이 연구는 한국 언론의 전쟁취재 역사를 간략하게 살펴보고, 실제로 전쟁취재를 했던 현직 기자들을 만나 전쟁취재 활동 과정에서 제기될 수 있는 문제점과 그 개선방안을 탐구한다. 한국 언론의 전쟁취재 역사는 50년 이상 되었지만, 취재과정의 노하우가 부족하고 취재활동에 필요한 여러 가지 여건의 개선은 이루어지지 않은 실정이다. 무엇보다도 전쟁특파원들은 한국 언론들이 전쟁취재를 위한 체계적 준비과정 없이 관습적으로 기자를 파견한다는 점을 주요 문제점으로 지적하고 있다. 또한 전쟁취재 기자들은 자신이 처한 환경과 개인적 경험만을 토대로 전쟁 상황을 생색내기 식으로 보도하는 경우가 많다. 전쟁취재 경험이 적은 기자들을 갈등 지역에 파견하는 것도 전쟁취재의 문제점으로 지적됐다. 이러한 문제를 극복하기 위해서는 먼저 한국 언론들이 제한된 환경에서도 생생한 취재활동을 벌이기 위해 중동지역의 국제전문가와 분쟁 전문기자 또는 특파원을 두어 이들을 체계적으로 교육하고 관리할 필요가 있다.

In this paper, we propose pyramid appearance and global structure action descriptors on both RGB and depth motion history images and a model-free method for human action recognition. In proposed algorithm, we firstly construct motion history image for both RGB and depth channels, at the same time, depth information is employed to filter RGB information, after that, different action descriptors are extracted from depth and RGB MHIs to represent these actions, and then multimodality information collaborative representation and recognition model, in which multi-modality information are put into object function naturally, and information fusion and action recognition also be done together, is proposed to classify human actions. To demonstrate the superiority of the proposed method, we evaluate it on MSR Action3D and DHA datasets, the well-known dataset for human action recognition. Large scale experiment shows our descriptors are robust, stable and efficient, when comparing with the-state-of-the-art algorithms, the performances of our descriptors are better than that of them, further, the performance of combined descriptors is much better than just using sole descriptor. What is more, our proposed model outperforms the state-of-the-art methods on both MSR Action3D and DHA datasets.

This paper proposed a method that detects emergency situations in a video stream using MHI (Motion History Image) and template matching for a video-based intelligent security system. The proposed method creates a MHI of each human object through image processing technique such as background removing based on GMM (Gaussian Mixture Model), labeling and accumulating the foreground images, then the obtained MHI is compared with the existing MHI templates for detecting an emergency situation. To evaluate the proposed emergency detection method, a set of experiments on the dataset of video clips captured from a security camera has been conducted. And we successfully detected emergency situations using the proposed method. In addition, the implemented system also provides MMS (Multimedia Message Service) so that a security manager can deal with the emergency situation appropriately.

소프트웨어의 구조가 점차 복잡해짐에 따라 소프트웨어 테스트 과정에서 테스트가 일정 수준 이상의 테스트 커버리지를 갖게하기 위해서는 많은 수의 테스트 케이스 실행이 불가피하며, 이로 인해 테스트 수행의 시간 비용이 증가되고 있다. 하지만 테스트 프로세스 안에서 어느 시점에 소프트웨어 결함을 발견하느냐에 따라 소프트웨어 배포 시점에서의 오류 수정 비용이 달라진다. 이를 위해 각각의 테스트 케이스에 우선순위를 부여하여, 보다 빠른 시간 내에 결함을 찾고자 하는 테스트 케이스 순서화 기법에 대한 연구 가 활발히 진행되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 임베디드 소프트웨어의 시스템 테스트 결과를 활용한 과거 이력기반 테스트 케이스 순서화 기법을 제안한다.

As the information society appears, the increasing power and access of personal computers along with wide spread use of the information technology has not only changed the landscape for communication but it has opened up new and exciting opportunities for education. One of the ways that information technology could help improve education is to be used in interactive communication to share the knowledge and experience of all the teachers as well as students. In this paper, the use and application of information communication technology[ICT] into mathematics classroom are described and showed several examples. furthermore, the web site design and developed for this study was introduced of the purpose of sharing the ideas about the knowledge and usage of the history of mathematics and examples of mathematical connections. The study suggests that enabling mathematics in incorporating of ICT by teachers and students requires more effort to be made in training teachers on the use and application of ICT into mathematics classroom.

The advent of the "un-tact 2.0 era," described as a "new normal non-face-to-face social relationship," accelerates the transformation of the living paradigm as a fully digital mediated social relationship. The emergence of these new forms of digital behaviors and mediated relationships significantly influences the industry prospect and consumers' individual lives. Advertising has played a decisive role in moving the formation forces of society, creating a dynamic flow of the capitalist system across races and geographical boundaries. Its role will become more fundamental in the physical contactless environment due to the COVID-19 outbreak. Accordingly, advertising has changed and modified its shape and meaning throughout history to adapt to the dynamic external environment. In this article, we illustrated four primary stages of the evolution in the advertising industry from simple advertising to convergence of advertising. Finally, we also identified the challenges of the present advertising industry and the paradigm transformation of "un-tact 2.0" with various related examples.

무선 센서 네트워크는 특정지역에서 데이터를 수집하여 처리는 작은 센서 노드들로 구성된다. 이러한 센서들은 최초로 설치된 이후에는 배터리로 동작되며, 동작기간이 수개월에서 수년까지 지속되어야 함으로 제한된 자원을 효율적으로 활용할 수 있어야 한다. 본 논문에서는 데이터 중심개념을 적용한 Directed Diffusion의 기본동작구조에 RHC(rounting history cache)를 적용하여, 데이터 전송경로 설정에 신뢰성과 효율성을 높인다. 제안하는 RHC 알고리즘은 각 센서 노드가 자신의 RHC를 주기적으로 업데이트 하여 최적화경로를 저장하고 있기 때문에, 이벤트 발생시마다 경로를 재설정하여 에너지가 낭비되는 것을 최소화하였고, 중복메시지의 최소화로 신뢰성을 향상시켰다.

무선단말기에 도착하는 호의 연결을 위해서 유휴상태에 있는 무선단말기의 위치정보를 관리하는 위치추적 방법이 사용된다. 본 논문에서는 시간이 지남에 따라서 호도착율이 변화할 때에 적합한 호도착기록에 기반한 위치갱신 알고리즘을 제안한다. 이 알고리즘을 사용한 위치추적방법은 무선단말기의 호도착기록을 사용하여 호도착율의 변화를 파악하고, 이를 사용하여 현재의 호도착율에 적합한 타임아웃 주기를 계산한다. 그리고 이 방법에 대한 성능을 평가하기 위하여 고정/가변 호도착율에 대한 분석 모델과 그에 따른 분석 결과를 제시함으로써 호도착율의 변화에 적합함을 보인다.
