ISO 9001 품질경영시스템(QMS)이 종업원 만족에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Influence of ISO 9001 Quality Management System(QMS) on Employee's Satisfaction)

  • The purpose of this study is to research and analyze the influence of ISO 9001 QMS(Quality Management System) certification on the employer's financial goal and the employee' satisfaction. In this study, we could find that ISO 9001 QMS certification influenced eight factors which contribute to employee's satisfaction, and the purpose and background of ISO 9001 QMS certification was analyzed to have a good influence on the employee's satisfaction. In the future, the implementation strategy of ISO 9001 QMS needs to be studied to make the employees satisfied more with their duties and to pursue the employer's financial goals at the same time.

  • In Japan, where ISO14001 certifications have passed the 10,000 mark, the need for environmental management has taken firm root among companies. However, in the small-and medium-enterprise sector, and among tiny businesses, there are firms not obtaining ISO certification due to their concern about human resources and increased work load. On the other hand, among businesses that have already succeeded in gaining ISO certification. one does not sense any growth with regard to the continual improvement. Voices from certain quarters indicate there is a lack of incentive to keep on improving. With this background, we herewith present a new system to evaluate the level of environmental management in a company by means of a 5-step system.

  • As the number of the company to acquire the certifications of ISO 9001/1400, OHSAS 18001(not official standard) is increasing, it is needed to construct a integrated business management system for the efficient application of the certifications. In this circumstances the integrated construction of the SHE & Q system so called, for Safety, Health, Environment and Qualify can take a part for the communication in the customer, the company convenience and the interested parties(the worker. the supplier and the provider). In case that each certification systems are integrated, the problems of the redundancy in the management processes and the conflicting demands are able to be solved and the efficiency of the restricted management resources fan be raised as the complexity of the redundancies in the certification management is simplified. This paper deals with the integrated strategies, its convenience and its expecting merit and demerit for the efficient application of the certification parties haying the various characters.

국내 안전보건경영시스템의 실태분석 연구 (A Study on Application of Occupational Health & Safety Management Systems in Korea)

  • This study conducted the questionnaire on present condition of certification, background, purpose, effect and promotion of an occupational health & safety management system which introduced in domestic from 1999'. The questionnaire was conducted with 136 companies which replied in questionnaire distributed to 193 companies which received the certification. Also, recognition improvement of managers and participation of workers are demanded, the support to subcontract companies is demanded because the disaster prevention effect of the companies which possess the support program on subcontract companies is good, and reduction in the insurance rate to companies which received certification is demanded to activate an occupational health & safety management system.

함정 안전성 향상을 위한 품질관리체계 개선 방안 연구 (A Study for Improving Quality Management System of Naval Ships to Enhance Safety)

  • This study focuses on improving quality management system of naval ships to enhance safety. Recently, there were problems caused by the lack of quality management system when building Korea naval ships. Foreign naval ships are designed and built through certification by professional organizations in the commercial sector to reduce budget and enhance ship safety. Merchant ships are designed, built, operated and maintained by the organizations in accordance with the Ship Safety Act. When naval ships are exported, the ordering country requires the certification from the international classification to ensure the safety and reliability of ships. Through this study, as a method of improving the quality management system of naval ships, design verification, equipment certification and construction survey using expertise of the organizations are proposed when designing and building the naval ships.

  • In EMS(environmental management system), environmental documents are very important elements to achieve ISO 14000 series certification. A organization or company which hope to acquire the certification must prescribe daily operation procedure and document them properly. Also these documents must be updated in new version. Especially, environment manual, describing EMS factors and correlation between them, is a basic document system. Therefore, a proper manual management tool help a organization or company to reduce the efforts to establish and to revise documents. So, in this paper we will present environment manual management system using database and a, pp.ication computer program.

글로벌 시대의 물류전문인력 육성 과제 (Korea's Logistics Education and Certification System to Support Globalization)

  • Recent trends in globalization and informatization underscore the importance of logistics. As a result, there is a need for skilled and specialized logisticians. Third Party Logistics (TPL) and Supply Chain Management (SCM) require logisticians with a broad base of knowledge in areas such as multimodal transport, international trade, information technology computers, finance, operations management, etc. This study conducted a survey to find out the opinions of demanders and suppliers. The results of the surrey show that there are more skilled logisticians in the field of management, computer works in manager level and system management. The survey also found that the certificate exam, which the Ministry of Construction and Transportation started in 1997 as the "Certified Logistics Manager" exam, should have more questions in areas such as foreign languages, computers, logistics information, management skills, etc. To produce better logisticians in Korea, the government will have to invest more into their education, especially near the major ports and metropolitan areas. In addition, it is important that universities and companies work together to provide students with internship and other field-experience teaming opportunities. Logistics education centers should be built at the national level. In addition, the existing certification should be divided into two separate certifications: one for ordinary logistics, and one for international logistics. To further improve the certification system, short-answer or essay questions should be added to the second exam, and an additional certification for the highest level logisticians, a so-called "professional logisticians certificate," needs to be introduced.ntroduced.

친환경건축물인증 발주자업무 수행역량 제고를 위한 IDEF3 모델기반 관리체계 구축 (Development of Management Systems based on IDEF3 Modeling to Improve Owner's Competency of Implementing Green building Certification)

  • 친환경건축물인증 제도는 2002년 첫 시행 이후 2006년부터 인증 획득 실적이 급증하는 추세이며, 이러한 급증은 인센티브 부여, 법적 의무화, 광고효과 등을 통해 이득을 얻고자 하는 발주자가 증가하고 있는 것으로 판단되고 있다. 그러나 친환경건축물인증을 요구하는 발주자의 인증관련 제반 인식과 업무지식 및 역량이 미비한 관계로 인증획득을 위한 개별 의사결정시점과 검토내용을 파악하여 업무를 진행시키기보다 인증획득을 위한 최소한의 조건만을 만족시키고자 하는 발주자가 많은 실정이다. 본 연구는 이와 같은 현황인식에 기반을 두어, 발주자가 인증제도 업무를 명확히 파악하고 적시에 합리적인 의사결정을 수행할 수 있도록 지원하는 관리모델을 제시하고자 한다. 이를 위해 친환경건축물인증 업무를 수행함에 있어서 주요 의사결정이 발생되는 지점들을 게이트웨이로 선정한 후, 시나리오 지향적 프로세스 모델 구현에 적합한 IDEF3 모델을 기반으로 하여 발주자의 업무 지원을 위한 관리체계를 구축하였다. 본 연구에서 제시된 IDEF3 모델기반 관리체계는 단순한 기능분석 위주의 기존 IDEF0 모델의 한계를 극복함으로써 발주자의 인증업무 관련 수행역량 제고를 기대할 수 있을 것이다.

융복합제품을 위한 모듈방식의 안전인증체계 설계 -자율주행 자동차를 중심으로- (Designing a Modular Safety Certification System for Convergence Products - Focusing on Autonomous Driving Cars -)

  • Purpose: Autonomous driving cars, which are often represent the new convergence product, have been researched since the early years of 1900 but their safety assurance policies are yet to be implemented for real world practices. The primary purpose of this paper is to propose a modular concept based on which a safety assurance system can be designed and implemented for operating autonomous driving cars. Methods: We combine a set of key attributes of CE mark (European Assurance standard), E-Mark (Automobile safety assurance system), and A-SPICE (Automobile software assurance standard) into a modular approach. Results: Autonomous vehicles are emphasizing software safety, but there is no integrated safety certification standard for products and software. As such, there is complexity in the product and software safety certification process during the development phase. Using the concept of module, we were able to come up with an integrated safety certification system of product and software for practical uses in the future. Conclusion: Through the modular concept, both international and domestic standards policy stakeholders are expected to consider a new structure that can help the autonomous driving industries expedite their commercialization for the technology advanced market in the era of Industry 4.0.

A Study on the Role of Safety Climate in the Safety Management System -focus on OHSAS 18000certification-

  • The purpose of this research is to understand the role of safety climate in the safety management system. Based on the 121 responses from facilities got Occupational Health & Safety Assessment Series (OHSAS) 18000 certification, the results of statistic analysis show that there is significant relationship between safety climate, work attitudes and Organizational Citizenship Behaviors (OCB). The most important finding is the relationship between safety climate and organizational commitment will mediate the relationship.
