  • A group key exchange protocol is a cryptographic primitive that describes how a group of parties communicating over a public network can come up with a common secret key. Due to its significance both in network security and cryptography, the design of secure and efficient group key exchange protocols has attracted many researchers' attention over the years. However, despite all the efforts undertaken, there seems to have been no previous systematic look at the growing problem of key exchange over combined wired and wireless networks which consist of both stationary computers with sufficient computational capabilities and mobile devices with relatively restricted computing resources. In this paper, we present the first group key exchange protocol that is specifically designed to be well suited for this rapidly expanding network environment. Our construction meets simplicity, efficiency, and strong notions of security.

  • Group key agreement protocols are designed to allow a group of parties communicating over a public network to securely establish a common secret key. Over the years, a number of solutions to this problem have been proposed with varying degrees of complexity. However, there seems to have been no previous systematic look at the growing problem of key agreement over combined wired/wireless networks, consisting of both high-performance computing machines and low-power mobile devices. In this paper we present an efficient group key agreement scheme well suited for this networking environment. Our scheme meets efficiency, scalability, and all the desired security requirements.

  • With the advancement of the mobile device and arrival of the integrated wired/wireless environments, the damand for services accessible by mobile devices is rapidly increasing. However, unlike existing wired networks, communication in wireless networks has many weaknesses. Therefore, research and development into an appropriate security technology has reached a critical stage, as combined wired/wireless environments emerge. Therefor, in this paper, we propose that device authentication technology in AAA (Authentication, Authorization, Accounting) mechanism of Mobile environment for secure service offer.

  • In recent years the popularity of multi-hop wireless networks has been growing. Its flexible topology and abundant routing path enables many types of applications. However, the lack of a centralized controller often makes it difficult to design a reliable service in multi-hop wireless networks. While packet routing has been the center of attention for decades, recent research focuses on data discovery such as file sharing in multi-hop wireless networks. Although there are many peer-to-peer lookup (P2P-lookup) schemes for wired networks, they have inherent limitations for multi-hop wireless networks. First, a wired P2P-lookup builds a search structure on the overlay network and disregards the underlying topology. Second, the performance guarantee often relies on specific topology models such as random graphs, which do not apply to multi-hop wireless networks. Past studies on wireless P2P-lookup either combined existing solutions with known routing algorithms or proposed tree-based routing, which is prone to traffic congestion. In this paper, we present two wireless P2P-lookup schemes that strictly build a topology-dependent structure. We first propose the Ring Interval Graph Search (RIGS) that constructs a DHT only through direct connections between the nodes. We then propose the ValleyWalk, a loosely-structured scheme that requires simple local hints for query routing. Packet-level simulations showed that RIGS can find the target with near-shortest search length and ValleyWalk can find the target with near-shortest search length when there is at least 5% object replication. We also provide an analytic bound on the search length of ValleyWalk.

  • Fast transmission speeds and various wired network services have been combined with the convenience and mobility of wireless services. The combination of wired/wireless technologies is spreading rapidly since it enables the creation of new services and provides new features to both users and service providers. In such wired/wireless integrated services, network integration is very important because such systems are integrated by a linkage between heterogeneous networks and they involve an integration of transmission technologies across networks. In this situation, existing security and communication technologies are unsuitable since the network are integrated with heterogeneous networks. The network may also have several security flaws. In existing homogeneous networks, user authentication and key management between heterogeneous networks are required for these new technologies. The establishment of security technologies for heterogeneous devices is a very important task between homogeneous networks. In this paper, we propose a secure and efficient key management system for a heterogeneous network environment. Our system provides secure communications between heterogeneous network devices.

  • The MANET that can make autonomous distributed Network with Routing function has many differences than past wireless communication. For upcoming ALL-IP environment, MANET device should be connected with wired Internet Network and MANET is required to have a gateway to bridge two different networks to share information from any place. In this paper, Using the GMAHN Algorithm proposed Proactive, Reactive, Hybrid method that provides Inteface between Wired Internet network and MANET, we learned each method's the advantage and disadvantage through the various network environments. And also, we presented the optimization method of Hybrid combined Proactive with Reactive.

  • While the current world wide network offers an incredibly rich base of information, it causes network management problem because users should have many independent IDs and passwords for accessing different sewers located in many places. In order to solve this problem users have employed single circle of trust(COT) ID management system, but it is still not sufficient for clearing the problem because the coming ubiquitous network computing environment will be integrated and complex networks combined with wired and wireless network devices. The purpose of this paper is to describe the employment and evaluation of federated ID interoperability method for solving the problem. The use of the proposed model can be a solution for solving network management problem in the age of mobile computing environment as well as wired network computing environment.

  • Future aspects of the has turned into a network centric warfare(NCW). Organically combined wired and wireless networks in a variety of cross-of-the-art combat power factor utilization of information and communication technology is a key element of NCW implementation. At used various information in the NCW must be the confidentiality and integrity excellent then quick situation assessment through reliability the real-time processing, which is the core of winning the war. In this paper, NCW is one of the key technologies of the implementation of 128-bit output stream cipher algorithm is proposed. AES-based stream cipher developed by applying modified OFB mode the confidentiality and integrity as well as hardware implementation to the security and real-time processing is superior.

  • V2X communication is a technology in which a vehicle exchanges information with various entities such as other vehicles, infrastructure, networks, pedestrians, etc. through a wired or wireless network. Recently, V2X communication technology has been steadily developed and recently it has played an important role in autonomous cooperation driving technology combined with autonomous vehicle technology. Autonomous vehicles can utilize the external information received via V2X communication to extend the recognition range of existing sensors and to support more safe and natural autonomous driving. In order to operate these autonomous cooperative vehicles on public roads, the security and reliability of autonomous V2X communication should be verified in advance. In this paper, we present test scenarios and test procedures of secure V2X communication for cooperative automated driving and present verification results.

  • We are looking at the two different kinds of IT on this paper. One is VoIP and the other is VR (voice recognition). We are more interesting at the evolving techniques and services produced by combining the two techniques mentioned above. Recently, there are so many services and products appeared in the market using voice recognition technique. Now the technique has progressed on the level that can even replace the user interfaces using the QUI or general DTMF. Therefore, we are expecting so many various new services showed UP In the market which is combination of the VoIP and VR. Up until now, three models are available in the field which are wired telephone, wireless telephone, and wireless internet. We know the effectiveness of the VoIP is maximized more when this technique is combined with others rather than used alone without other techniques.
