Problem Exploration and Countermeasure Through Perception Analysis College Library: Focused on the Korean-Chinese Undergraduates (대학도서관 인식분석을 통한 문제점규명과 대응방안 - 한.중 학부생을 중심으로 -)

  • This study was conducted to explore pending issues as an obstacle factor in the library growth and progress through measurement of Korean and Chinese College undergraduates' perception on the library, and suggest its countermeasure to that the study result showed that their perception to the library's social and cultural function was low, so the library's cultural events need to be consolidated to enhance perception, and the Korean student's study zeal was lower than Chinese, and amny students did not go to the library, but an incentive is needed to escalate the strength of course study or the library availability. Also a countermeasure should be established such as a class link project through continuing specialized librarians' training strengthened, users' group education for the satisfaction enhancement and validity of the information service users.

Study on the difference in the Social Commerce use of Korea and China Consumer: Consider factor, shopping value, purchase satisfaction and intention to revisit (한국과 중국소비자들의 소셜커머스 이용에 따른 차이 연구: 고려요인, 쇼핑가치, 구매만족과 재방문의도를 중심으로)

  • The purpose of this study is to verify differences between Korean and Chinese consumers in consideration, shopping value, the extent of purchase satisfaction and intent to revisit the site when people use social commerce. When Korean and Chinese consumers use social commerce, it was confirmed that they look at four things; economical efficiency, practical, informativeness, and convenience. There are the following results. Firstly, it was found that in the case of using social commerce, economical efficiency as a factor of consideration was higher in Chinese consumers than Korean consumers. Secondly, practical of social commerce concerns the social commerce site's trustworthiness and stability, and also the popularity of the site and ease in which users can use the site. In this, this factor is more important to Chinese consumers than Korean consumers. Thirdly, in the factors of informativeness, which means product information and quality, and buyers comments, there was no confirmed difference between Korean and Chinese consumers. Fourth, in the convenience factor, there was a difference found between Korean and Chinese consumers.

  • Recently, the number of users has risen sharply while the development speed of the Chinese game industry is rapidly developing. The game industry has already become a promising industry in China's cultural industry. With the rapid development of the Chinese game industry, the demand for specialized game designers and game development personnel is urgent. Still, at present, it is difficult for graduates to get a job at a game company every year even if a new game design department is established at a Chinese university. This may be due to a conflict between the education of the game major in the game market. In this paper, we present a customized development strategy while summarizing the problems that existed in the Chinese game design department in the rapidly developing background of the game industry, Try to provide a valuable opinion. and use it as a reference for the future development of education in the Chinese game major.

Factors Affecting the Intention to Use of Personal Cloud Computing Service: A Case of Chinese Users (개인용 클라우드 컴퓨팅 서비스 수용의도에 영향을 미치는 요인: 중국 사례)

  • As the Cloud Computing services are growing fast in the world, the number of Cloud Computing service users are being increased enormously in China. Studies on Intention-to-Use have been one of the interesting topics in the field of marketing. In this paper we investigate the factors influencing the intention-to-use of Cloud Computing services in China. Our research model is based on Technology Acceptance Model and includes 'privacy', 'information needs', 'service types', 'service appropriation', 'system quality', and 'system security'. We surveys the Chinese Cloud Computing service users and analyzes with Structural Equation Model. The results show that 'privacy', 'service appropriation', 'system quality', and 'system security' give positive effects to 'intention-to-use'. However, 'information needs' and 'service types' does not give positive effects.

  • In this paper we investigate the factors influencing the intention to use of smart-phone mobile banking service in China. We include the characteristics of smart-phone, mobile banking service, and users to the research model and also consider user satisfaction as an intervening variable. We try to find and prove the factors influencing the intention to use of smart-phone mobile banking service by surveying 206 chinese users and using structural equation model. This empirical paper proves that mobility, instance connectivity, use convenience, and intimacy give positive effects to intention to use of smart-phone mobile banking service. In addition, this paper indicates some managerial implications that mobility, access speed and the easy user interface can help to increase the degree of user acceptance.

  • In the past, the existing Internet service was used to simply gather information and show, with the development of Web 2.0 where everyone is allowed to access and share information. Since the development of the concept and the technology of the Web 2.0, the users of Social Network Service (SNS) such as Facebook, MySpace, Youtube, Twitter, etc., have been increasing. In this study, we researched into the Social Capital formed by using SNS based on "Social Capital Theory." We constructed the survey to obtain the demographical information of the users, motive of using the SNS and the evaluation of the On-line Social Capital. The survey was aimed for the Korean and the Chinese. In addition, a multi-regression analysis was performed to explain the relationship between the function of Social Network Service and the Online Social Capital. The result of this study, presents a relationship between the Online Social Capital form and function of Social Network Service users. Therefore, the information obtained in this study can be applied when developing the service.

The Research of Exploring Factors Impact on User's Continuance Usage of Chinese Short-clip Application: Based on the Unified Theory of Acceptance and use of Technology (UTAUT) and Flow Theory (중국 쇼트 클립 어플리케이션 지속 이용의도 연구: 플로우 이론과 통합기술수용모형을 바탕으로)

  • This research explored how the various of factors including performance expectancy, effort expectancy, social influence and facilitating conditions and some external factors consisting of critical mass, attention, perceived enjoyment, and time distortion had impacts on users' usage of short-clip application based on flow theory and the UTAUT model. The research employed SEM with 263 valid questionnaires. The results showed that social influence and satisfaction factors had positive impacts in sustainable usage of mobile short-clip application, while the other factors have no special effect on it. The results also indicated that time distortions had a negative effect in the intention of continuous usage. Furthermore, performance expectancy, perceived enjoyment, and time distortions had positive impacts in users' satisfaction. The beneficial effects of critical mass on social influence had been recognized through this study.

Effects of Interaction Factors on SNS User's Interaction and Use Intention: Comparison Between Korea and China (SNS 이용자 간 상호작용과 이용의도에 미치는 영향: 한·중 비교)

  • The study focus on the factors affecting the interaction between SNS users, the purposes of this study is to investigate the similarities and differences between Korea and China users. As a result, the study found that the ease of use in technology factors has no effect to Korean users, while the social ties in social factors has no effect to Chinese users. The impact of user's interaction was not different between korea and the china customer. According the those results marketing managers should develop different marketing strategies.

A Study on the Required Features of Social Network Service

  • The study is to investigate which features are perceived by Social Network Service(SNS) users as the most required one to further boost the usage of service, and to examine the perception of these features of SNS sites varies according to their demographic and service usage characteristics. The study also is to suggest a few of research propositions on the relationships between required features of SNS sites and characteristics of SNS users, based on statistical analyses. To accomplish these research purposes, the study defined characteristics of SNS users including demographic(gender, age) and service usage one(start time of service usage, service usage place), and required features of SNS sites(system, service, information, emotion) based on the literature review of SNS. The results show, based on the statistical analyses using survey questionnaire on Korean and Chinese SNS users, that there are differences in perception of required features of SNS sites among the respondents grouped by age, start time of service usage, service usage place. Finally, the study proposed three research propositions, based on the analysis result, that could be used in SNS related researches in the future.

A Study on Comparison between Korean.Chinese Consumers In the Relationship between Domestic Open Market Brand personality, Customer Satisfaction and Brand Loyalty (국내 오픈마켓 브랜드개성과 고객만족, 애호도와의 관계에서 한.중 소비자간 비교에 관한 연구)

  • At this point in time when the percentage of foreign consumers as well as domestic consumers are being increased in domestic open market users due to the recent interest and promotion on the open market, the purposes of this study are as follows. First, the relationship between open market brand personality, satisfaction and brand loyalty will be clarified targeting all Korean consumers and Chinese consumers using domestic open market. Second, whether there is difference in the effect of domestic open market brand personality on customer satisfaction and brand loyalty between Korean consumers and Chinese consumers will be compared. The results are as follows. First, as a result of testing the study hypothesis targeting the open market users, in other words targeting all Korean consumers and Chinese consumers, only the ability among brand personality dimensions did not have positive effect on the satisfaction toward open market. Other than that, it could be confirmed that the reliability, sincerity and familiarity, etc are important influence factors in forming satisfaction toward open market. Next, as a result of testing whether there is difference in the effect of domestic open market brand personality on customer satisfaction and brand loyalty between Korean consumers and Chinese consumers, it was shown as having difference. In other words, the Korean consumers were shown as not having positive significant effect in the relationship between the ability among brand personality and satisfaction toward open market while all other brand personality dimensions were shown as having positive effect on the satisfaction toward open market. It could be found that if the satisfaction toward open market is high, the brand loyalty toward open market also gets high.
