, p<.001), 임상경력(${\beta}$=.176, p=.008), 공감피로(${\beta}$=-.102, p=.033) 순으로 이들 3개 변수는 공감역량을 총 34.4% 설명하는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 임상간호사의 공감역량을 향상시키기 위한 차별화된 교육프로그램이 개발되어야 할 것이며, 임상간호사의 공감역량 설명력이 34.1%이므로 병원간호사의 공감역량에 유의미한 변수를 추가한 연구가 필요하다.

공과대학생의 '말하기 능력'에 대한 인식과 평가 (Engineering Students' Perception of Speaking Ability and Their Communicative Competence Assessment)

  • In addition to technical skills and competencies, communication competence has been identified to be important to engineering students who will be drivers of innovation in a rapidly changing society. Drawing on the previous studies, this research examines the results of an empirical exploration of engineering students' perception of speaking ability and their communicative competence. To date, there has been most of the research conducted on 'writing' (e.g., its educational process, class designs, ability, etc.) for engineering students. However, relatively little attention has been paid to engineering students' speaking ability perception and their competence diagnosis. This study relies on quantitative data obtained from one survey questionnaire and one test conducted respectively. The sample consists of 386 engineering students as well as 481 non-engineering students for the 1st survey. And to measure communicative competence, 150 engineering students as well as 136 non-engineering students participated in the test. Our findings show that firstly, there were significant differences in perception of speaking ability by majors and gender. Whereas there was no difference in the same survey by grade. Secondly, there was a close and significant relationship between sub-factors of speaking ability. Thirdly, there were significant differences in communicative competence by majors. Whereas there was no difference by gender and grade. Fourthly, there was a close and significant relationship between sub-factors of communicative competence. These findings are expected to provide an explanation for the improvement on engineering students' speaking ability and to encourage the participation in extra-curricular activities and programs in engineering school.

초등학교 고학년 아동이 지각한 아버지와의 의사소통과 또래유능성이 아동의 행복감에 미치는 영향 (The influences of children's perceived communication with Father and peer competence on children's happiness)

  • Objective: The purpose of this study was to examine the relative influences of senior elementary school children's communication level with their fathers and peer competence on their happiness. Methods: The subjects of this study were 310 fifth and sixth grade students attending elementary school in Jeollanam-do. They responded to the level of communication with their fathers, peer competence, and happiness. For the data, t-test, Pearson's correlation analysis, and hierarchical regression analysis were performed. Results: First, there were some statistically significant differences according to gender differences in self-esteem and a sub-factor of happiness and the differences according to grades in open-type communication and problem-type communication. Second, it was found that children's happiness was highly correlated with communication with their fathers and peer competence. Third, the factors having the greatest relative influence on overall happiness were in the order of peer competence, open-type communication, problem-type communication, and gender. The variables influencing and the order of relative influence differed according to sub-factors of happiness. Conclusion/Implications: The present study revealed that peer competence has a significant impact on children's happiness. The results of this study suggest that research and development of convergent programs that can improve communication with fathers, peer competence, and children's happiness are necessary.

섬유의류기업의 기술개발전략, 마케팅역량, 지식관리역량, 기업성과간의 관계 (Relationships among Technology Development Strategy, Marketing Competence, Knowledge Management Competence, and Company Performance of Textile and Clothing Companies)

  • The purpose of this study was to explore relationships among technology development strategy, marketing competence, knowledge management competence, and company performance of textile and clothing companies. Survey data collected from 187 employees in the textile and clothing companies were analyzed by descriptive statistics, factor analysis, reliability analysis, correlation analysis, and multiple regression analysis. In results, certain levels of correlations were found among technological development strategy, marketing competence, knowledge management competence, and company performance. Specifically, technological gap which was one of the technology development strategy factors was a variable significantly affecting innovation performance and financial performance of textile and clothing companies. Knowledge management competence affected innovation performance whereas marketing competence affected financial competence of textile and clothing companies.

일부 치위생과 학생들의 대인관계 유능성에 영향을 미치는 융합적 요인 분석 (Analysis of Convergence Factors Affecting Interpersonal Competence of among Dental Hygiene Students)

  • 치위생과 학생들은 임상 현장에서 치과의사 및 환자와 활발한 상호작용을 하며, 관계를 맺고 유지할 수 있는 능력이 요구된다. 그러므로 본 연구는 일부 치위생과 학생들의 대인관계 유능성에 영향을 미치는 관계를 파악하여 유능한 치과위생사 양성에 필요한 자료를 제공하고자 하였다. 조사는 M대학에 재학 중인 치위생과 학생 293명을 대상으로 하였고, 유의수준은 .05, 통계프로그램은 SPSS win 25.0을 이용하였다. 일반적인 특성과 대인관계 특성에 따른 대인관계 유능성 조사결과, 인간관계 정도와 새로운 환경 적응도에서 유의한 결과를 나타냈다. 대인관계 유능성의 하위변수 간의 상관관계 분석결과, 모두 유의한 양의 상관관계를 보였다. 대인관계 유능성에 영향을 미치는 요인으로는 인간관계정도(p=.019)와 새로운 환경 적응도(p=.001)가 유의한 긍정적인 결과를 나타내었다. 임상현장에서의 대인관계 능력이 중요 시 됨을 감안할 때 대인관계 유능성에 영향을 미치는 융합적 요인분석의 필요성을 강조한다.

간호대학생의 임상수행능력 영향요인 (Factors influencing the clinical competence of nursing students )

  • Purpose : The purpose of this study was to identify factors influencing the clinical competence of nursing students. Methods : The participants of this study were 209 nursing students who were in 3rd and 4th grade. The collected data were analyzed using one-way ANOVA, Kruskal-Wallis test, Mann-Whitney test, Pearson's correlation coefficients, and stepwise multiple regression. Results : Clinical competence had positive relationships with self-leadership (r=.59, p <.001) and resilience (r=.64, p <.001). Clinical competence was influenced by resilience (𝛽=.45), self-leadership (𝛽=.20), and grade (𝛽=.20), with an explanatory power of 44.9%. Conclusions : Based on these results, it is suggested that future nursing education should develop a curriculum that enhances students' personal abilities such as self-leadership and resilience, rather than only teaching knowledge and skills.

융합을 활용한 신체적 유능감이 체육수업 만족도에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of Physical Competence Using Convergence on Satisfaction with Physical Education Class)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 신체적 유능감과 체육수업 만족도의 관계를 규명하는데 있다. 이를 위해 중 고교학생을 대상으로 편의추출방법을 사용하여 556부의 설문지를 최종 분석에 사용하였다. 분석을 위해 통계프로그램은 PASW ver. 18.0 프로그램을 이용하여 각 요인에 대한 기술통계를 제시하였으며, 요인추출 및 문항의 내적 일관성 확인을 위해 탐색적 요인분석과 신뢰도분석을 실시하였다. 또한, 신체적 유능감과 수업만족도와의 관계에 대한 규명을 위해 다중회귀분석을 실시하였으며, 그 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 신체적 유능감과 교수행동의 관계에 있어 피드백 요인이 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 신체적 유능감과 체육성적의 관계에 있어 승리, 동료비교 요인 등이 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 신체적 유능감과 체육환경의 관계에 있어 피드백, 대리경험 요인 등이 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 신체적 유능감과 운동능력의 관계에 있어 피드백 요인이 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다.

간호학생의 비판적 사고성향 및 핵심기본간호술 성취도가 간호수행능력에 미치는 영향 (Influence Factors of Critical Thinking Disposition and Core Basic Nursing Skills Achievement on Clinical Competence in Nursing Students)

  • 본 연구는 간호학생의 간호수행능력 관련요인을 파악하여 간호수행능력 증진을 위한 학부과정의 교육 방안을 마련하는데 기여하고자 하였다. 연구대상은 일 대학 간호학과의 4학년 학생 227명이었다. 대상자의 일반적 특성, 비판적 사고성향, 핵심기본간호술 성취도에 따른 간호수행능력은 independent t-test, pearson's correlation coefficient를 실시하였고, 간호수행능력에 영향을 미치는 요인을 확인하기 위해 Linear regression을 시행하였다. 연구결과, 간호학생의 간호수행능력에는 비판적 사고성향의 지적공정성과 핵심기본간호술 난이도 중 및 하의 성취도가 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났고, 모두 점수가 높을수록 간호수행능력이 높은 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구의 결과를 토대로 간호학생의 지적공정성과 핵심기본간호술 성취도를 높이는 한편 난이도 상의 성취도를 높이는 교육프로그램의 마련이 필요하다.

An analysis of the relationship between farming capability of farmers and farm Household Income

  • Improving farming activity competence of farm households has recently been considered one of the most important factors for increasing farm income. However, few studies examine the relationship between farm income and farming activity competence of farm households directly due to the lack of an available dataset. In this study, we examine the relationship between farm household technical managerial competence and farm household income based on the nearly 30,000 farm households consulting data gathered by the Rural Development Administration, RDA. The major findings of this study are as follows: firstly, statistically significant differences in agricultural and farm household income exist between farm households categorized by farm activity competence levels in terms of technique and management. Secondly, a technically and managerially competent farm household group (high-rank farm household) has 2.2 times higher agricultural income and 1.9 times higher farm household income than the technically and managerially incompetent farm household group (low-rank farm household). Thirdly, farm household technical-managerial competence is one of the major factors that affect agricultural and farm household income. Regarding technical competence, agricultural income and farm household income increased by approximately 1,390,000 won and 1,530,000 won, respectively, as technical points increased by one point. However, with respect to managerial competence, agricultural income and farm household income increased by approximately 1,320,000 won and 2,070,000 won, respectively, as managerial points increased by one point.
