검증가능한 자체 인증 공개키 방식 (Verifiable Self-Certified Public Keys Scheme)

  • Girault에 의해서 처음 제안된 자체인증 공개키 방식은 공개키의 인증이 키의 사용동안에 명백히 검증이 가능토록 한 방식이다. 본 논문에서는 처음으로 검증가능한 자체인증 공개키에 대한 개념과 방식을 제안하고 이러한 조건을 만족시키는 프로토콜을 제안한다. 검증가능한 자체인증 공개키 방식은 인증기반 방식과 Girault의 자체인증 공개키 방식의 장점을 결합한 방식이다. 더욱이 본 논문에서는 Petersen의 익명이 가능한 자체인증 키 방식에 대해 분석하고 더욱 안전한 방식을 제안한다.

  • The fuel cell, a renewable energy facility, hasn t come into wide use to the public. However, the usefulness of it is so high through Supply Business called Green Home, general auxiliary Supply Business, obligation to supply renewable energy for public organizations, Building Certification System and compulsory quota of using renewable energy to power generating businesses, etc. Intial installation was supported by government and a local autonomous entities in case of home fuel cell. Cost-benefits of installing it in home are approximately from $1,000 to $2,500. As Korea applies a progressive tax scheme in home electricity, energy costs are associated with electricity consumption. We should contemplate ways to make effective use of additional waste heat because technology of fuel cell is kind of a cogeneration.

  • A critical problem in the integration of stores into new and existing aircraft is the safe separation of the stores from the aircraft at a variety of flight conditions representative of the aircraft flight regime. Typically, the certification of a particular store/aircraft/flight condition combination is accomplished by a flight test. Flight tests are very expensive and do expose the pilot and aircraft to a certain amount of risk. Wind tunnel testing, although less expensive than flight testing, is still expensive. Computational Fluid Dynamics(CFD) has held out the promise of alleviating expensive and risk by simulating weapons separation computationally. The forces and moments on a store at carriage and at various points in the flow field of te aircraft can be computed using CFD applied to the full aircraft and store geometry. This study needs full dynamic characteristics study and flow analysis for securing store separation safety. Present study performs dynamic simulation of store separation with flow analysis using Chimera grid scheme which is usually used for moving simulations.

  • Package for artificial satellite is to produce mass production for high package with reliability certification as well as develop SDRAM (synchronous dynamic RAM) module which has such as miniaturization, mass storage, and high reliability in space environment. It requires sophisticated technology with chip stacking or package stacking in order to increase up to 4Gbits or more for mass storage with space technology. To make it better, we should secure suitable processes by doing design, manufacture, and debugging. Pin type PCB substrate was then applied to QFP-Pin type 3D memory package fabrication. These results show that the 3D memory package for artificial satellite scheme is a promising candidate for the realization of our own domestic technologies.

  • The purpose of this paper is to provide several considerations to be taken into account when institutionalizing the information security(Infosec) pre-assessment. Infosec pre-assessment is a necessary process to embed the security requirements into the information systems at the early stages in their development, resulting in more cost-effective infosec. In order to provide some institutional issues, domestic infosec assessment schemes and U.S. Infosec certification and accreditation schemes are reviewed. Also, the current status of infosec implementation in the public information systems projects is analyzed. Based on the analyses, the seven suggestions are proposed in developing and performing the infosec pre-assessment scheme.

보건교육사의 질 관리 방안 (Quality Management Scheme for Health Education Specialists)

  • Objectives: As nationally qualified health education specialists were produced for the first time in 2010, there is a need to suggest opinions on its quality management by examining university curriculum for health education specialist and its education system and this is the main topic of paper. Results and conclusion: The results are as follows. First, it requires to provide a high-quality education continuously by introducing the certification system for universities which offer health education. Secondly, education content needs to be based on skill for health education specialist and more standardized curriculum should be developed. Thirdly, introduction of validity date for the health education specialist qualification is needed. Fourthly, it is desirable to introduce the academic credit bank system after effectively organizing the management system. Lastly, follow-up course for health education specialist needs to be introduced.

  • The purpose of this investigation was to examine and compare pre-service and in-service elementary school teachers' beliefs about Science-Technology-and Society (STS), particularly beliefs about the nature of science and technology, their interaction within society, and the epistemology of science. Large percentage of pre-service and in-service elementary school teachers were understood to perceive as follows : 1. they regarded the science as 〃Knowledge scheme aiming content'and technology as 'skill for solution of actual problems'. 2. they revealed themselves to perceive tat science/ technology influence our lives through new terms and ideas, that science/ technology is affected by governmental policies and that all the people concerned including scientist and technologist should participate in the course of decision making. 3. they perceived that scientist perform their studies by characteristic abilities and that the studies are affected by their religious viewpoint. Moreover, they were understood to perceive that scientific knowledge are constructed through social interaction. 4. they perceived that scientist discover and develop scientific laws by scientific methods such as verification and certification, and that those scientific laws could be changed later.

  • The rising popularity of renewable energy sources resulted in development of the units of higher rated powers, where the large-scale plants and grid-connected type solar power systems are increased. Therefore, the importance of grid stabilization, which depends on each country or system-type, has been strengthened by different grid-codes or certifications. In this paper, the control scheme of three-phase photovoltaic system is enhanced, where both injected active and reactive powers are simultaneously controlled with the consideration of the certification of the Germany Association of Energy and Water Industries (BDEW). Experimental results are shown to verify the theoretical analysis.

  • 본 논문에서는 Certificateless 서명기법을 이용하여 Vehicular Ad-hoc 네트워크에서 공개키 인증서 관리 및 취소 문제를 다루지 않는 효율적인 인증 프로토콜을 제안한다. 또한, 빠르고 동적인 Vehicular Ad-hoc 네트워크의 노드(Vehicles)들의 특성을 고려하여 전통적인 공개키 구조에서의 인증서 취소 문제를 보다 효율적으로 해결하기위하여 구간 서명키 개념을 도입한다.

  • 사물 인터넷 시스템에서 서버와 클라이언트의 신뢰성 확보는 매우 중요하다. 대부분의 IoT 시스템에서 신뢰성 확보를 위해 인증서 기법이 사용되고 있다. 인증서 기법을 사용하는 IoT 시스템은 데이터(인증서,공개키) 탈취 및 분실 취약점이 있다. 이러한 취약점을 강화하기 위해 서버와 클라이언트는 서로 주고받는 데이터의 무결성과 신뢰성을 보장할 수 있는 환경이 구축되어야 한다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 취약점을 보완하기 위하여 IPFS와 블록체인을 결합한 인증 강화 기법을 제시한다. 제시한 기법의 기본 개념은 IPFS를 이용하여 CA와 서버의 인증서와 공개키를 분산 저장하고, IPFS에 저장한 인증서와 공개키의 Content-Address를 블록체인에 보관한다. 마지막으로 제시한 기법의 타당성을 검토하기 위하여 Mobius, nCube, Ethereum, IPFS를 결합한 IoT 시스템을 구축하고 SSL을 사용한 인증 과정을 실험한다.
