This study analyzes the effect of leadership styles (transformational leadership, transactional leadership, and servant leadership) of CEOs at small and medium-sized enterprises on the organizational effectiveness of the employees (organizational commitment and organizational citizenship behavior). A survey was conducted on 573 employees of domestic small and medium-sized enterprises in the electric, electronic, and IT industries, and the data was used to perform statistical analysis. As the result, charisma of transformational leadership, individual consideration, emotional healing of servant leadership, wisdom, and stewardship were shown to have positive effect on the organizational commitment. Furthermore, charisma of transformational leadership, exceptional management of transactional leadership, wisdom of servant leadership, and stewardship were shown to have positive effect on organizational citizenship behavior.

The differentiators of this study are as follows. I would like to consider the factors that the compensation, considering the characteristics of the members of the ICT construction company, affects the turnover and suggest ways to promote the welfare of ICT construction company members in the fourth industrial revolution. The purpose of this study is to look at how perceived compensation affects the degree of turnover by members of small ICT construction companies through organizational Commitment and job placement. Specifically, the independent variable looks at the causal relationship between organizational civic behavior and organizational trust through Turnover intention. First, in the fourth industrial revolution, the management of the tasks of members of ICT construction companies was found to have a positive impact on their organizational immersion and job alignment. Second, in the fourth industrial revolution, the management of wages by members of ICT construction companies was found to have a positive impact on organizational immersion and job alignment. Third, in the fourth industrial revolution, the promotion management of members of ICT construction companies did not have a positive impact on their organizational immersion and job alignment Fourth, in the fourth industrial revolution, the concentration of members of ICT construction companies' organization is found to have a positive influence on turnover. Fifth, in the fourth industrial revolution, the job alignment of members of ICT construction companies was found to have a positive impact on turnover.
This study examined the determinants of distributor stress and organizational effectiveness in a global distribution industry. This study suggested distributors' role factors and mindfulness as the key determinants of their stress and organizational effectiveness. Employees' role factors were classified into three factors: role ambiguity, role conflict, and role overload. Organizational effectiveness was classified into three factors: job satisfaction, organizational commitment, and turnover intention. Data were collected from 202 distributors in a global distribution industry. Results indicated that role conflict and role overload were significantly, positively related to distributors' stress, and that role ambiguity and mindfulness were negatively related to their stress. Results also indicated that role ambiguity was negatively related to job satisfaction and organizational commitment, and that role conflict and role overload were positively related to turnover intention. Finally, role overload was positively related to job satisfaction and organizational commitment and mindfulness was positively related to job satisfaction.
This study analyzed affecting factors of employees working at dental hospitals to the organizational commitment and service quality, and then tried to utilize it as a basic data in executing personnel training policies for dental hospital's practitioners. The survey was conducted from July 1st to July 30th, 2010, and used 193 copies for this research analysis. As a hypothetical verification result through regression analysis, means and capabilities among empowerment factors influenced significant positive (+) effects, and self-determination and influences did not make significant effects. Also, organization commitment was displayed as influencing significant positive (+) effects to the service quality. When considering this research's results as a basement, an alternative for the managerial innovation shall be established for promoting mutual developments of individuals and organization in midst of promptly changing economic environments. That is, a personal training system has to be set up in which more decision-making rights on given assignments of dental hospital's employments are endowed, and then responsibilities are directed to be charged so much by introducing the empowerment concept instead of the managerial technique centering on controls.
In the recent years, coaching leadership has been in the spotlight as being an essential human resources management strategy for improving organizational effectiveness in addition to strengthening the capacity of organizational members. Therefore, this study empirical analyses the effect of sales coaching on motivation and organizational effectiveness and the moderating effect of achievement needs. As a result, First, sales manager coaching appeared to have positive effect on the motivation and organizational effectiveness (job satisfaction, organizational commitment, job performance). Second, motivation appeared to have positive effect on organizational effectiveness. Third, achievement need appeared to have moderating effect in the relationship between sales manager coaching and organizational commitment. According to the study results, sales managers' coaching has positive effects on improving salespeople's performance as well as their levels of motivation, job satisfaction, and organizational commitment. In addition, this study proves that depending on the level of salespeople's need for achievement, the purpose and approach of coaching styles must be different to maximize the positive effects. This empirical study contributes to the theoretical as well as practical improvements of leadership coaching by verifying the conditional attributes for implementing effective sales managers' coaching for improving organizational effectiveness.
At present, the importance of organizational effectiveness is highlighted even more as business environment enters into a new type of work setting, the smartwork environment. This new type of work environment could be significantly influential in promoting organizational effectiveness of office administrators who carry out atypical types of tasks in general and are exposed to emotional labor excessively. Organizational effectiveness of office administrators could also be controlled by their concerns at work, their personal values and the increasing demand for work-life balance. The main purpose of this research is to investigate how smartwork environment perceived by office administrators is related with organizational effectiveness. In addition, this research places the focus on how concerns and work-life balance moderate the relationship between smartwork environment and organizational effectiveness. The survey was conducted among 102 office administrators, and data were analyzed by moderated multiple regression analysis method. Job autonomy of smartwork environment showed positive effect on job satisfaction, organizational commitment, and innovative behavior. IT dependence of smartwork environment showed negative effect on job satisfaction and organizational commitment and positive effect innovative behavior. It was found that concerns with impact positively moderate the effects of job autonomy on job satisfaction and innovative behavior; concerns with self negatively moderate the effects of job autonomy on organizational commitment and innovative behavior. Also, it was found that work-life balance moderates the effects of job autonomy on organizational commitment and the effects of IT dependence on innovative behavior. The result of this research can be taken into consideration when a strategic human resource development plan is prepared for office administrators in smartwork environment.

Representative domestic start-up support organizations include the Business Incubator(BI), Korea Institute of Startup & Entrepreneurship Development(KISED), Techno Park(TP), and Center of Creative Economy Innovation(CCEI), and there are about 260 Business incubator nationwide. The Business incubator is operated by universities, research institutes, and private foundations or associations. The organization consists of the center director and the incubating professionals (hereinafter referred to as "manager"), etc., and performs tasks such as center operation management and incubation support services for tenant companies. Until now, research on the operation of Business Incubator has been mainly focused on the performance of tenant companies. Studies on whether the manager's competency characteristics directly or indirectly affect the performance of the tenant companies through psychological mediators such as self-efficacy and organizational commitment were very scarce. The purpose of this study is to explore various factors influencing organizational commitment and job performance by the competence characteristics of Business incubator managers, and to explain the causal relationship among those factors. In particular, the difference in perception was investigated by a manager's survey that influences organizational commitment and work performance at the Business incubator. Through this, we intend to present practical implications for the role of managers in the operation of Business incubators. This study is an exploratory study, and the subject of the study was a survey of about 600 managers working at Business incubator nationwide, of which 116 responses were analyzed. Data analysis included descriptive statistics, exploratory factor analysis, and reliability. Structural equation model analysis was performed for hypothesis tests. As a result of the analysis, it was found that the cognitive characteristics of the Business incubator manager, communication, and situational response as the behavioral characteristics had a positive effect on the manager's self-efficacy, and the behavioral characteristics had a greater effect on the self-efficacy. It was also found that the manager's cognitive and behavioral characteristics, and self-efficacy had a positive effect on organizational commitment and work performance. In particular, a manager's self-efficacy has a positive effect on organizational commitment and work performance. This result showed that the manager's competency characteristics increase the manager's self-efficacy as a mediating factor rather than directly affecting organizational commitment and work performance. This study explains that the manager's competency characteristics are transferred to organizational commitment and work performance. The results of the study are expected to reflect the job standard of the National Competency Standards (NCS) and basic vocational competency to the job competency of managers, and it also provides a guideline for the effective business incubator operation in terms of human resource management. In practice, it is expected that the results of the study can reflect the vocational basic skills of the Business Incubator manager's job competency in the National Competency Standards(NCS) section, and suggest directions for the operation of the Business Incubator and the manager's education and training.

This study was conducted to investigate haw coaching leadership affects organizational members' career planning and attitudes; organizational commitment, job satisfaction and turnover intention. For this purpose, this study used as its subjects at the major companies and subsidiary companies in Korea. The independent variable coaching leadership composed of the 5 factors; guidance, facilitation, inspiration, listening and questioning. The result of the study, coaching leadership was shown to have a significant effect on career planning, organizational commitment, job satisfaction and turnover intention. The case of coaching leadership is being more, the level of career planning, organizational commitment and job satisfaction are increased and the level of turnover intention are decreased. The findings of this study are particularly important because they contribute the evidence that support the effects of coaching leadership development program in the company.

Prior research has shown empirically that social capital is as a critical factor determining organizational effectiveness. The purpose of this study is to examine the relationship between the social capital, social workers' job satisfaction and organizational commitment in the social welfare organization. For the research, social capital was consisted of trust, norms and network. The results of this study were summarized as follows: Mean analyses showed that social workers perceived the level of social capital had a higher than medium. By using a structural equations modeling(SEM), trust and norms had a positive effect on the social workers' jon satisfaction and organizational commitment. This study finally discusses theoretical implications for future study and practical implications for social capital strategies on the results.
This study aimed to identify the influence of a nutrition teacher's servant leadership on cooks' empowerment and organizational commitment in school organization. For this purpose, this study selected 288 cooks working in elementary, middle and high schools located in Daegu city, and conducted a survey toward them. The collected data were analyzed with the frequency analysis, the reliability verification, the correlation test, and the multi-regression analysis. As the results testing the hypotheses, the following 3 hypotheses were chosen as valid ones. First hypothesis: A nutrition teacher's servant leadership will positively(+) influence on cooks' empowerment. Second hypothesis: A nutrition teacher's servant leadership will positively(+) influence on cooks' organizational commitment. Third hypothesis: A cook's servant empowerment will positively(+) influence on his/her organizational commitment. Therefore, nutrition teachers should exercise their servant leadership so that cooks can be responsible for the quality of school meals and perform their work on the basis of autonomy and creativity. In order to perform the role of a servant leader, nutrition teachers will need to continually get various educational, training programs for enhancing their servant leadership.
