In order to supply the residential land for the promotion of public welfare, it must take a land of city suburb. That land have the difference in thinking is large for the determination of land prices to a variety of development pressure and land use regulations. In the process of executing a public project, the difference of these ideas has become a cause of conflict. Therefore, through objective study for the determination of land prices, to reduce the difference of ideas is going to be a clue of conflict resolution. This study selected the case area that is typical public district of many conflict, and then fix a compensation unit price like fair price as dependent variable. The selected variables through previous studies and expert consultation was an independent variable. To analyze the impact factors of land prices in the hedonic price model. The results were analyzed by distinguishing the group on the basis of the zoning and using, whether or not the site of the building in part that there is influence variable, the aspects of accessibility and regulation in part degree of influence variable came out different results for each group. It is analyzed that it reasonable results. Add selected site assimilation of the building that have not been presented in previous studies as a variable and which was applied at a rate to a variable of road have improved in more expliction of the influence of variables.

Small and middle sized Franchise system channels experience conflicts because of constant interaction between franchiser and franchisee. However, it is rarely that attempt has been made to identify causes of conflicts in distribution of franchise industry. The purpose of this study was to explore cause of conflicts from the franchisee. For the study, data were collected from the owner or the shop-manager with a contractor in franchise systems. By means of in-depth interviews with multiple informants, their statement was analyzed qualitatively. From analysis of the resulting data, the causes of conflicts were associated with two broad sets, attitudinal and structural differences between franchisers and franchisees. First, attitudinal sources of conflict were identified as perception of subordinated relationships between channel members, delayed announcement on order changes, difficulties in communication by doing irresponsible behavior, different expectations between channel members in market territory and lack of consistent-supporting. Second, structural sources of conflict involved unilateral decision on interior, payment method, unreasonable delivery issue, treat franchisee with discrimination by the sales, in controlling against free management. There are limitations on generalization due to the results based on interview, but this study will be a useful exploratory step before designing a large scale survey.

This is an empirical study that analyzes factors affecting the work-family compatibility of female wage workers with underage children. The analysis was conducted with 1,113 women from the 7th wave of the Korean Longitudinal Survey of Women & Families by Korean Women's Development Institute. As for research methods, multiple regression analysis was used in order to analyze the effects of 'social support(home support, maternity protection support, childcare and education services)', 'job characteristics', 'socio-demographic variables' and 'husband characteristics' on 'work-family compatibility and conflict'. As a result, it was analyzed that the husband's support for work life, gender inequality at work and women's educational training were the factors that strengthen work-family compatibility. It was also analyzed that gender inequality, use of childcare and education facility, number of underage children, age of husband, husband's satisfaction with caring support and husband's support for work life were the factors that cause conflict between work and family. Thus, if the policy of strengthening the work-family compatibility is a long-term policy, it appears that it is necessary to supplement and strengthen policies that can reduce conflict factors in the short term. It is hoped that the results of the study will be used as objective and academic data to strengthen the maternity protection and work-family compatibility of female workers with underage children.

While smart devices can have a positive impact on work efficiency and productivity by reducing time-space constraints and enabling rapid processing of tasks, side effects can arise from the imbalances between work and personal life. In recent years, as smart devices are increasingly used in work environments, it is more necessary than ever to understand the related phenomenon, find the cause of negative effects, and search for appropriate solutions. This study has developed and verified a theoretical model that shows how the technical characteristics known as the utility of smart devices are converted into negative results such as work-life conflict. As a result of analyzing the collected data from the employees, our study provides significant implications for the researchers, as well as the practitioners and policy makers, regarding various relationships among IT-enabled work flexibility, after-hours work connectivity and work-life conflict, and the new knowledge about the important role of segmentation supplies from the organization.

As Complex Regional Pain Syndrome (CRPS) is a new and rare illness, medical cause for it has not yet been clearly found out. Nevertheless, the patients continue to file lawsuits for damage compensation against wrongdoers or their insurers, claiming that the cause of the illness is certain actions of the wrongdoers. Moreover, the claim amount reaches to hundreds of millions of won through billions of won unlike other illnesses. Therefore, CRPS has become an important legal issue in the damage compensation lawsuit. Even though the wound is slight, the development and result may be serious in the case of CRPS. As a result, a sharp conflict arises even regarding medical diagnosis of CRPS in the lawsuit. And, even if the medical diagnosis of CRPS is admitted, severe debates occurs with regard to many issues, which include the causation between accident and CRPS in connection with establishment of damage compensation liability and scope of liability like anamnesis, determination standard of aftereffect disability, and scope of admitted aftereffect medical expense in connection with scope of damage compensation. In this study, I will review fundamental medical research on CRPS up to now and discuss principal legal issues in the damage compensation lawsuit focusing on lower court rulings.

A unanimous Award has been issued on 12 July 2016 by the Arbitral Tribunal constituted under Annex VII to the United Nations Convention on the Law of the Sea in the arbitration instituted by the Republic of the Philippines against the People's Republic of China. The current security issues in the regional sea shall be carefully reflected to anticipate whether the Award could resolve the existing political conflict or rather will grow military tension in the region. The Award clearly directs the scope of delimiting maritime jurisdiction to coastal States in the Southern China sea, so it seems to help facilitating finding resolutions of regional disputes on maritime boundaries. On the other hand, there are several limitations in reality to implementation of the decisions included in the Award. USA could use the decisions to restrict military activities and exercise of unilateral maritime jurisdiction by China in the region, while China shall encounter guilt to illegitimacy of its activities as well as shaking the legal foundation of its policy in the region. Then the resolution of this dispute through application of international law would rather cause more political confusion. The intension of bringing the case to an international court were to resolve political difficulties. If, however, the political difficulties are not properly reflected in the legal decisions, such decision would possibly raise more political risks.

The supply of apartments has continuously increased, and the housing supply rate has exceeded 100 percent and the demands and standards of tenants have also been raised as technology has developed. This has led to the conflict and caused social and economic losses. In this study, the case investigation and research methods of the prior research are analyzed as the basis for identifying the defects cases of causes and influences occurring in the apartment building. To analyze various studies, we divided the prior research into the defect management process and the study on the type of defects and countermeasures, and investigated the features and limitations. Future research will be conducted on apartment buildings within 10 years of completion among conglomerate's nationwide apartments to compensate for the limitations of prior research. In addition, AHP static method and relational chart will be used to identify the relationship between the type of defect and the cause and the importance of the influencing factors.

Pain, which is the most significant issue for the physical therapist, is the cause of various diseases until it disappears, and results in a lot of obstructions to treatment. Pain is very complicated. It is a subjective symptom that informs of a pathologic condition in the body, and one of the unpleasant experiences that people have. It is accompanied with anxiety and fear. Many researchers including Krause(1987) have identified the pain mechanism based on pain perception for many centuries and they have suggested many theories as they believed that pain management was possible. Reviewing the contents of psychoanalysis, uncontrollable pain that can't be explained is described as a defense mechanism to an unconscious psychological conflict. That is, mental pain is transferred to the body and the pain becomes unbearable. What is important is, like Keefe(1992) said, that the pain experience itself is primary stress and one should cope with it, whatever the cause of the pain. This paper investigates the background of the psychological theory of pain. Based on the efforts of previous studies, the next research generation will understand the treatment process for pain more dearly and will contribute to the prevention and protection from pain that humans undergo.

1. Objectives : The Crown Prince Sohyen(1612-1645) has been believed ro have been poisoned to death because of the political conflict with the King Injo. However, the Crown Prince Sohyen who was So-yangin(SY type) didn't be treated properly at that time. This paper is supposed to explain the reason why he died by reference. 2. Methods : The prescription which was made out to the Crown Prince Sohyen is analyzed, based on the Sasang Constitutional Medicine(SCM) through Shimyang-ilgy and Ulyudongkung-ilgy. 3. Results : 1) In the case of the prescription where So-yang medical stuffs were contained a lot or Gunyak(the main madical stuff) was So-yang one, the Crown Prince Sohyen was better, while that of Tae-eum and So-eum medical stuffs didn't work. Therefore, the Crown Prince Sohyen can be considered So-yangin. 2) The So-yang in's symptom was misunderstood as Hakjil and treated, which could lead him to be put to death 4. Conclusions : The Crown Prince Sohyen is supposed to be Soyang-in(SY type), and accordingly the So-yang in's symptom was misunderstood as Hakjil and treated, which could cause him to pass away.

The purpose of this study is to establish concept about a plan direction of preschooler's library, and provide a design type of preschooler's library. As a result, the following findings were obtained: 1) For the preschooler's reading area, it should be segregated between schooler and preschooler. Because there is a difference between a library use action and a development characteristic, it needs to be segregated to avoid conflict using library for both of those groups. 2) The space composition of preschooler's library stands up, and of a tube considers a traffic line of a user according to the function and systematizes a child, and to cause an interest of preschoolers. 3) Furnitures and equipment of preschooler's library must arrange in consideration of human body size of a user in a tube.
