플렉시블 무선통신소자 응용을 위한 PES 박막상의 Fishbone 형태의 전송선로에 대한 RF 특성연구 (A study on RF characteristics of fishbone-type transmission line on PES substrate for application to flexible wireless communication device)

  • 본 연구에서는 소형화된 투명 플렉시블 무선통신소자 구현을 위해, 주기적 구조를 가지는 fishbone 형태의 전송선로를 PES (polyether sulfone) 박막상에 제작하였으며, 이에 관한 RF 특성을 고찰하였다. 그 결과에 의하면, PES 박막상에 제작된 fishbone 형태의 전송선로는 종래의 코프레너선로에 비해 단파장특성을 보여주었으며, 구체적으로 50 GHz에서 선로파장은 2.23 mm으로, 종래의 코프레너 선로의 56.6%이다. 삽입손실 측정결과에 의하면 fishbone 형태의 전송선로는 50 GHz 까지의 주파수 범위에서 1.31 dB보다 낮은 저손실특성을 보여주었다. 대역폭 추출결과에 의하면, PES 박막상의 fishbone 형태의 전송선로는 통과대역이 608 GHz인 광대역 특성을 보였다. PES 박막상의 fishbone 형태의 전송선로의 특성임피던스는 기존의 주기적 구조와는 달리 매우 적은 주파수 의존성을 나타내었으며, 이로 인해 광대역의 전송선로 및 광대역 분포형 수동소자에 이용될 수 있음을 알 수 있었다.

  • This paper describes the procedure of recognizing the On-line Korean characters which are written on a graphic tablet. The effective recognition of primitives is performed by the use of stroke unit proceeding instead of coordinate unit under the base of definition of characteristic points which are fit to Korean character through the application of the characteristics of korean characters & input data on graphic tablet.

  • This paper proposed a miniaturization passive element employing the multiple microstrip line. As a result of this method, we realized the transmission line miniaturized. The applying structure designed and evaluated a power divider on GaAS MMIC circuit. It draws a plan in a center Frequency as the observation could do good characteristic.

  • A new method is presented for the synthesis of lossy tapered transmission line having presecribed frequency characteristic in the passband. The theory of lossy case extends lossless cases suggested by Klopfenstein and others, and a special optimization process based on the Fourier transfrom pair and generalized Taylor's procedure is proposed for exact designs of frequency-dependent and distance-dependent lossy tapered line. The process is achieved by control of zero points of lobe-like input reflection coefficient. The validity of the suggested method is confirmed by synthesizing a lossy microstrip transformer and analyzing the simulation results.

  • In this paper, we analyse the dynamic characteristic of 3-phase line start permanent magnet motor considering magnetization. Magnetization vector of NdFeB is obtained from the 2-D FEM magnetization analysis. And comparing the proposed analysis with conventional analysis method, we know that it is necessary to consider magnetization in dynamic analysis.

  • An exact solution of the lossy linear tapered transmission line is derived. As its application, a simple design method of the quasi non-distortion lossy linear tapered transmission line in the time domain is described. A design example is presented to show the validity and usefulness of the method.

  • The Study was consist of clothing shape(H-line, A-line, V-line, X-line, O-line) and color(Blace, Grey1, Grey2, White). The main purpose of this study is to analyze image differences due to shape variation, image differences due to observers characteristic differences. The main findings can be summarized as follow. First, image differences due to shape variation are statistically significant ar five factors - the maturity level, the degree of softness, attractiveness, the degree of recognition, and the activity. But the degree of recognition is found out to be the least significant factor. H-line is estimated the mature image, A·X-line is estimated young, feminine and active image. Second, image differences by observers characteristics are various depending on the shape of clothing.

  • Partial discharge(PD) test can be performed either when the rotating machine is not operating(off-line) or during normal machine operation(on-line). This paper presents an on-line and off-line PD test on a large hydro-generator and induction motor using the same PD acquisition system(PDAS) and ceramic coupler(CC) sensor. PD signal characteristics of CC sensor proved similar with that of epoxy mica coupler(EMC) sensor as a results of PD test for simulated defect winding and frequency response test. A comparison of on-line and off-line PD test for PD characteristic parameters-phase resolved PD(PRPD), maximum PD value(Qmax) and PD occurrence energy(POE)-indicated that on-line PD test could reliably and effectively diagnose insulation conditions which were verified by off-line PD test.
