마이크로어레이 (microarray) 기술이 개발된 후로 연관된 유전자 클러스터 (cluster)를 찾는 문제는 깊이 연구되어왔다. 이 문제는 핵심적인 과제 중 하나는 생물학적으로 타당한 클러스터의 수를 결정하는 데 있다. 본 논문은 최적의 클러스터 수를 결정하는 기준을 제시하고, non-negative factorization (NMF)를 이용해 클러스터 centroid의 패턴을 찾는 방법을 제안한다. NMF에 의해 발견된 각각의 패턴은 생물학적 프로세스의 특정 부분으로 해석될 수 있다. NMF는 factor matrix의 entity를 non-negative로 제약 (constraint)하고, 이 제약은 오직 additive combination만 허용하기 때문에 이러한 부분적인 패턴을 찾아낼 수 있다. NMF의 유용성은 이미지 분석과 텍스트 분석에서 이미 입증되어 있다. 본 논문에서 제안한 방법에 의해 위의패턴과 유사한 발현 패턴을 갖는 유전자를 모을 수 있었다. 제안된 방법은 human fibroblast데이터와 yeast cell cycle 데이터에 적용해 성능을 입증하였다.

The optimization study are carried out for helicopter rotor blades with composite box-beam spar. The objective function is to minimize the weight of rotor blades subject to frequency, aeroelastic stability and failure constraints. Design variables include the number of ply and ply angles of the laminated walls. The beam model of a hinge less rotor blade is based on a large deflection beam theory to describe the arbitrary large deflections and rotations. The p-k method and unsteady two dimensional strip theory are used to calculate aeroelastic stability boundary.

This paper deals with the analytical method to calculate the high temperature demagnetization characteristics of a high-speed machine with diametrically magnetized permanent magnet rotor. The equivalent magnetic circuit model is used to analyze the magnet operating point on high temperature condition. Agreements have been obtained between the results of the analytical model and finite-element analysis on prototype high-speed motors.

This paper deals with characteristic analysis of Linear Switched Reluctance Motor (LSRM) according to switching condition. When approved current in each phase by decided position, we made sure current and voltage according to turn-on, turn-off. In dynamic simulation of LSRM, through an experiment, we decided turn-on position of inductance profile. Also, we presented dynamic characteristic analysis model which is consisted at motor and sensor signal part, etc., and substitute circuit constant that get using magnetic equivalent circuit method, we confirmed current and voltage waveform.

In this paper we study construction methods of $n^{th}$ line in triangle. Russian Mathematician Zetel suggested some construction methods of $n^{th}$ line in triangle 80 years ago. We find Zetel's papers, in detail explain the Zetel's construction methods, and suggest two elementary construction methods. Our results are received in the process of Research and Education program in science high school.

해외지역 다국어기반 웹사이트는 사용자에게 해외지역 관련 기본정보 및 전문정보를 다국어기반으로 지원해야 하며, 해외지역 다국어 기반이라는 사이트의 특성에 맞는 메뉴, 콘텐츠 등을 제공해야 한다. 또한 다국어기반의 웹사이트 특성상 유니코드 기반의 다국어서비스 기능이 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 기존의 해외지역 다국어기반 웹사이트 비교 평가와 표준모형에 관한 선행연구를 기반으로 해외지역 다국어기반 웹사이트를 설계 및 구현한다.

본 논문에서는 대학생들의 프로그래밍 과제물이나 프로그래밍 경진대회에 제출된 프로그램과 같이 동일한 기능을 요구받는 프로그램 소스 집합들에서 표절 행위가 있었는지를 탐색하는 새로운 알고리즘을 제시한다. 본 논문에서는 프로그램의 소스 집합에서 추출된 키워드들의 빈도수에 기반한 로그 확률값을 가중치로 하는 적응적(adaptive) 유사도 행렬을 만들어 이를 기반으로 주어진 프로그램의 유사구간을 탐색하는 지역정렬(local alignment) 방법을 소개한다. 우리는 10여개 이상의 프로그래밍 대회에 제출된 실제 프로그램으로 본 방법론을 실험하였다. 실험결과 이 방법은 이전의 고정적 유사도 행렬(일치 +1, 불일치 -1, 갭(gap)을 이용한 일치 -2)에 의한 유사구간 탐색에 비하여 여러 장점이 있음을 알 수 있었으며, 보다 다양한 표절탐색 목적으로 제시한 적응적 유사도 행렬이 응용될 수 있음을 알 수 있었다.

생체 인식 기술이 사회 전반에 걸쳐 다양하게 사용되어짐에 따라 인식기술 중의 하나인 Face Recognition 은 하루가 다르게 발전하고 있다. 하지만, 그와 함께 해킹방법도 다양화되어지고 있다. 그럼에도 불구하고, 위, 변조 영상 판별(Liveness Detection) 분야에 관련된 연구들은 초기 단계를 벗어나지 못하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 적외선 영상을 이용하여 동공부분의 반사 정도를 이용하여 실제 이미지와 위, 변조 이미지를 판별하는 방법을 제안한다.
