동료신뢰성, 조직신뢰, 조직시민행동 간의 구조적 관계 (An Empirical Study on the Structural Relationships among Colleague trustworthiness, Organizational trust and Organizational citizenship behaviors)

  • 본 연구는 2개 대학교 교직원 134명을 대상으로 동료신뢰성을 다차원적 구성개념으로 측정하여, 조직신뢰, 조직시민행동 간의 구조적 관계를 실증적으로 분석한 것이다. 실증연구를 통하여 드러난 분석 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 동료신뢰성의 구성요인들은 조직시민행동에 통계적으로 유의미한 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 밝혀졌다. 둘째, 동료신뢰성의 구성개념 중 성실성 요인만이 조직신뢰에 영향을 미치는 것으로 밝혀졌다. 상기의 분석결과는 대학과 같이 자율성을 중시하고 개인적 역량을 강조하는 조직일수록 그 구성원들이 능력과 배려가 아니라 성실성을 동료신뢰성의 매우 중요한 덕목으로 인식하고 있다는 점을 시사하는 것이라 풀이할 수 있다. 셋째, 조직신뢰는 동료신뢰성과 조직시민행동 간의 관계에 있어 매개효과를 지니고 있다는 사실이 확인되었다. 이와 같은 조직신뢰의 매개효과는 국내외 선행연구(서대교, 2009; 최재욱, 2013; Colquitt, Scott, LePine, 2007)에서 검증된 연구결과와 유사하다. 이러한 사실은 조직신뢰를 형성하고 조직신뢰 수준을 제고하는 것이 조직관리의 성과를 높이는 효과적 방안 중의 하나라는 점을 시사한다.

Nurses' Colleague Solidarity and Job Performance: Mediating Effect of Positive Emotion and Turnover Intention

  • Background: Job performance is known as an essential reflection of nursing quality. Colleague solidarity, positive emotion, and turnover intention play effective roles in a clinical working environment, but their impacts on job performance are unclear. Investigating the association between nurses' colleague solidarity and job performance may be valuable, both directly and through the mediating roles of positive emotion and turnover intention. Methods: In this cross-sectional study, a total of 324 Chinese nurses were recruited by convenience sampling method from July 2016 to January 2017. Descriptive analysis, Spearman's correlation analysis, and the structural equation model were applied for analysis by SPSS 26.0 and AMOS 24.0. Results: A total of 49.69% of participants were under 30 years old, and 90.12% of participants were female. Colleague solidarity and positive emotion were positively connected with job performance. The results indicated the mediating effects of positive emotion and turnover intention in this relationship, respectively, as well as the chain mediating effect of positive emotion and turnover intention. Conclusions: In conclusion, dynamic and multiple supportive strategies are needed for nurse managers to ameliorate nursing job performance by improving colleague solidarity and positive emotion and decreasing turnover intention based on the job demand-resource model.

동료 교사의 사회적 지지와 교사-유아 상호작용 관계에서 교사 자아탄력성의 매개효과 (The Mediating Effect of Teacher Ego-resilience in the Relationship Between Colleague Teachers' Social Support and Teacher-child Interaction)

  • Objective: The purpose of this study is to analyze the mediating effect of teacher's ego resilience in the relationship between the social support of colleague teachers and teacher-child interaction. Methods: A survey was conducted on 181 teachers working at early childhood education institutions located in Gyeonggi and Chungbuk regions. The structural equation model was verified with the Mplus 6.0 program. Results: First, the social support of colleague teachers directly affects teacher's ego-resilience and teacher-child interaction, and teachers ego-resilience has a significant effect on teacher-child interaction. Second, the teachers ego-resilience was found to be partially mediated in the relationship between the social support of fellow teachers and teacher-child interaction. With bootstrapping, the mediating effect of teachers ego-resilience was found to be statistically significant between the social support of colleague teachers and teacher-child interaction. Conclusion/Implications: Social support of fellow teachers plays an important role in the positive expression of teacher-child interaction, and the quality of relationships with children can be further enhanced by promoting teachers ego-resilience that mediates the two variables.

수학적 의사소통으로서의 쓰기활동이 고등학교 학생들의 수학 학습에 미치는 효과 (The Effect of Writing Activity as Mathematical Communication on the High School Students' Mathematics Learning)

  • In this paper, we study the effect of writing activity as mathematical communication on the students's mathematics achievement, learning attitude, and mathematical tendency. For this purpose, we construct a experimental class and then analyze the students' change in those aspects after applying three-divided-note writing activity and colleague feedback on their works those students are in the experimental class. As a result of the experiment, we find that three-divided-note writing activity and colleague feedback made some significant changes on the students achievement in mathematics, learning attitude, but does not affect on mathematical tendency. We also offer some suggestions for further research. Firstly, the mathematical communication ability must be stressed in mathematics education. For this purpose, we need to develop the teaching and the evaluation method to use not only writing but also reading, speaking, and listening skills so that many teachers can apply this method easily to their classes. Second, we need to fix some realistic problems such as fair evaluation , the numbers of students per class, the numbers of lesson, and too much extra-work, and so on. Thirdly, we suggest to explore some methods for extending three- divided-note writing activity to evaluate mathematical essay and to study educational effects of colleague feedback on mathematics performance assessment.

간호학생의 윤리적 가치관 (The Ethical Values of Nursing Students)

  • The purpose of this study was to identify whether ethical values of nursing students are deontological or utilitarinian. The subjects of this study were consisted of 163 nursing students. The data was collected from September 3 to 30, 1997. Sub-scale of Nursing Ethical Values(Lee, 1990) were used to measure human life area, nurse-patient relationship area, nurse-nursing task relationship area, nurse-colleague relationship area. Data were analyzed by SPSS for Windows program. The results of this study were summarized as follows: 1. The students took the position of utilitarian slightly in human life area. 2. The students took deontological position slightly in nurse-patient relationships area. 3. The students took deontological position slightly in nurse-nursing task relationships area. 4. The students took deontological position greatly in nurse-colleague relationships area. 5. There were significant relationship between nurse-colleague relationship area and both human life area and nurse-patient relationship area(p< .01). 6. The ethical values of human life area related to religion(p< .01) and attitude of nursing(p< .05). The ethical values of nurse-colleague relationships area related to attitude of nursing(p< .01).

특급호텔 조리직 종사원의 갈등이 이직에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of the Conflict of Kitchen Employees in Deluxe Hotel on Turnover)

  • This study aims at inquiring into the effect of kitchen employees' conflict factors in deluxe hotels on turnover to present a improvement plan. For this, it made a survey of 292 kitchen employees in deluxe hotels from December 1 to 10, 2006. The results were as follows: First, it showed that the service welfare conflict had a positive effect on the compensational turnover, and high compensational turnover was caused by high conflict of welfare or benefits. Second, it showed that the cooking job conflict had a positive effect on the developmental turnover. Third, it showed that the colleague relationship conflict had a positive effect on the developmental turnover. Consequently, each factor of compensational and developmental turnover had significantly positive correlation to the cooking job conflict, service welfare conflict and colleague relationship conflict. Considering the above results, the employees' turnover produced results that are contrary to negative and positive effects traditionally discussed various effects or results on organization.

  • The purpose of this study is to investigate the relationship between organizational culture(constructive and defensive culture) and emotional labor along with the social supports (supervisor support, colleague support). Using data obtained from a survey of 419 flight attendants of a major airline company in south Korea. The results are as follows: Organizational culture had a significant effect on emotional labor. At this point, colleague support mediated the relationship between constructive culture and emotional labor. In addition, supervisor support and colleague support had a mediating role between defensive culture and emotional labor. This result concludes that flight attendants positively accept the essential manuals and safety regulations in the special working condition with a unified team service. Furthermore, the results show that social supports are an important job resource for flight attendants helping them reach their work-related goals.

시뮬레이션 실습이 접목된 문제중심학습에 대한 간호학생의 PBL 학습요소별 인식과 학업성취도 (Learning Element Recognition and Academic Achievement of Nursing Student Receiving PBL with Simulation Education)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to analyze how a nursing student recognizes PBL with simulation education and its relationship to academic achievement. Methods: The study objects were the students in C college who learn through PBL using simulator for 15 weeks(September 2007 to December 2007). Learning element recognition was developed by Cho(2002) and three key evaluations(performance, self-evaluation, and colleague evaluation) were designed by professors. Results: Learning element recognition ranged from 2.37 to 4.83 with the average at 3.94. For Learning element recognition, students who preferred discussion score 4.15. This was statistically more significant than those who do not. Students who preferred presentations show significantly higher score in colleague evaluation. For Learning element recognition and academic achievement, self-evaluation and colleague evaluation showed relationship to PBL learning element. Conclusion: There was definitely a relationship with PBL learning element and academic achievement after learning the PBL with simulation education.

보건소 물리치료사의 직무만족도에 관한 조사연구 (A Study on the Job Satisfaction of Physical Therapist's at Public Health Center)

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate factors affecting physical therapist's job satisfaction at public health center. The data were collected from May 10 to 12, 2002 and 117 valid questionnaires were obtained and analyzed. They were analyzed by the percent, frequency, t-test, one-way ANOVA and Pearson correlation coefficiency. The results of the study were as follows: 1. The average marks by their job satisfaction factors indicated 3.56 for identity guarantee, 3.20 for administration, 2.78 for duty volume, 2.53 for relation with colleague. 2. There was statistically a difference of the education degree in relation with colleague. 3. There were statistically a difference of the age, total career, grade in rank, the number of colleague in identity guarantee. 4. No statistical significance were observed with the factors of incumbent satisfaction, duty volume, flexibility at work, administration.

기술.가정과 '발명 기법과 실제' 단원에서 동료 멘토링 수업이 자아효능감에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of Peer Mentoring on Self-Efficacy in the 'Invention Technique and Practical Experience' Unit of the Technology.Home Economics Education)

  • 이 연구는 '발명 기법과 실제' 단원에서 동료 멘토링 수업이 자아효능감에 미치는 영향을 밝히는 데 그 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 실험 집단과 비교 집단을 선정하여 연구를 실시하였다. 발명 기법과 실제 단원의 5차시에 대한 학습을 실험 집단에게는 동료 멘토링 수업을 진행하였고 비교 집단에는 개별 수업을 적용하였다. 자아효능감에 미치는 영향을 알아보기 위해 자아효능감 검사지를 활용하여 사전 검사와 사후 검사를 실시하였고, 실험 집단과 비교 집단 사이에 의미 있는 차이가 나타날 것인지를 검증하였다. 그 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 자아효능감에 대한 검사 결과는 사전 검사에서 두 집단 사이에 유의미한 차이가 나타나지 않았으나 사후 검사에서는 동료 멘토링 수업을 한 실험 집단이 비교 집단보다 통계적으로도 p<.05 수준에서 유의미한 차이를 보였다. 또 집단 내 사전, 사후검사 결과 비교 집단과 실험 집단 모두 통계적으로 p<.05 수준에서 유의미한 차이를 보여 주었으나 자아효능감이 향상된 정도가 비교 집단에 비해 실험 집단이 더 크다고 볼 수 있다. 둘째, 자아효능감의 하위요소별로 살펴보면 활동시작 능력기대, 활동지속 능력기대, 활동수행 능력기대, 경험극복 능력기대의 모든 요소에서 통계적으로 p<.05 수준에서 유의미한 차이가 나타났다. 따라서 동료 멘토링 수업을 적용한 실험 집단이 개별 수업을 적용한 비교 집단보다 자아효능감의 하위요소에 긍정적인 영향을 준다는 것을 확인할 수 있었다. 이러한 결과로 보아 동료 멘토링 수업이 개별 수업보다 자아효능감에 더 긍정적인 변화를 보여주는 교수 학습 방법임을 알 수 있다. 즉, 동료 멘토링 수업이 자아효능감의 향상에 더 효과적이라는 것이 밝혀졌다.
