The objective of this study is to examine the effects of consumer beliefs regarding three food certifications on their behavioral intention and the behavioral intention biases to purchase (purchasing intention biases) certified agricultural products as predicted by a subjective probability model. The food certifications used for this study are 'Organic food', 'Traceability system of food products,' and 'Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP)'. Tofu (bean curd) was selected as being representative of agricultural food products, for the purposes of this study. In 2016, we surveyed 243 consumers regarding the strength of their belief regarding their prior beliefs relative to each certification, as well as the strength of their intention to purchase certified tofu based on their belief strengths for this study. The study resulted in the following findings: Firstly, consumers hold more than two different prior beliefs for each of the three certifications included in this study. Consumers' prior beliefs regarding these certifications have an impact on their consideration as to whether they plan to buy those certified agricultural products. Secondly, consumers try to persuade themselves to ensure that their particular belief about the product's certification could lead to a purchasing decision regarding that agricultural product.

This study examines the effects of consumer beliefs for food certifications on the behavioral intentions and the behavioral intention biases to purchase the certified seafoods by a subjective probability model which is on the basis of the mathematical probability model and the covariance model. The food certifications used on this study are 'Organic foods', 'Traceability system of food products' and. 'HACCP'. The representative foods of fishery products on this study is seasoned laver. The current study showed the following results. First, consumers have more than two different beliefs each for all certifications which are the subjects of this study. The beliefs of the certifications have an impact on the consumers when they consider to buy the certified seafood products. Second, consumers try to persuade by themselves to ensure that their particular belief about the certification could lead to a purchase the seafood products. Consumer beliefs of the "environmentally friendly production" on the organic foods certification is an important factor as much as the "guarantee of food safety" belief making a positive purchasing behavior intentions(PBI) bias for the organic seafood products. Consumers also have a positive PBI bias for certified seafood products in all certifications as long as a certification is considered to "guarantee the transparency of the food distribution process" as its belief. 'Traceability system' was the only one which didn't generate a positive PBI bias from the belief of "guarantee of food safety" out of three certifications.

우리나라에서 전산학(computer science)을 가르치는 대표적인 학과는 컴퓨터공학 또는 전자계산학과 등으로 불리는 학과이며, 일반적으로 대학교의 역할인 학문과 기술의 발전 및 그것의 전수라는 측면에서 교과과정을 구성하고 있다. 한편 최근 세계적 산업체에서 제공하는 국제자격증이나 우리나라의 국가공인자격증 등은 산 현장 기술의 대학교육에 대한 접목이라는 측면에서 기존 대학의 교과과정의 보완을 위한 참고 사항이 될 수 있을 것이다. 본 논문에서는 학생들로 하여금 이와 같은 자격증 취득에 도움이 될 수 있도록 기존의 본 대학의 교과과정을 상호보완적 입장에서 구성하는 방안에 대하여 제안하였다.

This study was conducted for the university students who majored in culinary arts. The effects of students' certifications on class and school life satisfaction and their effects on preparation employment were examined. The results showed that the students with the certifications had a high level of satisfaction in the class satisfaction, but they also had high stress in the school life. In other words, it seemed that the stress was increased in parallel with the school life in obtaining the certificate. In the case of qualification for preparation employment, the certification affects the preparation for employment even for the culinary arts majors. As for the number of certificates and passions, the change was found from 3 certifications, lower in 4, but again in 5. These results suggest that the certification initially increases enthusiasm, but when it reaches a certain level, it reaches its limit and it rises again after passing the interval. Also, students who graduated from cooking related high school showed high passion compared to those who did not.

In the field of secure information systems including electronic commerces, public key infrastructure(PKI) is widely used for secure services. The more PKI domains are established, the more needs are required for cross-domain certifications. Furthermore, each country has many certificate authorities(CA) which require more complex cross certification: We may need a fast algorithm in order to find the possible certification paths. This will be more indispensible in the growing PKI systems. We designed and implemented the high-speed certification path discovery algorithm. Also, we investigated the feature of operation of the system.

This paper intends to analyze the roles of regulations and certifications within the construction market that affect the effective recycling and application methods of construction waterproofing industries. Certifications, eco-labels, green certification patents, and new excellent technologies obtained in construction waterproofing industries are studied. In accordance to the study results, it was determined that, a total of 38 items obtained eco-labels with effective recycling as the theme, 10 items with green certifications, and 8 items with New Excellent Technologies.

본 연구는 기후변화에 대응하여 2013년 3월 시행된 녹색건축인증기준의 평가항목 및 실제 인증현황 분석을 통해 현행 인증기준의 개선방향 모색을 위한 기초자료를 제시하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 최근 영국 BREEAM, 미국 LEED, 독일 DGNB, 일본 CASBEE 등 선진국의 녹색인증기준은 기후변화에 대응하여 BREEAM Communities, LEED Neighborhood Development, DGNB Stadtquartiere, CASBEE Urban Development로 건축물 중심에서 도시 지구 차원으로 확대하여 시범 운영하고 있다. 이에 반해 국내 인증기준은 건축물 중심의 평가체계로 실내환경 및 에너지 부문의 배점비율이 높고, 외부환경에 해당되는 토지이용 및 교통 부문과 생태환경 부문은 배점비율이 낮다. 실제 토지주택연구원에서 인증을 받은 공동주택 79개 단지에 대한 평가점수를 분석한 결과, 실내환경 및 에너지 등 배점이 높은 평가항목에 따라 인증등급이 결정되어 배점이 낮은 외부환경 부문의 평가항목은 실효성이 없는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 녹색건축인증기준이 기후변화 대응을 위한 실천수단으로 역할을 하기 위해서는 외부환경 부문의 평가체계를 보완하고, 나아가 국내 현실을 반영하여 도시 지구 차원의 평가체계 도입을 통해 국제적 인증기준에 부합하는 방향으로 개선해야 한다.

This study first focuses on the quantitative evaluation of both compulsory and voluntary safety certification of industrial machines and devices. Based on the results of statistical analysis, effectiveness of those safety certifications were confirmed. In order to reduce both the frequency and the strength of industrial accidents associated with industrial machines and devices, major target of safety regulations needs to be shifted from users to manufacturers. Adjustment of industrial machines and devices which are subject to compulsory safety certification and implementation of risk assessment are further suggested. As for the voluntary certification, reestablishment of the concept of voluntary safety certification and balance between compulsory and voluntary certifications is discussed. Voluntary safety certification is further suggested as a mean to manage safety of industrial machines and devices which are not subject to any safety regulations.
