The pork from black-coated pigs is famous among-consumers for better eating quality. The loci affecting black coat color was identified in pig chromosome 6 in which several genetic effects on pork quality have been reported. The melanocortin 1 receptor (MC1R) gene is a major gene which plays a key role in regulation of eumelanin (black/brown) and phaeomelanin (red/yellow). In this study, the MC1R gene polymorphism was analyzed for pig breed determination and genetic association with pork quality traits. MC1R Ala243Thr variation was analyzed to determine a specific genotype for four commercial pig breeds (Landrace, Yorkshire, Berkshire and, Duroc) and a Korean native pigs (KNP). Then we developed original KNP-specific DNA markers to determine the pork from black-coated pigs using MC1R DNA sequences. The total length of the MC1R coding sequence ranged 1451bp in KNP. KNP had the 0201 allele pertaining to $E^{D1}$ but some of the KNP had the $E^P$ allele, probably reflecting the geneticintrogression of $E^P$ allele into KNP. Furthermore, a relationship between Leu102Pro single nucleotide polymorphism (SNP) genotype and pork quality phenotype were analyzed in F2 reciprocal-crossbred population between KNP and Yorkshire. Association analysis indicated that the allele of the MC1R gene has no effect on pork quality. These results suggest that black coat-color is not directly associated with preferred pork quality, but the black-coat color pig breed may have other genetic components for superior pork quality.

Recently the number of Internet users has very sharply increased, and the number of intrusions has also increased very much. Consequently, security products are being developed and adapted to prevent systems and networks from being hacked and intruded. Even if security products are adapted, however, hackers can still attack a system and get a special authorization because the security products cannot prevent a system and network from every instance of hacking and intrusion. Therefore, the researchers have focused on an active hacking prevention method, and they have tried to develop a traceback system that can find the real location of an attacker. At present, however, because of the characteristics of Internet - diversity, anonymity - the real-time traceback is very difficult. To over-come this problem the Network-based Real-Time Connection Traceback System (NRCTS) was proposed. But there is a security problem that the victim system can be hacked during the traceback. So, in this paper, we propose modified NRCTS with connection redirection technique. We call this traceback system as Connection Redirected Network-based Real-Time Connection Traceback System (CR-NRCTS).

In this paper, we describe a SSAS (stepping stones attack simulator) that is automatic tool for testing and evaluation in TCP connection traceback system. The SSAS can pass multiple hosts that are included with hacker, middle-path hosts and victim’s system. And SSAS can also attack through commands to exploit the victim’s system. Usually, hackers do not expose their real attack positions through compromising the middle-path hosts like stepping-stones. Namely, hackers perform the stepping stones attacks in Internet. The SSAS can be utilized by developments and tests of the various countermeasure techniques of hacking. Specially, in this paper, it is used to test the performance of TCP connection traceback system.

The static creep mechanism and behaviour of Al-Zn-Mg alloy have been investigated under condition of constant stress tension creep test in the temperature and stress range of $170-260^{\circ}C$ and 5-12.5 $kg/mm^2$ respectively. The experimental result are follows : The stress exponent value for creep was observed to about 7.3-6.43 and the activation energy for creep deformation was 44-41 kcal/mol. Larson-Miller parameter P for the crept specimens under the creep condition was obtained as P = (T + 460) (log $t_r$ + 8.6). Emperical equation for the creep rate was obtained by the computer simulation as follows. $${\varepsilon}\;=\;\exp[(-5.519{\times}10^{-4}{\sigma}+2.33{\times}10^{-2})T-6.98{\sigma}+18.295]{\times}{\sigma}^{-0.0142+10.18}\exp[\frac{(-6{\sigma}+47.8)1000}{RT}]$$ Fracture was dominated by intergranular mechanism over the experimental range.

In this study, We made use of inter-electrode capacitively coupled type plasma polymerization apparatus in order to make the organic optical thin films. We adopted in Benzen. Vinyl-Pyridine and Styrene, which have optical function in the organic world and manufactured double later. It is examined optics properties by it respectively. At the middle wave length as 550[nm], the transmittance is double layer smaller than one of single layer. The refractive index with wave length is various from 1.55 to 1.65. Then, it is known that measured results are valid because the extinction coefficient(K) is about $10^{-4}$ for variation of refractive index.

부식이나 경년열화 등으로 인한 변전소 접지성능 저하에 대한 대책마련을 위하여 정기적인 변전소 접지저항의 측정은 필수적이라고 한 수 있다 그러나 단지 접지저항의 측정을 위하여 변전소 접지망과 연결되어 있는 외부접지계통, 즉 배전 중성선이나 송전선로 가공지선의 다중접지계통을 분리한다는 것은 현실적으로 불가능한 작업이다. 본 논문에서는 접지시험을 위한 시험전류를 주입하고 가공지선 및 중성선으로의 분류계수를 측정함으로써 운전 중인 상태에서 변전소 접지망 단독의 접지저항을 측정하는 시스템, 측정기법 및 사례연구를 제 시 하였다.

A deposition rate of styrene thin films is linearly increased, but one of benzene thin films is nonlinearly increased with increasing discharge power under maintaining a polymerization time, pressure and monomer flow rate. And, the reduction of transmittance at shortwave is larger than that of transmittance at longwave. The refractive index with wavelength is various from 1.55 to 1.65. The refractive index of their thin films is decreased with increasing discharge power. Also, it is known that measured results are valid because the calculation of the extinction coefficient is about $10^3$ within variation of refractive index.

Blocking the 1st mitotic cleavage was performed in mud loach (Misgurmus mizolepis) using UV-irradiated cyprinid loach (M. anguillicaudatus) sperm and ternal shocks Optimum UV range for inactivation of cyprinid loach sperm and thermal shocks. Optimum UV range for inactivation of cyprinid loach sperm was between 3,150 to 4,050 ergs/m$m^2$. Heat shock treatment ($41^{\circ}C$ for 3mins) with various treatment initiation times ranged from 22 to 50 min post insemination resulted wide range of success for induced gynogenesis. Best result was obtained when haploid egges were shocked at 28 min after insemination (corresponding to metaphase division of the 1st cleavage); 26% of total eggs inseminated were viable diploid gynogens. The hatching success and early survival of the both meiotic and mitotic gynogenetic groups were significantly lower than those of control crosses (P<0.05). Maternal origin of induced gynogenetic mud loach was verified by multi-locus DNA fingerprinting.

It was expressed repeated information on reuse design pattern in the design information because it was impossible to build a standardized design pattern in the existing design pattern tools. Also, It must possible to extend standardized design pattern just as one intended of designer. And It is able to express objects just as one intended of designer. Therefore, the representative characteristic of this paper was able to define XMI metamodel to express design pattern, and was able to extend metamodel to express design pattern.

The existing game development way is adopting a direct engine design way. It was hard to learn game development, but it can learn the process that uses a script an abstraction. And it improves productivity and convenience anger because modeling does not do an engine directly and reduce a development cost and can solve a problem of a development human power security. The representative characteristic of this paper was able to change a development environment into an abstract script language with modeling having done an engine in the existing game development environment directly.
