A Study on the Construction Method of HS Item Classification Decision System Based on Artificial Intelligence

  • Industrial Revolution means the improvement of productivity through technological innovation and has been a driving force of the whole change of economic system and social structure as the characteristic of technology as the tool of this productivity has changed. Since the first industrial revolution of the 18th century, productivity efficiency has been advanced through three industrial revolutions so far, and this fourth industrial revolution is expected to bring about another revolution of production. In this study, the demand for the introduction of artificial intelligence(AI) technology has been increasing in various business fields due to the rapid development of ICT technology, and the classification of HS(harmonized commodity description and coding system) items has been decided using artificial intelligence technology, which is the core of the fourth industrial revolution. And it is enough to construct HS classification system based on AI technology using inference and deep learning. Performing the HS item classification is not an easy task. Implementation of item classification system using artificial intelligence technology to analyze information of HS item classification which is performed manually by the current person more accurately and without any mistake, And the customs administrations, customs offices, and customs agencies, it is expected to be highly utilized in the innovation of trade practice and the customs administration innovation FTA origin agent.

메조포러스실리카를 이용한 메조포러스 전이금속체 합성 (Synthesis of Mesoporous Transition Metal Carbon Using the Mesoporous Silica)

  • 본 연구는 SBA-15, MCM-41, MCM-48, KIT-6와 같은 메조포러스실리카를 다양한 조건에서 합성하고 이를 이용하여 CMK(Carbon Mesoporous Korea)를 합성한다. 합성된 CMK를 이용하여 메조포러스 구조의 전이금속체를 제조하였다. 각각의 메조포러스실리카에 따라 합성된 CMK의 특성을 분석하고 이를 이용하여 합성된 메조포러스 전이금속체의 특성을 질소흡탈착 등온선, SEM, 저각 X-선 회절분석으로 분석하므로써 최적의 메조포러스 전이금속체의 합성조건을 도출하였다, 실험 결과 가장 우수한 특성을 나타내는 메조실리카는 SBA-15이며, BET 분석으로 SBA-15로부터 합성된 메조포러스 구리 분자체의 비표면적은 $225m^2/g$, 기공크기는 2.91nm로 나타났다.

  • In recent years, robots have been used widely in industrial field and have been expanded as a result of continuous research and development for high-speed and miniaturization. The goal of this paper is to design the serial manipulator through kinematic analysis and to control the position and orientation of end-effector with respect to time. In general, a structure of industrial robot consists of several links connected in series by various types of joints, typically revolute and prismatic joints. The movement of these joints is determined in inverse kinematic analysis. Compared to the complicated structure of parallel and hybrid robot, open loop system retains the characteristic that each link is independent and is controlled easily. AC servo motor is used to place the robot end-effector toward the accurate point with the desired speed and power while it is operated by position control algorithm. The robot end-effector should trace the given trajectory within the appropriate time. The trajectory of end-effector can be displayed on the monitor of general personal computer through Opengl program.

차량용 전자식 솔레노이드 밸브 필터간의 유동특성에 관한 연구 (A Study on Flow Characteristics about Valve Filter for Electronic System Solenoid Structure)

  • 향후 제작 될 솔레노이드 구조의 방향을 제시하고자 실험 및 유동 특성에 대한 비교 분석 연구가 진행 되어졌다. 실험값과 해석값의 비교 분석은 ANSYS CFD와 전자식 측정 기구를 이용하여 수행하였다. 구조의 3D 모델링은 CATIA V5R18을 이용하였으며, 유동구간의 격자 생성은 ICEM CFD 프로그램을 사용하였다. 유동해석 분석은 수치해석 프로그램인 ANSYS CFD를 이용하여 실험값에 대한 검증이 진행되었다. 실험값을 통해 정밀 필터구간에서 나타난 유량은 $0-10{\ell}/min$ 으로 나타났으며 유동해석결과 최대 $0.18{\ell}/min$로 나타났다. 유동 해석 결과와 실험값의 비교분석을 통해 유동환경에 보다 효율적인 솔레노이드 구조를 제시 할 수 있었다.

산업별 연구조직특성에 의한 기술지식관리시스템의 설계 (On the Design of Technological Knowledge Management System Based on Sectoral Characteristics of R&D Organization)

  • Recently, knowledge management(KM) has attracted increasing attention from academicians and practitioners alike. Amongst others, technological knowledge(TK) is considered principal asset of KM and R,&D organization of private firms selves as primary actor of KM. It is also noted that the notion of sectoral pattern of innovation highlights idiosyncratic differences across industrial sectors in terms of TK management. That is, knowledge contents, knowledge generation and How pattern are considerably different among industries. This paper first analyzes the correlation between structural of R&D organization and industrial(sectoral) type to identify the dominant structure of R&D organization for each industry. Second, sector-specific architectures of TK management system are proposed. According to structural characteristic of R&D-organization type, test-practice forms of TK management system are suggested in terms of such factors as knowledge contents(technology information), knowledge generation activities, and knowledge storage/retrieval modes.

  • In conventional probability-based quality evaluation of products with qualitative characteristics, many factors that affect the evaluation are not easily represented quantitatively, because the relation between reliability of human evaluator and each of these factors is not clear. In order to evaluate the quality of product with qualitative characteristics quantitatively, in this paper, the relation is represented as the shape of possibility distribution function of fuzzy set on the interval [0,1]. Furthermore, fuzzy reasoning is used to obtain the estimates of quality characteristics. And, it is supposed that many quality characteristics affected by the above factors are connected with the final characteristic through hierarchical structures. Finally, using the estimates gained from the final evaluation, qualitative characteristics are evaluated by use of concept of pattern recognition.

분수로 분류부 형상에 따른 유량분배율 특성의 실험적 연구 (An Experimental Study on Characteristic of Discharge Distribution Rate according Divided Channel Shape)

  • The divided channel is not often used on the river and when the installation is for the controlling of the flow quantity. The determination of the channel size is not a easy task. Model tests are examined to confirm the variation of distribution rate by the method of the channel installation and the position of the structure and the adjustment of numerical simulation is executed by the comparing of the results. This study is to execute numerical model according to installation of divided channel by using AQUADYN program, the 2nd dimension numerical model, and HEC-RAS program, the 1st dimension numerical model, by the shape of divided channel. Also, it compares with difference by method about each case.

마하피닝 처리에 의한 기계구조용 합금강의 피로균열전파 지연효과 (Effect of mach peening treatment on fatigue crack growth retardation in structural steel alloy)

  • Mach peening treatment is one of the various kinds of techniques to improve the fatigue properties. The mach peening process gives high-level work hardening and compressive residual stress near the surface layer, improving the fatigue strength. In addition, this treatment reduces slip bands that initiate the fatigue cracks near the surface. During impingement, a plastic indentation surrounded by a plastic zone is formed. Mach peening treatment characteristic is less energy consumption and is an environmental friendly processing methods that is not accompanied by pollution. It is machining process that can prevent fatigue fracture beforehand in structure using already as well as process of production. The test results showed that fatigue crack propagation delay appeared by drilling type 43%, mach peening type 110%.

미분양아파트 구매의사결정 영향구조 분석: 잔여세대 입주자를 대상으로 (Decision-making Factors and Characteristics for Buying an Unsold Apartment: Focused on Unsold Apartment Residents)

  • 본 연구는 사회 경제적 문제를 발생시키고 있는 미분양아파트 적체물량을 효율적으로 해소할 수 있는 방안을 제시하는데 목적을 두고 있으며, 미분양아파트 입주민의 특성요인을 규명하고, 그중 미분양아파트 입주 시 우선적으로 고려해야하는 요인을 파악하고자 하였다. 또한 입주민 특성요인과 미분양아파트 조건완화특성이 거주만족도를 경유해 재구매의사에 미치는 영향구조를 알아보고자 연구를 진행하였다. 미분양 입주자의 구매의사에 영향을 미치는 요인을 구성하기 위해 앞서 검토한 선행연구를 토대로 구매의사결정 요인과 조건완화특성을 종합화하였다. 우선, 미분양아파트 입주민의 특성요인을 규명하기 위해 선행연구를중심으로 부동산의 물리적, 환경적, 사회적, 경제적 특성 등을 추출하였으며, 부동산 전문가 집단의 FGI(Focus Group Interview)를 통해 분석에 적합한 특성요인을 정리하였다. 다음으로 설정된 가설과 연구모형을 바탕으로 변수간 영향관계를 PLS 구조방정식을 활용하여 분석하였다. 분석결과 미분양아파트 잔여세대 입주민의 경우 구매의사결정에 있어 조건완화혜택이 가장 큰 영향을 미치며, 다음으로 경제적 특성 그리고 주거환경특성이 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 특성에 기인한 미분양아파트 거주만족도는 재구매의사에도 유의한 영향을 주고 있는 것으로 도출되었다.

  • Fiber optic connector, ferrule, is a device to connect and align fiber optics cable on fiber-optic communication system. In this paper, Structural analysis was performed to analyze bed and frame structure of co-axial grinding machine. Deformation and modal analysis for natural frequency was performed using ANSYS Designspace program to analyze structural characteristics. New improved model of bed and frame structure was proposed based on initial basic model.
