Urban outdoor playground serves as the space to promote the physical, cognitive, social, creative, emotional and linguistic development of children and the education center to stimulate the imagination and curiosity of them. It is also the place to be used as a basic park for urban residents and the local community space for associating with people of various levels. However, this playground as a banal space did not function properly before now. In 21st century, urban playground requires change and its various changes have been attempted. In particular, there is a need for the change into eco-friendly playground to provide children's health and urban healthy environment. Therefore, it requires much effort to construct and vitalize the eco-friendly playground adequate for domestic circumstances in Korea. This study derived the preferred planning items among eco-friendly playground planning elements focused on the people to use it and provided the data for the construction of local friendly, eco-friendly outdoor playground. For this purpose, we visited the playground of the apartment house built in 10 years with more than 300 households and surveyed 200 adults and investigated the residents' utilization and satisfaction on the current playground and the recognition and preference for eco-friendly playground.

We need a study of the ratio of successful applicants control methodology about the national technical qualification under the global-green industrial society and rapid change of international circumstances, infinite competition rider society under FTA aspects. It is necessary to develop of HRD Korea selfishness and increase brand value of national technical qualification. So, this study is analysed to the ratio of successful applicants of national technical qualification toward change of the 'bank of problems' control rule, various characters of candidates and the trend of demand and supply of labours instead of the absolute evaluation method. Accordingly, this study suggests to a methodology for the forecasting model of the ratio of successful applicants using the level of problems difficulty and pattern and the candidates academical carriers.

The changes in korean economic environment, from quantitative to qualitative growth of economy, go with making desperate efforts, that is, companies have put through many technical improvements, quality control, improvement of service, and so forth. Enterprises cut the number of employees through labor-management adjustment, so that a shortage of labor caused. An increase in intension of labor brought about growing the proportion of occupational diseases which is musculoskeletal diseases. Because of a rapid change in society and a change in our circumstances, we have many difficulties in examine a business disease closely. In support corroboration of relevance on admission of business, a criterion for dudging afford a basis for a causal relationship of medical science, take the state of working conditions into consideration, and at the same time, give a adaptable decision based on the purpose and point of "The Labor Standard Law" as well as "The Law about Industrial Accident Compensation insurance". In conclusion, it is necessary for the dental hygienists 10 reduce the on-duty hours a day, to make good postures in working, and to remove the stressful conditions in order to reduce the incidence of the lumbago. Good working postures, appropriate rest time, and early detection, care and education of the lumbago could be recommended for the dental hygienists.

하천유량의 시간적 추세에 대한 이해는 자연환경이나 인간사회를 위한 하천관리 및 수자원계획에 도움을 줄 수 있다. 일반적으로 기온, 강수, 유량 그리고 농업, 홍수방지활동, 저수지 및 유역간의 물이동 등과 같은 하천의 이용은 결과적으로 하천의 흐름에 반영되게 된다. 수자원 시설물 설계에서 받아들여지는 시계열 상에서 수문기상학적 특성이 불변하다는 가정은 기후변화나 하천교란에 의해 더 이상 타당하지 않을 수 있다. 그러므로 수문시계열에서 변화 특성을 검증하고 기술하는 것은 하천관리에 있어 매우 중요한 과제이다. 본 연구에서는 섬진강에서 인위적 유량교란에 의한 유량 변동성 검정을 통계해석에 기반을 둔 단일변수와 집단변수, 그리고 시계열 분석방법으로 구분하여 수행하였다. 검정 결과, 현재 섬진강 수계의 연 유량계열은 동질성을 유지하고 있으나 갈수기 유량계열에서는 변동성이 나타났다.

본 연구의 목적은 탱크모형의 매개변수를 시행착오범으로 산정할 경우, 불확실성을 개선하기 위해 Kalman filter로 매개변수를 실시간 예측하여 저수유출의 예측에 효과적인 알고리즘을 얻고자 하였다. 유역특성을 다양한 구조로 나타낼 수 있는 탱크모형은 각 단 탱크에 부착된 유출공으로부터 유출한 총 유출량이 관측유량에 유사하게 나타나야 하지만 유출환경의 영향으로 수렴성이 좋지 않았다. 이러한을 보완하기 위하여 탱크모형의 매개변수를 Kalman filter의 상태공간 모형에 의하여 실시간으로 추정한 결과, 시간 경과에 따라 추정치와 관측치의 수렴도가 높아 일정한 값을 유지하였으며, 이때의 유출환경을 나타내는 상태공간의 매개변수변화가 정적임을 알 수 있었다. 따라서 Kalman filter에 의한 탱크모형의 매개변수 추정기법은 저수유출 예측에 특히 효율성이 좋았으며 유량이 급변하는 곳에서도 어느 정도 적응하여 기존 탱크모형의 구조를 자동기법으로 정하는 예측시스템 보다 유출예측 시스템에 의한 탱크모형의 구조적 알고리즘이 적합한 모형임을 입증하였다.

Objectives: Current information & communication technology is advancing very rapidly and the ripple effects are spreading all over society traditional Korean medicine (TKM) is no exception. We draw up afuture plan and target system's architecture of KIOM's OASIS to follow the information change and reinforce the supporting infra for TKM research. Methods: First, we analyzed the information circumstances of western and eastern medicine, both overseas and domestic, especially investigating the detailed changes domestically. Second, we grasped the present conditions of OASIS and compared it with other information portals. Finally, we drew a future plan and system architecture from the analysis results. Results: First, the information status of western medicine is much more advanced than TKM's, and overseas information circumstances are likewise more developed than domestics. Second, we found that OASIS is performing the central research infra role well in TKM. Finally we designed an information system architecture which is composed of an infra layer, an application layer and a service layer. Conclusion: We must integrate information materials such as literature, research manpower, facilities and standards to make TKM's knowledge portal successful. In detail, we have to make TKM's information classification code, build up the electronic TKM library and offer complementary and alternative medicine (CAM) trends.

이 연구의 목적은 폐업한 자영업자의 재성과 대운 세운분석을 통해 명리학을 진로상담에 적용하여 그 가능성을 탐색하는데 있었다. 사업적성에 해당하는 재성(財星)의 강 약을 통해 Holland 흥미 적성검사를, 10년의 환경인 대운(大運)과 1년의 환경인 세운(歲運)에서 일간(日干)에게 가장 필요한 용신(用神)의 합(合) 형(刑) 충(?)의 변화로 인한 길(吉) 흉(凶)을 통해 Super가 언급한 개인의 처해진 환경을 파악하였다. 또한 직업궁을 알아 볼 수 있는 월지(月支)의 변화를 살펴 직업변동의 가능성을 확인할 수 있었다. 본 연구를 통해 폐업한 자영업자의 재성은 약한 사주이며, 대운 세운에서 용신이 합 형 충 되어 흉하게 작용하였고 그로 인해 폐업할 수밖에 없었다는 결과를 얻었다. 이러한 연구 성과를 통해 현행 서양검사지 위주의 진로상담에 대한 문제점을 보완하면서 흥미 적성뿐만 아니라, 개인의 환경까지 아우를 수 있는 진로상담을 위한 명리학의 적용가능성을 탐색할 수 있었다.

For the first Maritime Accident Inquiry System in Korea, Central Marine Accidents Inquiry Committee were founded in Seoul and District Marine Accidents Inquiry Committee in Busan city In 1963 to determine the circumstances of the accidents and causes. At the present day, it was settled as Maritime Safety Tribunal tough several revision of the Law and regulations regarding the Maritime Accident Inquiry System. In Korea, there occurred about m cases of marine accident, and as a result, about 200 people were lost human lives in average per year. In accordance with the change of circumstances such as traffic increasing and being bigger in size, being faster in speed, etc., the causes of the marine accidents become complicated year by year. Accordingly, in this moment, it is meaningful that the introduction of the Research Official who assists the Judges probing the cases fair and square. In this Paper, with the consideration of the several kinds of Research Official System, such as the Research Official of the Korean Supreme Court, the Supreme Public Prosecutors' Office and the Constitutional Court, Japanese Supreme Court, Law Clerk in USA, etc., the selection, numbers, duty of the Research Official were studied. The results of the study are as follows; 1. The Research Official to be appointed among the person having long enough career as a Judge, Investigator engaged in the Maritime Safety Tribunal due to he sho띨d have capability to confirm perfectly logical judgement and to collect enough material for the conclusion of the causes of the case. The one who understands the foreign language is preferred for the study of the foreign cases; 2. It will be logical to post 3 joint Research Officials in Korea Maritime Safety Tribunal in Seoul after due consideration the cases treated a year; 3. It will be logical for the Research Official to perform the collection of material and inspection of the scene for the trial and inquiry of the cases, to attend the cases filed suit to the Supreme Court, to make commentarial papers regarding the judged cases, to collect statistics of marine accidents and to devise a reform measure through in-depth analysis of the accidents frequently occurred, to study for the improvement of the Maritime Accident Inquiry System;

오늘날 건설수요는 고도화, 프로젝트의 대형화, 공사여건의 복잡화와 같은 외부환경에 의해 변하고 있다. 이에 정부에서는 외부환경의 변화에 적절히 대응하고자 선진화된 발주방식을 도입하였다. 그러나 이러한 의도와는 달리, 기 발주된 프로젝트에서는 발주방식별 장${\cdot}$단점 등이 효과적으로 나타나지 못하고 있다. 이러한 원인은 사업의 기획단계에서 발주방식을 선정할 때 사업의 특성을 충분히 반영하지 못하는 현재의 "대형공사 입찰방법 심의기준"에서 그 원인을 찾을 수 있다. 따라서 본 연구는 프로젝트의 특성에 따른 적절한 발주방식을 적용하기 위하여 발주방식 선정기준을 위한 모델을 제시하고자 한다.

Because of the radical changes in the domestic and foreign economic circumstances Koreaa fisheries is confronted with difficulties. Along the end of the UR marine products of other nations are rushing into Korea. Also migration of labor to other industries and rise of wage level in Korean fisheries deteriorate managerial conditions. But in Korea which has little natural resourses fisheries is still more important. That is \circled1 creating job opportunites \circled2 increase of income \circled3 supply of foodstuffs and animal protein \circled4 acquisition of foreign currency \circled5 enlargement of domestic market for industrial products \circled6 development of other interrelated industries \circled7 rational use of domestic resourses \circled8 diversification of population and production activites \circled9 contribution to balanced growth of national economy by the developing regional economy. These roles of fisheries in national economy mentioned above are to be excuted forward. In spite of the radical change in the economic circumstances at the end of the UR fisheries if crucial in Korea as a industry. For this our fisheries is to be made to compete with foreign fisheries. Through the cheap price and high quality our fisheries must be came to compete with foreign fisheries and meet the people's needs for marine products. For this it is necessary to maintain high productivity and competitive power. Now with the exception of a portion of the deep - sea fishing, our fisheries is generally paltry, Especially inshore fishery which is the main stock in our fisheries is very paltry and so productivity and competetive power are very low. So to develop our fisheries which has s comparative disadvantage active polices that follows below are to be promoted on a large scale. \circled1 improvement of structure \circled2 augmentation of productivity in fishing ground by making fisheries resourses \circled3 enlargement of finantial and monetary assistance \circled4 effective administration of fisheries cooperative union \circled5 activation of R&D etc These polices which need to be scientific and comprehensive are very valuable. Especially without making fishieries resources we cannot expect economy of scale, promotion of productivity and development of fisheries. And we do also endeavour to gather the results of the study and investigation about fisheries domestic and foreign and do ceaselessly put these to practical use systimatically.
