This paper is to describe the development of nesting software for the materials cutting plan of footwear manufacturing processes. In shoes cutting process, almost of the materials cutting plan is dependent upon worker's experience. Thus, the pattern nesting by worker's experience for materials cutting is different from the real cutting results and also different from the error size of yield in degree of worker's skill. Recently, a few of domestic shoes' makers make use of oversee's nesting software. But the nesting software unfits for the domestic actual circumstances, and is complex to use, and is expensive, and is not to be interfaced with the auto cutting machine. Therefore, we have developed the economic nesting systems that are easier for novice to use and fit for the domestic circumstances, which can syncronize with the development of the auto cutting machine. The system comprises interrelated modules for materials information, nesting simulation, utility. The architecture of system, the functions of each module, and the information processing procedures of each function are discussed.

The concept of wearable computer says to be able to connect to network freely without restrict of place and time through the garment that contain the wire and circuit. Thereby we can realize the ubiquitous circumstances. Wearable computer plays a role of center in controlling the electronic equipments under the ubiquitous circumstances and also it will become the main stream of the future computer development. The current wearable computer displays ugly appearance by attaching the parts of computer on the garment instead of installing them in the box. However, as size of computer components are minimized and it's speed is getting faster, it is certain that wearable computer will evolve as fashionable computer, still retaining garment's original purpose such as fitting and fasion even though the computer is being installed to the clothing. This study reviewed about components, future market share, developed goods, human-being becoming cyborg, application area, restrict and on-going research of wearable computer.

This paper investigates the circumstances and conditions of Mokpo Port to develop it as an international logistics stronghold and seeks scheme to maximize the local economic ripple effect through construction and activation of Mokpo New Port. Under the circumstances in which neighboring ports vying with each other have built broad spheres of influence, and competition among ports becomes fierce, a priority cargo attraction strategy should be established by using Mokpo's favorable location compared to other ports in order to ensure that a large quantity of goods is transported from Mokpo New Port. Especially, Mokpo New Port needs to be developed as a vehicles-only exporting port, as well as a port for used car exports and an import port for stones and timber.

In this paper, we propose the intelligent robot control technique for mobile robot using personal digital assistants (PDA). With the proposed technique, the mobile rebot can trace human at regular intervals by the remote control method with PDA. The mobile robot can recognize the distances between it and human whom the robot must follow with both multi-ultrasonic sensors and PC-camera and then, can inference the direction and velocity of itself to keep the given regular distances. In the first place, the mobile robot acquires the information about circumstances using ultrasonic sensor and PC-camera then secondly, transmits the data to PDA using wireless LAN communication. Finally, PDA recognizes the status of circumstances using the fuzzy logic and neural network and gives the command to mobile robot again.

This study was aimed to apply thermochromic and photochromic pigments to coating color and to develop a speciality functional coated layer. Two special pigments were added to a conventional coating color. The effects of the special pigments on coating color properties such as water rerention, low-shear viscosity were evaluated. Also the color changes of coated paper was observed under various circumstances. The results showed that the special pigments didn't influence the coating color properties. The coated paper with the special pigments showed four different colors, under various circumstances, implying that thermochromic and photochromic pigments can be used to produce a security paper.

In general, the algorithms for production scheduling are developed with special objective under the special restrictions. Therefore, there is no common algorithm for APS system applied to various kind of production circumstances. The scheduling algorithm for APS system has to solve any problem that comes from any conditions of product kind, process, resource, machine, special rule for scheduling, and so forth. In addition, the algorithm finds solutions quickly because the need for real time based reschedule comes out often. In this paper, I am going to develop a scheduling algorithm using heuristic and genetic algorithm for APS system applied to various kind of production circumstances quickly and flexibly. The developed APS system with the algorithm will be introduced in this paper, also.

This study aims at presenting the suggestion for the Korea to make the FTA's rules of origin with Japan and other countries by analyzing JSEPA's rules of origin. It was founded by the investigation of JSEPA's rules of origin, most of the provisions are similar with other FTA's for instance NAFTA, but a little provisions different from other FTA's. It is an appearance from the contracting party's peculiar circumstances such as state of industrial development or future prospect, conditions around international trade. Then, the Korean government have to form and support a commission of FTA from various circles. In that case the commission will mediate conflict and disharmony. Moreover the commission may consider in all FTA's aspects including rules of origin. Consequently Korea will and should have criterions about the rules of origin allowing for peculiar circumstances of Korean economy and international trade.

Nowadays, our societies use digital technology in new architectural shape and space design to transcend three dimension limit so the boundary of the imagination world and actuality world has been collapsed. Traditional spatial value has been collapsed. Also indetermination and temporary assumption in time, fluidness and dematerialized, simultaneity and reiteration in image are relative with this circumstances. In architectural shape, media characteristics which secede from traditional characteristics of place tectonic value have occurred. Therefore, indifference and interests in shape, inter-permeation in interior and exterior space, homogeneous equivalence spatial extension have occurred. The purpose in this study examines dematerialized in contemporary space design and light materials and also investigates general and architectural background. The results of this study are as follows. First, circumstances of human have changed from physically limited boundary to unfixed, nonphysical, lightness and vague things. Second, casting off volume in shape and also dissembling exclusive and constructive Third, interior and exterior space by transparency intimates media possibility of information screen. Fourth, seek information and organic response, ambivalent transformation, accumulation of image and new mutual understanding system.

The People usually adapt themselves to circumstances and its changes. in some cases they are try to improve it for better comfortable living environment. However various factors such as a building's own character cultual symbolism cause some problems in creating interior environment because of inappropriate visual communication. It is general fact that the problems of visual environment objects have not been solved organically under the total environmental concept. In this paper I try to find out how graphic symbol sign system a visual transfer process between people and phsical environment facts work on creating interior environmental analysis current cases and propose a solution.

The primary purpose of this thesis is to offer users for the better surroundings in planning subway wall design through analyzing the Wall Environmental Design at Subway Statiov. As the urban circumstances were developed by the economic growth, the new city plan, re-development evoked the radical changes in the urban circumstances. In processing the industrialization and urban surroundings. This range has enlargened and provided the localism, the function, the purpose with the visual informations. The method of this paper was the spot survey simultaneously the photographing of the mould's size. theme, colour, material, compossitiov. In conclusion, concerning about the artificial and subterranean space, the Wall Environmental Design at Subway Station needs more practial approach in the using the space.
