감정과 날씨 정보에 따른 의상 추천 시스템 (Clothing-Recommendation system based on emotion and weather information)

  • Nowadays recommendation systems are so ubiquitous, where our many decisions are being done by the means of them. We can see recommendation systems in all areas of our daily life. Therefore the research of this sphere is still so active. So far many research papers were published for clothing recommendations as well. In this paper, we propose the clothing-recommendation system according to user emotion and weather information. We used social media to analyze users' 6 basic emotions according to Paul Eckman theory and match the colour of clothing. Moreover, getting weather information using visualcrossing.com API to predict the kind of clothing. For sentiment analysis, we used Emotion Lexicon that was created by using Mechanical Turk. And matching the emotion and colour was done by applying Hayashi's Quantification Method III.

온·오프라인 지인의 추천메시지가 제품태도와 구매의도에 미치는 영향 (Effect of On/off-line Acquaintance's Recommendation Message on Product Attitude and Purchase Intention)

  • This study identifies the influence of on/off-line acquaintances' recommendation messages on fashion product attitude and purchase intention on the online purchase of fashion products in two-sided word of mouth situations as well as compares the difference in influence according to bond-base with equidistance. This study was conducted for one month on university students in their 20s who were believed to be active in smartphone use. Out of the collected 174 copies of the questionnaire, 162 copies were used for analysis. The questionnaire was classified into online and offline recommendation messages of an acquaintance. We present two-sided fashion product reviews made similar to the type found in an actual shopping mall web-site. As for analysis, confirmatory factory analysis, structural equation modeling, and multi-group analysis were conducted using AMOS 19.0. The analysis results are as follows. First, on/off-line acquaintances' recommendation messages had significant influences on product attitude in the situation where two-sided reviews on fashion products were presented; however, those messages did not influence purchase intention. Recommendation messages positively increased product attitude and enhanced purchase intention if acquaintances' recommendation messages were mediated between on/off-line acquaintances' recommendation messages and purchase intention. Consequently, a mediating effect on product attitude was revealed. Second, there was no difference between online acquaintances and offline acquaintances in terms of the influence of acquaintances' recommendation messages on product attitude and purchase intention, in the situation where two-sided reviews were presented on online fashion products. Therefore, no control effect according to the type of acquaintance was confirmed.

의류 사이즈별 및 피부톤에 기반을 둔 의류 추천 시스템 (Suitable clothing recommendation system by size and skin color)

  • 기존 의류 추천 시스템들은 사용자 자신의 신체 촬영 사진이나 신체 사이즈를 입력한 후, 사용자가 좋아하는 의류의 종류를 선택하면 그에 적합한 사진을 보여주는 수준에 머물러 있다. 이러한 추천 시스템을 이용하여 사용자가 의류를 구매할 경우, 사용자의 신체 사이즈에 맞지 않거나 어울리지 않는 경우가 다수 발생하게 된다. 본 연구에서는 기존 의류 추천 시스템들의 이런 문제점을 해결하기 위하여 사용자가 사이즈 뿐만 아니라 피부톤을 입력받아 사용자의 신체 사이즈 뿐만 아니라 피부톤에 알맞는 의류를 추천하는 시스템을 구현하였다. 본 시스템은 의류 추천을 위해 남성 상의 8가지를 대상으로 웹 크롤링을 통해 얻은 의류의 사이즈 정보를 주기적으로 데이터베이스에 저장하고, 해당 의류 이미지의 전체 픽셀을 분석하여 색감 텍스트 값을 추출하였다. 본 시스템의 성능을 확인하기 위하여 남자 대학생 100명을 대상으로 설문 조사를 실시하였으며, 70% 수준의 만족도를 보였다. 만족하지 않는 대부분의 이유는 추천 대상 의류가 한정되어 있다고 밝혀서 추후 대상 의류의 확대가 필요할 것으로 판단된다.

의류 소비자의 점포 속성 만족도, 재방문 및 추천 의사에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Satisfaction of the Store Attribute, Intention of Revisit and Recommendation on the Clothing Consumer)

  • The aim of the current study was to investigate the impact of store attribute satisfaction on intentions of revisit and recommendation among clothing consumers. The data were collected from 319 consumers through survey and frequency analysis, reliability analysis, factor analysis, and multiple regression analysis were used to obtain results. The findings were as follows: 1. From factor analysis, seven factors were distracted: Fact 1(brand and price), Fact 2(store's facility and environment), Fact 3(product), Fact 4(transportation convenience and access), Fact 5(selling and advertisement), Fact 6(store's atmosphere), and Fact 7(salesman's service). 2. Four factors had statistically significant influence on overall satisfaction of clothing consumers. The most influential factor was Fact 2(store's facility and environment) and Fact 5(selling and advertisement), Fact 1(brand and price), and Fact 4(transportation convenience and access) showed their effects on overall satisfaction in an hierarchical rank-order following Fact 2. 3. Four factors such as Fact 2(store's facility and environment), Fact 1(brand and price), Fact 4(transportation convenience and access) and Fact 5(selling and advertisement) in an hierarchical rank-order from Fact 1 had statistically significant impact on intentions of revisit. 4. Six factors such as Fact 1(brand and price), Fact 2(store's facility and environment), Fact 3(product), Fact 5(selling and advertisement), Fact 6(store's atmosphere), and Fact 7(salesman's service) in an hierarchical rank-order from Fact 1 had statistically significant influence on the intention of recommendation. 5. The results further showed that among seven factors, Fact 1(brand and price), 'Fact 2(store's facility and environment), and Fact 5(selling and advertisement) had impact on both the intention of revisit and the intention of recommendation.

패션 버티컬 플랫폼 개인화 추천시스템의 사용자 경험에 관한 연구 -자기조절초점의 조절효과- (Study on User Experience of Personalized Recommendation Systems of Fashion Vertical Platforms -The Regulation Effect of Self-Regulatory Focus-)

  • This study aims to validate the user experience associated with the personalized recommendation systems of fashion vertical platforms. The investigation focused on women aged 18 to 30 with prior experience using personalized fashion recommendation systems. The collected data were analyzed using SPSS 26.0 and AMOS 26.0, and the outcomes can be summarized as follows. Firstly, the diversity and usefulness of information quality exerted a positive effect on use satisfaction. Secondly, the affirmative impact of the reliability of system quality on user satisfaction was established, although stability was not confirmed. Thirdly, the study identified a favorable connection between ease-of-use of service quality and user satisfaction, while the influence of tangibles was unsubstantiated. Fourthly, the degree of self-reference was found to have a positive effect on user satisfaction. Fifthly, a constructive relationship emerged between user satisfaction and both continuous-use intention and recommendation intention. Lastly, there was a significant difference in the magnitude of the effect of ease-of-use on satisfaction according to self-regulatory focus. The findings of this study hold the potential to enhance the explanatory and predictive power of the field of consumer behavior within the novel shopping landscape of fashion vertical platforms.

인터넷 쇼핑몰 유형별 패션 소비자의 서비스 품질 지각, 구매만족도, 추천의도 및 전환의도에 관한 연구 (The Service Quality Perception, Purchase Satisfaction, Recommendation Intention, and Switching Intention of Fashion Consumers according to the Types of Internet Shopping Malls)

  • This study investigated service quality perception, purchase satisfaction, recommendation intention, and switching intention of fashion consumers according to the types of internet shopping malls. The survey was conducted from February 7 to 21 in 2011, and 294 responses were used in the data analysis. The statistical analysis methods were frequency analysis, factor analysis, reliability analysis, ANOVA, and regression analysis. The result of the service quality perception of internet fashion consumers was classified by site characteristics, reliability, enjoyment, product diversity, responsibility, security, and order convenience. There were significant differences in the site characteristics, reliability, enjoyment, responsibility, and security of service quality perception by the types of internet shopping malls. In addition, the factors of service quality perception that could affect the purchase satisfaction of fashion consumers showed differently according to the types of internet shopping malls. The purchase satisfaction of fashion consumers influenced the recommendation intention in all types of internet shopping malls and the purchase satisfaction influenced the switching intention in fashion specialized internet shopping malls.

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate the online review writing motives of online shopping on repurchase intention and recommendation intention about fashion merchandise. The questionnaire was administered to 279 people who had experience in online shopping. The data were analyzed by utilizing factor analysis, multiple regression analysis and t-test. The results of this study were as follow. First, the online review writing motives were divided into three categories such as benefit pursuit/hedonic shopping value, information transmission and evaluation. Second, the consumer who has experience of writing review prefers to repurchase other products in that online shopping mall and to recommend those products more than the consumer who doesn't have that experience. Third, the benefit pursuit/hedonic and information transmission had an effect on repurchasing intention and recommendation intention.

의류상품의 온라인 대량고객화 제품추천 서비스에 대한 소비자의 감정적, 인지적 반응 (Product Recommendation Service in Online Mass Customization: Consumers' Cognitive and Affective Responses)

  • This study examined the effects of product recommendation services as an atmosphere for online mass customization shopping sites on consumers' cognitive and affective responses. We conducted a between-subject experimental study using a convenience sample of college students. A total of 196 participants provided usable responses for structural equation modeling analysis. The findings of the study support the S-O-R model for a product recommendation system as an element of the shopping environment with an influence on OMC product evaluations and arousal. The results showed that OMC product recommendation service positively affected cognitive and affective responses. The findings of the study suggest that OMC retailers might pay attention to the affective and cognitive responses of consumers through product recommendation services that can enhance product evaluations and OMC usage intentions.

신체정보 기반 사이즈 추천서비스에 대한 소비자 평가가 소비자 반응에 미치는 영향과 정보탐색정도의 조절효과 (The Effect of Consumer Evaluations of Size Recommendation Services Based on Body Information on Consumer Responses and the Moderating Effect of the Level of Information Search)

  • This study was conducted to examine the effects of consumer evaluations on size recommendation services based on body information on consumer responses and the moderating effect of the level of information search. To analyze the research model, a total of 200 data were collected from August 18 to 24, 2022, targeting consumers who had experience with using size recommendation services based on body information. As a result of the research model analysis, it was confirmed that the compatibility, reliability, and convenience of the size recommendation services based on body information influenced attitude, which, in turn, influenced usage intention. In addition, In the case of the group subject to a low level of information search, the path through which compatibility and reliability influenced attitude was significant, but that of convenience was not. In the group featuring a high level of information search, the path through which reliability and convenience influenced attitude was significant, but that of compatibility was not. This study is meaningful in that it expanded research related to size recommendation services to the field of consumer behavior.

개인별 체감 온도를 반영한 개인 소장 의류 추천 시스템 개발 (Development of a Personal Clothing Recommendation System that Reflects Individual Temperature Sensitivity)

  • 일반적으로 사람들은 외출 시 실시간 날씨 및 기온 등을 참고하여 입고 나갈 의류를 선택하게 된다. 그러나 개인이 실시간 날씨 정보, 자신의 체감 온도 정보 등을 활용하여 자신이 소장한 의류 중에서 알맞은 의류를 선택하는 것은 어려운 일이다. 이러한 문제를 도와주기 위해 개발된 기존의 의류 추천 시스템들은 의류 범주가 명확하게 설정되어 있지 않고, 사용자가 소지하고 있지 않은 의류를 추천하는 문제점이 있다. 또한 사용자별 체감 온도를 고려하지 않아 사용자에게 적절하지 못한 의류를 추천하는 경우가 발생한다. 이러한 문제점들을 해결하기 위하여 본 연구에서는 사용자가 소장하고 있는 의류에 대해 의류 범주를 결정하여 등록하고, 사용자별 체감 온도와 실시간 날씨 정보를 함께 고려하여 개인별 맞춤형 의류를 추천하는 시스템을 개발하였다. 날씨 정보의 경우, 단순한 기온, 풍향 등의 기상 정보만이 아니라 온도 민감도를 이용하여 개인별 체감 온도에 따른 의류를 추천하였다. 본 시스템을 평가하기 위해 대학생 65명을 대상으로 만족도 조사를 실시하였다. 그 결과 추천된 의류에 대해 만족한다는 의견이 80%를 차지하여 본 시스템의 만족도는 양호한 것을 확인할 수 있었다. 따라서 본 시스템을 사용할 경우, 개인별 체감 온도를 반영하여 개인이 소장한 의류를 기반으로 추천받게 됨으로써 실생활에서 활용도가 매우 높을 것으로 기대된다.
