종합 건강검진을 원하는 피검진자의 건강특성에 관한 연구 (Characteristics of Individuals Seeking Comprehensive Health Check-ups)

  • This study was carried out to identify basic data for more efficient operation of comprehensive health check-up centers in the national health care system. The researcher reviewed and analyzed the main symptoms of the subjects according to sex, age, occupation and positive rate in the screening tests of a comprehensive health check-up, performed at one comprehensive health check-up center in located in a hospital. The subjects were 512 persons who had a check-up at the comprehensive health check-up, center in K university hospital in Seoul from October 2, 1996 to March 30, 1997. A questionaire developed by the researcher to obtain subject's general characteristics, main symptoms, medical examination, diagnosed disease was used as the tool for the study. The researcher analyzed the data with SPSS PC/sup +/ program. : the distribution of the subject's general characteristics and main symptoms was described with percentages and the difference between main symptoms and screening tests analyzed with X²-test, t-test, ANOVA. The result of this study are as follows : 1. For the distribution of diagnosis in males. liver disease was most frequent and hypertension was second : in females, hypertention and liver disease were not common in that order. 2. The most common complaints were indigestion in the digestive system, sputum in the respiratory system, irregular heart beat in the cardiovascular system, frequent urine in the urinary system vertigo in the hematologic system. 3. The main symptoms according to sex were for females, a statistically siguificant higher rate of complaints in the digestive system, cardiovascular system, urinary system, hematologic system, musculoskeletal, mental & nervous system as compared to males. 4. The main symptoms according to age were that in the the second decade there wara higher rate of complaints in the digestive system, and cardiovascular system than in the older age groups : and in the fifth decade more in the musculoskeletal system. 5. The main symptoms according to occupation were that formers and fishers had a higher rate of complaints in the mental and nervous system as compared to other occupation groups : and office workers, in gynecology. 6. The main symptoms according to diagnosis, were symptoms of the digestive system, frequent in liver disease : symptoms of the cardiovascular system in allergic disease. 7. The screening tests which showed the highest rates were UGI /FGS, PFT : In males a higher rate of abnormality was seen in abdominal ultrasono- graphy and in, females, in mammography. 8. In screening tests according to sex, males showed a higher positive rate for chest X-rays, and LFT, and females, in mammography, pap smear, CBC. 9. In screening tests according to age, higher positive rates of obesity, high blood pressure, chest X-ray, mammography, pap smear, FBS, CBC, urine test were seen in the fifth decade : PFT and abdominal ultrasonography in the third decade. The subjects who wanted comprehensive health check-up were not asymptomatic but had an illness with several symptoms. It is found that the most frequent diagnosed diseases were hypertention and liver disease. So proper observations must be done for them. Comprehensive health check-ups should be changed to a comprehensive examination including treatment beyond examination for those subjects with positive results.

Kanako-2D를 이용한 사방댐 위치 변화에 따른 토석류 피해지 분석 (Analysis of Debris Flow Disaster Area according to Location Change of Check Dam using Kanako-2D)

  • With the increase in frequency of typhoons and heavy rains following the climate change, the scale of damage from the calamities in the mountainous areas has been growing larger and larger, which is different from the past. For the case of Korea where 64% of land is consisted of the mountainous areas, establishment of the check dams has been drastically increased after 2000 in order to reduce the damages from the debris flow. However, due to the lack of data on scale, location and kind of check dams established for reducing the damages in debris flow, the measures to prevent damages based on experience and subjective basis have to be relied on. Under this study, the high-precision DEM data was structured by using the terrestrial LiDAR in the Jecheon area where the debris flow damage occurred in July 2009. And, from the numerical models of the debris flow, Kanako-2D that is available to reflect the erosion and deposition action was applied to install the erosion control facilities (water channel, check dam) and analyzed the effect of reducing the debris flow shown in the downstream.After installing the erosion control facilities, most of debris flow moves along the water channel to reduce the area to expand the debris flow, and after installing the check dam, the flow depth and flux of the debris flow were reduced along with the erosion. However, as a result of analyzing the diffusion area, flow depth, erosion and deposition volume of the debris flow generated from the deposition part after modifying the location of the check dams with the damages occurring on private residences and agricultural land located on the upstream area, the highest reduction effect was shown when the check dam is installed in the maximal discharge points.

  • 2018년부터 시행된 항공안전정책기본계획은 무결점 항공안전관리체계 구축과 미래 항공안전 인프라 구축을 목표로 4차 산업혁명 기술을 적용한 항공안전관리 기술 개발을 포함하고 있다. 인공지능과 빅데이터를 활용한 항공기 고장관리, 가상/증강현실 기술을 활용한 비행훈련체계 등 다양한 항공안전관리 체계를 구축하고자 한다. 현재 공군에서도 스마트한 공군력 건설이라는 목표 아래 신기술을 활용한 비행안전관리 체계 사업을 추진 중이다. 본 연구에서는 비행 전에 항공기의 최종 안전성을 점검하는 항공기 상태 점검체계를 4차 산업혁명기술을 적용하여 설계하고자 한다. 공군에서는 항공기 상태 점검으로 기골 결함 점검과 비행 전 항공기 종합점검을 실시한다. 본 연구에서는 최소한 점검 오류를 줄일 수 있는 무결점 점검을 위해서 인공지능, 사물인터넷, 빅데이터, 그리고 드론을 활용한 기골 결함 점검체계와 비행 전 항공기 상태 점검체계 설계를 제안한다.

한국 20·30대의 건강검진 수검률 관련요인: 국민건강영양조사 제8기 2차년도(2020) 자료를 중심으로 (Related Factors for Health Check-up Attendance among Korean Adults in their 20s and 30s: Based on the 2020 KNHANES Data)

  • 본 연구는 한국 20~30대 건강검진 수검자들의 특성을 분석하고 수검에 영향을 미치는 요인을 분석하여 수검률을 향상시키기 위해 시도하였다. 연구대상 및 방법은 국민건강영양조사 제8기 2차년도(2020년) 국민건강영양조사를 활용하여 20세에서 30세 사이의 대한민국 거주 남녀 1,453명을 대상으로 하였으며, 건강검진 수진 여부를 인구사회학적요인, 건강행태요인, 정신건강요인, 의료이용요인으로 나누어 단순 로지스틱 회귀분석과 다중 로지스틱 회귀분석을 실시하였다. 분석결과 한국 20~30대 건강검진 수검에 영향을 미치는 요인은 교육수준, 결혼여부, 건강보험종류, 정규직 여부, 주관적 건강상태로 나타났다. 본 연구 결과는 20-30대 건강검진 수검율 향상의 기초자료로 활용할 수 있다.

하서(河西) 김인후(金麟厚)의 독서관에 관한 연구 - "하서전집"의 인용문헌 분석을 중심으로 - (A Study on Kim Inhue's View of Reading: Through the Analysis of Reference Books in Haseo-Chunjib)

  • 이 연구는 "하서전집"의 인용문헌 분석을 통해 김인후의 독서관을 고찰하였다. 그 결과 최소한 123종의 책을 독서했으며, "사서삼경", "사기", "한서", "장자", "고문진보", "초사", "문선"을 가장 많이 인용하였다. 김인후는 16세기 선비들이 보여주는 공통적인 독서범주를 뛰어넘은 다양한 독서, 시대상에 구애받지 않은 자유로운 독서를 했음을 알 수 있다. 그의 독서관은 성리학의 경서를 중요시 여겼으며 또한 다양한 독서를 통하여 실생활에 유익한 지식을 얻음과 동시에 방대한 저술의 바탕을 마련하였다.

해양오염예방을 위한 자율점검제도 개선방안 (How to Improve Self-Check System for Marin Pollution Prevention in Korea)

  • 해양경찰은 2007년부터 해양오염예방관리가 우수한 사업장을 대상으로 "자율점검제도"를 도입하여 관리하여 왔으며, 사업장의 많은 관심과 참여로 효과를 거두었다. 그러나 수년이 지나면서 변화된 사회 환경과 해양종사자들의 의식 변화 그리고 내부조직의 변화 등이 적기에 반영되지 않아 정체되어 있는 실정이다. 이러한 내외부의 환경변화를 수용하기 위하여 자율점검제도에 참여하는 사업장의 해양종사자를 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였으며, 제도를 재조명하고 효과적인 개선방안을 마련하는데 중점을 두었다. 제도의 실효성을 높이기 위해서는 홍보를 강화하고 5톤 이상 선박의 해양오염관리를 위한 제도개선이 필요하며, 해양오염관리가 우수한 사업장은 사업 활동과 점검에 대한 부담을 줄일 수 있도록 해양환경관리법에 "자율점검제도"를 반영해야 한다.

HPGe 검출기를 사용한 감마분광분석계의 점검선원 개발 (Development of a simple laboratory-made radioactive source to check the integrity of a gamma spectrometry system with HPGe detector)

  • HPGe 검출기를 사용하는 감마 분광분석계의 건전성을 점검하기 위한 실험실 선원이 개발되었다. 점검 선원은 0.154 mm 이하의 라듐이 풍부한 토양을 밀봉된 원통형 시료 용기에 담은 것으로, 검출기 교정에 사용할 12 개의 감마선이 방출된다. 점검 선원의 스펙트럼은 1년 동안 1개월 간격으로 측정하였으며, 스펙트럼에 나타난 감마선 피크들의 특성을 조사하였다. 감마 분광분석계가 정상일 때 라듐과 그 붕괴 생성물에서 3% 이상 방출률을 갖는 감마선들의 피크면적과 반치폭은 77 keV 피크를 제외하고는 각각 표준편차 2%와 3% 이내에서 일정하였다. 따라서 점검 선원은 77 keV부터 2202 keV까지 영역에 있는 10개의 피크를 사용하여 분광분석계의 건전성을 점검하는데 충분한 것으로 판단되었다.

극한확률의 개념과 Median Rank를 이용한 HOQ 도표의 일관성 검정 (Consistency Check of a House of Quality Chart by Limiting Probability Concept and Median Rank)

  • Six sigma has been the most influential management innovation tool in order to achieve the customer's satisfaction and keep the competition in the age of limitless competition. The success in six sigma is to find the correct CTQ (Critical to Quality). QFD (Quality function deployment) is the efficient too ever created to tie product and service design decisions directly to customer wants and needs. One of the mistakes in QFD is to analyze using an inconsistent HOQ (House of quality) chart. An inconsistent HOQ chart is one in which the information from the correlation matrix is inconsistent with that from the relationship matrix. This study presents the consistency check and inconsistency check in case of failing the consistency check. Also we propose the procedures using the Limiting Probability in correlation matrix and the Median Rank in relationship matrix in order to be consistent in HOQ chart.

검사 결과 확인을 위한 전화 진료의 활용 (The use of the telephone for a medical consultation for checking the examination results)

  • Purpose Patients should have a regular medical check-up, the cost direct and indirect medical expenses to check the results, and revisit the hospital. Some of patients often want to use the telephone for a medical consultation, Method The subjects participating in this study were a selection 485 patients who received outpatient service in Asan Medical Center and Gangbuk Samsung Hospital. The patients's favorite method for medical check-up, time, cost, fatigue, and inconvenience, in regard with the revisit to check the examination results, were researched and analyzed on identical questionnaires about them. Results The average transportation, food expenses and opportunity costs the subjects spent was 90,400 for those from the Seoul and Gyunggi area, and 269,800 from other area. And the average required time per visit was 4.13 hours for those from the Seoul and Gyunggi area, 11.84 hours from other areas, and averagely 7.72 hours for all the subjects. More than 75% of the subjects answered that they felt tired and their work was interrupted. The subjects from both areas preferred the check by phone. Conclusion If the scope of telephone medical consultation is defined and the doctor-patient certification is possible, it can be thought as an efficient alternative of the medical check-up by revisit. It is necessary to discuss an appropriate amount of the medical check-up by phone which the same cost and effort can be allocated in.

A Study on the Effect of Pair Check Cooperative Learning in Operating System Class

  • In the 4th Industrial Revolution, the competitiveness of the software industry is important, and as a solution to fundamentally secure the competitiveness of the software industry, education classes should be provided to educate high quality software personnel in educational institutions. Despite this social situation, software-related classes in universities are largely composed of competitive or individual learning structures. Cooperative learning is a learning model that can complement the problems of competitive and individual learning. Cooperative learning is more effective in improving academic achievement than individual or competitive learning. In addition, most learners have the advantage of having a more desirable self-image by having a successful experience. In this paper, we apply a pair check model, which is a type of cooperative learning, in operating system classes. In addition, the class procedure and instruction plan are designed to apply the pair check model. We analyze the test results to analyze the performance of the cooperative learning model.
