Established CRM system provides a powerful help for maintaining existing client, attracting new client, making profit from client or mobile communication industry. In the system structure of CRM eye, the mobile communication industry of CRM can be divided into three levels. : channel layer; operation layer, analysis layer. The data mining of CRM in mobile communication industry fall into six stages. Finally article gives some CRM's examples to illustrate how to gain client, enhance client's value, and how to maintain existing client.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the relation between housewives' home management behavior and communication in the family, and find family environmental variables related to home management behavior and communication in the family. In order to clarify the above stated problems, the data were obtained from questionnaires with 68items. The selected sample is composed of 395 housewives in Pusan. SAS Computer System was used for the statistical analysis of the data. The results were as follow. (1) Home management behavior score showed 3.06(61.2%). Home management score of human-relationship was the highest, and that of house keeping was the lowest. (2) Home management behavior was influenced by educational level and scoioeconomic status. (3) Communication in family score showed 3.51(70.2%). Communication of housewife-husband score was lower than communication of housewife-children. (4) Communication in the family was influenced by housewives'age, educational level, numbers of children, duration of marriage and socio-economic status. (5) There were positive relation between home management behavior and communication in the family. (6) Influential variables related to home management behavior were communication in the family.

언론학 분야에서는 커뮤니케이션의 물리학(physics of communication)에 대한 연구가 그리 많지 않았지만, 커뮤니케이션 망 사업자나 미디어 콘텐츠 사업자 및 이들의 이해관계를 조정해야 하는 정부 등 많은 집단에게 커뮤니케이션 물리학은 매우 중요한 사안이다. 전파, 유선망과 케이블, 위성 등 전자 커뮤니케이션 네트워크의 구축, 분할, 이용 접근성 및 규제의 문제가 이와 관련되는 대표적인 문제들이다. 이 글은 전자 커뮤니케이션 네트워크의 중요성에 대한 관심을 유도하고 전자 커뮤니케이션 네트워크의 구축과 분할, 접근과 이용에 있어 통제되지 않은 과도한 사유화와 상업화가 초래할 수 있는 문제들에 초점을 맞춘다. 현재 확장되고 있는 커뮤니케이션 네트워크의 사유화와 상업화, 난개발과 통제되지 않은 경쟁에 대한 문제제기이다. 이 글은 전자 커뮤니케이션 네트워크의 사회적 관리와 통제의 중요성을 제기하는데 있어서 '교통경제학(transport economics)'과 '네트워크 중립성(network neutrality)'의 개념과 시각을 수용 활용하고자 했다. 도로나 철도, 항해로와 항공로 등의 교통망이나 인프라 개발 및 운영 등과 관련된 문제들을 다루는 교통 경제학과 네트워크의 개방성과 접근성을 강조하는 네트워크 중립성 논의들을 통해, 현재 우리 사회에서 확장되고 있는 커뮤니케이션 네트워크의 난개발과 불균형 개발, 사유화와 상업화, 미디어 사업자들 간의 망 분쟁의 문제들을 어떻게 사회적인 의제로 다루고 그 해결을 위한 정책 이념을 모색할 수 있는지에 초점을 맞추었다. 전자 커뮤니케이션 네트워크는 점점 더 융합되고 그 경계가 소멸되고 있다. 이로 인해 정보 기술과 미디어, 콘텐츠 산업 간의 경계 또한 해체되고 있다. 커뮤니케이션계의 전면적인 변동이라고까지 말할 수 있는 상황에서, 이 글은 커뮤니케이션 기술과 수단들에 대한 사회적 계획과 관리를 둘러싼 풍부한 사회적 담론들과 상상력이 요구된다는 점을 강조하고 있다. 또 전자커뮤티케이션 네트워크의 사회적 공공성을 모색해 보면서, 이러한 실천들이 디지털 민주주의 또는 민주적 커뮤니케이션 생태의 유기적인 발전을 지향해야 함을 강조하고 있다.

The purpose of this study was to provide basic material of positive effects on moral development through educational intervention between parent and chile reciprocal. The major findings were as follows: (1)Child's moral development level was a significant difference according to the level of socialization patterns. (2) Predictability of subvariables of socialization patterns revealed an order of mode of social control, role system and communication system. (3) Therer was a significant difference between stage 2 and the other of stages in socialization patterns. (4) There was a significant difference between stage 2 and stage P in role system. (5) There was no difference between stage 2 and the other of stages in communication system, mode of social control, IQ, and S.E.S.

The purposes of this research were to investigate the conditions of education and counseling for single-parent families and to propose developmental alternatives and effective information service system. For these objectives, the concurrent-type program for single-parent families that emphasized communication skills, psychological strategies, and the importance of family relationships was constructed. The effectiveness of the program was evaluated by pre-, post test through 163 single parents and their children and it was analyzed by paired t-test. The results suggested that the program was effective in improving self-esteem, satisfaction of life and communication. Several programs for single-parent families using on-line or off-line were analyzed and more effective alternatives were proposed. For improving of wellbeing of single-parent families, the welfare system must be changed to cooperation with other institutions and systematic information service network.

The strategy that using data collection from Netflix uses for its services is different from traditional human interaction and the communication, and it is represented by the systematic algorithm that rooted from intelligent information system based on the human interaction and communication. These characteristics allowed the study to reflect the influence of 'Asset specificity' which affects the continuous consumption of the media services of Netflix users through economic psychological analysis based on transactional cost economics. The result from the survey on actual Netflix users, three types of specificity (Space specificity, time specificity, relational specificity) reduced perceived searching cost whereas perceived instrumentality has increased, eventually reinforces the commitment to the service. This implies that the service characteristics of Netflix, trying to communicate with the individuals based on intelligent information system are distinct from the existing platform services and it gives the significance of work very effective for user's continuous consumption of the media services.

There are many policies around the world regarding Information Communication Technology (ICT). In 2012, the World Health Organization emphasized the strategic and integrated policy for the development and dissemination of ICT-based healthcare innovations at the national level. As technologies related to ICT are introduced in various countries around the world, each country announces policies and strategies to preoccupy these new industries. However, Korea is tied to various regulations in investment of ICT and thus lags behind other countries. Therefore, in this section, we review the present status and problems of ICT development in Korea and compare these with other major countries. Finally, we present the ICT development strategies and tasks in Korea.

이 논문은 망막 질병을 인지하기 위한 의사결정 지원 시스템을 제안한다. 이 논문은 시스템의 기초로써 스마트 폰 플랫폼과 클라우드 컴퓨팅을 사용한다. 마이크로 렌즈는 사용자의 망막 상태를 인지하기 위해 사용자 망막 이미지를 캡쳐 할 수 있도록 스마트 폰 카메라에 부착되어 있다. 어플리케이션은 컴퓨터에서 생성된 후에 스마트 폰에 설치된다. 이 어플리케이션의 역할은 스마트 폰에 있는 시스템과 클라우드에 있는 시스템 사이를 연결시키는 것으로, 어플리케이션은 분류하기 위해 클라우드 시스템에 망막 이미지를 전송하는 것이다. 이 논문은 분류기로써 OCFE 알고리즘을 사용한다. 망막 이미지는 두 개의 안과학 데이터베이스 DIARETDB1 v2.1과 STARE의 조합을 사용하여 실험하였다. 그리하여 평균 에러율을 12%인 반면에, 이 시스템 평균 정확도는 88%로 나타났다.

This study investigates the influences of factors such as type and degree of family leisure among parents with five day work weeks on adolescents' perceived family strengths. Its findings are based on questionnaires collected from 525 male and female parents of middle school students. Factor analysis and MANOVA were employed for data analysis and $Scheff{\acute{e}}$ tests for post-hoc analysis. The main findings were as follows. First, adolescents whose parents work five days a week were at a higher level than other adolescents in terms of finances, family ties, communication, and social ties. Second, there were no significant differences concerning adolescents' family strength by type of family leisure. Third, adolescents with more family leisure activities scored higher than others in the areas of manageable strengths, financial levels, family ties, communication, and family social ties. Fourth, among families following the five day working system, adolescents who had more family leisure activities scored higher than the others in regards to manageable strengths, financial levels, family ties, communication, and family social ties. Additionally, where adolescents thought they had fewer family leisure activities, family-oriented adolescents tended to be engaged in higher physical-activity-oriented and hobby-oriented activities in relation to manageable strengths, financial level, family ties, and communication and hobby-oriented adolescents engaged in higher than average amounts of physical-activity, strengthening family social ties in the process. Fifth, concerning families not adhering to the five day working system, adolescents who had more family leisure activities scored higher than others in terms of manageable strengths, financial levels, family ties, communication, and family social ties. As the above results indicate, family leisure activities appear to be a key factor influencing family strength. Therefore, further support should be extended toward developing new forms of family leisure and additional studies should be devoted to the subject.

The conventional power system allowed only downstream power flow. Therefore, even if a fault occurs, only the forward current flow is considered. However, with the interest in distributed generation (DG), DGs such as Photovoltaic (PV), Wind Turbine (WT) are being connected to a power system. DGs have many advantages, but they also have disadvantage such as generation of reverse flow. Reverse flow can severely disrupt existing protection systems that only consider downstream power flow. The major problems that may arise from reverse power flow are blinding protection and sympathetic tripping. In order to solve such problems, the methods of installing a directional relay or a fault current limiter is proposed. However, this method is inconceivable because of the economics shortage. Therefore, in this paper, a distance relay installed in existing power system is used to solve the protection problem. Modeling of distance relay has been carried out using ElectroMagnetic Transients Program (EMTP), and it has been verified through simulations that the above problems can be solved by a distance relay.
