Recently, Co-working that is a new trend of working and Co-working Space that create Co-working are increasing rapidly around the centers to support start-up such as one-person creative companies. However, the business centers located outside Seoul are not enough to recognize knowledge and skill for operating Co-working Space. Therefore, this study selects the big research issue which is "The recognition and case of co-working & application to co-working space" and the small research issue that is "Co-working Space operation activities" for qualitative research by using in-depth interview to managers of one-person creative company business centers. As a result, on the perspective of the big research issues, they understood Co-working concept, but the Co-working case was made by manager's effort without voluntary participation of the users. Co-working Space is important to recognize as a space for interaction and exchange information but was used only as a sharing space. And on the perspective of the small research issues, 'Space & Interior', 'Alliance and Partnership' and 'Community and Communication' show low awareness and activities. So, we suggest improvement plans through the case of best practices. This study is valuable, it could be a help to adapt and improve to Co-working Space in one-person creative company business center for creation of performance by Co-working.

Inverter control and monitoring software needs to apply and update to inverter applicable fields to make people feel easy and comfortable on working install systems and drive them, in this paper, we introduced design methods of communication software and developed inverter control and monitoring system which can control and monitor inverters with serial communication.

The purpose of this study is to suggest a successful operating strategy of co-working space. Therefore, the operating elements were identified through a literature research. And then, verified through site investigation and interview of operation managers. We found out that the high level operating elements are 'Co-working management', 'Membership management' and 'Supporting management' And the low level elements of Co-working management are 'Relationship facilitation', 'Networking event & Party' and 'Community & Communication', Membership management's are 'Service diversity & Price plan', 'Promotion & PR' and 'Alliance & Partnership', Supporting management's are 'Space & Interior', 'Facility & Device, Solution' and 'Mentoring & Education'. And the questionnaire was designed and conducted to Co-working space operators through the AHP method. As a result of the collected data analyzing, the highest priority was the operational element 'Community & Communication', and 'space and interior' is next, 'Service diversity & Price plan' is the third. The results were discussed with the relevant experts and it presents the following operating strategies. First, to create an environment suitable to voluntary coworking is the most important element. In particular, good management of 'Community & Communication' should be considered as a high priority operations strategy in a coworking space. Second, interior and space utilization helps in making the environment and atmosphere conducive to coworking. Office devices and facilities such as IT infra, printer, fax, scan, paper...etc are also important elements. But the reason why these necessary items are given a low priority is that these items don't need any special strategy. Third, in order to create a stable profit, 'Service diversity & Price plan' should be the characteristics of each coworking space because it will attract and secure enough customers. This study is valuable, it could be a great guideline for coworking space in an early stage to adopt operating model and strategy

This study suggested that the concept of creative zone raised by the national interest of the 'Creation' should be extended in public libraries. The concept of creative zone in public libraries was analyzed on the basis of 'Con-creative structure ontology' by Rombach. As we understand a creator and creation as the relation of 'subject'-'object', The current concept of 'Creation' dilutes the possibility of 'Autogenese' that all beings as a subject possess. But 'Con-creative Structure' describes the process of 'Autogenese' through sharing and mutual communication of all beings. The formation process of Con-creative Structure corresponds to the philosophy of the library that supports the self-growth through communication and sharing. 'Co-working Space' is more suitable for the substantive image of Con-creativity than 'Makerspace'. Therefore, this study analyzed circumstances of creative zone in public libraries and Co-working Space in business areas and provided the conceptive and substantive modeling for Co-working Space in public libraries.

IETF (Internet Engineering Task Force) CoAP (Constrained Application Protocol) protocol is supported communication between sensor or actuator nodes by in a constrained environment, such as small amount of memory, and low power. CoAP and HTTP protocol can convert easily, and can use to monitor or controll the infrastructure utility through low-power sensor and actuator networks in IoT (Internet of Thing) and M2M (Machine-to-Machine) environment. IETF CoRE(Constrained RESTful environments) Working Group proposed CoAP protocol in 2010, and began to standardize it. Recently, CoAP protocol is published RFC (Request for Comments) 7252. In this paper, we design and implement of CoAP protocol for testing the interoperability in heterogeneous operating environments. For this experiment, we developed the CoAP client program based on Windows environment and CoAP server program in Linux environment to test the interoperability.

The number of shared offices has increased and changed within the flow of the era into various forms in recent days. Co-working spaces and related shared space businesses are growing fast, keeping pace with the trend recently. It is confirmed that the need of spaces grew 180% since 2015 to 2017. Most of the shared offices in Seoul are placed in Gangnam circle, it is verified that shared office is providing work, space, and community by visiting cases of foreign companies, domestic companies, local companies. Meanwhile, shared space can be categorized into serviced office, co-working space, virtual office, and daily office. It is to consider various target levels by leasing service or the difference of costs. It is divided into forms of dispersion, circulation, and concentration and is planned to increase the utilization of communities' traffic according to the allocation of shared office. The business is conducted network-centered. During the process of communication, members can get chances to exchange and build communities. They are making business ecosystem which they can coexist and grow together. Shared offices have a view of a solution to empty rooms and will last for a while, and it is expected that co-working system be settled as office space and giving people sense of belonging on their workspace.

This study examines the job satisfaction of cooks of school feeding. Sampling was taken among school feeding cooks except for those of Kangwon Province and Cheju Province. The factors affecting on the job satisfaction was investigated to find ways to raise the job satisfaction of cooks of school feeding. Four factors were extracted in all. It is found that these four factors have affected the job satisfaction of cooks of school feeding in order of working satisfaction factor(.493), co-worker communication factor(.463), job environment factor(.185), and advancement factor(.146). Accordingly, more opportunities for career advancement should be offered to raise the job satisfaction among them, and the establishment of better work environment and the optimum staff are urgently needed.

In today's knowledge economy, various schemes are being devised in order to attain knowledge and understanding in the most effective ways possible. In an office environment, spatial concepts that encourage 'smart working' is becoming more prevalent; therefore allocating of space according to the types of work being performed, ways to maximise the work efficiency, and furniture arrangement to accelerate liaison among the users are being carefully considered. Especially in a space where its members are encouraged to communicate and collaborate, the furniture within that space need to be attractive and practical for its users, as well as efficient and effective for the firm the service is being provided for. In this study, we aim to offer furniture design service that satisfies such demands of the present time. Thus, instead of merely following a standard design process in which one approaches a project from design planes to an outcome, various aspects of the working environment will be considered such as the relationship between the space and the users, their needs, and the features of work being performed within the space. After attentive research and analysis, the results will be put into production from the user's point of view in mind. This study is intended to propose furniture design that embodies the characteristics of integrated working environment that can facilitate efficient use of the limited working space, productivity among the users, and promoting valuable corporate culture.

In this study, ZnO nanorods and $SnO_2$-CuO heterogeneous oxide were grown on membrane-type gas sensor platforms and the sensing characteristics for carbon monoxide (CO) were studied. Diaphragm-type gas sensor platforms with built-in Pt micro-heaters were made using a conventional bulk micromachining method. ZnO nanorods were grown from ZnO seed layers using the hydrothermal method, and the average diameter and length of the nanorods were adjusted by changing the concentration of the precursor. Thereafter, $SnO_2$-CuO heterogeneous oxide thin films were grown from evaporated Sn and Cu thin films. The average diameters of the ZnO nanorods obtained by changing the concentration of the precursor were between 30 and 200 nm and the ZnO nanorods showed a sensitivity value of 21% at a working temperature of $350^{\circ}C$ and a carbon monoxide concentration of 100 ppm. The $SnO_2$-CuO heterogeneous oxide thin films showed a sensitivity value of 18% at a working temperature of $200^{\circ}C$ and a carbon monoxide concentration of 100 ppm.
