A new Phalaenopsis cultivar 'SM 333' was bred by Sangmiwon Orchid, Korea, which produces young plants through tissue culture techniques. The new cultivar 'SM 333', showing the phenotype of multiflora with pink color and small, multibranching-type characteristics, was derived from crossing between Phalaenopsis 'Odoriko' and 'Be Tris'. An elite individual number '02-03-33' later termed 'SM 333' was selected among about 300 individual progenies, based on an intensive selection process covering vegetative and flowering distinctiveness over more than 2 years. In year 2004-2005, the 1st and 2nd characteristic analyses were carried out through performance and uniformity tests. 'SM 333' shows flower color that is bright clean pink (RHS # RP69D) and flower shape that is formal type with 5.0 and 5.8 cm in flower height and width, respectively. 'SM 333' is regarded as raceme flower type suitable for the small casual flower market. The leaves of 'SM 333' grow horizontally and about 20.8 cm in length and 6.5 cm in width. This cultivar also possesses no genetic variation, and is amenable to fast in vitro propagation and easy growth due to its vigorous growth habit. This 'SM333' was registered (Reg. # 2916) with Korea Seed & Variety Service (KSVS) on 1st December, 2009, and the plant breeder's right is currently controlled by Sangmiwon Orchid Company, Korea.
A movie which brought its material from a historical character or incidents in the past was produced by a story suggestion through a historical fact. It is because Shakespeare created a story based on a mythical element related with his life in the plot which was written from the script of the play and was on the show in the cinemas of London. It is an obvious fact that the historical drama of this movie was intentionally modified and the fictional story was added to episodes in order to create a dramatic effect. However, reflecting historical backgrounds and cultural aspects accurately through a historical study would also be an important factor. Therefore, the backgrounds and aspects presented in this movie are a kind of storytelling which was reconstructed as if a historian added his opinion to historical facts like a discourse. A historical background in was a story about Shakespeare who worked at the theater in London as a writer in 1593 the period of England Reneissance. The movie included the working and playwriting of Shakespeare who is a main character. This indicated not only the environment of the theater and literature during the reign of Queen Elizabeth I but also historical aspect in the early modern industrial society in England. This movie, that is, described that time as a recreation such as a cultural acceptance and an achievement of an initial capitalism in Renaissance in the life of characters. In particular, the factor of theaters flourishing during the Renaissance was because a newly emerging class, bourgeoisie, who held the capital emerging from a policy for middle class led to a box office hit through founding theaters and drama company and selling tickets and performing plays by themselves. Like this, the movie depicted the time led by plays to a industrialization. Moreover, Social aspects in the late 1500s were revealed in this movie through a depiction of the cinemas and the city of London. The depiction of the city of London reflected a social situation of an initial capitalism rapidly developed in trade and commerce. The social aspects such as conflicts between social classes based on getting richer and poorer, mammonism, a corrupted love between the male and the female, a immortality with growing brothels, religious and political conflicts with the foundation of the church in England were closely linked with characters' daily routine at that time in London and were reflected in this work overall. The reason why we highlight characters' job and custom like this in the movie is that these are ideationally inherent in a critical mind from people at that moment. The historical background and reproduction of the image depicted in the movie were focused on characters' daily routine and indicated the problem mentally and independently exposed in the form of initial capitalism.

The purpose of this study was to examine the effectiveness of family-friendly management in 501 family-friendly certified firms and to analyze organizational and social outcomes outlined by the firms. In addition, this study aimed to discover ways to promote family-friendly management by investigating the effects of ongoing support to certified firms, including family-friendly consulting and workplace training. The results showed that certified firms administer family-friendly workplace policies at a satisfactory level, while their management of policy indices and outcomes were not effective. The finding suggests that family-friendly management indices need to be aligned with firms' substantial outcomes. An improved organizational image and trust were major organizational outcomes of family-friendly management, and an enhanced CEO perception and a culture centered on gender-equality were significant social outcomes. These outcomes need to be promoted to attract organizations to engage in family-friendly management. The finding further implies the important roles of organizations in cultivating family-friendly environments in society. Finally, the certified firms with ongoing consulting and training support exhibited higher levels of family-friendly management and organizational and social outcomes. This study sheds light on the importance of long-term, systematic efforts by organizations in fostering family-friendly management and achieving organizational and social outcomes.
People's leisure activities have increased due to changes in perception of social life. Camping cars are becoming popular due to the development of camping culture and traveling. However, there are not many users compared to the population of the camper due to the difficulty of economy and usability. Making it not easy to purchase or rent a camping car. Therefore, this study researches on camping service by combining shared services. It is aimed to provide a user centered camping shared service considering usage and economic efficiency. This study analyzed the concept, characteristics and current status of shared service and camping car with reference to domestic, overseas literature and internet data to provide basic data of camping car using shared service. In addition, through case study of shared vehicles, it is possible to grasp the current market. Integrate P2P, B2C, renting company and individuals to derive the design of A2P (All to People)service which connects and shares all. The user can have its own space available at the desired place and time. This study is a camping or unique mobile space service design that can be easily experienced in everyday life. It will reduce the strain of maintaining expenses and also process of pick up, return is freely making user-centered service design. This service design will lead to a diverse range of leisure activities and contribute to the upsweep of the camper industry.
This research aimed to verify possibly expanding college festival's performance to ordinary life. College festivals have consolidated student communities and created college culture. Recently, the festivals have been challenged for commercialization such as celebrity concert and company sponsorship. College festival is a text, which is based on ordinary college life and should served a role to restore college life. Pine & Gilmore's experience model was used to find that quality festival experience leads to satisfaction and satisfaction enhance peer relations. More participate school life, the better experience the festival program. Total 195 of questionnaires were administered to college festival participants and coding data were analyzed by regression and t test. Result found that College festival experience significantly affects festival satisfaction(H1), festival satisfaction affect re-participation(H2) and peer relations(H3). High level of school life participation group showed significant differences in festival experience and other variables in compare with low level group(H4). Theoretical /practical significances and research limitation were included.

The construction phase of the construction project needs a large scale of manpower, materials and equipment. Among them, manpower is a core part for project construction. These manpower are divided into two groups. The first is the management group that manages the construction, and the second is the site technician manpower for construction work. Recently, construction company has suffering due to the insufficient supply of technician labor. Accordingly, this study will perform an empirical analysis about the construction technician. To do this, we surveyed related research trends and conducted surveys on the satisfaction of the construction technician. The result, satisfaction with pay and insurance was relatively low compared to other items. Therefore, this study were conducted in-depth interviews with technician managers in order to analyze the cause. In addition, case analysis was conducted to analyze actual working conditions. As a result, it was analyzed that the wage level and insurance system of construction technician were considerably stable compared to the manufacturing industry. The result of this study is expected to contribute to the activation of excellent technician cultivation through the change of recognition about construction technician.
The concentration of local businesses in the capital region promotes a decrease in the local population and polarization between the capital region and non-capital regions. It affects the competitiveness of local industries and creates a vicious cycle throughout the local economy, society and culture. Therefore, this study classified the companies in the capital region and non-capital regions by group and examined the effect of the innovation capability factors of companies on the creation of business performance. We analyzed the effects of R&D capabilities, which are elements of innovation capability, and open innovation and convergence capabilities on business performance. Smart PLS 3.0 was used for analysis including direct and indirect mediating and moderating effects, multi-group analysis, and structural equation model analysis. As a result, R&D capability did not have a significant effect on business performance, but it has a positive influence towards business performance through convergence capability and open innovation. However, the effectiveness of open innovation in non-capital regions and convergence capabilities in capital region were not statistically significant. In particular, in terms of open innovation, as the difference between groups is statistically clear, follow-up measures are suggested especially in non-capital regions.

Most industries have introduced and operate an information security management system (ISMS) or a personal information security management system (PIMS) to suitably protect and maintain customer's information and company trade secrets. This study starts with the premise that it is desirable for every industry considering information security to maintain an ISMS. ISMS can be of different types among various organizations, taking into consideration culture, practical work procedures, and guidelines for information security. This study intends to derive primary control areas of an ISMS for each industry based on organizational size and audit type by analyzing non-conformity trends and control factors according to certification audits for organizations introduced for international ISMS under ISO27001. This study analyzed improvement effects of ISMS through case analyses. It is meaningful as exploratory research, although it was difficult to acquire data for empirical study because few organizations maintain certification in major industrial sectors. The requirements presented the highest frequency of non-conformity for each type from the 2013-initiated ISO27001; the years 2013 to 2020 were extracted as the primary control area. The study found that for primary control areas of ISMS for each of three industries, organizational size and audit type had differences.

The BSC(Balanced Scorecard), a strategic performance evaluation system, has drawn attention as an innovative tool for improving an organization's performance. Recently, the Korean government has recognized the advantages of the BSC and encouraged public enterprises to implement the BSC. However, it has been pointed out that many public enterprises have faced difficulties in constructing and operating the BSC due to lack of clear understanding, a complex environment of performance evaluation, and inherent features of organizational culture. Therefore, this study analyzed a project case of a public enterprise, Korea Southern Power (KSP), which has ever been assessed as an excellent organization in implementing BSC and managing performance. This paper provides procedures, activities, resources (manpower and time), and decision-making issues and criteria required for implementing BSC, along with real project outcomes of the company. Such project details are expected to be used as helpful guidelines for public or non-profit organizations's BSC implementation. Furthermore, the KSP's efforts to cope with its problems and implications derived from the efforts are also expected to help other organizations construct and operate the BSC effectively.
Korean general trading companies had started their business to benchmark and to adopt the successful new business models of the Japanese ones. Nevertheless, the strategic gaps between Korean and Japanese GTCs, Sogo-Shosha, still exist, including financial profitability and managerial competencies. In this regard, it is academically and practically required to find out the differences between Korean and Japanese GTCs. This study overviews the previous researches and the business cases to understand the features of GTCs and to get recent and meaningful factors which are related with the rebirth of Sogo-Shosha. Thereafter, in-depth interviews with industry experts and scholars and subsequent investigations were also conducted to suggest meaningful implications for both academicians and practitioners with the found factors. This study suggests four fundamental differences between the Korean and Japanese GTCs: ① the origin and growth path, ② business ownership, governance strategies and contracts management, ③ availabilities of investment portfolio and risk management, ④ business operation system and organizational culture. This study suggests meaningful implications for Korean GTCs to apply the experiences and lessons learned from Japanese Sogo-Shosha into their own business.
