This study proposes severity analysis for pedestrian accidents by improving variables which were used for general severity analysis. The existing variables were collected based on the interviews with policeman or witnesses and evidence of accidents. Therefore, existing variables were subjective and had several measurement errors. In order to improve such problems, this study collected variables from vehicle recorder of taxi which recorded the moment of accidents. As a result, explanatory power of independent variables was enhanced and the complete objective variables could be collected. After collecting variables, ordered probit model was developed by utilizing vehicle recorder database. Fitness of ordered probit model was 0.23. Vehicle speed and pedestrian's eye direction variables were the most critical factors for severity of pedestrian accident. In addition, severity analysis for vulnerable pedestrian was carried out. As a result, it was revealed that vehicle speed, pedestrian's eye direction and safety zone variables affected the severity of pedestrian accidents most. Particularly, vehicle speed variable is the most important factor. Consequently, driver's defensive driving and compliance to the regulations are the priority to reduce severity of pedestrian accidents and prevent pedestrian accident.

By this time the main tendency of studying traditional residential building was to find out and analyze the regional and spacial peculiarity. But that kind of study has been set limits in terms of including each building into one category and being researched by the viewpoint of an observers rather than a resident. Due to this kind of problem, the outcome of that study didn't obtain good results. This study, which has synthetically not been investigated until now, have put a little more deep interpretation on traditional residential building, by surveying Andong Kwon family's Yuhoedang-Chongga located 299 Musudong Daejon. The purpose of this study is to investigate the characteristic of construction in the architecture of Yuhoedang-Chongga of the Andong Kwon family, and to develop the viewpoint and analytic process of traditional construction. As the first step to study it efficiently, basic architectural investigation on Yuhoedang-Chongga has been carried out with an actual evidence, and the new viewpoint of traditional residential building has been developed by this survey such as collecting, arranging, analyzing and examining this positive proof. For example, from the house-picture book handed down from that family, the condition of then established was compared with the present state of it. And then this article examines the arrangement, floor-plan types, interior, structures and condition of location. The transition-history of this house was searched into, and the development process of this was examined. The related documents was synthetically analyzed, so the characteristics of this construction was grasped.

The purpose of this study is to suggest improvement of certification standards of environment friendly architecture in ecological environment field by surveying and analyzing actual status of actual certification schools of environment friendly architecture per ecological environment elements through extracting ecological environment elements which is possible to analyze in quantity certification standards of environment friendly architecture. As contents of the study, first, certification as an examination on certification system of environment friendly architecture, summary of certification system of environment friendly architecture, ecological environment elements which is possible for quantitative analysis of ecological environment certification standards were extracted. Second, actual status of ecological environment elements per school grade, region, and population increase by collecting actual data of certification schools of environment friendly architecture. Third, using analysis data of ecological environment elements, ecological area ratio of certification schools of environment friendly architecture per weighted values of space types was calculated and the results were analyzed as the follows. (1) In case of preliminary certification out of total objects of investigation schools was average 34.06% but in this case of certification, it was reduced to 33.07%. However, it is difficult to make judgment as actual evidence data since ecological area ratio of actual preliminary certification is data based on drawing planes. Therefore, in case of this certification, elementary schools was investigated at average 33.11%, middle schools 34.81%, and high schools 31.28% and middle school showed the highest relatively. (2) Besides, average composition ratio of ecological area ratio was 63.04% in case of this certification regardless of school grade and region and it was analyzed that about 70% of ecological area ratio is composed of the natural based green area including pure natural based green land and 6.89% of ecological learning institute.

This study was conducted with the purpose of exploring the dilemma and improvement strategies for the integrated management of extracurricular education programs at Duksung Women's University. The research method was finally composed of a procedure with a meeting of experts based on the procedure of collecting and analyzing the previous research literature. As for the contents of the study, the dilemma of the integrated management of the extracurricular education program at Duksung Women's University was presented first. Examples of dilemmas include difficulties in organizing and operating programs from the perspective of a roadmap customized for each grade level, difficulties in establishing a foundation for balanced mapping of core competencies and cultivating programs, difficulties in managing the performance of regular program monitoring and feedback improvement, and activating the linkage system between subjects and extracurricular education programs difficulties and difficulties in establishing a support system for the operation of the extracurricular education integrated management system were reflected. In addition, a strategy to complement and improve this dilemma was presented in a linkage. As a result of the study, the integrated management dilemma of Duksung Women's University's extracurricular education programs needs to be resolved in the long term through formal infrastructure such as external expert advice and expert exchange, and the development and use of related manuals should be considered aspects were analyzed. In addition, the content of this study was analyzed not only in the educational case of Duksung Women's University, but also in that it deals with cases that can be usefully referenced in most universities that develop and operate extracurricular education programs. Finally, this study presents an evidence-based practices that can be referenced in promoting the integrated management of extracurricular education programs in university sites, and the position and identity of extracurricular education throughout the university curriculum. It is judged that the significance and expected effect of the study can be obtained in that it provides an opportunity to improve from the management point of view.
It is critical to examine changes in teachers' beliefs on how to teach and learn mathematics through teacher education programs. This study aims to develop an instrument measuring elementary pre-service teachers' beliefs on student- and teacher-centered instruction. After developing questionnaires with mathematics education experts, the structural validity of the instrument was evaluated by collecting and analyzing data from 166 pre-service teachers. Parallel analysis and exploratory factor analysis were applied sequentially to collect validity and reliability evidence. The results showed that this instrument can be used to examine changes in pre-service teachers' two different types of belief: student- and teacher-centered instruction. We also suggested how to interpret scores appropriately.

Thanks to the informatization of society, complex and high-tech devices are being introduced in all areas of human life, and the latest technologies are being actively improved in the modern, globalizing world. The article deals with the issues of using information and communication technologies in legal activities. It also covers the main types of such activities: law-making, law enforcement, and interpretive activity. Since there is an increase in the flow and accumulation of legal information, it is practically impossible to use traditional methods of working with legal information. The article considers and analyzes the role of information and communication technologies in modern legal activity. It is necessary to reveal the principles, concepts, conditions, and factors of their development and develop theoretical and practical recommendations for the use of such technologies in order to solve legal tasks. The authors of the article raise the issues of increasing the efficiency of legal activity, as well as the integration of information technologies into practical legal activity and their use for collecting, storing, searching, and issuing legal and reference information. Much attention is paid to the specific use of automated data banks and information retrieval systems in legal practice that ensure the accumulation, systematization, and effective search for legally important information. The development of such technologies leads to the creation of comfortable conditions for a lawyer in the course of their professional activity. Currently, legal activity cannot exist without telecommunication technologies, legal reference systems, and electronic programs. The authors believe that due to the use of the latest information technologies, the time for making legal decisions has significantly accelerated, the process of searching and systematizing evidence has been worked out, and it has become possible to quickly and efficiently find information on adopted laws and legal acts.
With the widespread use of digital devices, anonymous communication technologies such as the dark web and deep web are becoming increasingly popular for criminal activity. Because these technologies leave little local data on the device, they are difficult to track using conventional crime investigation techniques. The United States and the United Kingdom have enacted laws and developed systems to address this issue, but South Korea has not yet taken any significant steps. This paper proposes a new blockchain-based crime investigation method that uses physical memory data analysis to track the behavior of anonymous network users. The proposed method minimizes infringement of basic rights by only collecting physical memory data from the device of the suspected user and storing the tracking information on a blockchain, which is tamper-proof and transparent. The paper evaluates the effectiveness of the proposed method using a simulation environment and finds that it can track the behavior of dark website users with a residual rate of 77.2%.
Nitric oxide (NO) is an important regulator of renal blood flow, glomerular hemodynamics, and tubule transport processes in the kidney. There is also evidence that NO is involved in cell cycle regulation and mitotic division. During development the nNOS expression pattern differs from that observed in adult animals. However, little is known about temporal and spatial patterns of nNOS expression in the developing kidney. The purpose of this study was to establish the time of expression and the distribution of nNOS in the developing rat kidney. Kidneys from 14-, 16-, 17-, 18-, and 20-day-old fetuses, 1-, 4-, 7-, 14-, and 21-day-old pups, and adult animals were preserved and processed for immunohistochemistry. In the adult kidney, nNOS was detected in the parietal epithelium of Bowman s capsule, macula densa, descending thin limb and inner medullary collecting duct. nNOS immunoreactivity appeared first in the distal tubule anlage at 15 days of gestation, and in all epithelial cells of developing thick ascending limbs (TAL) as well as macula densa of 17- and 18-day-old fetuses. From 20 days of gestation to 14 days after birth, nNOS was expressed in the newly formed cortical TAL, which are located in the medullary ray, whereas in mature TAL of juxtamedullary nephrons, nNOS immunolabeling gradually decreased in intensity and became restricted to the macula densa. In inner medullary collecting ducts, nNOS immunoreactivity appeared first at 7 days after birth in the papillary tip and gradually ascended to the border between outer and inner medulla. In the descending thin limb and parietal epithelium of Bowman's capsule, weak nNOS immunoreactivity was observed at 14 days after birth and labeling gradually increased to adult levels at 21 days after birth. These results suggest that differential expression of nNOS in the developing kidney is an important physiological regulator of renal function during kidney maturation.
The long-term repair program is significant as the execution standard for apartment in repair construction, and provides the basis for effective facility management through appropriation reserve and preventive maintenance. Considering its importance, the government legislates the items, cycle, and ratio for long-term repair. However, the frequent changes, controversies on repair, and difficulties in using appropriation reserve are caused as the items have not been revised on time reflecting up-to-date construction technologies. In order to resolve these problems, it is required to improve the standard by evaluating the appropriateness of repair items throughout the analysis of actual conditions. This study aims to suggest the revision plan for the criteria with the major items based on the status identified by the actual long-term repair programs and historical repair construction data. To do this, the adoption ratios of items to program are reviewed by collecting the real cases of the long-term repair programs. Developing improvement plan was approached in two ways such as "exclusion method" deleting minimum unnecessary items and "selection method" sorting out items with high adoption ratio and evidence of repair in a positive manner. Aa a result, the major items were identified as 118 items and 73 items by exclusion method and selection method respectively from the current 147 items. The outcomes of this study are expected to contribute enhancing the practicality of the standard in that the regulation for long-term repair program should periodically reflect the status of currently applied construction methods and materials.
Cognitive Radio (CR) ad hoc network is highly considered as one of promising future ad hoc networks, which enables opportunistic access to under-utilized licensed spectrum. Similarly to other CR networks, the spectrum sensing is a prerequisite in CR ad hoc network. Collaborative spectrum sensing can help increasing sensing performance. For such an infrastructureless network, however the coordination for the sensing collaboration is really complicated due to the lack of a central controller. In this paper, we propose a novel collaborative spectrum sensing scheme in which the final decision is made by the node with the highest data reliability based on a sequential Dempster Shafer theory. The collaboration of sensing data is also executed by the proposed contention-aware reporting mechanism which utilizes the sensing data reliability order for broadcasting spectrum sensing result. The proposed method reduces the collecting time and the overhead of the control channel due to the efficiency of the ordered sequential combination while keeping the same sensing performance in comparison with the conventional cooperative centralized spectrum sensing scheme.
