냉장육 소비전력을 위한 소비자 외식 기호도 연구 -서울, 경기지역을 중심으로- (A study on the Dining-out preference and behavior of consumers for the chilled meat consumption strategy in Seoul-Kyunggi Area)

  • This study was conducted to investigate the consumers' Dining-out preference and behavior for the chilled meat consumption strategy . A total of 328 persons in Seoul, Kyunggi areas were selected by stratified random sampling method and were responded to this study questionnaire which was composed of six parts with 65 statements about chilled meat consumption. 1. The frequency of Dining-out is characterized that 'once a month' is the highest pattern of consumers(46.3%) : In that cases, the married people showed 'once a month'(52.7%) and 'once biweekly'(23.3%), but the unmarried people showed the more frequent pattern as 'once a week'(27.3%) and 'twice a week'(27.3%). And the frequency of Dining-out in relation with the education level revealed that 'the graduate people' are the highest (37.5%). 2. Generally the first food for the Dining-out is 'Kalbi'(26.2%), and the others were 'pork grilling','chilled meat grilling','fish sasimi','chinese foods','pizza' etc.... But there were some variation in relation with incomes and housing types: For the agriculture/physical labor class, they prefers the 'pork griling'(25.0%), the office work class prefers the 'Kalbi' For the house-owner group, they prefers the 'Kalbi', but the house-renting/lodging group, they prefer the 'chinese food' or 'pork grilling' etc.... 3. In choosing the Dining-out place,'quality of food'(54.3%) and 'hygiene'(21.0%) were rated as the first important factor. 4.'Soups', 'Noodles' and 'Cooked rice in casserole' were chosen as good lunch menu : for male, they prefer the 'Soups', but females prefer 'Cooked rice in casserole'. 5. People with commercials/services(44.7%) and agriculture/physical labor(50.0%) ate their lunch in private restaurant, but peoples in the office work(57.0%)/public service personnel(70.4%) and industry use refectory; and it showed significant difference. 6. Consumers prefer the chilled meat as a Dining-out menu, but they didn't recognize the difference between chilled meat and frozen meat 7. For Dining-out menu, many people proper the beef, but the price of beef was so high than pork, agriculture/physical labor class choose the pork grilling instead of beef : commercials/services/office worker prefer the beef chilled meat . 8. The first admirable cooking method for chilled meat is direct radiation grilling with charcoal and many of consumers prefer tender, marbling, some chewy and juicy, flavor, soft as a quality of meat but physical labor class prefer the some tough and chewy texture.

십간십이지의 기원에 관한 문헌적 고찰 (The Literature Study about the Origin of Sipgan-Sipiji)

  • 본 논문의 목적은 음양오행이 배속되어 있는 십간십이지의 기원과 의의에 대하여 고찰해보는 것이다. 십간과 십이지가 고대 중국 역법에서 비롯되었을 것이라는 가설과 신화적인 기록이라고 할지라도 고전문헌에 기록된 자료의 내용, 고고학적으로 갑골문자에 남겨진 기록 등을 차례로 살펴봄으로써 동양 인문사회과학에서 기필코 간과할 수 없는 십간십이지에 대한 시작점을 탐색해 나가고자 하였다. 십간십이지의 문헌적 고찰을 통해 이 부호체계는 신석기 후기 부계 씨족사회를 이끌던 황제와 그의 스승 대요에 의해 완성되었을 것이라고 본 연구자는 생각한다. 그 이유는 제순시대에 남겨진 고대 천상대 유물이 십간과 연관된 10월력의 사용을 뒷받침하고, 갑골문에 나타난 십간이 신성성을 유지함과 동시에 역법에 사용되었음을 볼 때 시간을 기록화하고자 하였던 역법의 시대와 그 궤를 같이한다고 보기 때문이다. 명리학에 대한 이론체계의 논리성 담보, 그리고 통계적 사회과학 기법을 통한 증명 등 부단한 연구 노력이 진행되는 과정에서 그 근간이 되는 십간십이지에 대한 이 문헌적 고찰이 향후 관련 연구에 도움이 될 것이라고 생각한다.

모바일 기반 증강현실 기술을 활용한 3D전래동화 콘텐츠 연구 (3D Graphic Nursery Contents Developed by Mobile AR Technology)

  • 본 논문에서는 모바일 증강현실기술 기반을 활용한 3D전래동화 콘텐츠에 관한 연구이다. 지식기반사회의 핵심콘텐츠 산업으로 주목받고 있는 시공간을 연결하는 SW기술 증강현실(Augmented Reality) 기술을 활용하여 흥미로운 전래동화를 한국어, 중국어, 영어로 자막언어선택으로 외국어학습에 적용한다. 이를 위해 상호작용 AR게임(놀이)으로 재구성하였다. 전래동화는 3D 콘텐츠 제작을 위해 6~8개의 scene으로 분량을 구성하고, 각색하여 번역하였다. 더빙은 모국어로 사용하는 원어민 성우를 통해 표준발음을 사용하여 더빙하였고, 효과음은 장면에 어울리도록 별도 제작하여 편집하였다. 시나리오를 구성하고, 3D 모델구성, 인터렉션 구성, 사운드 이펙트를 구성하고 콘텐츠 메타데이터를 작성한 후, Unity 3D 게임엔진을 실행하여 프로젝트를 생성하고, 스크립터로 기술한다. 재미있고 유익한 전래동화를 ICT기술을 접목한 융복한 콘텐츠로 경험하면서, 첨단기술기반 교육을 수용하며, 생활주변에서 소프트웨어를 인식할 수 있는 기회를 가지게 한다.

중국 대학생의 성장 마인드셋과 학업성취의 관계에서 행복과 희망의 이중매개효과 (Dual mediating effects of happiness and hope between growth mindset and academic achievement of college students in China)

  • 본 연구는 중국 대학생을 대상으로 행복과 희망이 성장 마인드셋과 학성성취의 관계에서 이중매개하는지를 확인하는데 연구의 목적이 있다. 자료는 중국 Guangdong지역의 한 대학교에서 유의표집한 대학생 337명을 대상으로 설문조사를 통하여 수집하였다. 수집한 자료는 SPSS PC+ Win ver. 25.0과 SPSS PROCESS macro ver. 4.2를 활용하여 분석하였다. 적용된 통계방법은 빈도분석, 신뢰도 분석, 상관분석 및 이중매개효과 분석이었다. 연구의 결론은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 행복, 희망, 성장 마인드셋과 학성성취 모두 정적인 유의미한 상관관계를 보였다. 둘째, 대학생의 행복과 희망은 성장 마인드셋과 학업성취의 관계에서 이중매개하였다. 이러한 결과를 토대로 본 연구는 대학생들의 성장 마인드셋뿐만이 아니라 행복 및 희망을 활용하여 학업성취를 증진할 수 있는 방안을 제언하였다.

동아시아 공(工) 개념의 기원과 근대적 재구성 (Origin and Modern Reconstruction of the Concept of Gong in East Asian Countries)

  • This study aims to present concept of "gong" which was shared by traditional East Asian societies (Korea, China and Japan) and to identify how it has been developed through their respective process of modernization and industrialization. Despite the territorial proximity of the three countries, their industrial and technological development followed different patterns, and the notion of engineering from the Occident was also accepted and reconstructed with a certain difference in each country. Japan had developed its own concept of engineering as part of industrialization in Western style and in the context of establishment of an imperialist nation. What was important for Japan was how engineering could contribute to the national development of technology and industry, and to the development of Imperial Japan. For China, which attached importance to resistance to Western civilizations and to strengthening the competitiveness for and which needed to resolve domestic political conflicts, engineering constituted more than a simple issue on technological and industrial dimension; it was also associated with obtaining ethical and political legitimacy which would allow the nation to gain support from the working and peasant classes. Though belated, Korean attempted to build an independent modern state, yet experienced a considerable nuisance from the invasion of Japan and the protracted colonial period. Engineering of Korea had to take a long time before emerging from backwardness especially because of Japanese policies which tended to restrict technological development and avoid fostering qualified engineers in the colony. Therefore, engineering in Korea started to contribute to the nation's development and the improvement of technological competitiveness only after it was combined with modern higher education after liberation, under the name of engineering science (工學, gong-hak). This study argues that our recognition of what engineering was for and who engineers were in East Asia will allow us to evaluate current status of engineering education and provide us with significant insight which will be useful when we imagine the future society. Identity of engineering in Korea, China, and Japan has been developed along with historical contexts such as clash of civilizations, wars, recovery of sovereignty and obtaining of national competitiveness; now, what will be combined with engineering in the next generation? This question will lead and motivate engineering students to think and imagine about what future engineering should be and how they respond to it.

Effects of body weight and fiber sources on fiber digestibility and short chain fatty acid concentration in growing pigs

  • Objective: The study was conducted to determine the effects of body weight (BW) and fiber sources on nutrient digestibility, fiber fermentation and short chain fatty acids (SCFA) concentration in different intestinal segments of growing pigs fed high-fiber diets. Methods: Nine barrows with initial BW of 25.17±0.73 kg and 9 barrows with initial BW of 63.47±2.18 kg were allotted to a duplicate 9×2 Youden Square design with 3 dietary treatments and 2 periods. The dietary treatments were formulated with 3 different high-fiber ingredients: corn bran, sugar beet pulp, and soybean hulls, respectively. Each diet was fed to 3 barrows with different stage of BW in each period. Results: There were no differences in the apparent ileal digestibility (AID) of most nutrients between pigs at different BW stages. Pigs at 60 kg had greater (p<0.05) apparent total tract digestibility (ATTD) of total dietary fiber (TDF), soluble dietary fiber (SDF) and insoluble dietary fiber (IDF), and had greater (p<0.05) hindgut disappearance of IDF and cellulose than pigs at 25 kg. The acetate, propionate and total SCFA concentrations in ileal digesta and feces of pigs at 60 kg were greater (p<0.05) than those of pigs at 25 kg. In addition, fiber sources affected (p<0.05) the AID of gross energy (GE), organic matter (OM), ether extract (EE), crude protein, SDF and hemicellulose, the hindgut disappearance and ATTD of dietary fiber components, the lactate and propionate concentrations in ileal digesta and the butyrate, valerate and total SCFA concentrations in feces. There were interactions (p<0.05) between BW and fiber sources on the AID of GE, OM, EE, SDF, hemicellulose, the ATTD of EE, TDF, and IDF, and the hindgut disappearance of SDF and hemicellulose. Conclusion: Increasing BW mainly improved the digestibility of dietary fiber fractions, and the dietary fiber sources influenced the digestibility of almost all the dietary nutrients in growing pigs.

직업 스트레스와 전문적 가치가 제품 디자이너의 행복에 미치는 영향: 그릿의 조절된 매개모형 (The Effects of Job Stress and Professional Value on Happiness of Product Designer: The Moderated Mediation Model of Grit)

  • 본 연구는 직업스트레스가 직업적 가치를 경유하여 행복에 미치는 영향을 그릿이 조절 매개하는지를 검증하여 중국 제품디자이너의 행복 향상을 위한 방안을 제안하고자 하였다. 연구 대상으로 중국 남부 광둥성에 살고 있는 의도적으로 표집한 335명의 중국 제품 디자이너를 선정하였다. 자료 분석은 SPSS PC+ Win. Ver. 26.0과 PROCESS Macro ver. 4.2를 활용하였다. 적용한 통계기법은 빈도분석, 신뢰도분석, 상관분석, 조절된 매개효과분석이었다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 직무 스트레스는 직업가치 및 그릿과 부적 상관관계를 보였으나 행복과는 유의미한 상관관계를 보이지 않았다. 직무 스트레스를 제외한 다른 변수들 간에는 정적인 유의미한 상관관계를 보였다. 둘째, 그릿이 M-SD, M, M+SD일 M+SD일때 조건부 간접효과가 유의하게 나타났다. 따라서 그릿의 조절된 매개역할이 검증되었다. 그러나 직업적 가치가 높아질수록 그릿은 행복을 높이는 역할을 하였으나, 직무스트레스->직업적 가치->행복의 경로에서는 그릿이 직업적 스트레스를 통해 행복에 미치는 부정적인 영향을 완충시키지 못했다. 직업적 가치와 그릿을 활용한 제품 디자이너들의 행복 증진을 위한 제언을 하였다.

중국 대학생의 학업소진이 학업자기효능감에 미치는 영향: 학습몰입의 매개효과와 성장 마인드셋의 조절된 매개효과 (Effect of academic burnout on academic self-efficacy of Chinese college students: Mediating effect of study engagement and moderated mediation effect of growth mindset)

  • 본 연구는 중국 대학생을 대상으로 학업소진이 학습몰입을 경유하여 학업자기효능감에 미치는 영향에서 성장 마인드셋의 조절된 매개효과를 검증하는 데 연구의 목적이 있다. 자료는 중국의 한 전문대학교에서 유의표집한 대학생 547명을 대상으로 설문조사를 통하여 수집하였다. 수집한 자료는 SPSS PC+ Win ver. 25.0과 SPSS PROCESS macro ver. 4.2를 활용하여 분석하였다. 적용된 통계방법은 빈도분석, 신뢰도분석, 상관분석 및 조절된 매개효과분석이었다. 연구의 결론은 첫째, 학업소진은 성장 마인드셋, 학습몰입 및 학업자기효능감과 유의미한 부적상관관계를 보였다. 반면 성장 마인드셋, 학습몰입과 학업자기효능감은 서로 유의미한 정적인 상관관계를 보였다. 둘째, 학업소진이 학습몰입을 경유하여 학업자기효능감에 미치는 영향에서 성장 마인드셋의 조절된 매개효과가 검증되었다. 이러한 결과를 토대로 본 연구는 대학생들의 학업소진이 학업자기효능감을 감소시키는 상황에서 학습몰입과 성장 마인드셋을 적용하여 학업자기효능감를 보호하는 방안을 제시하였다.

Multivariate statistical study on naturally occurring radioactive materials and radiation hazards in lakes around a Chinese petroleum industrial area

  • The high-purity germanium gamma-ray spectrometer was used to measure the radioisotope in surface water of lakes in a Chinee petroleum industrial area. 92 samples were collected from surface water of three lakes. Activity concentrations of 232Th, 226Ra and 40K in three lakes were measured, distributed in the range of 101.8-209.4, 192.1-224.9 and 335.0-548.9 mBq/L, respectively. Results were all within the limits of WHO and China. Potential environmental and health risks were assessed by calculating some radiation hazard indicators, radium equivalent index, annual effective dose, excess lifetime cancer risk, absorbed dose rate, external hazard index, internal hazard index, annual gonadal dose equivalent, activity utilization index and representative gamma index, which ranged 0.38-0.54 Bq/L, 0.06-0.08 mSv/y, 0.23 × 10-3-0.31 × 10-3, 0.17-0.24 nGy/h, 1.01 × 10-3-1.46 × 10-3, 1.55 × 10-3-2.02 × 10-3, 1.16-1.66 μSv/y, 3.13 × 10-3-4.45 × 10-3 and 2.60 × 10-3-3.77 × 10-3. The results were all at acceptable levels, meaning no impact on human health. The relationship between the electrical conductivity of surface water and the activity concentration of 232Th, 226Ra and 40K was evaluated. The electrical conductivity value was 0.241-0.369 mS/cm, showing a significant correlation coefficient between 226Ra and 40K and electrical conductivity. Multivariate statistical methods were used to determine the relationship between the activity concentrations of 232Th, 226Ra, and 40K, radiation hazard indicators and electrical conductivity.

패션 복합문화 스토어의 체험마케팅 요소가 중국 소비자의 쇼핑몰입, 스토어 만족과 구매 의도에 미치는 영향 - 상하이를 중심으로 - (Impacts of Experiential Marketing Components in Fashion Multi-tasking Culture Stores on Shopping Flow, Store Satisfaction, and Purchase Intention in China - Focusing on Shanghai -)

  • This study investigated the influences of experiential marketing components on shopping flow, store satisfaction, and purchase intention in fashion complex culture stores. The mediating effects of shopping flow and store satisfaction were also explored in the relationship between experiential marketing components of fashion multi-tasking culture stores and purchase intention. An online survey was conducted with male and female shoppers between the ages of 20 and 30 in Shanghai, China who visited fashion multi-tasking culture stores. Data from 165 participants were analyzed employing SPSS 24.0 and AMOS 24.0. There were several meaningful results of this study. First, the analysis of the subdimension of experiential marketing components (Sense, Feel, Think, and Act-Relate) clearly showed a factorial construct. Second, the components of experiential marketing showed significantly positive effects on shopping flow and store satisfaction in the fashion multi-tasking culture store. Third, the shopping flow and store satisfaction played important medicating roles in the relationship between experiential marketing components (Act-Relate on shopping flow, Sense and Act-Relate on store satisfaction) and purchase intention. The results suggest that experiential marketing components with shopping flow and store satisfaction should be promoted among Chinese consumers to enhance purchase intentions in fashion multi-tasking culture stores.
