Intraventricular arachnoid cyst has been rarely reported. Here we present two cases of symptomatic intraventricular arachnoid cysts in the fourth ventricle and right lateral ventricle. The first patient was a 38-year-old female who complained of headache and left facial hypesthesia. Computed tomography and MR scan revealed large cystic lesion in the fourth ventricle. After cyst wall removal, facial hypesthesia disappeared immediately and headache improved slowly. The second patient was a 9-year-old girl who complained of headache, vomiting and paresthesia in her right low extremity. Cystic lesion in the right lateral ventricle was detected in the CT and MR scan. The symptoms improved after cyst wall removal. Surgical findings of these two cases showed that the cyst walls were attached firmly to the choroid plexus. Symptomatic intraventricular arachnoid cyst must be treated appropriately and we recommend complete cyst wall removal.

3종의 복족류(Rapana venosa, Reishia bronni, Anthosiphonaria sirius)와 1종의 다판류, Lepidosona(Lepidosona) coreanica에 대한 18S ribosomal DNA의 염기서열을 밝히고 이들을 이미 보고된 18종의 이매패류, 2종의 복족류 그리고 1종의 다판류의 염기서열과 비교분석하였다. 그 셜과 복족류는 V4 region에서 다른 연체동물과 구별되는 독특한 inseerted sequinces를 가지고 있었으며, V2 region에서 복족류(Prosobranchia와 Pulmonata)와 이매패류(Pteriomorphia 와Heteerodonta) 각각의 두 아강들이 서로 다른 특징적인 insertions 또는 deletions으로 구분되었다.

Water-Electrolyzed gas is a mixed gas of the constant volume ratio 2:1 of Hydrogen and Oxygen gained from electrolyzed water, and it has better characteristics in the field of economy, efficiency of energy, and environmental intimacy than acetylene gas and LPG (Liquefied Petroleum Gas) used for existing gas welding equipment. So studies of Water-Electrolyzed gas are activity in progress nowaday, and commercially used as a source of thermal energy for gas welding in the industry. The object of this paper is getting a V-I characteristic of Hydrogen-Oxygen Gas Generator using DC source. First, chemical analysis of electrolysis is conducted and the relation of electrical energy and then chemical energy is investigated through the faraday's laws.

Bilateral traumatic carotid-cavernous fistulae (TCCFs) is rarely encountered neurovascular disease. For treatment of TCCF, detachable balloons have been widely used. Nowadays, transarterial and/or transvenous coil embolization with placement of covered stents is adopted as another treatment method. We experienced a patient with a bilateral TCCFs who was successfully treated with covered stents. However, cerebral hemorrhage occurred in the bed of previous infarction one day after treatment. Hyperperfusion syndrome was considered as a possible cause of the hemorrhage, so that barbiturate coma therapy was started and progression of hemorrhage was stopped. We emphasize that cerebral hyperperfusion hemorrhage can occur even after successful endovascular treatment of TCCF.

정지궤도 복합위성용 전력조절장치는 위성의 전력버스에 필요한 전력을 조절하고 배터리의 충전과 방전을 제어하고 관리한다. 전력조절장치의 용량은 1kw로 하고 태양 전지의 어레이는 4개의 패널로 구성되며 S3R(Sequential Switching Shunt Regulator)을 이용하여 조절된 버스전압은 완전조절 50Vdc으로 한다. 변환된 전력은 위성부하에 필요한 전력을 분배하는 PDM(Power Distribution Module)에 공급된다. 남은 전력은 BCR(Battery Charge Regulator)를 통해 배터리에 전력을 충전하고 전력이 부족할 때 BDR(Battery Discharge Regulator)를 통해 방전을 하여 버스전압에 전력을 공급한다.

본 논문에서는 DC 전압을 이용한 전력IT 시스템의 활용을 연구하고 그 효율성을 입증하기 위하여 가정용 전자제품에 전력공급을 기존 AC공급원에서 DC공급원으로 변환하여 그 효율성을 비교하였다. 직류급전시스템은 교류급전시스템에 비해 전력교환장치의 교환단수가 적기 때문에 변환효율로 10%정도 고효율화 할 수 있음을 실험을 통하여 입증한다.

In this paper, we propose a centralized $H^{\infty}$ state estimator for the multi state estimation problem using the result suboptimal $H^{\infty}$ filter is a special form of Ka filter whose state equations are defined in md inner product spaces. Con- ventional decentr filters are based on Kalman filter assumes precesses and measurements noises are w Gaussian noise. Therefore, Kalman based decent filter design hasn't robust performance in situation. Simulation results show that decent $H^{\infty}$ filter has robust perfotmance in worst case sensor fault situation.

목 적 : 약침으로서 씀바귀의 염증 효과를 알아보기 위해 RAW 264.7 대식세포에서 Tnf 생성을 확인하였다. 방 법: 씀바귀를 RAW 264.7 대식세포에 미리 처치한 후 LPS로 염증 반응을 유도하였다. ELISA, Western blotting, RT-PCR, 그리고 EMSA을 통해 Tnf의 생성과 발현에 대한 효과를 평가하였다. 결 과 : LPS 유도된 세포에서 씀바귀 1, 5, 10, 50 ${\mu}g/ml$의 농도는 각각 23.7, 37.8, 66.4, 86.1% Tnf 생성을 억제한 것을 ELISA 통해 확인되었다. LPS로 유도된 대식세포에서 Tnf 생성은 농도에 따라 감소하였고, Western blotting, RT-PCR 분석에서는 씀바귀 5과 50 ${\mu}g/ml$가 LPS로 유도된 대식세포에서 Tnf의 mRNA와 단백질 발현을 저해 하는 것으로 관찰되었다. 또한 EMSA에서도 씀바귀 5과 50 ${\mu}g/ml$가 LPS로 유도된 Nf-kB를 감소시키는 것을 확인하였다. 고 찰 : 이런 결과는 씀바귀가 $Nf-{\kappa}B$를 저해하면서 LPS로 유발된 Tnf 생성을 감소시킨다는 것을 보여주었고, 이는 더 나아가 염증 질환에서 씀바귀가 약침으로써의 치료적 효과를 나타낼 수 있을 것으로 사료된다. 고 찰 : 이런 결과는 씀바귀가 $Nf-_{k}B$를 저해하면서 LPS로 유발된 Tnf 생성을 감소시킨다는 것을 보여주었고, 이는 더 나아가 염증 질환에서 씀바귀가 약침으로써의 치료적 효과를 나타낼 수 있을 것으로 사료된다.

The purposes of this study are to develop the formative assessment program in geometry area for a 1st-grade class of middle school and to test the effect of this program. This formative assessment program was based on mathematics curriculum for the 1st graders of middle school. In addition, we examined how the 1st graders of middle school understand the geometric concepts by analyzing their response in the pretest and the posttest. This formative assessment program and the results of its analysis would be the useful information for the effective teaching and learning in geometry area for the 1st grades of middle school.
