  • In MR functional imaging, it is shown that the signal change during photic activation is composed of two terms, i.e. the inflow effect and the susceptibility effect. Relatively the inflow effect affects the data obtained by CGE on the condition of short $T_E$(15ms) and large $\alpha$(90degree). The susceptibility effect, however, mainly contributes to the data on the condition of large $T_E$(35ms) and small $\alpha$(30degree). In this apper, we will discriminate the susceptibility effect for the intermingled data affected both flow effect and susceptibility effect. Finally susceptibility only functional imaging is proposed by using TRFGE.

보육교사가 지각하는 부모와의 의사소통 수준이 직무스트레스와 이직의도에 미치는 영향: 교사의 적극적인 스트레스 대처방식의 조절효과 검증 (Examination of the Moderator Effect of Active Stress Coping on the Influence of Parent-Childcare Teacher Communication on Teacher's Job Stress and Turnover Intention)

  • Objective: This study aimed to investigate the effect of parent- teacher communication on childcare teacher's job stress and turnover intention. This study also examined if the level of active stress coping used functions as a moderator in relationships among parent-teacher communication, childcare teacher's job stress, and their turnover intention. Methods: To achieve this, this study used data from 223 surveys from childcare teachers and analyzed the data with SEM and multi-group SEM analysis methods. Results: First, parent-childcare teacher communication influenced the teacher's turover intention through job stress. Second, the effect of parent-childcare teacher communication on job stress was not found in the higher-level of the active stress coping group. This was different from the significant effect in the lower-level of the active stress coping group. Also, parent-childcare teacher communication influenced teacher's turnover intention through job stress in the lower-level of the active stress coping group. In contrast, the mediation effect was not shown in the higher group. Conclusion/Implications: The results of this study show the effect of parent-childcare teacher communication on teacher's job stress and their turnover intention. Also, this study shows that the level of active stress coping could moderate the relationship among parent-childcare teacher communication, teacher's job stress, and their turnover intention.

청소년 자녀가 지각한 부부갈등, 청소년 문제행동 간의 관계에서 아버지 의사소통유형의 매개효과 (The Mediating Effects of Father's Communication Patterns on the Relationship between Marital Conflict and Adolescent Problem Behaviors)

  • The purpose of the present study was to investigate the structural relationships between adolescent problem behaviors and related variables. The subjects of this study consisted of 250 to second graders from a middle school in S city in the Gyeongbuk province of South Korea. The sample variance-covariance matrix was analyzed using AMOS 20.0, and a maximum likelihood minimization function. The results were as follows : First, marital conflict in terms of the father's open communication model indicated both a direct and indirect effect upon adolescent problem behaviors. Marital conflict in terms of the father's problematic communication model revealed an indirect effect upon adolescent problem behaviors also indicated that these behaviors were also mediated by the father's problems communication. Second, a open communication style on the part of the father indicated a partially mediating effect on the relationship between marital conflict and adolescent problem behaviors. The problematic communication model on the part of the father revealed a very clear mediating effect on the relationship between marital conflict and adolescent problem behaviors.

체인호텔 기업의 브랜드 커뮤니케이션이 브랜드 인지, 태도, 그리고 충성도에 미치는 영향 (The Effects of Brand Communication of Chain Hotel Group on Brand Awareness, Brand Attitude, and Brand Loyalty)

  • Purpose: Brand communication plays an important role in the credibility of consumer behavior as it enhances brand equity. This study investigates the effects of brand communication (firm-created communication, consumer-generated communication) on brand awareness, brand attitude, brand loyalty in the hotel business sector by applying the SOR theory (stimulus-organism-response theory). Research design, data, and methodology: This study was analyzed in a quantitative way using the survey results of 400 customers who had experience of visiting hotels. In this study, SmartPLS 4.0 was used to evaluate the research model. The reliability, convergent validity, and discriminant validity of the measurement tool were verified. Result: Result was found that consumer-generated communications had a positive effect on brand awareness and brand attitude, whereas firm-created communications had a significant effect on brand awareness. In addition, brand awareness had a positive effect on both brand attitude and brand loyalty. Finally, brand attitude was found to have a positive effect on brand loyalty. Conclusions: This study redefines the concept of where chain hotel groups should focus when providing consumers with information about their brands and services. As a result, the conceptual framework of brand communication to increase new customer visits to the hotel brand has been expanded.

MIM커뮤니케이션에서 이모티콘 활용이 사용자 이미지메이킹과 자기표현 만족감에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of Emoticons on User Image making and Self-expression Satisfaction in MIM Communication)

  • In this study, we investigated the effect of users' emoticon usage on their satisfaction with image making and self-expression in MIM communication. We defined internal attraction, social appeal, and communication ability as personal image making factors due to the use of emoticons in MIM communication. And we defined the research hypotheses based on the definition of intimacy, openness, and social reality as relational image making factors. In MIM communication, we analyzed the questionnaire about emoticon users. As a result, emoticon usage was found to have a positive and significant effect on self-expression in relation image making rather than personal image making. The study implies that the use of emoticons can lead to image making in MIM communication and satisfy the satisfaction of self expression.

  • Purpose: This study explored the effects of the elderly group's digital literacy and health empowerment on communication with doctors, considering moderating effect of health beliefs about chronic diseases. Methods: A one-on-one interview survey was conducted with 500 older adults in South Korea. The main variables were digital literacy, health empowerment, communication with doctors, and health belief of chronic diseases. Results: The interaction effect between health empowerment and susceptibility, and health empowerment and perceived barrier were significant. Conclusion: Communication with doctors greatly increased when the elders had high levels of health empowerment and low levels of susceptibility. Also, communication with doctors greatly increased when the elders had high levels of health empowerment and low levels of perceived barriers.

외식기업의 전통적 미디어와 뉴미디어 커뮤니케이션이 러브마크, 만족, 행동의도에 미치는 영향 (Influence of Traditional Media and New Media Communication on Lovemarks, Satisfaction and Behavior Intention of Foodservice Industry)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 외식기업의 전통적 미디어 및 뉴미디어 커뮤니케이션과 러브마크, 만족, 행동의도 간의 관계를 규명하고자 하였다. 연구의 분석 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 전통적 미디어 커뮤니케이션은 러브마크의 사랑 인식에는 유의한 영향을 미쳤으나 러브마크의 존경 인식에는 유의한 영향은 없는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 뉴미디어 커뮤니케이션은 러브마크의 사랑과 존경 인식에 모두 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 러브마크의 사랑과 존경 인식은 각각 만족 인식과 행동의도에 모두 유의한 영향을 미쳤으며, 만족 인식은 행동의도에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 연구 모형의 간접효과 분석 결과 전통적 미디어와 뉴미디어 커뮤니케이션은 러브마크 인식을 매개로 만족에 유의한 영향을 미치며, 러브마크와 만족을 매개로 행동의도에 유의한 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 이 결과를 통해 소비자의 커뮤니케이션 경험과 러브마크 인식을 강화할 경우 브랜드에 대한 만족과 행동의도 등 사후 행동을 촉진할 수 있음을 확인할 수 있었다.

초등학교 3학년의 미디어기기 이용과 집행기능 곤란과의 관계: 의사소통의 조절효과를 중심으로 (A Study on the Relationship between the Media Device Use and Executive Function Difficulties in Third Grade: Focus on the Moderating Effect of Child's Communication Ability)

  • This study identifies correlations between the use of media devices, communication ability, and executive function difficulties for third grade students, as well as investigates the moderating effect of a child's communication ability. Data from the 10th (2017) Panel Study on Korean Children [PSKC] was employed (N=557). Descriptive statistics, Pearson's correlation and hierarchical regression were used along with SPSS 25.0(IBM Co., Armonk, NY, USA). The results were as follows. First, the executive function difficulties in the third-grade showed a significant positive correlation with media device use. While also, showing a negative correlation with a child's communication ability. Media devices use and communication ability has a significant negative correlation. Second, a child's communication ability has a moderating effect in relation to the use of media devices and executive function difficulties. The difficulty of executive function showed a reciprocal increase to a child's use of media devices and indicated a discriminatory effect of a child's communication ability. In conclusion, this study shows that communication ability is important as a personal factor for children who control the negative effects of media devices. Therefore, it is necessary to provide and support an environment for the development of a child's communication ability.

고정관념이 세대 간 커뮤니케이션에 미치는 영향: 외집단불안 및 커뮤니케이션 능력을 중심으로 (The Influence of Age Stereotype on Intergenerational Communication: Focusing on Intergroup Anxiety and Communication Competence)

  • 이 연구는 대학생들을 대상으로 기성세대와의 세대 간 커뮤니케이션에 영향을 미치는 요인을 조사한 연구이다. 선행연구를 통해 세대 간 커뮤니케이션에 중요한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타난 변수인 '고정관념'이 세대간 커뮤니케이션 만족도에 미치는 효과를 통계적으로 검증하고, 외집단불안의 매개효과와 커뮤니케이션 능력의 조절효과를 살펴보았다. 분석결과 외집단 불안은 고정관념이 커뮤니케이션 만족도에 미치는 영향을 매개하는 것으로 나타났으며, 이 경로는 성별과 커뮤니케이션 능력에 따라 다르게 나타났다. 남학생 집단과 커뮤니케이션 능력이 높은 집단의 경우에는 고정관념이 외집단 불안에 영향을 주었으나 외집단 불안이 직접적으로 세대 간 커뮤니케이션 만족도에 영향을 미치지 않은 반면, 여학생 집단과 커뮤니케이션 능력이 낮은 집단의 경우 외집단 불안이 세대 간 커뮤니케이션 만족도에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 선행연구 결과와 달리 능력과 관련된 고정관념보다는 인품과 관련된 고정관념이 세대 간 커뮤니케이션에 더 긍정적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.

철도 통신 시스템에서의 도플러 보상기법의 성능 (Performance of Doppler Compensation Technique for Railway Communication System)

  • 한국형 고속철도인 KTX가 2004년 개통된 이후, 우리나라에서도 철도의 이용도가 급증했다. 개선되는 철도 기술과 함께, 예전에 비해 열차의 속도 또한 빠르게 발전하였다. 그러나 이러한 열차속도의 발전은 철도 통신에 있어서 열차 속도 증가로 인한 도플러 효과와 이에 대한 보상이라는 새로운 이슈를 제기하였다. 이러한 도플러 효과는 통신하는 대상의 속도에 따라 주파수 변이를 일으키며, 이는 신호의 왜곡으로 이어져, 통신성능에 좋지 않은 영향을 미칠 수 있다. 따라서, 이러한 도플러 효과에 대한 문제는 철도 무선 통신에 있어서, 반드시 해결해야 할 문제이다. 본 논문에서는 앞으로 발생할 고속의 철도 통신에서 발생하는 도플러 효과와 발생하는 도플러 효과에 대한 보상기법 및 이에 대한 모의실험 결과를 소개하고자 한다.
