비정규직 방문간호사의 직무불안정성이 직무만족, 조직몰입에 미치는 영향 (Effects of Non-Regular Visiting Nurses' Job Insecurity on Job Satisfaction and Organizational Commitment)

  • Purpose: The aim of this study was to identify the job insecurity, job satisfaction, and organizational commitment of non-regular visiting nurses working at public health centers, and evaluate the effects of job insecurity on the job satisfaction and organizational commitment. Methods: This study was a descriptive survey study. One hundred forty-three visiting nurses, who were non-regular hired by 16 public health centers in B city, were selected using a convenient sampling method. Results: The results were analyzed using SPSS/Win 21.0. A feeling of helplessness (among job insecurity factors) and retention intention significantly affected the job satisfaction of non-regular visiting nurses, and their explanation power was 20%. Retention intention, a feeling of helplessness, and age significantly influenced the organizational commitment, and their explanation power was 26%. Conclusion: Therefore, it would be necessary to stabilize the employment type, provide appropriate promotion and compensation for nurses according to their work performance, and reduce the number of non-regular employees to increase the job satisfaction and organizational commitment of non-regular visiting nurses.

편의점의 서비스품질 요인이 서비스 만족 그리고 점포충성도에 미치는 영향: 서비스가치 조절효과를 중심으로 (The Impact of Service Quality on Service Satisfaction and Store Loyalty: Service Value as a Moderator)

  • Purpose - The convenience store business sector in South Korea has contributed to economic growth and job creation, and the growth potential of this market segment remains very high. In addition, service value is a more important factor than price in determining purchase intention. Research in the convenience store market is relatively very low compared to other retail sectors. In particular, research on service quality for the convenience of retailers who examine and analyze customer behavior and service quality factors used in the convenience store side of the situation is very inadequate. We have investigated the relationship of store service quality, service satisfaction, and store loyalty. In addition, we have examined the way service value moderates the relationship among these variables. Research design, data, and methodology - The questionnaire was developed using modified and supplementary questions based on the KD-SQS and RSQS models. The study suggested a theoretical model composed of 15 hypotheses on the relations between theoretic variables, and surveys conducted with consumers in discount stores in the Seoul and Gyunggi Metropolitan area in order to verify the hypotheses. We used the SPSS/PC statistical packages to analyze the results. The number of surveys used was 227. Moreover, a structural equating model was also used to analyze the reliability and validity of the composing elements and to verify the suggested hypotheses. Results - The overall results of this study are as follows. First, all service quality elements have a significant effect on service satisfaction. Second, all service quality elements have a significant effect on store loyalty. Third, service satisfaction has a significant effect on store loyalty. Finally, when the participants were divided into high and low service value the results of the multiple regression analyses showed that only the relationship between policy of service quality and satisfaction, and human interaction and policy of service quality and loyalty were significant. The implications are discussed based on the findings of the study. Conclusions - First, through direct hypotheses testing, we confirmed that the convenience service quality positively impacts the service satisfaction and loyalty of buyers. In particular, the reliability, origin benefit, and promotion were found to have more influence on satisfaction and loyalty of consumers of a convenience store. Further, for the service quality of the convenience for the consumer loyalty, greater human interaction was a high-value and statistically significantly higher than the degree of improvement in consumer loyalty. This underscores the importance of education and human services management of employees working in a convenience store. In particular, frequent changes in personnel generate results that negatively impact loyalty with customers. These results may lead to a serious problem in the economics of the store. Therefore, it should enhance the value of services through the establishment of training and compensation for employees. In addition, a certain educational level is required as well as a basis for compensation and retention.

병원 구성원의 조직 충성도에 관한 연구 - 서울의 한 대학병원 전체구성원을 중심으로 - (A Study on Organizational Loyalty of Hospital Employees; Focusing on Overall Members at a University Medical Center in Seoul Metropolitan Area)

  • This study examines organizational qualities such as vision, mission, teamwork, fairness, and empowerment and their effects on organizational members. As a result of analysis, these qualities are identified to affect member satisfaction, but not to affect job involvement. Member satisfaction affects job satisfaction, and this relationship retains indirect influence through an increase in member satisfaction. Further, improved member satisfaction and job involvement are found to affect organizational commitment. These results are derived from complete enumeration on members of an organization where particular traits such as member position, job classification, and the privity of contract are intermixed. In case where research is conducted on the aforementioned traits separately, different results would be anticipated depending on each trait. The implications of this study are as follows. First, clear-cut organizational vision and mission established by the top management of an organization prevent confusion amongst its members, and thus have the highest level of effect on member satisfaction. Second, teamwork in reference to the. relationship amongst team members of a work group and goal awareness improves member satisfaction. Third, autonomy for job performance and related empowerment improve member satisfaction. Last, fairness in wages and promotion affects member satisfaction. Therefore, internal qualities of an organization perceived by its members have a higher degree of influence over external qualities including compensation and promotion on the members. In addition, these internal qualities indirectly affect job involvement through an increase in member satisfaction, and, in turn, member satisfaction and job involvement affect organizational commitment of the members. In case of member satisfaction, not only does it affect organizational commitment of the members of an organization directly, but also affects organizational commitment indirectly through job involvement. This study is conducted with only one hospital in consideration, and thus its findings may not be generalized for every medical organization. However, this study retains distinct attributes of complete. enumeration, and the precedence of each variable is closely investigated.

계약학과 학생의 장기근속 유도를 위한 방안 (피부미용 전공) (A Study on the Long-term Work Guidance of Contract Students (Skin Care Major))

  • 본 연구는 피부미용 계약학과 학생의 직무 만족 및 이직 의도에 대한 요인을 분석하고 장기근속을 유도할 방안을 제시하는 데 그 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 피부미용 계약학과 학생 260명에 대한 설문조사 자료를 토대로 SPSS 통계 프로그램을 이용하여 빈도 분석과 다중 회귀분석을 실시하였다. 주요 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 계약학과 학생들은 인턴십 기간 충분한 실무훈련을 통해 업무에 대한 자신감을 느끼고 본인의 포지션에서 직무수행의 권한위임을 받음으로써 직무만족도가 높았다. 둘째, 계약학과 학생들에게 직무 향상을 위한 정기적인 기술교육은 직무수행에 대한 자신감과 직업에 대한 확신을 주었고 이는 장기근속을 유도했다. 셋째, 계약학과 학생들에게 계약기간 업무능력에 따라 공정하게 성과급, 포상, 승진 기회 등 보상 제도를 적용해 업무능력 향상의 동기부여를 줌으로써 이직 의도를 줄였다. 이에 본 연구는 피부미용 계약학과 학생들에게 직무수행의 권한 위임, 직무수행에 대한 확신, 그리고 능력에 따른 보상 제도를 적용함으로써 직무 만족 및 이직률 감소와 장기근속까지 끌어낼 수 있음을 시사한다.

조경분야 종사자들의 직무환경이 직무만족에 미치는 영향 (The Impacts of Work Environment on the Job Satisfaction among the Landscape Architecture Workers in South Korea)

  • 본 연구는 조경분야 종사자들을 대상으로 직무환경이 직무만족에 미치는 영향을 파악하기 위하여 설문조사를 통한 실증분석을 하였다. 직무환경요인이 직무만족에 미치는 영향을 다중회귀분석한 결과, 직무만족에 근무여건(p<0.01), 대인관계(p<0.00), 보상체계(p<0.05)는 정(+)의 영향을 미치고, 업무량(p<0.05)은 통계학적으로 유의하지 않은 것으로 나타났다. 직무환경요인 중에서 계수 값이 가장 높은 것은 대인관계로 ${\beta}$값이 0.233이었다. 업무량이 직무만족에 미치는 영향에 대하여 유의성 여부는 기존의 여러 연구에서도 엇갈리고 있는데, 이것은 '직무인식 상황에 따라 업무를 수동적으로 인식하든가 또는 능동적으로 인식하든가'에 따라 다를 것으로 생각되었다. 조경종사자들의 업무량이 직무만족에 통계학적으로 유의하지 않는 것은 조경종사자들의 경우에는 자신들이 하고 있는 일이 적성에 맞고, 의미 있는 일이라고 생각하며, 사회적으로 기여하는 바가 있다고 인식되면 어렵고 많은 업무량도 기꺼이 자기의 역량이 커짐을 보람으로 삼고, 자기발전과 자기실현의 성취감이 크기 때문일 것으로 추정되었다.

화장품업체의 내부마케팅이 방문판매원의 직무만족, 조직몰입, 고객지향성 및 판매성과에 미치는 영향 (Effects of Internal Marketing of Cosmetic Retailers on Door-to-Door Salesperson's Job Satisfaction, Organization Commitment, Customer Orientation and Sales Performance)

  • This study tried to find out implementation factors of internal marketing for a cosmetic retailer, and to look into their effects on Salesperson's job satisfaction, organization commitment, customer orientation and sales performance. For this, this study inquired into the concepts and relationships of internal marketing, job satisfaction, organization commitment, customer orientation and sales performance through literature review; and tested the relationships between the variables by setting up a research model and hypotheses. The findings of this study may be summarized as follows: First, it was found that the better the education & training, the supervisor support and the compensation system among internal marketing factors of a cosmetic retailer were, the higher a door-to-door salesperson's job satisfaction was. Second, it was found that the better internal communication and the education & training among internal marketing factors of a cosmetic retailer were, the higher a door-to-door salesperson's organization commitment was. Third, the higher the job satisfaction of a door-to-door salesperson in a cosmetic retailer was, the higher the organization commitment was. Fourth, it was found that the higher the organization commitment of a door-to-door salesperson in a cosmetic retailer was, the higher the customer orientation was. Fifth, it was found that the higher the organization commitment and customer orientation of a door-to-door salesperson in a cosmetic retailer were, the higher the sales performance was. In conclusion, the internal marketing increases door-to-door Salesperson's job satisfaction, and enhances the sense of belonging to their cosmetic retailer. Further, they come to have a customer-oriented attitude in serving customers, which is directly connected to sales performance, and thus the retailer can create profits through internal marketing. Therefore, a cosmetic retailer will need to strengthen internal communication activities through diverse methods, expand and activate employees' professional education, and develop fair and just compensation system; and supervisors will need to give support to employees, trusting their judgment.

치과위생사의 특성에 따른 직무만족도에 관한 조사 연구 (A study on the relationship of characteristics to job satisfaction among dental hygienists)

  • The purpose of this study was to examine the job satisfaction of dental hygienists at nine areas including professionalism. autonomy of job performance. backing system. relationship with colleagues. relationship with workers of higher and lower position. relationship with dentists. relationship with supporting departments, relationship with patients and compensation. The subjects in this study were 178 dental hygienists in dental hospitals and clinics. The survey was conducted from December. 2007 to January. 2008. Date were collected by self-administrated questionnaire. A SPSS 10.0 for Windows was used for statistical analysis. So try to for make basic data analysis recognition of enhance job satisfaction of dental hygienist. The findings of the study were as follows : 1. Regarding the relationship of career to job satisfaction. the dental hygienists who worked for one or two years were most satisfied in terms of professionalism. as they got a mean of 3.84. 2. As for connections between academic credential and job satisfaction. those who graduated from junior colleges expressed the best satisfaction at professionalism. since they got a mean of 3.75. 3. As to link between current service area and job satisfaction. the dental hygienists who worked in the region of Gyeong-nam were most gratified with professionalism. as they got a mean of 3.76. 4. Concerning relations between the type of workplace and job satisfaction. the dental hospital employees were most contented with professionalism. as they got a mean of 3.79. 5. In regard to the number of dental hygienists at current workplace and job satisfaction. those whose workplace hired 20 or 30 dental hygienists expressed the best satisfaction with the relationship with dentists. They got a mean of 3.94.

철도교통관제사의 스트레스 요인과 직무만족의 관련성에 관한 실증적 분석 (An analysis of the Relationship between Railway Dispatchers' Stress Factors and Job Satisfaction Levels)

  • 본 연구는 수도권 도시철도 운영기관에 종사하는 철도교통관제사를 대상으로 이들의 스트레스 요인을 파악하고 스트레스가 직무만족에 미치는 영향을 실증적으로 검증하였다. 분석결과, 조직차원 스트레스 7개 요인 중 조직체계, 보상부적절, 직장문화, 직무요구 4개 요인, 그리고 관제업무수행 스트레스 3개 요인 중 커뮤니케이션 요인이 직무만족에 영향을 미치는 것으로 확인되었다. 뿐만 아니라, 설문대상자의 서술형 설문내용을 분석한 결과 현장부서와의 소통 및 각종 민원처리 등이 가장 큰 스트레스 요인으로 이에 대한 스트레스 완화방안을 제언하고자 한다.

취업정신장애인의 작업환경과 심리적 임파워먼트가 직무만족에 미치는 영향 (The Effects of Working Environments and Psychological Empowerment of the Employed People with Mental Illness on Job Satisfaction)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 취업정신장애인의 작업환경과 심리적 임파워먼트가 이들의 직무만족에 어떠한 영향을 미치고 있는지 파악하는데 있다. 이를 위해 경쟁고용 사업체에서 일하고 있는 취업정신장애인 326명을 대상으로 연구를 수행하였다. 연구결과, 심리적 임파워먼트, 상사의 지원, 참여적 풍토, 보상체계의 순으로 취업정신장애인의 직무만족을 가장 잘 예측하는 것으로 나타났다. 이 연구는 처음으로 정신장애인의 특성을 고려하여 심리적 작업환경을 다루었다는 점에 의의가 있다. 또한 심리적 임파워먼트 개념이 일반인근로자 뿐 아니라 정신장애인에게도 직무만족을 설명하는 가장 중요한 개념임을 실증적으로 제시하였다는 데에도 의미를 부여할 수 있다.

불만고객에 대한 기업의 실제적 반응이 공정성과 신뢰·만족에 미치는 영향 (A Study on the Effects of Company's Actual Response to Customer Complaints on Justice, Trust and Satisfaction)

  • 기업의 실제적인 불만처리 반응은 불만 고객의 이탈을 줄이는 기업의 중요한 성공요인이다. 이에 본 연구는 기업의 불만처리 반응을 실질적인 보상, 종업원(직원)의 호의적인 행동 그리고 기업의 절차로 구분하였다. 이때 고객의 정의인식인 공정성 지각이 신뢰와 만족에 미치는 영향을 실증적으로 검증하여 실제적인 기업 반응의 중요성을 제시하고자 한다. 연구 대상은 기업에게 직접적으로 불만을 제기한 경험이 있는 210명의 설문 자료를 SPSS, AMOS를 이용하여 분석하였다. 연구 결과를 요약하면 불만고객에 대한 보상은 공정성에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 종업원의 호의적인 태도도 공정성에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 불만에 대한 기업의 절차 역시 공정성에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 본 연구에서는 분석되었다. 특히, 이러한 공정성은 정의 인식으로 고객의 미래 행동인 신뢰와 만족에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이런 연구 결과에 근거하여 시사점을 제시하고 미래 연구를 제안하였다.
