과제중심모델의 적용에 관한 연구 : 재가노인을 위한 사례관리 (A Task-Centered Approach for the Elderly in the Community : Case Management)

  • 본 연구는 과제중심 모델을 재가노인을 위한 사례관리의 방법으로서 적용해보고 그 결과와 적용과정을 분석하며 효과성과 한계점을 조사한 것이다. 과제중심 모델은 3군데의 지역사회복지관에서 12명의 재가노인을 대상으로 실시하였으며 면접회수는 6회에서 10회까지였다. 12 사례에서 제시된 표적문제는 57개이며 표적문제를 해결하기 위하여 제시된 과제는 83개였다. 표적문제의 82.5%를 클라이언트들이 제시하였으며 과제제시는 약80%를 사회복지사들이 제시하였다. 그러나 과제수행에서는 37%를 클라이언트가 수행하도록 하였다. 문제의 변화는 평균 8.1로서 대부분의 문제들이 많이 좋아졌다고 평가되었다. 표적문제의 인식 자에 따른 문제 해결 정도는 내담자가 표적문제라고 인식하였을 때 가 사회복지사가 문제라고 인식한 경우보다 문제 해결이 더 많이 되었다. 이와 같은 결과를 보아 클라이언트가 인식한 문제를 표적문제로 하였을 때 문제해결이 훨씬 더 가능함을 알 수 있다. 과제 중심모델을 적용 과정을 분석한 결과에 의하면 모델의 적용을 통하며 재가 노인들의 요구를 파악하고 문제 해결에 대한 노인들의 적극적인 참여를 유도 할 수 있었으며 잠재된 능력을 발견하는 기회가 되기도 하였다. 재가노인을 위한 사례관리의 방법으로서 과제 중심 모델을 적용할 때 다음과 같은 것을 제안 할 수 있다. 첫째 처음 접수를 받는 클라이언트를 대상으로 적용하는 것이 효과적이며 둘째는 정기적인 슈퍼비젼을 통하며 진행을 점검하는 것이 중요하고 문제 해결을 위한 다양한 과제나 가능한 사회 자원에 대한 목록을 만드는 것이 필요하다.

리빙랩 기반 공학설계교육의 경험과 평가 : 학생들은 언제, 어떻게 배우는가? (A Case Study of a Living Lab based Engineering Design Class : When and How do Students Learn?)

  • This study introduces an engineering design class which is experimental in a sense that it is planned and implemented with three key concepts such as learner-centered education, living lab and community based learning. With the class run in being connected with one regional community in Seoul, it focuses on its educational effects acquired through the living lab-based approach. And this research investigates the student's experiences of when, what and how they learn in a learner-centered class. It shows that, rather than taking professor's one dimensional lectures in classroom, the students learn actively when they face with the problem in the field. Students have come to carry out engineering design from the perspective of stakeholders, not from the supplier or producer's perspective in the process of meeting with the problem in reality. Team based collaborative activities are crucial in the entire design process. More importantly, students' design products have been transformed into more useful and meaningful ones as stakeholders of the local community have participated into the students' works. However, we need to recognize that there are some important issues that need to be solved institutionally and systematically in order for such educations to spread. This study suggests several educational arrangements for those issues.

경기도 지역사회복지관 사회복지사의 가족중심실천에 관한 중요도와 수행도의 차이연구: IPA분석을 중심으로 (A Study on the Gap Between Knowing the Importance of and the Actual Implementation of Family-centered Practices of Social Workers at Community Welfare Centers in Gyeonggi-do: Focused on IPA Analysis)

  • 본 연구는 경기도 지역사회복지관 사회복지사의 가족중심실천에 관한 중요도와 수행도 간의 차이를 분석하고 이러한 차이를 개선할 수 있는 기관 차원의 전략을 탐색하기 위한 목적으로 수행되었다. 이를 위해 경기도 지역사회복지관 54개소 사회복지사 232명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하여 대응표본 t-검증과 IPA분석기법을 활용하였다. 연구결과 첫째, 지역사회복지관 사회복지사의 가족중심실천에 관한 중요도는 높게 인식하고 있으나 현재 수행도는 낮은 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 가족중심실천에 관한 중요도-수행도 차이 검증 결과, 가족중심실천의 6개 하위요인 영역과 18개 세부 항목 모두 통계적으로 유의미한 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 가족중심실천의 중요도-수행도 IPA분석한 결과, 하위요인별 유지영역(가족의사결정, 포괄적서비스), 과잉영역(가족초점), 저순위영역(가족강점, 개별화), 집중영역(가족과의 협력)으로 조사되었다. 이러한 결과를 중심으로 가족중심실천에 관한 중요도와 수행도의 차이를 개선할 수 있는 기관차원의 전략적 방안을 제시하였다.

지역사회개발과 사회교육을 위한 개발커뮤니케이션 접근 (Development Communication Approaches to Community Development and Adult Education)

  • The purposes of this exploratory study were to interrelate the scholastic discipline of the ‘development communication’ into ‘community development’ and ‘adult education’ in terms of interests, views and theoretical backgrounds of these fields of social sciences; and to draw some implications for developing scholastic interactions among these fields to pursue common social changes of human society. Development communications provide opportunities to set goals, to decide contents, and to utilize communication media in developmental efforts. Contemporary trends of development communication, community development and adult education are concerned with indigenous, two-way, bottom-up and people-centered communication from exogenous, one-way, top-down and institution-centered communication of the past. Multidisciplinary approaches to communication concepts and methodology may increase the potentials of community development and adult education in terms of efficiency and effectiveness. Some of the development communication approaches such as traditional and folk media approach. new media or ICT(information & communication technology) approach, participatory communication for development approach, communication support development approach and mass media approach may be applicable for community development and adult education. Better understanding on development communication approaches will be needed for the adult educators as well as community development practitioners.

  • This study was to suggest the importance of the community in multi-family housing. It was reviewed the movement of residential community called as building neighborhood, the community movement in apartment etc. It was focused on the physical aspect for planning of common space. As the result of this study, the main subject in the movement of residential community was a common space which contributed to a attachment and a sense of settlement for residential environment. Therefore, this study emphasized on the necessity of planning centered on common space for the community in multi-family housing.

장기요양시설 인간중심 치매케어 온라인 교육 프로그램 개발을 위한 델파이 조사연구 (A Delphi Study for Developing a Person-centered Dementia Care Online Education Program in Long-term Care Facilities)

  • Purpose: There has been a growing recognition that person-centered care enhances the quality of life of nursing home residents with dementia. This study was conducted to develop a person-centered dementia care online education program for direct care staff in long-term care facilities. Methods: Delphi method with expert group was used to validate contents. We developed 61 draft items based on literature review. Twenty experts participated in consecutive three round surveys including 5-point Likert scale questions and open-ended questions. Based on experts' opinions, the content validity ratio for content validity and the coefficient of variation for stability were calculated. Results: Three-round Delphi surveys and additional feedback from the expert panel established a consensus of core contents: 1) dementia (7 categories), 2) person-centered care (6 categories), 3) communication (8 categories), and 4) behavioral and psychological symptoms of dementia (6 categories). Specific sub-categories in each category were differentiated according to the job qualifications (65 sub-categories for registered nurses, 64 sub-categories for nursing aids, and 41 sub-categories for personal care workers). Conclusion: This delphi study identified person-centered dementia education curricula, in which the person-centered approach should be a key policy priority in Korean long-term care system. Now it is urgently needed to develop education programs utilizing online platforms that enable efficient and continuous learning for long-term care staff, which can contribute to behavior changes in the person-centered dementia care approach and improvement of care quality in long-term care facilities.

요양병원 간호사의 인간중심돌봄과 간호서비스 질 (Person-centered Care and Nursing Service Quality of Nurses in Long-term Care Hospitals)

  • Purpose: This study investigated the correlation between person-centered care (PCC) and nursing service quality of nurses in long-term care hospitals. Methods: The subjects were 114 nurses working in 8 long-term care hospitals. Instruments for evaluating PCC and nursing service quality were used. The data were analyzed by descriptive statistics, two samples-test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson's correlation and Multiple regression. Results: The mean of PCC was $3.25{\pm}0.45$ out of 5 and the nursing service quality was $3.87{\pm}0.40$. There were significant differences in PCC in terms of age and income satisfaction, the application of their opinions, the satisfaction of hospital managers, administrators and nurse managers. There were significant differences in nursing service quality according to age, position, the satisfaction of hospital managers, administrators and nurse managers. Nurses' PCC showed a significant positive correlation with nursing service quality. Factors influencing nursing service quality included PCC, their position and age and the most influencing one was PCC. Conclusion: This study suggests that the PCC is the strongest affecting element to the quality of nursing service in long-term care hospitals. Therefore, the strategies to improve the practice of person-centered care should be carried out to enhance the quality of nursing service.

초등학생의 블랜디드 러닝 기반 구조중심협동학습을 적용한 안전교육 프로그램 개발 및 효과 (Effects of a Structure-centered Cooperative Learning Safety Education Program based on Blended Learning for Elementary School Students)

  • Purpose: This study was performed to determine effects of a structure-centered cooperative learning safety education program based on blended learning for elementary school students. Methods: The study is developed in nonequivalent control group non-synchronized design. The subjects included 24 sixth grade students in the experimental group and 23 sixth grade students in the control group, respectively. To prevent diffusion of the experiment, it was carried out from May 20th to June 24th in 2015 with the control group and the other from August 26th to September 30th in 2015 with the experimental group. It was performed on experimental group after the structure-centered cooperative learning safety education program based on blended learning once a week for 6weeks. Data were analyzed by using descriptive statistics, paired t-test and independent t-test. Results: After the intervention, the experimental group showed significant increases in the self-directed learning attitudes and safety behavior compared to the control group except for the academic self-efficacy. Conclusion: The results indicate that the structure-centered cooperative learning safety education program based on blended learning program is effective in safety education for 6th graders.

성공적 지식경영을 위한 CoP 운영전략 : S사의 지식경영구축 사례를 중심으로 (A Study on Successful Community of Practice Strategy and Implementation : Case Study of 'S' Corporation's Knowledge Management)

  • Effective knowledge sharing and creating requires human networking as well as system. Corporation 'S' organized 'community of practice(CoP),' which is a virtual group based on work process, skill, and interest. The purpose of this study is to suggest effective CoP establishment and implementation methods, based upon 'S' experience. The effective methods this study suggests are : setting up clear CoP objectives by each CoP; dual CoP system with career centered and subject centered; alignment with business strategy; guide by knowledge integrator, and professional competence development as CoP purpose. Key success factors to CoP activities also include effective communication, facilitators' competency, and managers' support.

  • Recently, the importance of entrepreneurship based on innovative ideas is being emphasized. Most startup companies misunderstand that a good solution is a good idea, so they try to start a business by choosing an idea that prioritizes solutions, products, and technology rather than problem-first. However, to be a successful startup, it is essential to focus on the quality of the problems your customers are trying to solve. The online community is a place where many people exchange their thoughts and communicate with each other through a network, and communities about consumption, a concern of modern people, are developing. Against this background, this study proposed an integrated methodology that combines big data and netnography analysis so that entrepreneurs can use online community data to derive customer-centered startup ideas. The integrated methodology was verified based on the actual start-up case, who derived a startup idea based on the data of domestic cloth diapers online cafe. The case company found customer problems based on online community data and used it to develop startup items and new products. The integrated methodology for deriving entrepreneurial ideas in this study is expected to be an important guideline that explains in detail the consumer-centered idea derivation process.
