The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of educational program on maternal child-rearing attitude. The program consisted of 6 sessions, 3-hours weekly meeting per session with 12 mothers who have participated at parent education program. Before and after the program, tests were carried out with child-rearing attitude scale md qualitative research to analyze personal changes of participants. The results of the study were as follows. First, the pre-test and post-test with the maternal child-rearing attitude scale showed some changed recognition that maternal child-rearing attitude would be more affectionate, autonomous and unrejectable. Second, parent education program had positive effect on the maternal self understanding. Participants reported that various tests used for this program helped them to identify themselves. This program also positively influenced maternal children understanding through searching the developmental task and characteristics of children.

The purpose of this study was to analyze the path model about the emotional intelligence of multicultural preschoolers'. Multicultural mothers(N = 89) were administered questionnaires on social support, marital satisfaction, depression and mother-child relationship. Teachers(N = 89) were administered a questionnaire on preschoolers' emotional intelligence. The results indicates three things. First, social support effects marital satisfaction directly and mothers' depression indirectly. Second, mothers' depression effects preschoolers' self regulation and other regulation directly. And third, social support, marital satisfaction, mothers' depression effects preschoolers' self cognition indirectly through parent-child relationship.

The purpose of this article was to describe the effectiveness of group filial therapy program for undergraduate students in the period of their pre-parenthood. The goal was to enhance empathy in adult-child interaction, to facilitate students' sensitivity to the child, and to reduce children's behavioral problems. The program was implemented once a week for 8 weeks. Each session was implemented for 120 minutes. The subjects were 13 undergraduate students(22-24 years old) and 13 children(4-10 years old). Pre and post-tests were implemented. After 8 week intervention program, there were significant differences between pre and post-tests. The undergraduate students improved in their empathy in adult-child interaction and enhanced sensitivity to child.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the mediating effects of anger expression on the relationship between child abuse experience and the method of resolving interpersonal conflicts. For the study, 3,050 4th to 6th grade children from Kyunggi-do were sampled. The collected data were analyzed using simple regression, multi regression and a path analysis. This study showed that child abuse experience influenced the method of resolving the interpersonal conflicts via the expression of anger. In other words, anger expression could function as a pathway between child abuse experience and the method of resolving interpersonal conflicts.

The purpose of this study was to develop and evaluate an attachment improvement program for families adopting an older child. The objectives and contents of this program reflected on the experiences of adopted parents and the characteristics of older-age adoptee children with attachment disruption. The program consisted of three components: parent-child relationship building, parenting skills enhancement for adopted parents, and negative emotions mediation for the older-age adoptees. The subjects of program were eight parent-child dyads. Differences between pre- and post-test data showed statistically significant improvements in the quality of parent-child relationships, communication levels with parents, and the parents' autonomic levels. There was also a reduction in the children's social problems. The implications of this study were discussed in terms of improving parent-child attachments in families adopting an older child.

본 연구는 여성의 사회진출 확대와 맞벌이 부부의 증가로 인한 아동 돌봄 공백의 문제점이 발생하였고, 자녀의 초등학교 입학 이후의 돌봄 절벽 현상이 여성의 경력 단절을 심화하고 저출산의 원인 중 하나로 밝혀지며 돌봄 문제 해결과 일·가정의 양립을 위한 아동 돌봄서비스가 시작되었다. 코로나19 상황에서 아동의 등교 제한과 보호자가 부재한 상황에서 아동의 안전과 복지에 돌봄서비스의 중요성이 대두되었다. 정부는 정책적 노력을 통해 아동 돌봄 공백을 줄이기 위한 복지서비스를 제공했지만, 돌봄서비스 시행에 있어서 부처별·사업별로 대상자 선정과 전달체계의 불안정으로 인한 돌봄 제도의 효과성과 효율성의 문제점이 발생하였다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 방과 후 돌봄서비스의 사각지대를 해소하고 통합 전달체계의 효율적 운영방안을 마련하기 위해 각 부처에서 시행하는 돌봄서비스를 살펴보고, 아동 돌봄서비스 발전을 위한 방향을 모색해 보고자 한다.

본 연구는 빈곤및 결손가정등의 이유로 소외되어있는 지역아동센터 아동들의교육경쟁력 향상과 '글로벌창의 인재 양성' 이라는 국가의 미래지향적인 정책에 적극적으로 대처하기 위한 방안으로 녹색성장과 연계된 프로그램을 교육용 로봇을 활용하여 융합의 틀 안에서 개발하였다. 개발한 프로그램을 통해 지역아동센터 고학년 아동들을 대상으로 에너지 절약태도에 미치는 영향을 검증한 결과 녹색성장연계 융합프로그램이 기존의 프로그램에 비해서 통계적으로 의의가 있었으며, 지역아동센터 아동들의 에너지 절약태도 향상에 긍정적인 영향을 미친 것으로 확인되었다. 이를 통해 지역아동센터 아동들의 교육적 필요를 충족시키는데 도움이 될 것으로 기대된다.

본 연구는 2000~2015년까지 아동 청소년을 대상으로 한 성범죄와 관련한 재판들 중 1심에서 3심까지 판결이 이루어진 24건(총 8개의 사례)의 판례를 통해 국내의 양형을 내용 분석하였다. 양형분석 결과, 선고형량이 법정형을 이탈하여 하한 선고한 판결이 있음이 드러났으며, 아동 청소년대상 성범죄가 가중처벌규정으로 엄격하게 적용되어야 함에도 처벌수위는 양형의 참작요소에 의해 관대한 것으로 분석되었다. 양형요소에 대한 분석에서는 행위에 있어 책임의 비난가능성, 행위자의 양육보호자로써의 지위이용, 합의나 용서한 바 없음 등이 양형의 가중요소로 작용하였고, 행위에 있어 범행동기, 범행 후 정황, 행위자의 성폭력전과 없음, 잘못에 대한 반성, 피해자와의 관계, 피해자의 행위자 처벌을 원하지 않음 등이 양형의 감경요소로 작용하였다. 이를 토대로 위력여부, 피해자의 용서, 전과여부, 피해자와 가해자의 관계, 그리고 양형의 감경사례를 중심으로 추가적인 질적 내용분석을 하였고 이를 통해 양형요소에 대한 재 고찰의 필요성을 언급하였다.

본 연구는 아동복지 종사자가 자신의 일에 대한 순수한 즐거움을 동기로 그 일을 하는지, 즉 그들의 내재적 동기가 자신의 전문분야에 대한 애착을 의미하는 경력몰입을 통해 이직의도에 영향을 미치는지 분석하였다. 이를 위해 전국의 아동보호전문기관, 가정위탁지원센터, 아동양육시설 종사자들을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 구조방정식분석방법을 통해 353명의 아동복지 종사자의 내재적 동기, 경력만족 및 이직의도 간의 인과관계를 검증하였다. 먼저, 잠재변인이 적절한 측정변인으로 구성되었는지 측정분석을 통해 확인하였으며, 구조분석을 통해 구조모형의 변인 간의 관계를 파악하였다. 분석결과, 연구가설에서 설정한 대로 내재적 동기는 경력몰입을 통해 이직의도에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 그러나 내재적 동기가 이직의도에 직접적으로 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 통제변수들 중에서는 종사자의 월수입과 근무시간이 경력몰입과 이직의도에 유의미한 영향을 미쳤다. 이 결과를 반영하여 모형 적합도를 높인 수정모형을 제시하였으며, 매개효과의 유의성을 검증하였다. 마지막으로 이 연구결과를 바탕으로 사회복지 실천적 함의를 제안하였다.

Objective: The purpose of this study was to investigate the association between father marital satisfaction and parenting participation and young child emotion regulation to determine the mediating effects of father marital satisfaction and parenting participation on young child emotion regulation. Methods: This study was conducted with 249 3-, 4-, and 5-year-olds and their fathers at nurseries in Seoul and Gyeonggi. The collected data were analyzed via frequency, average, standard deviation, Pearson's correlation analysis, Baron and Kenny's hierarchical regression analysis, and the Sobel test. Results: First, father marital satisfaction, parenting participation and young child emotion regulation, including the sub-factors of each variable, were all significantly correlated. Second, father parenting participation was found to have a full-mediating effect emotion regulation of the young child. Meanwhile, father parenting participation was found to have a full mediating effect others-regulation of the young child. In addition, father parenting participation was found to have a partial mediating effect on young child self-regulation. Conclusion: These results suggests the need to provide more practical family programs and realistic governmental support to promote father parenting participation.
